First time trying these cookies and they were warm, gooey and delicious! I tried the macadamia, and chocolate chunk to taste, I’ll be back to try more. The line was a little long long but worth the wait.

I've heard so much about insomnia cookies for months now that I had to try it. I made it easier on myself by ordering ahead via their website. I haven't yet downloaded the app. The cookies were amazing soft warm and big. They are a little pricey but they're definitely worth it. The cashier was very professional and prompt but the two cookie bakers didn't seem to excited to be at work. Overall, I had a good experience and I will definitely go back when I'm in the area. I just wish they were in my delivery area so that I can get these cookies on demand.

The cookies are really good and the ice cream is creamy and delicious! The customer service was incredible as well! I have had better ice cream and I’ve eaten the “gold standard” cookies from Crumbl, so I only rated it 4 stars. It’s really good, but not the best I’ve had. They also only offer 8 ice cream flavors, which factored into the 4-star rating.

Great customer service over the phone, Miaya was very detailed in sharing the ordering and delivery process with me. Since it was my first time ordering cookies and ice cream for delivery. My cookies tasted warm and fresh and my ice cream was still cold. The delivery took 40 minutes but it was definitely communicated before I ordered. It was all worth the wait.

Really good cookies. A few ice-cream choices but open until 3 am. Have to wait outside if long gets a little long. Has late lines at night. Seems like a college age spot. Overpriced like everything in Atlanta but not too bad.

After hearing my kids rave about this place for months the wife and I decided to try it out. It was worth the 15 minute wait!!!! The cookies, brownies, and ice cream were DELICIOUS!!!! We'll be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed these incredibly soft, sweet, and melt in your mouth cookies. Their peanut butter cookie was falling apart as you would touch it, and the perfect balance of sweet to the peanut butter chips were fantastic. I will try an ice cream sandwich next time here, but their regular cookies are undeniably some of the best in the city. Don’t let the fact that this place is a chain dissuade you from getting cookies here. Each bite will leave you closing your eyes with a smile as the sweet, buttery deliciousness coats your mouth.

One of the better desserts place in town. It’s open till super late so it’s convenient for everyone. They’ve varsities and different flavors in each category so you’re not stuck with one option only. It’s in a safe area so you’re not ever in a bad part of town as well. The staff was quite nice; I had thought differently but I was proven otherwise.

Insomnia Cookies was awesome. The cookie and brownie aroma gets your mouth-watering as soon you walk up to the door. Everyone in the place just looked happy, especially the staff. We had the cookie-witches and couldn’t have been happier with them. The cookies were warm and the ice cream was creamy. I had double chocolate chunk with moose tracks and my wife had chocolate chunk with cookie dough but the options are endless. I recommend Insomnia Cookies for anyone wit. A sweet tooth and late night cravings.

Cookies are great but if you get the normal ones vs the deluxe they taste just like the ones you can get at the store and bake yourself! Also, leaving 3 stars because the majority of the menu is quite overpriced. Another reason for 3 stars is there are only 7-8 chairs in the entire place. Great thing is that they are open so late! Only reason I’d go back

Salted Caramel, S’mores Are my favorite deluxe cookies and blueberry ribbon is my favorite regular cookies if you like cookies I dominos is the place if you don’t have discipline and your trying to maintain your weight don’t go because you will be addicted you can’t just eat one! Okay so I remember eating insomnia cookies super late 1 / 2 o clock in the morning and they were BANGING. More recently, they’ve been good but not as good as before. LOCATION matters!! Overall if you’re ever craving a late night cookie and don’t want to bake? Insomnia is the place to go! Warm most of the time , good all of the time!

Quick shopping experience. Ran in got two deluxe chocolate chips , a peanut butter and a brownie. The brownies at insomnia are the quintessential brownie(see picture below) . This location has street parking in front but it'$2 for an hour so if it's not packed you may want to park elsewhere and walk to get your yums. I was in and out this visit and mad that I paid $2 to park for an hour when it took me all of 5 mins to complete my purchase. I gave another person parking my ticket before I left so they wouldn't have to pay.

Cookies that are baked fresh, so you get nice warm cookies. But don't get the sandwich cookie to go, the ice cream melts super fast (as we learned the hard way). The typical flavors are good, not great, I've had way better. Try the specialty cookies, those are good. This place is more for the area college students and their late night sugar cravings. Overpriced for what you get, but I guess this place serves its purpose for those nearby.

This may just go without saying.... but this place is the BOMB! There aren't that many dessert places that stay open around town and I love having a warm cookies and ice cream option. I only seem to want sweets at night so their 3 am closing time always works for me! They give great service and no matter the time, this place is always busy!

Long lines for unnecessary reasons and the line is outside even though there is enough space inside the shop. I’m not sure behind the reasoning but does not help with sales or customer satisfaction. Make sure to tell them to heat the cookie otherwise they’re not gonna do that anyways

First time here, they cookies are good. A little pricey for 6 cookies spending 11 dollars but they were warm and etc. Parking was crazy so be prepared to try to get fight traffic to pick them up.

Great ice cream spot with fun flavors! I love that you can try 2 flavors even if you order a small. I tried the orange cardamom and earl grey seasonal flavors. The flavors were well-balanced and not overpowering, and the ice cream was nice and smooth. The staff was very upbeat and friendly too!! Next time I'm going all out and ordering a flight.

I want to recognized Raquel whom provided an outstanding experience. Raquel found out I was in the military/law enforcement and my large order of the 50 she made sure that we had hot fresh cookies for our Thanksgiving holiday festivities this year. The cookies here are amazing and they’re open late, perfect for a midnight craving. I’ve been to this location a couple of times there and have had great experiences. Unfortunately, I went on Friday and ordered six cookies but only received five. I didn’t think to check the box and then I didn’t want to wait outside in line for another twenty minutes just for one cookie. Other than that, I love this place and will be back soon!

I had the cookie icecream sandwich my friends had both has a box of cookies. It was very good but I suggest instead of a icecream cookie because the way they make it. It's extremely messy and will drip. Put the icecream in a cup and break the cookie over it so it's easier to eat and taste the same!

It's delicious because it's open late and delivers. However, I decided I'd try my pleasantly chunky chocolate chip cookie with their buttercream frosting. Something extra for my inner fat kid. Amazing cookies! So fresh and warm. The store was clean, but the cookies were all that was warm...the girls working were not. They didn't welcome anyone to the store, weren't friendly during the ordering and payment process, and the young lady that rung up my cookie walked away after I paid without giving it to me. She went to eat a spoonful of icecream and the other lady working had to give me mine. Cookies got 5 stars, but the experience was definitely lacking.

The place is convenient for late night cookies. The first and only time I had them I ordered delivery online around midnight. Arrived a bit after 1am. The cookies we tried were good, but the snickerdoodle was completely raw in the center which was disappointing and had to be thrown away. That is the main reason I am giving them only 3 stars.

I got one of the Triple Chocolate cookies for $3.25 🙄 and the 6 for $10 box of traditional cookies. My traditional cookie choices were 4 Snickerdoodle, 1 chocolate chunk, and 1 oatmeal raisin. They're all delicious!!!! You can't get any of the specialty cookies in the box orders. The traditional cookies are snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chunk, classic with M&M's (chocolate chip w/M&M's), double chocolate chunk, double chocolate mint, peanut butter chip, sugar cookie, & white chocolate macadamia. (Please see my photos for all your options.) If you want to get an AMAZING cookie, come here! I'm sure theres a lot of bakers in Georgia (I'm one as well) and can we make our own cookies..... ABSOLUTELY!! But if your downtown Atlanta looking for a sweet treat, treat yourself by splurging on a box or a few cookies. Thanks for the great experience Insomnia Cookies!!!!

There actually open untill 4am on Fri and Sat which is a plus. I went inside and ordered the Deluxe Triple Chocolate Chip cookie ice cream sandwhich.. it was descent but I wasn’t blown away. I went around 3 am I feel like the customer service could be better and little bit more professional. This is good for a late night if you’re craving sweets but there’s better options in the city during regular business hours. I do like there’s 2 bar style seating areas inside for a quick late night date meet up.

This place is great because it is open until 3 am. If you want some warm cookies at night, just head here. Also, if you want to go during the day, it's fine. Don't make it a habit though. It's cheaper to bake your own cookies if you go to often.

When I was pregnant, the Triple Chocolate deluxe cookies made my entire life. If it wasn't for the lack of parking, I'm pretty sure I would've been there every day. I'm 100% sure that you're not supposed to OD on their cookies because they are heavy as bricks and sweet AF but if they had a cookie subscription, I'd def go in for the peanut butter and m&Ms as well as the Oatmeal (surprisingly, since I hate Oatmeal). Expensive though, which is why I never bought a Chipwhich.

The hours of this place are amazing. I was able to purchase cookiea at 10am and 3am!!! The cookies are soft and warm. You can make ice cream cookie sandwiches. They offer milk for people to purchase as well. I dont recall seeing almond milk or soy milk which could be a bummer for some people. Each time I visit this place no matter what city I find it in, I am never disappointed.

This place never fails to make me happy! Delicious cookies! Always hot! A tad pricey but they're soooo worth it! I love this place! They also deliver until 3am! Definitely not healthy! They also serve ice cream for cookies a la mode! Yummy! Dieters stay away! They serve delicious brownies as well! Steer clear of the club crowd on weekends. Lots of drunk clubbers in there. Free parking. Friendly service. The staff members are very patient even with the drunk people lol. Great for children in the daytime during the week. Clean place. I'm not sure if there's a restroom. I'm definitely a cookie insomniac!

This had been my usual insomnia, until the new EAV location opened, and after several poor experiences with the other, i will forever be returning to this one! Went in after having waited nearly two hours for delivery from the other location and ended up canceling. i was pleasantly greeted within seconds of walking in to the store and was kindly taken care of by the staff. was in an out in 5 minutes !

This is an awesome spot for a good traditional dessert with a little hype! Staff is super nice and give you a nice amount. Beware of parking in front of the store however..it is 9:40pm and these meter maids are like minions...their asses are everywhere and descending on the cars like bird dump!

There are 10 people waiting on their order after paying, 15 people in line to order, and 1 employee working the register and making the orders while another 5 employees are in the back telling stories to each other. I enjoyed the location in Miami but Atlanta location has to do better. Everyone 'Tiff's treats' also sells fresh cookies and there's no additional charge for their great customer service! This store is open until 4AM on Fridays and has delivery. Although icecream flavors are limited to 9 flavors or less, you are able to butter pecan, chocolate, etc. Insomnia has cookies and alot of them. You have to be familar with area or you will miss the sign, which is on the building. The store is across the street from Publix on Spring St. Parking is limited. The AM hour is the star. Intermezzo closes at 2AM. Insomnia Cookies closes at 4AM.
