Did a quick mobile order for this location on national chocolate chip cookie day. The cookies, as always, were phenomenal. If you get a chance to have the banana bread or mint chocolate chip (not pictured here) I would highly recommend. I just want to commend the staff at this location. Not only were they prompt with my order, but they were extremely friendly. I had a bad experience with a different Crumbl a few weeks ago so it was refreshing to be greeted by the team when I went in and being helped in a timely manner. Keep up the great work.

Wow these cookies are something else! I had to see what the hype is all about and I’m glad I did. Ha! They got me hooked now! I ordered through the app and waiting a short amount of time to get my cookies but I got to witness the patience and friendliness of the workers while holding up a line. I hope us customers won’t wear them out too quick with our cravings 😅 anyways, good job Crumbl at west gate!

Excellent cookies, fast and efficient ordering process via touch screen menu, decent prices for good quality. Staff was friendly, but generally dismissive of us as they were busy making cookies. My favorite is the Honeycomb cookie (2nd from left in pic).

This place is always good. You step in there you order on the screen pay and wait. Only had one or two cookies that the family did not like, but that was our opinion. You should go and order online.

We order from Crumbl weekly & it’s always a great experience! last night was exceptional because we only ordered a 4 pack of cookies and they delivered us a dozen with a sticker note that said “just because.” (Not pictured are the eaten cookies LOL!) I did call the store to confirm and thank them verbally. I was told if it’s late night and it’s slow they’ll “give away” the extra cookies and they also donate to organizations in the area (insert feel goodness here!) So thanks Crumbl, totally unexpected & super appreciated bcs now I’m not gonna make any thanksgiving deserts for tomorrow LOL!

Very confused with the amount of 1 stars on here. Tried out Crumble on their 4th day open and every part of the experience was so incredible that I called my girlfriend immediately after, like we HAVE to go here again together. The guy taking my order was absolutely a joy to speak with and was super helpful, the place smelled like what I'm pretty sure heaven smells like, and both the cookies/ice cream were SO GOOD. Literally rationed my order out throughout the next 4 days because I didn't want it to end; that's how good it was. Then 2 weeks later come on and am SHOCKED at the 3.7 star rating.... if you let that influence you to go somewhere else for dessert, you're doing yourself a disservice. These cookies are the BOMB.

I will say I have had these cookies before, and they were delicious. But for some reason this batch I got the middle in the cookies were not good because they were undercooked. I hate that the cookies were so undercooked that I couldn’t really enjoy them.. 5 more minutes probably would have been better.

We have came here twice, we came the grand opening and we knew we would have to wait awhile so we were okay with that. But unfortunately they were sold out of almost every flavor of cookie when we got inside. We waited and extra twenty minutes for some fresh chocolate chip cookies and they were amazing!!! We went back a second time which was 2/12/22 and the line wasn’t crazy long at all. We walked right in and there was probably about five people ahead of us. But once again all the cookies were sold out other then just chocolate chip. We really wanted the s’mores cookie and the cake batter but we were told they didn’t have anymore. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing but it would be nice when we go next time if we can actually try each cookie!! But when we do get cookies from here the girls always call are name and when we walk up, they open the box and ask us if the cookies look good! They always look amazing and neat!!! Oh yeah and they have ice cream here too!! But unfortunately they are always sold out so I haven’t been able to try it. And I believe they change the cookie flavors a lot because when we did go it has been different flavor cookies each time!!! Which is really cool! Hopefully we can come one day when we can try each cookie flavor and try out the ice cream

Crumbl was raved by all my friends so I decided to try it one day. I was quite charmed by the bakery and the boxes that the cookies were packaged in. Even more delightful were the sweets inside them. I chose two waffle cookies, a double chocolate cookie, and a cheesecake cookie. They were so soft. As their name suggests… the cookies pleasantly crumbled away in my mouth. I like the idea of switching out cookies— it keeps it exciting. As for the price, however, man… it’s a bit expensive! I don’t think I’ll buy them often but every once in awhile I’ll get them as a treat for my friends/family to share. I also appreciated the efficient way of ordering via a touch-screened monitor. I also felt that the workers weren’t very connected to the customers as someone below me in the reviews suggested. I think their business can greatly improve with better customer service and more affordable cookie bundles.

These cookies are so yummy. And the staff is so sweet and working their butts off to meet the demand of a newly opened Crumbl store. I’ve never seen such excitement over cookies. After having them, I get it! We went to soft opening, it was crowded but got our cookies pretty quickly, And I haven’t had to wait more than 5 on my other visits getting cookies for the my workplace. I’ve placed online orders to be picked up mid morning. Seeing all these long wait reviews, morning seems like a good time to order..

5 stars for the cookies! 1 star for the box. Avg = 3 Last night I was in Asheville and decided to see what all the fuss was about! Because I live so far away I decided to get a party box so I could take some home to my family. Walking to the car the weight of the cookies definitely made me question if I wasn’t careful would they fall out of the box. Was my hand in the middle of the weight and the cookies almost fet in the box and half a little bit if that makes sense.10 minutes later… The inevitable. I had to hit the brakes a little in traffic and the weight of the cookies slid the box right open and they all went to the floor. The box stayed in the seat and the cookies went to the floor. Now is it my fault that I had to hit the brakes… Yes. However for 12 cookies as large as those are, there definitely needs to be a more supportive box for the base as well as the sides. Fortunately I have no patience and I did eat one cookie before I left the parking lot and it was incredible! However… Due to the box being so flimsy for that large of an order, I lost all my cookies :(

Ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. The very friendly staff opened the box to show me and allow me to confirm my order. The cookies were delicious. Highly recommend the Key Lime and Iced Oatmeal. Even though I am not a big chocolate eater, I really liked the Triple Chocolate. The Milk Chocolate Chip was good, but not great.

Had a good experience. Visited on a Wednesday afternoon and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Cookies were rich and soft and fun for the kids. No tables or chairs and only a small front area for ordering and pickup so it can get a little crowded but I counted eleven people behind the counter so it seems like they are definitely trying to keep up with demand.

I’m quite sure the cornbread cookie is supposed to be served warm. However the employee refused to warm it up, saying that the butter would melt, which I understand. But I’m sure that the cookie isn’t supposed to be super cold either.

Best cookies I’ve ever had. Order ahead of time using the app to avoid long wait times. I ordered a few hours early and came to pick it up. Checked in and Waited about 10 min and they were ready. Obviously there are kinks to be worked out, they just opened, and some people want to be crybabies about not getting cookies on time from a place that is clearly being swarmed with orders. You can tell everyone in there was working hard. I hope they are able to work out some of the efficiency problems over time. The cookies themselves were absolutely perfect.

I really hate to leave any negative feedback because the cookies are fabulous, but hope the company will use this as a growth opportunity. I ordered cookies for my husband for our 28th anniversary. I paid extra for gift wrap and a special note. The note and wrap did not happen which definitely took away from the experience of having these delivered to the fire department because he had to work on our anniversary. I called the local store to let them know what had happened. The person who assisted me simply stated that they were sorry. I am so disappointed that customer service does not seem to be valued here. Although the gift wrap and note cost was minimal, an offer for a free cookie or to refund the cost of the extras certainly would have been in order.

Placed an order on the app yesterday around 9:15 pm. It said it would be ready for pick up at 9:40. Got there right at 9:40 and as soon as I walked in they called my name. I was imagining I would be waiting forever! For everyone that had to wait so long, I suggest placing your order later at night if possible. It worked great for me and there were only a few people in there. Also, the cookies were SO GOOD! Glad this is in Asheville now!

PECAN PIEEEE I have always wanted one more crust less pie mmmm the Carmel pecan and brown sugar taste with sugar cookie thick crust mmmmm, the salted Carmel cheesecake is very rich but so divine, the og Choco chip is great and the Pina colada tastes exactly how it sounds .....just like the drink in everyway. I wasn't impressed with the staff in the back standing around while the girl worked the register and another 2 we're busy actually baking. 4 other girls had really bad looks on their faces arms folded and we said thanks byeeeee ....no reply at all. If I worked there I would want guests to be happy and excited I mean cookies are treats....so Treat customers like u actually like ur job please!!!!!

I'm going to start by saying that I broke my 3 month Keto diet for a Crumbl Frosted Sugar Cookie. Originally, I purchased a 4 pack for future hubs, had them secretly delivered to him at work, and then awaited feedback, since we've never eaten a Crumbl cookie. Oh. My. Lort! I took one bite of the Sugar cookie and started making noises that would have made Saweetie blush. All I could do is sit at my computer, close my eyes, and let the sugar goodness melt away my day. These cookies are amazing! Completely envious that I do not work at Crumbl, but that's also a very good good thing. Just take all my money!

More people need to understand that with new places their will be growing pains. My advice is don’t have door dash (that’s the useless company that will deliver it) do the legwork.
