Some of the sweetest staff I've ever met. Give them all a raise! They deserve it! My only complaint was that I didn't get the chance to try every flavor they had ;) Pistachio with white chocolate was super good! Definitely also recommend taro and the pumpkin spice when in season. Very worth the price. And they don't skimp on the chamoy!

Wow! What a fun stop on our trip. I was blown away by how friendly the staff were today. We were new to paleta and the staff were enthusiastic to share all the delicious options. The treats we chose were so good that we were plotting our next paleta on the way out.

The employees had a great energy about them both times that I visited and were very helpful. The taro Paleta dipped in chocolate and coconut was divine and didn't melt quickly. They have quite a variety of snack foods, plus they sell the best aquas Fresca in medium or large cups, or even by the half gallon! I look forward to my next visit.

This place is so cool..staff is friendly and fast. The shop is very small so there really isn't much room to chillax. There is a variety of palates to choose from as well as dunking options. You can get any paleta dunked in milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate...but that's not all you van get the covered in nuts or other candy choices like M&Ms 👌 I asked the staff for a suggestion and they made me a strawberry paleta with tajin and chamoy sprinkled alk over it and sliced strawberries. Man was this awesome..so good! I recommend this too...so refreshing. I recommend you give this place a try for sure. They also sell agua fresca, beef jerky and other snacks. Enjoy!

Amazing service and interesting setup. My first time here......You choose your paleta, then your toppings. I chose avocado (do not judge) with half dip dark chocolate,and pistachios. My friend chose coconut, full dip milk chocolate, and almonds.

Our first paleta experience was a great one! The staff explained everything to us and let us sample some of the bars. The bars were delicious, flavorful, and affordable. We will definitely be coming back!

One of the best parts places I've ever been to. Not only do they have a top notch selection of paleta flavors, but they also have dark and milk chocolate dip and let you do either half or full dip. These people take paletas to a whole new level with chopped fruit and even a whole paleta cup dessert. I even saw them make a smores paleta with a blow torch. Mind blown!! A must stop. I saw they're opening a new location at the Coronado mall.

Its clean and kid friendly. The way you get to see how you get your order prepared right in front of you . That's a bubblegum paleta dipped in chocolate (they have ,white ,chocolate, dark chocolate) and added sprinkles and fruity pebbles ! Stop by , you'll love it .

Very cool idea for paletas. Pick a flavor (ask for a sample), choose a dip, and add a topping. They also offer paleta milkshakes and sundae type paletas. Many other snack options including Dorinachos and elotes. Easily can return a dozen times and never get the same thing. The place is very small and typically packed. Count on taking your items to go.

I went to Paleta Bar for the first time and I was very impressed with the selections of paletas. As you can see, there are too many to choose from, which is a good thing haha. The server behind the counter was very helpful in providing information about the paletas. First I had to choose whether I wanted the paletas without or with milk. Then I chose the toppings. I asked the server which are her favorites and she recommends me a few. From the way she talked about the paletas, I could tell she loved and is knowledgeable about the products. For the flavor of the month, I believe it's the lavender one, which I didn't try. I chose the strawberry con lechory -- strawberry with condense milk ice cream. Then I had to choose the toppings. I asked the server to prepare the paleta like the way she liked. Basically, she dipped the paleta into the chocolate one then covered it with chopped almond....yum!! I really enjoyed that. The place was emptied when I visited because the weather was dreary with rain and wind. I'm sure this place is packed on regular warm days. I can see myself coming to cool off with paletas un the near future.

I was blew away by this place. Nothing I've seen like it in Las Vegas. Las Vegas Nevada that is. I am so use to Asian inspired desserts and this is a nice change. Locals had this place hopping. Don't sleep on this place! Enjoy.

Can't wait till they come to cottonwood mall and riverside plaza. This place is amazing! Takes me back to my younger years with a great added bonus. The flavors are amazing and variety is great! People are super nice. Pecan is my favorite. All the dippings, flavors, topping. Yum. This place is amazing! 2 westside locations are now open. The owner is energetic, happy, helpful, speaks other languages and is always a pleasure. A bit of a different atmosphere from the original location but it doesn't matter to me. They're close and its the best! The jerky and drinks are great too!

Paleta bars are all over Albuquerque but this place is one of my favorites! You can get any flavor of one of their paleta's served s'mores style! They take you icecream of choice smother it with marshmallow fluff then torch it, cover it in gram crackers and drizzle your choice of chocolate on top! So yum! Also love their agua frescas. If you havent been here you need to, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed. Everything tastes fresh and delicious!

The Paleta Bar is one of our must stop places when we are in Albuquerque. They have so many varieties of ways to customize your favorite paleta. My absolute favorite is the avocado paleta half dipped in dark chocolate with either piñon or pistachios on top! They also have aguas frescas and fresh made carne seca, among other delicious treats. Not sure what you want? You’re in luck! They offer samples! And now have two locations in Albuquerque! This is a local business worth supporting!

OMG LOVED THIS PLACE !!!! Would love one here in Atlanta. They had a watermelon juice that was soo good and the ice cream was awesome the different creations you could come up with is great. Just a little overwhelming at first but the second time we got the ordering down pat.

Such a unique place! I loved how authentically Mexican it was. A lot of the toppings and shells don't stick to the popsicle bar itself that well, but it was fun.

Tried this place for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the choices were great. My husband and I both enjoyed our paletas. His was the mango/strawberry dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles. Mine was the hazelnut dipped in dark chocolate and cookies. Will definitely be back.

It's been months since my visit but I'm still raving about it. I decided that was absolutely justification for writing a positive review. My friend and I visited The Paleta Bar in the middle of the summer on an evening it was very busy. I never once felt rushed. They took their time explaining every detail, as it was our first time, and were sure to customize everything to our liking. After we paid, it was apparent that they had run out of open tables. My friend and I were fine to stand, but The Paleta Bar went out of their way to open up additional seating for us. They even checked on us about 30 minutes later and brought us up water. The customer service we received was absolutely spectacular. They went out of their way to make our experience memorable. Living out of state, I don't get to visit as often as I would like, but I make sure to stop by anytime I'm in town. If you haven't visited The Paleta Bar yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!!!

This place is amazing!!! Absolutely loved everything that I tried here. The owner is very friendly, and greets every customer warmly when they walk in the door. You can sample anything to make sure you like it, and quality is all top notch. This will definitely be a new stop for desserts or snacks from now on!

Fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices and they don't try to guilt you into a tip by asking if you would like to tip, even though this is one of the few places that the service is good enough to deserve it! Seating is pretty limited due to the small space, however. Paleta was delicious. Planning on going again.

We love this place. Paletas, elote, Dorinachos are all consistently delicious! Staff is almost always friendly except for today, we had a not so positive experience. Paola was rude & did very little to make us feel welcome. The rest of the staff made up for it and every other visit I’ve had staff have been excellent. Also, the eating areas weren’t well maintained. Would be nice to have someone clean table areas more frequently.

I was in town visiting from Phoenix and I kept hearing about this place. The customer service is on point from the moment you walk in. They have a huge variety of paletas along with topping options. Everything that I tried was delicious and I'll be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious mix of fruity paletas and a ton of toppings. I had a coconut paleta covered in dark chocolate and almonds. It was delightful! Next time I would get just a half dip. The owner was very helpful in explaining the menu and their process. I thoroughly enjoyed the treats and the atmosphere.

It was very busy and the girls were talking to each other and she asked me 3 x and I answered her but she was not paying attention. Till I told her HELLO can u pay attention. Simply. Amazing. For chocolate lovers I would recommend cookies and cream or pistachio dipped in milk chocolate and covered with M&Ms. But this isn't just a place for chocolate lovers. There's something for everyone. Paleta is spanish for popsicle, and you haven't really lived until you've tried some authentic paletas. You can top off your entire creation with fruit if you wish, or eat a plain paleta if that's your jam. Whichever way you like it, you won't regret a trip to The Paleta Bar.

A friend suggested this place. I was very pleased with their selection, they have many different flavors to choose from and you can add many different toppings from chocolate and nuts to fruit and chamoy. If you get them with toppings they cost a bit more but they are good and they offer bundles if you’re getting many paletas.

This store is adorable and all the workers are really nice, they have so many different paleta flavors and nacho/jerky flavors. There's not enough seating though, they can fit maybe 10 people at a time and the rest are left standing.

Tried this place today and was not disappointed. First of all they have great customer service. I got a paleta dipped in chocolate with some toppings and loved it. My husband got a agua de sandia (watermelon drink) and tasted so natural and yummy. The paletas have a good size and they put a good amount of each topping you choose. I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but, if I'm ever craving dessert I'm craving Paleta Bar. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the paletas (and basically everything else on the menu) are mouthwateringly delicious, and the atmosphere is always jovial. My boyfriend and I are regulars here and I've dragged pretty much everyone I know to get a Paleta from Paleta Bar. Also, it's right next to the mall which makes it a perfect pit stop for some delicious ice cream after a long day of shopping and walking around. I recommend Paleta Bar for anyone who wants some amazing ice cream served with a friendly smile.

Very interesting combination of ice cream, make sure you ask for suggestions to the employees and don't overdo/overload your popsicle with sweets, just enough to enhance the flavor. Family friendly, needs more tables and chairs, this is a small place and not handicap accesible. Prices are not cheap but not expensic, *MUST VISIT AT LEAST ONCE*

The best paletas I have ever had! My husband and I come here all of the time and I can't get enough of it. Their snacks, frescas, and beef jerky are really good too! They even have the hot cheetos with nacho cheese! They always come out with awesome, creative flavors. You cannot miss coming here if you visit Albuquerque!

It was good. If you've never been, the staff will guide you through on how to build your perfect paleta, good joint. Hopefully they will get a bigger building down the road, seating is very limited so if you own a car with no cup holders and 2 seater this isn't the place to visit when its busy cause you wont be able to enjoy your paleta in your car or inside.... maybe some more chairs and mesas afuera? ...

As an out-of-state visitor, my experience at Paleta Bar exceeded 5-stars. This quaint, unassuming dessert bar serves "Mexican popsicles" as its focal. A business category that simply does not exist in the greater Cleveland area. The two employees that greeted me were supremely knowledgable & friendly. I was provided with samples of both dessert bars & drinks prior to placing my order. The business concept was also explained, which proved useful. Paleta Bar's dessert case contains 10+ customizable dessert bar variations. An equal distribution of fruit based bars & traditional dessert variants. At the condiments bar, guests can customize their selections with toppings such as; coconut shreds, fresh strawberries & various nuts. Paleta Bar's preparation style provides guests with nearly unlimited creation possibilities- an enjoyable experience for all age groups. The staff's approach was a prime example of how exemplary service does a business major justice & creates return customers. I would gladly return if/when in the Albuquerque area again.

Let's go to the paleta bar, they said. "The WHAT Bar?" I yelled back. If you're like me, the word 'paleta' doesn't mean much. What you'll learn is that it is a Mexican ice treat, much like a popsicle but made with either cream or a water base. With that out of the way, go here! Trust me. They have a vast array of flavors (some quite unique) that can be dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate then coated in a variety of items (sprinkles, pistachio, fruity pebbles, etc.) Depriving yourself of a visit here is being downright unfair to yourself. The staff are helpful and the choices seem beyond endless. Go already, I'm telling you.

I ordered a smoothie made with taro, coconut, banana and a whole lotta milk :( in one of their cool light bulb cups and spent close to $10. The quantity was definitely not worthy of $10 and the smoothie ok. Unfortunately, the amount of milk added covered the taste of everything else. Won't be ordering that again. On the other hand, the paleta bars are delicious just make sure to pay attention to the prices before dipping in chocolate and adding toppings as the price spikes up quite a bit. The staff are friendly but will definitely be saving my next visit for a special occasion!
