My name is Mike and I used Campanella's for the first time this past December. They were excellent! I walked in and met with your representative. He was very kind and understanding. I set up an appointment for my car for the following week. When I arrived, I was offered to be dropped off with their shuttle service and I used this service. Very nice driver! The service on my car (new tires and balance) was done in a timely manner, and I felt that everyone there went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with their service. I will be going back for service on my Lexus when it needs service. THANK YOU!

I had a great experience here! The entire team was so nice, I felt very respected and appreciated. I love the detailed report with pictures they sent to me and the clear red/yellow/green guide they use to determine what’s needed immediately vs. can wait. Appreciated the shuttle as well and the gentleman who drove me. Everything was clean, parking was easy, and while I didn’t take advantage, there was a nice area to wait for your car with a Keurig. Already told my son to bring his car here!

I was in Delaware traveling for work when my car began having issues with overheating. The car thought it was overheating and the gauge wasn’t working, but upon inspection the engine and hoses the car actually wasn’t overheating. I ended up bringing it to the shop and the check engine light came on. They were able to get me in last minute for an engine diagnostic to be able to get me home the following day as I was traveling for work. They do a thorough vehicle inspection with any car that comes into the shop. They discovered it was my thermostat was stuck open causing the car to think it was over heating. They suggested another repair along with the thermostat since they go hand in hand, which I had just had taken care of the week before. We came to the decision that we could hold off on the second repair if the thermostat fixes the issue. They gave me a ride back to my hotel, they offer shuttle services and they also offer loaner cars which is awesome. They did a coolant flush and thermostat replacement and my car has been working great. It’s been almost 300 miles now after leaving the shop with 0 issues since. Jason was also very patient and understanding that I was traveling and was able to get me in and out of the shop in a timely manner.

I was a loyal Jeep customer of BCP, now Preston for over 18 years. My last visit there found their customer focus gone, along with all the old service team. Needing to find an honest service and customer focused repair facility, Campanella's was recommended by my old service advisor. When I called Chuck was extremely professional and listened to my issues and scheduled me for an inspection. I had a troublesome coolant leak, that was not easy to find. It took several days, what they thought it was turned out to be something different, AND not as costly. I was provided a loaner vehicle, when it was available, and Chuck kept me posted every step of the way. My problem has been solved, at a lower cost and with honesty. Besides the courtesy and understanding I received from Chuck, each and every employee was courteous, pleasant and professional. I am now a permanent customer of Campanella's Auto Service...

The current staff was so kind and my service advisor Jason took his time to explain to me what was wrong with my car broke down prices for me and even helped me prioritize the most important things that needed to be fixed out of the laundry list of things that needed to be addressed. Great service!! Matt and Ken came to my condo, jumped the dead battery, took it back to the shop, realized they didn’t check the brake fluid at the last checkup, replaced the fluids, and delivered the car back to my condo. I never left the condo. Would recommend Campanella’s to anyone!

Put my new tires on my Jeep, front end alignment, and a complete vehicle service inspection. These guys are great! Took my car in to have my tire plugged. They were very quick, professional and didn’t even charge me for fixing the air leakage. Told me they don’t charge for smaller repairs like that. Definitely will be back and recommending them!

Staff was super kind and understanding with me. I had to make several calls because I wasn’t sure I had the funds to go ahead with the repair, but no one was rude and (best part) **no one tried to pressure me into making a certain decision or spending tons of money.** They even gave me car advice to help me determine if it made sense to move forward with the repair. When I decided that I wanted to just get rid of my car (cost of maintenance was just too much compared to how old the car was), the mechanic offered to get it off my hands for free. So I transferred the title, and they waived the diagnostics fee! :) ***Also, this is the ONLY mechanic I’ve found that has a SHUTTLE to chauffeur you back to your house free of charge if you need a ride home!!***

Paul Campanella's was everything I needed, and more! I trusted all the 5-star google reviews and they didn't let me down. I'd driven my son's 2014 Camry from Florida and knew the alignment was off. They explained why I needed a new tire and did a general maintenance check as well. Overall, the car was in great shape, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I drove the car back with confidence, and I'll always use Paul Campanella's if I need any car repairs while in Delaware. Their shuttle service was super convenient.

This was my first time using this service center. My car just stopped out of nowhere today, and I called to see if I could get it towed there since it’s right near my home an where I broke down. Called and they said no problem drop it off!! They were upfront about the wait and what was needed to fix the problem. The whole experience was good, especially after having a doosey of a morning!! My experience with the staff and service at Campanella's was nothing short of excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the way, including a very user-friendly online system where I could view their whole inspection, which components they tested/reviewed, and the level of priority for which needed to be serviced or replaced. From start to finish, I interacted with five staff members and all were exceptionally professional and attentive. They discovered some other work that needed to be done in addition to the problem, but never once did I feel as though they could not be trusted or were trying to take advantage, as I have felt at previous shops. Now my AC is finally working 100% and the car feels so much smoother to drive! I have already recommended this shop to multiple friends in just one week.

Paul Campanella's is the most professional, friendly, courteous, and fast auto industry business I've encountered. I have dealt with them before (on an older car with a bunch of issues), and today they repaired a leak in my tire quickly, and at very short notice. They provide way better service than the shop at any dealership - I also booked a service for the next day while my dealership was scheduling a month into the future. I would recommend this place to anyone - they understand the power of good customer service, unlike most mechanic shops.

Thought I needed maybe "some" work. Found Campanella's and saw how highly rated they were. Excellent customer service and communication. Sent texts with photos regarding where they were at with my vehicle. Easy to understand and gave a really clear idea what I needed done. Unfortunately my truck is beyond repair, but they were very honest in telling me and did not charge me for the diagnostic. The only reason work was done was because the sad state of my truck. Gave them my car after running over a truck tire tread on I-95. My Contact, Jim, was understanding, friendly and professional throughout. The assessment of my vehicle including photos, the importance of the particular fix needed an the reasons why was excellent. Working with Jim we identified what needed to be done for safety sake and what I could do on my own (air filters, spark plugs). A totally satisfying experience!

This place is great and even the most simple visits are met with lots of photos and details about your car, which I appreciate! They give me more detail about my car than the dealership! However, you pay a premium for all that they do, but they do a lot (they drove my car to PA for a state inspection while I was at work!), so I’m happy overall! Thanks Campanella’s!

The Campanella service department have shown themselves to be professional and technically capable. We depend on them to do schedule maintenance so as to avoid unexpected breakdowns. If and when the engine light comes on we're strange noises occur they have proven themselves to be competent at evaluating and repairing the issue. Glad to have such a Dependable resource.

The most recent trip I had my daughters car in to get oil change and some work done before going to school. There were some issues with parts and timing. I took my car in with a flat tire without an appointment. After running a very thorough diagnostic, Doug took the time to speak with me about items that should be taken care of for an upcoming inspection. Not only did they fix my tire, they took care of a number of trouble issues that I have been putting off for some time. My car was not completed same day, so they offered me a loaner car without me even asking about it. The car was done early the next morning and I was paid up and off the lot in minutes. What a tremendous experience, at an incredible price. I would recommend Campanella’s to anyone.

Awesome customer service and clearly a well-run business. I had a flat tire and drove in on my spare, hoping they could fit me in without an appointment. They did, and did not charge me to patch the tire. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and communicative about any options I had. I waited while the patch was done in their very nice waiting area, although I could have taken them up on the offer to have the shuttle drive me to work instead. Very pleased with the service I have received today. What separates this shop from the others by far is the customer service. From calling over the phone, coming to the shop and receiving a ride share (to and from my house), everyone that I had come in contact with were very professional and kind. They aren’t pushy or abrupt like other shops. They offer a free ride share since the waiting room isn’t open (they have little chairs outside too). Since I received a ride, they texted me an inspection overview of my car and showed me what was good what was nonurgent and what was urgent. It was a detailed report of my car that I have been handed by any other shop. To top off my great experience here, they had given me a coupon for a free car wash for somewhere local. They are great in terms of service and how they respond to the customer questions and need. Their communication is absolutely friendly and lovely This is a very high-quality service center which values the customer a ton. I just recently moved from another state and found them based on the reviews on Google about Auto Service Centers near me. At first, I thought that the reviews are overrating here, but after I got the service, my thought is changed that they deserve even more than what they got on the Google. Considering my first-time appointment with them a day before on a heavy schedule they have, they set the appointment as I requested. They did a great job satisfying my need on a rush request which is another measure of their great customer service not only for their loyal customers but also for their new customers who will become loyal soon. Last but not least, they have a great portal that all the history is accessible and you do not need to track the paperwork!

This is an upstanding business!! They go above and beyond to service their customers! There prices are higher than others but I feel they are completely transparent and do not bully you into paying. They honor the word "No". I have gone to the less expensive auto shops and ended up having to get the same repair again sooner rather than later. Having said all of that, I have to praise them even more today. I was picking up my car very close to their end of day, en route I realized I left a payment method home. Traveling via Lyft, I knew I did not have time to go back and retrieve it. I arrived at the auto shop explained my dilemma. Near tears (anxiety), I asked if there were alternate ways to pay but none of them worked. A service member (apologize I cannot recall his name) offered to take me home to get my card. In addition, other service members stayed behind to receive my payment via phone. When I arrived to get my car, a service member greeted me, relayed some information and even gave advice. I hate to even mention this but after reading some of their negative reviews. I have to say that as a Black woman, I have NEVER experienced any discrimination. Ever... Period.

We were traveling quite a long distance to come to A. I. Dupont Nemours Children's Hospital and to stay at the Ronald McDonald House near by. In the last mile to the hospital (for a routine visit), our van had a major electrical issue causing erratic shifting. I highly value: that I see the owner (Paul) just about every time I go, the extensive inspection/check that they do every oil change (I have yet to see another shop that provides one as detailed), that they will keep me on track with which services should be done at certain miles, that they will do a PA state inspection, are always friendly and understanding, and demonstrate a strong knowledge of cars in being able to diagnose and fix the different problems. Not only was the customer service BEFORE I dropped off my car, amazing, but it continued through my entire experience. Drove from Dawsonville GA (go Chase Elliott) to pickup a camper that I bought in NJ. On the way back the water pump went out. I looked up on Google for a Automotive shop, and I saw your advertisement and called. I talked to Matthew and he was so helpful. We limped over to the shop, I was impressed with the professionalism when I talked to Matthew and Paul, I told them I was from Georgia and needed help. They took my truck right in and diagnosed the problem. They said it would be around 5pm before the repairs would be completed. They drove us to a local coffee shop so we could wait. Matthew called and kept me informed of the process, around 4pm Matthew called and said that they found another problem and it would be in the morning before they could get the part. He had the shuttle driver pick us up and take us to the Hotel. The next morning Matthew called and said the part had arrived and he thought they would be done by noon. The shuttle driver picked us up at noon and took us to the shop. The truck was ready to go. Just wanted to thank Matthew, Paul and Steve and the rest of the guys!!

I have a 2004 Avalanche with 160000+ miles of some hard miles and a lot of days off road on the beaches of the east coast. I have always tried to keep the maintenance of this truck up, but as the family grows and limited time for downtime, I have slacked a little. As our primary beach vehicle and now driving more miles for work, I had a few major issues crop up, that I thought were previously addressed from other auto and dealer care shops, but live and learn. Even though we live about 60 miles away, it ended up being well worth the trip. I got out of work on a Friday night at 9 PM to find a nail in my tire. Of course, I couldn't take it anywhere until Saturday. I scheduled an appointment with another shop only to be told they double booked themselves AND would be unable to have my care taken care of by the end of the day. Instead of going through all that I took my car to Campanella's. I had no appointment. I just showed up and dropped it off. They were kind enough to shuttle me back. I was with my daughter at AI DUPONT HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN for 4 appointments and noticed when I got there I was losing air in one if the tires , in between appointments went and out air and within a couple hours the tire was almost flat again, googled for tire repair and found this business - I called and let them know what was going and since I was from out of state, wanted to see if they would be able to take a look at it after 4:00 PM . I was told yes to come in and they went far and beyond any auto shop i have ever dealt with, they were amazing and so helpful with my situation and they even let my daughter who is special needs go inside even though wait area was already closed and we were able to wait inside so we wouldn’t have to wait outside while they worked on the tire . I had an oil change that was scheduled for yesterday at 10am. I got to Paul Campanella's a little before 10 and checked in. At 10am on the dot I noticed that a technician started visually inspecting my vehicle; he got in and moved it to the service area. I settled in to the waiting room (modern, clean, brightly light, free wifi, water and coffee) to do some work on my laptop. A little while later Paul Campanella himself came out to check in with me and ask about my experience. I appreciate that he values each customer and wants to make sure that things are done right. Soon after that I got the word that my oil change and tire rotation was complete. Included with the work was a checklist of all the items on my vehicle that were checked and their current condition. It gives me great peace of mind being on the road to know that my car has been thoroughly checked and all elements are in proper working order. Update: Paul himself gave me a call after reading my review and really went above and beyond, letting me know that he thought they could have done a better job finding places to help me save money on the repair, and in the end deciding that since the customer service in this instance hadn't been up to snuff and that I'd been such a longtime customer that they'd do the work for free. Really appreciated the great treatment. Originally: Took my car in for an oil change and assistance on a front headlight and accepted the recommended service to change the belts on my alternator and AC compressor. The AC compressor failed completely two days later, far from home. When I came back, they insisted it couldn't have been their problem, quoted me a huge price on the compressor, and didn't really work with me at all on the price. Ended up feeling like I'd had an extraordinarily expensive oil change.

I just moved into town and it's been on my to do list to find a good, trustworthy car place (which in my experience has be absurdly difficult). Unfortunately for me, my search was expedited by a slow but persistent leak that was causing my front passenger tire to go flat overnight each night. I did some googling and saw that these guys had a bunch of good reviews, so I thought I'd give them a shot. In short, I waited less than 45 mins for them to fix my tire, hand me my keys back, and tell me that they don't charge for tire repairs. What?! Who does that? How freaking cool. Imagine that...a company in the service industry that's actually interested in earning it's business instead of treating it's clients indifferently at best, and like inconveniences at worst. Hope my future experiences with these guys are consistent with this one. Would be psyched/relieved if my search for an honest, friendly car place ends here!

Paul was kind enough to rescue me in downtown Wilmington and to quickly change a really flat tire on a busy street (obtained by hitting a pot hole). He was my “angel of mercy”! Also, the service for my oil change and maintenance on my rear drum brakes was conducted in less than 24 hours, however, I was quoted three different times for getting brakes replaced on my front two wheels with each quote getting higher ($362, $408, $441). Don't know if this is because of them not knowing enough about my car without seeing it in person or if they were incompetent, but I decided against getting the brakes done there and went to another mechanic. Would go to again, but only for minor repairs.

Initial service visit: to check a 1 year old battery (from Campanella’s) which needed a re-charge. Battery tested and was charged. However, technician found several other needed services, e.g. replace fluids (brake & transmission), A/C service, fuel induction service, replace Broken engine torque mount, replace broken High Mount stop lamp assembly, replace brake/plate lights. Matthew (Service Advisor) communicated often and provided explanations of the above services. Matthew provided the service priorities and left the decision to me without “ Push”. This vehicle, 2006 Toyota Avalon Limited, has relatively low mileage (less than 5,500 miles per year), has excellent performance and has an attractive black exterior. Accordingly, I opted to have all work completed to keep this utility vehicle in excellent health.

My wife woke up with a flat tire. I called AA and the technician recommended Paul Campanella's Auto and Tire. I had never been back behind fulton paper but I was shocked by this huge new auto center. They took my information and someone was working on the tire in 5 minutes. Five minutes later they had it done and they did not charge me!! I went in for a tire issue and they patched it up for free. And just recently, I thought my brakes were going bad, so they did a free inspection and drove it around. I just needed a battery and I wanted an Interstate. NTB was out of stock, Wallys was out of stock too. I called Campanella because the Interstate website had Campanella's listed as a retailer. There are a few things I have to say about Paul Campanella's. First of all, I brought my car in because I tried rolling up my window, and the window itself shattered into a million peices. I have had problems with my window in the past, but my dad or my boyfriend has always put the window back in place when it had fallen from it's axis. However, I didn't think getting it looked at in the shop would cost a pretty penny, boy was I wrong. So I brought it into Paul Campanella's shop with a window that I bought from the junkyard, although they are very personable and nice, they will rob you blind. They took my car apart that day (something my dad and boyfriend had done in 15 minutes) and said that charge alone would be $200.... TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. I could have done that MYSELF! Then they said that the part would be another 200!! I asked my boyfriend to look the part up online, and the most expensive, top of the line, was 200 on sale for 80, BRAND NEW. I depend on my car so I just asked them if they could check with the junkyard to see if they had that part, they ended up charging me 80 for a USED JUNK YARD PART. I later found out the junk yard part only cost them $20. My grand total: $350, and it wasn't even the motor in the window. I will NOT be using this place again. I would be nice too if I was profiting $330 for 20 minutes of work.

Brought in my 04 fx35 to get on the road force balancer because i was getting a shake between 65 -75 after installing 25mm wheel spacers. I could of taken them off but i think matthew knew thats what i wanted n went above n beyond to do what he could to resolve the problem.
