Always great service, I can't say it enough!! The value of the service to the dollar is extraordinary! I've been coming to Paul Campanella's Auto & Tire Center Pike Creek for years. They (everyone) do there job to make sure your car is in tip-top-shape. I recently saw they do headlight restoration. I took advantage of that offer and I am so glad I did. My headlights on a 2007 Honda Accord look like that are right out of the factory!! They always suggest and/or recommend services that are necessary, nothing more, at least in my case. I recommend you try them once for service, if you don't care for them, then nothing lost, but I'm sure you will be a repeating customer, like me.

From the minute I dropped the car off to the delivery of the vehicle back to me, Chuck and the rest of the Campanella staff were the best I have ever dealt with when it comes to auto repair. From the text system that sent me a link to see the repair recommendations and pictures showing what needed to be repaired, to upfront pricing, and fantastic communications throughout, Chuck and the team were amazing. Even when the car delivery back to me would be delayed, Chuck explained that he didn't want me to pick it up until he could guarantee the repairs were complete and the car was back in the condition it should be in. I will take all of my cars to Campanella's from now on! I am also glad I got to tell Paul and his sons personally how happy I was with their services when I ran into them at the BMW Championship Golf Tournament.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. My car was towed in and they quickly looked at it and sent me updates threw out the entire day. They did have to do major repairs, and notified me before starting any work. Eddie is a great, and made the entire process a pleasurable one. The service I received was fantastic. Friendly service and a very detail report on my vehicle. Why bother going back to the dealership for repairs. My only recommendation is for the detail report to have an estimated cost of each diagnostic so I can choose which ones to perform now and ones that can be later on.

I'm new to the Wilmington area and needed a quick repair I happened to find Campanellas as I was driving through the area searching for a shop. I stopped in with no appointment and they took my car right away I liked the service very much including the guys I dealt with. There was a delay in completing the job and they kept me informed all along. I was able to get any answers ineeded immediately and there was no problems at all. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I had an issue with my tire. I took it to the dealership and found there was a nail in the tire. The dealership told me it was too close to the sidewall and I needed to replace the tire. The picture shows that the nail was not near the sidewall, so I brought my car to Paul Campenella's to look at the tire. They plugged my tire and sent me on my way. I appreciate them saving me a lot of money by not having to replace my tire. Again I highly recommend these folks for your car needs.

First time I tried this service. Always went to Henry’s but they closed. Went in for a slow leak in a tire and walked out paying $1300 after the ‘complimentary service analysis’ found multiple issues. I agreed to having the work done but I thought it odd that they didn’t find an oil change was overdue in their free analysis. Did provide complimentary shuttle service and pick up. Wasn’t unhappy but not sure I would return.

My new twin drivers got a car, and this mama needed peace of mind to get them on the road. The free inspection report was awesome and let me know all the details so I could decide what was most important (loved the green, yellow, red status they put on the findings), and what we should focus on first. The front desk and phone staff is so beyond kind in every interaction- when I called and came in to pick it up, the one gentleman at the desk was the NICEST person and asked about my day, and everyone back there was super nice, really. Customer service in todays world is SO HARD and they nail it. They have made a customer for life! Plus, as a neighbor, I really love the sign! Haha

My Tesla Model Y had a screw in the passenger rear tire causing a slow leak. I stopped in at Campanella's to see if they could patch the tire (I checked with the local Tesla Service Center and it was going to take 6 days to get it patched!). They patched the tire in less than an hour and had me on my way. Wow. I received tremendous service and the employees were very friendly and professional (my Service Advisor was Sam). I would recommend them based upon my experience especially for Tesla owners as Campanella's has become certified to do Tesla maintenance. I will certainly use them in the future.

Excellent service. The front office guy, Doug Hart, was awesome. He gave me a detailed run down of my car inspection, let me know what definitely needed to be done, included pictures in his report, and was prompt in letting me know when I could schedule a follow up appointment to have my front wind shield replaced. The transmission work I had done at Campanella’s was 1/3 the price that the dealership quoted me. I will definitely be coming back.

Very friendly and got my car in very quickly. Kept me updated on the process and treated me like a friend. Only knock against them which I’m not happy about is that I took my car there for a reason and that reason still isn’t fixed. So I paid $1300 for stuff that they did but my original issue on my car wasn’t solved. If I take my car somewhere to get fixed And I’m paying I expect to be paying for that issue to be fixed but that wasn’t the case here. Kind of disappointed.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. They did a great job! My truck was in and out pretty quickly and I was ready to go before the weekend. They offer to pick up or drop off your car before or after service if needed. They also have a shuttle service and loaner cars (at no extra cost) for you to use if you don’t have a ride! I only came for an oil change so I waited with the car, but I thought it was really generous of them to offer those services! Over all 12/10 service and I will 100% be bringing my car back for any future repairs/ service.

An extremely professional business. Doug was perfect throughout the process of my truck being there. Prompt phone calls everyday to keep me in the loop, asking for permission to move forward with the repairs that they found that were needed. A CRAZY bumper to bumper inspection with photos emailed to me and diagnostics also emailed to me everyday. Apparently this inspection is done on every vehicle they work on. I had work done on another truck of mine about 10 years ago there. They remembered me and that particular truck as soon as I walked in. I dealt with Doug and he was top notch, but I'm sure whoever you deal with will be excellent. I highly recommend Paul Campanella's shop to anyone with an automotive need!

Absolutely amazing experience from before I dropped my vehicle off to when I drove off the lot. I heard of them before since I delivered to them in the past at an old job, and knew of their funny signs from social media. I was greeted on the phone after inquiring about services via email, and setup an appointment. During my truck’s service, I was texted a very detailed report of everything that my truck needed, that also included pictures of what they were talking about. After verifying their concerns and moving forward for the repairs and services I wanted after reviewing their report, the work on my truck went on. It took a day for a lot of work done (brakes, tires, shocks, fluid flushes, alignment, etc) and was more than happy to pick up my truck after work. Prices were fair and the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon picking up my truck after service, I was given two free car wash coupons to a local business and a free hand sanitizer bottle was left in my truck. My truck rode like brand new after the well needed services. Will definitely go back again! Everything from start to finish was wonderful.

Ended up taking alot of labor for the mechanics to figure out exactly what was wrong. They were very communicative through the entire process. They even offered to drop my car off at my work for me so I didn’t have to come back for it. They are currently running a promotion for free oil change for first responders due to the pandemic, they were so grateful and thankful for those currently working in the pandemic. Will is the best. I’ve been having electrical issues with my car for months and haven’t been able to get it to pass inspection. They had my car for a day and were able to fix majority of the issues. Don’t get me started on the price either. The dealer said they’d charge me $350 just to look at the car and that I’d be looking at about $2,000 or more to fix. I almost cried. Will and the team were able to fix the headlights, tail lights, and several other lights. My car passed inspection too. Thank you sooo much!!!!

Great communication and customer service. Called in the morning to get a new car I purchased checked over since engine light came on. They fit me in and sent me a link so I could see the diagnostics that was done. I called back to have them fix everything and they not only finished same day but two hours earlier than they originally thought. I was not aware that the new Hockessin location was really not open for business yet. I had my windshield wipers break and needed them before the impending snow. When I called the Hockessin location I spoke with Anthony , who mentioned they were not really open, but said he would get what I needed from another location, would have it today and would be glad to put them on. He called exactly when he said he would, I went there, met Anthony and not only did he install, but also noticed I needed washer fluid and filled that as well. I recently moved to Wilmington and Campanella's came recommended to me by a long time Wilmington resident and coworker. I couldn’t be happier with the service! I’ve had my tires, battery and oil changed and the results have been great and the prices were always lower than my expectations. I recently took my car in for some small maintenance and when I left I noticed they had fixed another item on the car gratuitously. They are always warm and friendly when I enter and the location in Augustine Cut-Off is well situated. The bathroom is meticulously clean and the waiting room comfortable. On two occasions I’ve waited for my car and every customer that left was very happy with their experience. Overall, the prices are great and the service is incredible - I highly recommend it.

There's a reason few shops have such good ratings, but it's obvious why Paul Campanella's does. I like my mechanics like my people, honest, and with visual support so that as a non-car person I can understand exactly what is wrong with my car. Pay for cheap work, get cheap work. Three stories of how Paul Campanella's became my trusted auto shop: 1. I got a nail in my tire shortly after buying my first car 3 years ago. I called some nearby auto shops and they wanted me to make an appointment a few days out to fix the tire. I called Paul Campanella's and they said to bring the car right in, even though it was close to the end of the day. Campanella's fixed my tire right then and there. When I went to grab my wallet to pay, some guy laughed and said, "no need to pay, just bring your car back when you need something real done on it." I said wow thanks and shook his hand. I asked what his name was, turns out it was Paul Campanella himself. 2. I took that same car here when it was due for it's first oil change. I thought I’d have to just sit and wait in the waiting area, but one of the employees drove me to the gym using their courtesy shuttle, and then she picked me up when my car was done, all for no cost. Now, Campanella’s is the only place I take my car for routine maintenance. 3. My car recently broke down on the highway and I had to get it towed via AAA to the nearest auto shop, which was not Campanella’s. I did not trust this auto shop’s repair recommendation. While I was in the parking lot of this other auto shop, I called Paul Campanella’s. Will was extremely helpful in talking through my problems, and eventually we agreed that I should get my car re-towed to Campanella’s to have it properly looked at. Within the day, Campanella’s was able to properly diagnose and fix my car’s problem, and they saved me from getting shafted $2.4k by the sketchy auto shop. Campanella’s always thoroughly explains what recommendations they have for my car. I always feel confident that my money is being well spent when I do business with them. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

I went in to have an oil change. I asked them if they could put air in my tire because I had revived an alert an that my pressure was low. They took a look and realized I had a nail in my tire. I had a million errands to run including getting my daughter to a doc appointment. They drove me to another location to pick up a loaner for me to borrow until my car was fixed. One of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to, and definitely the most caring. They do a full inspection on your vehicle when you bring it in and brought to light a bunch of problems I didn’t even know I had. They had actually missed something small so I called them and they came right away to pick up my vehicle. And might I add that I work a half an hour away from the shop. But Paul himself brought me a loaner for free. These guys did an amazing job, Never scoffed at my concerns, treated me with respect, And gave me a full list of the issues written down so I knew exactly what was going on and then explained everything to me in detail. Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in because of the sound of water sloshing around somewhere under it. It has been into Brandywine Chrysler Jeep multiple times and they always claimed to have cleaned out the down spouts from the moonroof, but clearly they didn't. At first I was hesitant, thinking I would need to hire a company specializing in water leaks. Had a wonderful experience today at Paul Campanella's. I'm a new customer and was treated very well by the shop staff. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute oil change. I'll also mention that I called around a few places and they had the most reasonable price for a synthetic oil change. They even did an extensive inspection for me as a new customer. The front desk guy went over each of the concerns they found but I didn't feel any pressure to get anything done in that moment.
