Wowzers! These guys totally blew us away with how thorough of an inspection they did on our Versa (complete with photos, videos, and exact pricing of any potential upgrades/maintenance). I've NEVER seen an inspection like this in my entire life that is done so meticulously. It must've been nearly 100 different things they checked! Nothing escapes these guys! We also tremendously appreciated their honesty and valued their opinions on what was urgent to fix and what could be left for later. Definitely some of the most legit guys you will ever meet. They're the top rated in the city for a reason, and have certainly earned our trust. We would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat for sure! This place definitely knows what they're doing, and I'm not being sarcastic when I say that. They do know what they're doing whether its good or bad. I've had a complaint about hand tight before and was told nope the tech said they did it hand tight and here we are again no reason AT ALL an oil filter should be this tight.

The people at Affinity were very friendly and professional. I had an issue with my AC blower malfunctioning in my 2010 Audi A3, and found them to be reasonably priced considering the type of car I own, and in comparison to other shops who do work on Audis. They did an entire vehicle inspection, which cost around $120 to do, and after looking through the electrical system, were able to isolate and repair the issue. They also replaced my rear brakes as was needed. The turn around time was within 24 hours. They have a great new system of keeping the customer informed via text messages with the ongoing diagnostic report, and estimates. For an experienced team of mechanics and very friendly staff, I would highly recommend this shop and team for any vehicle issues.

Affinity is thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have an older car that is new to me and they were able to fix the leaks in the A/C and diagnose and fix a “check engine light” that no one else could find. They also informed me of other needs that were recommended to be performed before the car rolled to 50k miles so as to maintain certain warranties which I would never have known otherwise. I plan to use them for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

I was in Wichita from out of town. Truck broke down called 3 or 4 shops and none of them even seemed interested in working on it. Then found “ Affinity Auto” Hands down one of if not the best repair shops I have ever done business with. Had my truck fixed in less than 24 hours. Price was surprisingly very manageable compared to other shops. Very good people that treat you like a human and not a number. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 out of 10

I can't thank enough for Affinity auto services' generosity and hospitality. I was in a hurry to return home due to an emergency on a snowy day but the tire pressure warning sign got on right after I ran over something on highway. What an awesome repair shop! We were out of state when our van broke down on a Friday afternoon! Summer worked with us and assured me the guys would look at car as soon as the tow truck could get it to them. She was able to calm my fears and even helped get us set up in a hotel! They fixed the van and alerted us to other maintenance issues for the future. To top it off, the work is covered by a nationwide warranty service. Amazing!! The car is older and the original parts are starting to fail, which is to be expected when it is over 20 years old. Struts and bushings were replaced, but then a noise developed near the wheel. We waited to take it back in case it was a rock from the driveway stuck inside the brakes. The noise continued and then it started running rough with the check engine light flashing. Affinity got it towed into their shop and found out it was faulty parts they replaced under warranty to fix the noise. One coil had to be replaced and now it runs good again. The bill was way less than we expected. Appreciated the honest warranty work and service with integrity.

Their inspection comes with an online, annotated, color coded checklist that puts urgent points higher on the list so I know what I need to have done on the car. Asked to have my air conditioner checked as it was putting out warm air on a fairly warm day. But when they checked it on the 25th, it was pretty cool outside and the air conditioner was putting out 40 degree temp air. So taking the car back in on the 29th, which will be a warmer day to see if they can figure out what's going on with the air conditioner.

We took our 2004, E-350 into Affinity Automotive to get the AC fixed. At first, we thought it would be a 1-2 day fix, however after replacing the compressor and the clutch they found out there were also hoses leaking. Instead of purchasing new hoses they had them repaired in town which saved a lot of money. At one point my husband was angry about how long it was taking, but James and the tech were very patient and courteous explaining all the problems there were with the AC on the van. By the time we left my husband felt much better and knew they were doing their best to get our van fixed correctly the first time instead of just putting a band aid on it to be fixed later. The tech worked very hard at checking and making sure it was taken care of. I appreciate the fact that they have a Master Tech working on our van. Summer and James were very courteous and went out of their way to take care of us including getting us a rental vehicle large enough for our family. Our AC works very well and we are glad to know there is a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on it. They did an inspection on the van and had a list at the bottom of our receipt of things we might like to have checked out in the future. I appreciate that they were not pushy about bringing it back to have those things fixed. Though it took longer than expected to get the AC fixed, I'm glad it was done right the first time! We will be recommending Affinity Automotive and using them again.

I appreciate the fact that they send pictures and videos with detailed descriptions of what the issue(s) is and the recommended corrective action as well! Not only is there comfort in receiving a text message with a direct link to review your vehicles overall health and diagnosis but the consistent communication is a major plus as well. They’ve just recently serviced my vehicle for a third time in a span of about three years (different reasons of course) and each time it seems I had my car back as quick as I dropped it off - the service is very prompt! It cost me bundle of $$ to get it all fixed in which my vehicle sorely needed it and if you really want the honest truth, it was my fault for not taking better care of my vehicle--now I know. The staff are really friendly and they have a pretty good system for tracking what your vehicle needs and also what has been done to it for each visit. I had my Mazda 3 in for it's 60K maintenance check and the service they provided was pretty phenomenal. No serious work needed to be done but their system readout after inspecting the entire thing gave me piece of mind that my car was in great shape!

Been going here exclusively for the last three years. Best experience I have with them was around the July 4th holiday in 2017 when I had a flat tire for my 2013 Genesis 3.8 Track... very hard to find new tires(or any part for that matter) for this car locally, but they drove to get the tires out of state and had them on the very next day, and at a fair price. Very impressed , from step one to the car being done. I took them a car that I had been working on myself and couldn't figure out what was wrong.They took down a lot of notes when I brought my car in and really payed attention to what I was saying. From there they gave me a good idea of what was going to be done to diagnose it further. Each step of the way they kept me well informed and told me step by step everything that was done. My car was fixed and running better than ever in no time, no parts just labor. I recommend them highly.

AM on the Road

These last few months have been a nightmare for me. But Mark and Summer have made the sting not hurt so bad. Both of them, as well as their staff, are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in handling vehicle issues: especially monstrous ones. They have been there every time I've called, are prompt and thorough in their communications, they take time to listen to me, and treat me as family. The first time my transmission failed, they performed detailed examinations and presented me options for repair we discussed together. Not only did they have options for the transmission work, but they found a place they have personally toured out of state that would guarantee their work and parts for a rebuilt CVT for nearly 8 times what Nissan would guarantee. They did the leg work for me and because of this I was able to make an informed decision. The price tag hurt, but that was not their fault: just the nature of my need. Fast forward 1,000 miles when the transmission failed again during them taking it out on a test drive after I brought the vehicle to them in an emergency. Not only was Mark stranded and had to call for a tow, Summer stayed at the shop while James drove me to my car to pick up Mark and get my personal belongings out. They towed the car back to their shop, started right away on the warranty claim, had another transmission shipped in a couple days and had it in and ready in a few days! They even reluctantly waited to let me have the car back so they could spend time with it another day to monitor the behavior of the newer rebuilt transmission longer. When I picked it up the next day, I was handed my key fob, had a great conversation with James, and left...not having to pay one cent...because of the warranty from quality places. What a place of integrity and standing by their word! A rare find these days. And although the first rebuilt transmission failed quickly, I am not upset with the company that did the rebuild...they are leaders in starting to rebuild these CVTs when other places won't even touch them, and the process is still a learning curve. All I can say about Affinity and the company who rebuilt my transmission is top notch and they are people of their word. They truly have your best interest at heart. And they will source products for you from reputable companies that stand by their products. Now, not all warranties and coverages are going to be the same for everyone's situation. BUT what Summer and Mark tell you, they say what they mean and mean what they say. I'm not even sure I'm out of the woods yet with my vehicle, but I know they will help me every step of the way. I have been telling everyone to take their vehicles to them. I hope you do and I will be now seeing Affinity for any need I have. Thank you so much, loves to you for helping me through such stressful times!

What a wonderful, very clean, and friendly shop this is! A couple of my co-workers and myself came here onsite one evening for an OSHA Safety Meeting Class. Mark and Summer were very hospitable! We got served a hot, tasty supper catered in straight from Olive Garden and than had the meeting after supper. I could tell that when I walked into the shop for the first time that Mark, Summer, and the rest of their employees are very particular in what they do. Everything from the floor to the toolboxes was all nice and clean. (Even the waiting room in the front office was clean, smelled fresh, and looked inviting!) The shop floor was so clean that you could hardly see a grease or oil spot on the floor! I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that has problems with their vehicle(s). Outstanding is the word I would use to describe the customer service and repair work that Affinity Automotive provides. My 2004 Wrangler Jeep was really starting to show its age due to high mileage. i want to start off by saying mark and summer are amazing people and have a awesome business who cares about their customers. i have been taking my vehicles to Affinitiy Autos for about a year or so any time i have problems with my cars, i had my wifes car towed there couple weeks ago due to it not going into gear, a day later summer called me and told me what was going on and what the problem was with the car and turns out it was internal transmission problems. she gave me different options on what they could do and i chose the best option that fit my finances. one thing i like about affinitiy autos is they will send you a text about the inspection of your vehicle and will post videos and photos of the stuff thats wrong on your vehicle or whatever the case maybe(i.e worn tires, loose outter tie rod etc) they also have credit financing if you cant afford the bill so you can do payments. I chose Affinity for an oil change and to repair a small oil leak. They were polite and professional. They performed a thorough inspection, after which they sent me a comprehensive electronic report with digital pictures. They recommended a power steering fluid flush (I knew beforehand this needed to be done, but I didn't let on) and they advised that the coolant was set to a warmer freezing point than they recommend. I okayed them to flush the power steering system and adjust the freezing point of the coolant per their recommendations in addition to fixing the oil leak and changing the oil. After receiving the parts required, they completed the maintenance requested. They assured me that the tech. had cleaned the area of the leak but that there might be a small amount of residual fluid remaining. I paid the bill, a little over $300, which I thought was very fair. The next time I filled my fuel tank was 3 or 4 days later and part of my routine is to check engine fluid levels during fuel stops. I noted that the engine oil level was about 2 quarts low and added oil. I also noted that the coolant reservoir fluid level was well below the "minimum" line on the reservoir. When I got the vehicle home, I crawled under to see if I could find a reason for my engine oil to be low and found that the pressure switch that they had identified as my original oil leak was still leaking. Since it was after hours on the weeked, I sent them a text explaining the situation and asked if we could make an appointment to resolve these issues. When I woke up then next morning, they had responded to my text and asked if I could bring the vehicle back immediately. I bought the vehicle back, explained about the oil leak and that the coolant level in the reservoir was also very low. Again, the representative behind the counter was professional and polite, he said "maybe an air bubble had worked its way out of the coolant system" and asked for the key so they could put it in the bay for another inspection. I didn't hear back from them for the rest of the day as I went about my normal routine so as closing time approached, I decided to make my way back to the shop. As I was walking up, I saw that the tech. was pulling my vehicle out of the bay, he slowed as he approached me and rolled down the window. He said everything was complete, he was going to take it for a short test drive and I should be good to go. As he pulled away, I walked into the office and chatted with a couple of customers and the receptionist. As the tech. pulled back up with my vehicle, I asked how much for today's work and she said "No charge, its covered under our warranty. " I thanked them and walked outside. As the tech. was getting out of the car. He handed me the key and said, you're all set. I asked if he found anything wrong with the coolant system that would explain the low coolant level. He said, no, low coolant level? I didn't see that on the ticket? I said ya, we should look at that too. So he took the key, pulled it back into the bay and popped the hood. The coolant level was still very low and he said he didn't see any other issues as he added coolant to the required level. I'm giving Affinity a 5 star rating because of great customer service, because they inspected and found a maintenance issue (power steering fluid) and didn't try to sell anything unnecessary and also because it's easy to stand behind your work when everything goes as planned, their willingness to stand behind their parts and service when things don't as well as excepted shows true integrity and commitment to an outstanding customer experience.
