This is my go-to station for pretty much everything. Very nice people and atmosphere. Nice waiting room with TV. One of the better more reputable places I've been to. You get an extensive report on your vehicle regardless of if you use their services. Also they just got a new simple payment plan which makes getting your car serviced easier and affordable.

Besides doing great work, The customer service there is fantastic. You felt comfortable and welcomed. I had Car Shield and the employees were very good about contacting Car shield for a claim. I used to take my car to a local shop to support local businesses but my experience here made me swap over. I will be going to this place for all my auto needs.

Came in for an ABS issue. Bob was helping me with this issue. Truck had to spend a few days there they found the issue but couldn't fix it since the part they needed was on national backorder and no date when it would be coming out. They gave me a loaner car while the truck was in the shop. He called me on his off time to tell me the truck was done on state Chris, and Rodney were very polite and friendly. I'll come back again.

Amazing experience. They explained to me what my car need to get done. It was the same service I paid for 2,800 dollars 3 weeks ago which was not completed by the previous place chesapeake. the receipt i received did not specify the services that was done to the car. Thank God for Meineke for explained everything to me. I called the place and expose them. They told me to bring the car back

This place is just ok in my book. I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30am and my car was taken back at 10:50. I was there for just a state inspection. Asked how long it would take and was told an hour and a half. I mentioned that in the past this had been about a 30 minute appointment elsewhere. It was pointed out to me that there was a lot to do during an inspection and it would be an hour and a half. I called for a ride home (less than 5 minutes away). My ride came, picked up a pre-ordered Starbucks and don't you know...my car was ready for pick-up. No complaints on cleanliness, or anything...just bad communication.

Best shop out there. My go to guys are Bob and Chris, always open and honest. They sympathize with folks and did the absolute best job at getting my vehicle up and running. Getting a vehicle perfect takes time and they did just that. The techs in the back are knowledgeable and always willing to help in any manner they can. Highly recommend this shop.

I called ahead to make an appointment, I asked how much was the oil change and was given 29. And 42. When I got there it was 45, when I asked for the 29$ one. Was told that Nissans needed the 45 Synthetic oil. Ok I left my car at 2:00 , my appointment time, I had to call for my car at 4!!! They was not busy and a oil change only takes 15 mins!!! Car wasn’t done, I had to borrow a vehicle to go pick up my baby from school,. Not to mention Rob the one I had being dealing with was short with me on the phone. I went at my car after 4:30 , went to go pay price had gone up to 54.00! Now when I spoke to Rob when I dropped my car off and he was explaining a 10 coupon I was focused on what he was saying and yes I signed the paperwork! I believe women get run over at these Mechanics!!! I paid 44, however Rob was not Pleasant but I stood my ground. When you give your prices, please explain everything, that’s what good customer service is all about!

Meineke was the closest tire repair shop on a busy Friday afternoon. We had just picked up a foreign object (1-1/2” metal staple) in our passenger side rear tire. It made a loud flapping noise. We were three hours from home, about to drive through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, then up the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Repair shops at that hour would have been few and far between. Meineke was able to pull the staple, determine that the tire was not punctured and had us back on the road in an hour. Great doing business with Meineke!

Guys, I know this is going to sound really crazy but I they mean it when they say care center. I'm so impressed with everything here. The customer waiting area is amazing .. they have wifi and computer stations. Even USB plugs to charge your phone. Good keurig coffee and. Bottles of water. The bathrooms are nicer than most people's home bathrooms and they customer service from John was so great!!!! I'm never going anywhere else to get my oil changed ever again.

I had a oil leaked I was charged 1200 dollars they said that would fix the problem but it didn't then I needed 800 more dollars took it back two weeks later for them to check the leak they said I need another pricey leak fixed no thanks

The only complaint I had was the advertisement said $24.95 for oil change and free check up. But ended with a bill for $33.06. Other than that service was great, service department treated me with great respect. Waiting room was clean and neat (albeit no coffee pods to make coffee)

I have now been to 2 locations one in Hampton and one on diamond springs road my oil change went great but they do a free visual inspection with the oil change and I received 14 things supposedly wrong with my car one being i need to immediately get a virginia inspection sticker when my car is register to north Carolina supposedly I had 1 bad coil pack and another thing was blinker supposedly not working I went to leave and immediately checked the light all of them were working went to get a second option on the coil pack and my coil packs and spark plugs are fine then there was a list of other things that weren't wrong either all I am saying is make sure you go get a second opinion before letting them fix anything

I had an appt and a coupon for a $17.95 oil change. The appt was useless and so was the coupon because my vehicle was not serviced at the appointed time. I was there for over 2 hours and the oil change totaled $25 because although it did not specify on the online coupon, according to the employee at the counter, it did not include labor, filter and disposal fees. It felt like a bait and switch. The employees at the counter were very pleasant and professional.

Alright experience. I wouldn’t say it was negative but it also wasn’t extremely positive. Poor communication between employees led to unnecessary delays with getting repair approved with warranty company. What should have taken a day or two took over a week due to off days and weekends. Interacting with the employees was very positive, they were friendly and helpful. I would most likely go back again if I needed a repair but I hope they fix their issues between themselves and provide outstanding experiences to other customers.

Had warranty work done here. good customer service. Was a little behind schedule due to ordering the wrong part, and having to wait for another one to be shipped. But times are tough with staffing and shipping, so you can’t blame them 100% for that. Over all I would come back again to get my car serviced there

Chris was very kind. They were backed up because people were late for appointments at the beginning of the day so it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change or I had set an appointment. He was very kind and empathetic. I think corporate should change the policy where when people are late for appointments they lose their spot rather than disrupt the rest of the customers day.

We've had a lot of work done here and have been very satisfied with the work and the team. We had a check engine light and code related to a fuel exhaust issue. It was difficult to locate and required several attempts, several of which we were not charged for, they were able to isolate the issue and make the repair. The team led by Chris and Ryan have treated us very professionally and with great respect. I would recommend them.

My 2009 Honda fit broke down on my way to work early on a Saturday morning. I got off the interstate and pulled into the first auto shop I could to minimize damage to the engine. Fortunately they treated me right. I was able to get seen despite their busy schedule. They even took the time to save me almost $500 off the repairs by purchasing the repair parts as a set rather than individually. I was also pleasantly surprised when they offered me a complimentary service loaner.

This is probably the fastest and cleanest place I have taken my truck to in a while. David took care of checking my truck in quickly and in no time my truck was back being taken care of. Got my state inspection and oil change done and was out the door in less than an hour. I also appreciate them taking the time to talk to me about my truck after it was inspected and let me know what issues I might encounter in the future. Very friendly customer service. Explained all the problems found during state inspection and provided photos in detailed report. They were quick and efficent helping me with new tires and a new battery in just a few hours. They didn’t pressure me to have anything fixed that wasn’t urgent. This place and their service made my day. I was so nervous about the work that I assumed needed to be done on my vehicle and the cost that would be associated with it. To my surprise it was not as bad as I thought. They seem to always have several specials going on which helped bring my cost down. I drive a luxury vehicle and they were able to fix it with no problems. The manager Santos and his staff were so nice and explained and even showed me what was wrong on my vehicle. The quality of the work was great. No problems. I also live close by so the location was convenient to drop it off. For the amount of work, I don't believe the wait was long, at all. This was my first time at Meineke and I was impressed. I will indeed recommend this location. Thank you for helping me, I appreciate it! :)

Manager David was great. Ordered tires on Meineke CC website and order wasn't sent to store. Tech had some difficulties getting tires off but it was all good. Tires look and perform excellent. Tech wasn't system expert on wheel alignments, as what was needed for my vehicle. Had to come back next day when alignment expert was in. Took him 30 minutes and as good as new. No worries all the guys were professional and got it done. I would def come back for any needed services.

I had already scheduled an appt prior to visiting this location at a Toyota dealership that I had use however, they only had an appt for a month later. Prior to that month my A/c went out and since I primarily use my car in home health I couldn’t be in a hot car all day. I took it into this location and they figured out what the problem was and I had all the repairs I had scheduled with the Toyota dealership done in about 9 hrs at a matched price. I also started their points program which will help me with oil changes in the future.

I had an appointment at noon on Wednesday. They called and said the machine to do alignments was broken. They gave me a new apt for 3:00 on Friday. I get there at 2:50 and it took them until 5:10 to tell me my tire was separating and I would need a new tire before they could do the alignment. I asked how much a tire would cost if I just bought it there, they told me $416. For ONE tire! I left and went to a tire store and bought a tire for $85. I went back on Monday and they aligned my front end. So far, the alignment has been perfect!

Free tire rotation with any oil change. I had an appointment but one mechanic didn’t show up for work. They were short staffed and it took almost two hours. I wish they called me that day and told me that they’re behind (or will probably be behind) and I should consider rescheduling. Instead, I left work early, and rushed there to find out that they couldn’t take my car in until much later. The guy at the counter at least knew almost exactly how long it would take.

I've had two oil changes and an inspection using a Groupon I purchased. I was a little disappointed at first that I still had to pay extra money even after purchasing the groupon but the service I received was well worth it. David is quite the character and will make sure you leave laughing or at least a smile on your face. Ryan has the best phone etiquette and remembers voices very well. I'd recommend any day.

My wife and I came into this shop last week because we were having an issue with the brakes and had to get back to Maryland, when we walked in the noticed smiling faces and were greeted like we were family. David and Lisa were funny and they took the time out to tell us the process. After we checked in about 10 minutes later they took the car back and looked it over and it appeared to have other issues as well. They did send me pictures of the known issues and let me know that I'm going to need future attention to my car which I knew since it was 12 years old. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with any shop. I know people have not so good reviews but I can't see why they place has any. We were there for 2 hours and everyone was greeted the same way with a smiling face and answers to every question. Not to mention this is a mechanic shop and it's very clean. I would give this place 10 stars and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area even if just to get an oil change.

From being here first time with doing simple information, to car in in garage for inspection, along with detailed report of inspection texted to me for my convenience. To breakdown of what needs to be fixed, and why. No hassle, no extra fluff or charges. Everything is outlined, detailed and explained as to what charges and why. The lovely Lady, Rebecca took care of me for initial inspection. 20$ estimate. Then Chris came in and it got interesting in a good way. Both were courteous and poked at each other making for a fun environment to discuss in. Both are very open and honest about the situations. My car tire issue, I wanted to replace only one tire to pass inspection and Chris looked it over telling me what I would feel AFTER I decided. "You know you are going to have a weird feeling driving with only replacing one tire, right?" Which I told him I could only afford one tire. He told me it isn't an issue as they have ways to ensure you get the care you need. Cue SNAP and American First Finance. SNAP is 100-day payoff up to $3,000. Thankfully though I have enough as they worked with me to make it fit within my budget. Would highly recommend both Rebecca as she has worked 7 months and Ryan Basset as General Manager whom has worked here for nearly 17 years. Ryan Wood, being "head man in the back" - Rebecca Has overseen and helped me understand what is going on with my vehicle and gave me nothing but facts and proper information regarding what is going on.

6700.00, probably should have just bought a new vehicle. No discounts, no concern with trying to just fix what needed to be fixed right away. Didn’t have the vehicle ready when I came to pick it up and they tried to give me a loaner vehicle that was almost empty on gas but told me I could put gas in it and they’d take it off my bill. They did the work though, most of it probably needed done but the staff seemed indifferent to helping me and only wanted tack on as much service work as they could.

I was at a function in VA Beach on a Saturday and had a 5 hours drive home to do that evening. Well on my lunch break I slammed my car down on the radiators and was able to limp it to this Meineke before it over heated. Yes the repair was expensive but it was a Saturday and I had no options. I think it is possible I could have saved a few dollars somewhere else but the work Meineke did was outstanding and got me home! I would like to give special thank yous to the manager and tech who worked on my car. They stayed well past close to get me on the road and never made me feel like I was "keeping them".

We were driving a 12 passenger van full of students from Western North Carolina to Ocean City, MD when we got a flat tire due to an embedded object shortly before the Bay Bridge and tunnels. We limped the van over to the Meineke in hopes of getting it patched. They couldn't patch it because of the extent of the damage, but were able to find a full sized spare and put the tire on. Santo and his staff took great care of the van and had us back on the road quickly. Best of all, he didn't even charge us! I would highly recommend this Meineke location. We're so lucky that our flat tire occurred here where we could get it fixed with such great service!

Phenomenal customer service! I had a problem with the latch on my hood, that prevented my hood from opening up. I took it to Santo and his mechanics. I waited with the vehicle for 5 hours in their customer friendly waiting room. They have a keurig coffee maker and chargers for Android and iPhones lol. Amazing. After the 5 hours they could not fix it and decided not to charge. I appreciate every last one of them for attempting to help me and not charging me lol. Other Meinike Car Care shops have to step their game up.
