This is a place that I have know for year and my uncle has been visiting this location since the early 90's. They still have my endorsement, but the mechanic who installed my 4 tires didn't notice or care about the tire rubbing and cracked my fender flare on my lifted 1997 Tahoe. The part I didn't like was he didn't mention it and it was very noticeable. I spoke to the manager and in time he resolved the issue and I left satisfied.

Being a service provider is one of the most enjoyable and positive jobs to have, and I love giving recommendations especially when they are due. Okay so... This time...I took the car in for a tuneup, left it and returned later that afternoon to pick it up. Mike was as usual the absolute best. Original service was to repair what failed safety inspection at a competitors location. The failures didn't all fail so Zisser repaired the actual problem and re-inspected vehicle saving me hundreds of dollars. Additional services were also done at my request and completed satisfactory. My only issue is that reservations can't be made so vehicles must wait for days at location.

This is my first review ever and it's only right that I start with Zisser! I can not begin to explain how amazing their service and workmanship are. I never plan to ever go to another car shop. I have been there over 6 times, as well as my wife and sister and have had 5 star experiences every time. I recommend everyone there. I recommend you too! Remy, Mike, and Dave are amazing. They call you, you don't have to keep calling them and they are always honest and are never trying to get over on you. I have been to numerous car shops in my life and hands down Zisser is the best in St. Louis!

Bought a car with customs rims and had no idea if I needed a key or not. One of the guys behind the counter, sorry I didn't catch his name, came out and took a look. This employee went above and beyond. Turns out, I don't need a key, just a small tool. Rarely do you get this type of service when no sale is involved. I think I found the tire shop for my car upgrade!!

I have used Zisser Tire and Auto for many years because of their knowledge and exceptional customer service. Walking into an establishment that generally caters to men can be intimidating. I know nothing about car repairs and maintenance. I feel confident that when I take my vehicle to Zisser Tire I will not be pressured to fix something that is not broken or over sold on maintenance. The sales staff are honest and knowledgeable. They want me to come back! I have recommended Zisser Tire and Auto to many of my friends. They too are very satisfied customers.

I just recently went to Zisser for a steering column install, after reading some of these comments, I pray that they do a good job and that I don't have a negative experience with the company. They ordered the part for me and they're doing the install, 5/1/2019 320.00 seems a bit much but it's all about the warranty. I pray that I'll update this comment with good news after they complete the install if I don't have any issues I'll be getting some rims and tires from Zisser. Wish me luck

I had a valve stem break while driving down the highway in an area I'm not familiar with. I tried the larger chain stores but they had no gaurenteed that it could be fixed that day. I called zisser and not only did they get me in and fixed within an hour, they were able to do it for 1/3 of what I was expecting to pay.

I like the first come first service they do. Gets you in and out. Its just that they worked on a vehicle of mines that would run a week or two at a time. Had to keep taking vehicle back for service. They never did get that vehicle to run right. Parking lot parking for customers is tight. Most of the cars on the parking lot are vehicles that they are working on so you have to hope for a spot to park for service. They do stand behind their work.
