I actually had fun getting my oil changed. They we're fast but not rushed and the entire team had a great vibe. They all helped each other out and were super nice. I wasn't pushed to get "extra" services. Highly recommend and will be using this location again.

I went here on a weekday evening to get an oil change. There were a couple of cars ahead of me but the actual oil change was extremely fast(<10 minutes). It ended up costing around $90 for the most minimal oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service. Of note, they didn't have the air filters for my specific car(camry 2017) so they might not have yours either.

May 2021-This store never knows how to process the gift cards or gift certificates I give them so they make up policies until they figure something out to get me out the door. When I went in May I showed them my printed out $50 gift card from Raise.com and the $10 coupon on JiffyLube.com before I was even let in the bay and everything seemed fine. When it came time to pay I was told they couldn't accept the $50 gift card. When I asked why, he then took it, came back a few minutes later, and said the gift card worked but I can't combine gift cards with a coupon. This seems really odd to me. I then asked for my receipt and they said they would email it to me. I had to contact Jiffy Lube customer service twice to get my receipt because the email they had on file was off by 1 letter. $82 for a synthetic blend oil change is crazy to me, especially since they don't vacuum or clean your windows. The only way to get me to go to an instant oil change place is with a coupon and it seems like there is no guarantee they will accept them. December 2020-(formally 5 stars) I had a problem with a different Jiffy Lube location but Jiffy Lube Corporate Customer Service took care of me immediately. I decided to try this Manchester location instead of going back to the original place and it was infinitely better in every way! There was no wait to get in the bay and when I got inside, everyone was very friendly and fast. The oil change must have taken less than 10 minutes! Thanks Mykal, Jimil, Patrick, and Alonzo!

Norman is amazing and the rest of the staff here was great. Norman took my call, was nothing but kind and professional, and diagnosed/fixed my car as soon as I pulled in. While waiting on parts he cleaned my engine, fixed my head light, and educated me on spark plugs. Wish I was saying in STL - this is the only place I would go.

I popped in expecting the regular boring and slightly uncomfortable oil change experience. That is not what I got at all. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated every step of the way so you knew what was going on. They worked well with each other, and treated each other and needed with a great amount of respect. They made absolutely sure that I was aware of the complimentary services that I was eligible for as a result of my service, and did a thorough job explaining those benefits. I manage a fleet of vehicles and I will continue to use this Jiffy Lube for all my oil changes. The staff is knowledge and friendly and they get you in and out quick! I usually only wait about 15 minutes on a regular oil change. They offer a military discount which I appreciate as well as a service member.

Today’s experience was overall amazing. Not only did I get to laugh with the employees but for them to remember their customers it’s amazing. I went up there the last time and got some fluids check and they all joked around with my sister and I - and the guy that was there remembered who I was and started to engage in a conversation with me. The service was really fast I was shocked when they said they were done lol. They deserve all five stars as well as you all should go to them to get your car looked at. 10/10 recommend!

This is one of the beat Jiffy Lube locations I’ve been to. The service was great, fast, and easy. It took them less than an hour to change the oil in my car. Fast, Courteous, Polite & Professional This Jiffy Lube was able to change my oil the moment I arrived, without an appointment. They are set up similar to Valvoline, where you pull into the bay and they work on your car from beneath, below ground level, and you have the option to wait in your car if you’d like. The workers were polite, educated, and well versed on what they had to offer and what was recommended. The service was quick and easy.

Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They always do a prompt and proper job and the student/teacher discount is great! I brought my mother's car today just to do and oil change and radiator flush not expecting anything more than routine, they were so thorough in their cooling system pressure test procedures before doing the radiator flush, they troubleshooted and discovered there was a leak in the coolant container. That diagnostic alone was well worth it. Their process was so thorough I decided to bring my car for radiator flush an hour later which the manager took the time to describe the two-fold process they do to get all the old coolant out, verify holding pressure and vacuum showing that the system got good seal with no leaks. Left there with good peace of mind and that's my go-to for friends and family 5 stars and two thumbs up👍🏼👍🏼

Went in for a headlight replacement. Ralph was friendly from the start, and had me in and out within 5 minutes. He even noticed the headlight didn’t need replaced, just tightened. He could’ve just charged me full price for the headlight and I never would have known. I appreciate his honestly and kindness and will be back.

Very fast and honest work. They rotated my tires and changed my oil in 30 minutes. This was at 0830 and not many people were waiting for service. However, Id expect service would take longer in peak hours. I have been going to Firestone in the past but will consider getting my oil changed here. They typically have discounts for students and teachers.

I believe I found my new Jiffy Lube! I stopped at this location on my lunch break today for an oil change and to have some additional fluids changed. Everyone was very polite and worked quickly; I have had less work done that took longer at other quick oil change vendors. I did not feel the sales pressure at this location that other vendors often exhibit. They asked about my air filter and windshield wipers, but this felt much more like a courtesy than an sales pitch.

A VERY big shout out to Daryen, Mykal, and Lateena. I took my wife's car in for a WAY overdue oil change today, knowing that the hood latch was pretty much rusted shut. Did I mention this car had not been properly tended to in a while? Having tried previously myself, I was hoping that seeing plenty of these same models on a regular basis they maybe would have some tricks up their sleeves that I hadn't tried. Well, they didn't have any special tricks, but they did have remarkable patience, and politeness, and a get 'er done attitude. After tinkering with it for 10-15 minutes, they finally got it open. NEVER ONCE so much as a grumble, complaint, or suggestion that they weren't willing to get it open. I know that doesn't really say anything about the oil change itself (which really was done in a "Jiffy", once they got the hood open). But I just CANNOT overstate how their positive attitudes and professionalism reflected upon the quality of service they provided, and my confidence in the quality of attention they gave to the car. I will absolutely, positively, direct my wife to this location for her next oil change (sorry you suburban folks, we live in the city, and doing our own changes out on a busy city street just isn't an option). To the owner: You have three TOP NOTCH employees here, and while I didn't interact too much with the other shop employees, my limited interactions indicated the same level of professionalism, to include one who ran out himself to pick up an out-of-stock oil filter so it was ready for us once we finally got that hood open.

The location, is a bit tricky to get to, if your , not coming in the right direction. Other than that I had a good experience. Nobody was pushy, or tried to recommend more than what was needed. Was given a print out, of what the my vehicles recommendations are at the current mileage, are and asked if I needed anything explained. With an oil change I was in and out in about 25 minutes if that.

What do you do on Christmas Eve when you have a flat tire and are trying to get to your parents’ house for the holiday? Take your car to an oil change only place that doesn’t do tires of course 🤦🏻‍♀️. Doesn’t matter though! The employees at this location saved my Christmas by filling my tire up and sending me safely on my way. Im new to the area and was going to get an oil change here. On the way I noticed my front tire was leaking. I was less than a mile away so I just decided to keep driving since it wasn’t completely flat but definitely needed replaced. The employee put air in the tire that was leaking without any charge and told me where the closest NTB was, which was only a mile down kings. I drove slow and made it without a problem. Nice to see someone looking out for me. I will go here next time I need an oil change for sure after this positive customer experience

Had a dying battery due to a bad battery terminal. Donte, at the shop, immediately ran a diagnostic and helped us figure out what was wrong. Brandon, helped get us the terminal fixed and the battery fixed. Even though the store that provided the part took forever to bring the part, Brandon was constantly providing updates and was super friendly the entire time! So appreciative of those guys!!
