I had the best experience with Meineke today! I’m new to town, and made my appointment based on Google reviews and the online appointment system that had openings on my preferred date and time. I happened to arrive half an hour early to my appointment and planned to check in and wait in the lobby, thinking they might be able to get me in a few minutes before my appointment if I was lucky. I didn’t have to wait even 5 minutes - they took my car in right away and started the oil change - no questions asked! However, the best part was the time it took for them to change my oil: 17 minutes! I’ve been to PLENTY of quick- change oil shops that claim they complete the job in 30 minutes or less, but I have yet to find one that actually follows through on their promises. With the waiting in line combined with the actual oil change itself, most appointments have typically taken 40 minutes to an hour. Overall, I was very satisfied with the professional and kind employees here who genuinely care about their customers and get the job done in a timely fashion. I will come here in the future for all my oil changes, and have already recommended them to friends and family in the area.

Coming from a guy who's done over 85% of the work on my car, this review carries some weight behind it. This shop is filled with the best mechanics I've gotten the pleasure of having them work on my 92 Oldsmobile. Jason and the guys in the shop bay were very attentive to my cars issues and they told me all that I needed done and didn't end up costing an arm and a leg to get the repairs done. Brad in the front and on the phones was very communicative towards myself and let me know what was happening and if anything other issues had came up. 100/100 will be coming back to have these guys work on my car if anything else happens to her.

After an hour commute, started having transmission issues. Made an appointment online, went to drop car off and realized my appointment was for the next day. I explained the issues and that I had an hour drive home. They were able to fit it in a little later that same day. They found the best and most economical solution to returning my vehicle to a safe driving condition. They clearly explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. They also alerted me to another potential problem without being pushy that I fix it right away. I originally choose this location because of the nationally know brand. I will continue to use it and recomend this location because of the local helpful and honest employees.

Just purchased a new vehicle after my old one was hit and they did a vehicle inspection. it seemed to be a good value, they seem to know their stuff. Staff was nice, a little blunt at times and favoritism towards customers they already had and established relationship with. I get it but I was not expecting to get told that. All in all a good experience. Their regular customers rave about them when they came in door. :)

I had a coupon for an oil change so I decided to go there. I used their website to register for a time and date so that was nice and easy. Showed up at my appointment on time. The person at the desk greeted me and ask what I needed and I told him. He had to add my information since it was the first time. Everyone was very nice and professional. They looked over my vehicle and said it was good. Took about an hour total.

My particular car had an exhaust leak and they gave me a detailed solution to my problem and let me decide what route I wanted to choose to solve this leak. Have been a Meineke customer for years at the 41st st location. They always were amazing! Recently went to Meineke on 12th because is now close to my work and they did not disappoint! Amazing people, customer service, and gave me rides to/from work because they were able to do additional needed work on my car at the time when I just brought it in for oil change and to check brakes. They didn't try to charge me for additional air filters, windshield wipers etc. They did what I asked went above and beyond to accommodate what I needed done in a very fast and efficient manner. I'm new to this area and was told I'd need brakes soon by mechanics at the dealership. Didn't like their attitude so a friend recommended Meineke (specifying the location on 12th). The two gentlemen who looked at my brakes both assured me I was only down about 30 percent and certainly didn't need brakes yet. They didn't charge me for the evaluation and did not talk down to me simply because I was a woman. I'm definitely going back when I DO need brakes and plan to rely on them for any other automotive issues that might arise. I've now been back for an oil change and once again the gentlemen at the 12th Street Meineke treated me with courtesy and friendliness and my car no longer has a warning light on the dashboard. 2nd time I’ve been there for an oil, change and I’ll keep coming back. I had an issue with a couple of cracked lug nuts they discovered while rotating my tires. No big deal, but Greg took the time to show me the cracked ones and the better lugs they used for replacements. Trustworthy, nice people.

I ruined all my rotors, brake pads and a caliper on my grand prix and yes the bill was bad but the staff here were very professional and best of all quick. Only took them 4 hours to get all the parts and everything fixed and check the fluids. And my car is a gxp so parts suck to get. Even though my wallet hurt, at the end of the day I left happy. Would go back.

The manager was kind of a dic, but they did install my used starter and battery. All and all, the service was ok. Most automotive repair shops will not install used parts, they did. They would not install anyting other than original equipment parts for my exhaust, which I did not opt for because I'm cheap.

Went to get a muffler for our older modle F-150. Norm from the westside location was AWESOME! He did everything he could to keep the cost down. Welded the pipe connecting the catalytic converter and went out of his way to call around and locate a cheaper muffler than what they had at the shop. Was not thrilled with how certain the Meineke manager was the problem was fixed and his assurances that every effort would be made to help if something stayed wrong with the alternator or the electronics yet three weeks later when the car started surging he got all dodgy I'm supposed to see him next week I'll let everyone know how it goes
