Cannot say enough about this company! Brian reassured me on the phone that he would get me and my eight children home to New Haven, no matter what. We had ended up with a flat and no spare, after 10pm. My insurance company tried finding companies to help me but no one was willing to come out to see what could be done, as towing me and the eight kids seemed impossible. Brian planned to drive us home to new haven, and tow our vehicle, if need be, or get someone to open a shop to get us a tire. In the end, he was able to fix our tire himself, and he got us back on the road safely. The kids and I were so grateful and are forever in his debt! He definitely went above and beyond!!

Mike and the crew are true pros that don't mind taking oddly difficult jobs. He brought the fleet to get my 38ft camper unstuck and pulled to a tire shop. Took hours but he didn't quit. True problem solver, and didn't mind working with my insurance company which was a blessing. Recommended all day every day!

So today I had the best experience I've ever gotten with a towing company anywhere. The owner of the business himself came and towed my mustang to its destination an attestation to the service itself in my opinion. The man was clean shaven, polite beyond what I would ever expect of a tow service. Kind prompt and extremely professional, my car was loaded up with grace and I said my goodbyes (for now). He went above and beyond with this service and even asked about my car which I'm always glad to discuss with anyone interested in sn95's. Seriously if you ever need anything towed look no further than A Towing. You can expect only the finest of care and quality. My car broke down (/ran low on gas -- oops!) on the highway while I was out with my son over the weekend. I called A Towing and Mike was there within 10 minutes. He got my car to a gas station and made sure it started up and ran well before heading off, and he was great with my son (who was thrilled to ride in a tow truck). I'd give more stars if I could -- really superb experience. I hope not to need another tow, but if I ever do, I'll definitely be using A Towing.

Arrived in the span that he said he would originally and took exceptional care of the vehicle like he was loading a vehicle of his own, which most tow services I’ve used do not and rush/ mess things up. I cannot say enough about this company! Coogan was so prompt with this towing service and he knew exactly where to take my car that broke down in my driveway in Providence, RI. I called 5 mechanics and they all said they would not be able to look at my leaking transmission for over A WEEK but he found a buddy of his to look at my car within 45 MINUTES! OMG How do I say enough…Mike at A Towing is the best, my daughter was stuck in Providence, RI, I called AAA, waited 2 hours for a truck which they sent the wrong type because she was in a parking garage, that driver called AAA to explain the situation and we waited for another 3 hours and when I called back they said they weren’t able to find a company that could do it, obviously they didn’t find Mike. I did a search for towing company’s in the area and found A Towing, Mike was the one who took the call and explained he was on a call but could get to us soon, I believe it was within a half hour he called me back and was there in about 5 minutes..he hooked up the car and towed in to our house in MA. If you ever need towing A Towing and Mike is definitely the way you want to go..not only was he prompt and dependable but he was a great guy to talk to….THANK YOU MIKE

I recently contacted A Towing because my car wasn’t starting for days at a time. I called in and Mike went above and beyond to assist me accordingly. He used jumper cables to get my battery going because it had died, the car started right up. I did mention to Mike that I’ve had multiple problems with my car, went to a few shops and I wasn’t getting the outcome I wanted from other mechanics. He was nice enough to refer me to a local shop. He towed the vehicle to the shop and the mechanics showed me some flaws with the car even lifted up the hood in front of me and showed me what I needed done for starters. I was amazed by the professionalism Mike displayed to me and he gave me great advice with an awesome referral! Thanks A towing for helping me out! It has been a rollercoaster ride with my vehicle I have confidence things will turn out all right!

I contacted A Towing early Tuesday Morning ( the Tuesday following Memorial Day Weekend). Mike took my phone call and request for towing service. A Towing was extremely busy the day of my call/request. Mike was extremely professional, and helpful. I explained my situation ( I needed a vehicle towed out of a side alley of a three decker home in Providence RI) The vehicle had been sitting ( untouched or started) for eight full months. My tow request to Mike was not an easy quick tow job. I had contacted 3 other Tow companies in RI before contacting A Towing....one company actually showed up to my vehicle in Providence...he walked down the alley...looked at my vehicle and stated: Not a chance...I am not touching that car??? Mike took my request ( I was honest and explained all the problems associated with towing my vehicle out of a small, narrow, side alley) Mike immediately guaranteed that his guy would get my car towed out of there!! Mike explained due to how busy they were that my car would be towed and arrive to me in Medway, MA by late that afternoon! Mike was amazing! The price was extremely reasonable for the difficult tow I was requesting. As promised, the car arrived to me in Medway, MA later that afternoon! A complete class act named "Rocco" arrived at my home with my car in tow. Rocco is the kindest, nicest, most informative and helpful tow truck driver I have ever come across! No complaints about " what a difficult job my tow request was.....he placed my car right where I needed it to be. Between Mike and Rocco .....A Towing deserves every bit of towing business! They are professional, kind, and Honest! I recommend A Towing to anyone who is in need of a Tow! They will get the job done ...Guaranteed!!

So let's start out with Mike being a great tow guy my brothers vehicle was stuck in a trail about a mile in we called difference services got the run around contacted mike he said absolutely right away & he was actually the furthest company from us it was a little challenging as it was a 2017 honda accord yes vehicle doesn't belong in the trail but besides that Mike did his thing & managed to get the car out he was even nice enough to bring us to the nearest gas station definitely a five star job, company,& employee

I was stuck on the Highway for almost 2 hours until I called A Towing and instantly I got a friendly voice over the phone to assist me. I was just coming out of work and my car broke down. I called over 20 tow companies and none of them would accept card and none of them offered to even stop by a bank to take out cash except A Towing. I had a friendly & caring tow guy named Ryan and he was awesome he stopped by the bank for me and also help me park my car in the correct spot in my driveway. He’s not a mechanic, but he checked my oil and he checked my car. He gave me some advice on how to fix my car, which I needed I have no clue about cars what so ever. He went above and beyond my standards and I can’t thank Ryan & A Towing enough for the help. I would’ve been stuck on the highway all night in the heat. The price is also very fair I haven’t to say compared to others that I called. I highly recommend A towing.

It's unfortunate that I can only give 5 starts. They deserve so much more. Being a dedicated member of AAA for many years, had a wait time of 6 hours. My keys were locked inside my car while running. No spare key. I called many places and all prices given were very extreme. Luckily we were able to get in touch with A Towing. They gave us a very, very fair price and told us 30 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes and they were at our car. I can't thank them enough for taking the call, and being there so fast. If you ever need a fair, friendly, company to get your keys out of your car? A Towing is by far the best and most responsive towing company I’ve ever worked with! I had to get towed on a cold winter night. A lot of tow companies were closed that time of night and a few that I spoke with said it would take a long time to get a driver out there. However, A Towing not only answered the phone immediately, they arrived to the scene in minutes. They were super efficient and had my car quickly taken care of. They did it with a smile on their face and a warm attitude that put me at ease in a stressful situation. Fast, friendly, and honest, they’ll be the first people I call for a tow next time! Sunday evening, just landed at airport and on the way home BAM! Car decides to shrapnel serpentine belt all cozey like up around the water pump! A towing came through with full superman cape, picked me up, dropped off the car at the shop in no time! super reasonable and no hassle! DEFINITLY keeping their number handy!
