It was a quick and easy service but I felt like it was genuine. They were super busy but still held my appointment and worked fast. They diagnosed the TPMS light without making it into a big deal and didn't make me feel ignorant despite having 7m pregnant foggy brain syndrome, haha. Also good price for full synthetic oil change. I'll come back!

Very friendly and Charlie waterman seems like a really great guy they are fairly quick they're not the least expensive but they do good work and they guarantee it. Very very busy because they're good at it I suppose but you have to book at least a week or so ahead of time.

Came here for the first time with a mysterious noise coming from my car. They spent 2 days trying to figure it out to no avail and didn't charge me. They fixed a belt that was really worn I didn't even know about and it wasn't an expensive fix. I'm glad I found someone so personable and dedicated to trust with my car! Definitely the place to go!

Great place to bring your car! Jeff had always been a pleasure to work with. Prices are always great when comparing and for the work and also expertise your going to get, hands down an easy decision. Will be my mechanic for life or until he retires and hopefully he can steer me in the right direction for another amazing mechanic! Do yourself a favor and try them once, you won’t be going any where else!

As always outstanding service. I did not have an appointment but my windshield wiper was broken. He told me to come right over and they would fix it for me. I have sent my friends here and they are also happy with the honest and prompt service.

Unbelievable service. I brought a 2005 Hyundai Elantra over that had just lost all of its coolant. I knew the car wasn't going to last too much longer, but if I could have it repaired for a reasonable amount I was planning to have the repairs done. After checking it over, Jeff informed me that he could fix it, but he wouldn't know if the head gasket was blown until after the coolant system repairs had been done. He gave me a couple of days to figure things out, didn't charge me anything for checking it over or for leaving it at his garage for a few days. Service like that deserves to be publicly noted!

I Highly recommend this garage. As a retired woman this is the only place I will go. I went there once and told him I needed a brake job. He said "no my brakes were just wet." I have sent my friends to him. I can not say enough good about Jeff and his employees.

Recently my son was traveling from Massachusetts to Main with my VW Diesel Jetta wagon. He and his friends stopped for gas and accidently used regular gas. The car died shortly after hitting the highway. AAA towed them to Waterman's car. It was late on Sunday and Jeremy, the attendant on duty helped them get a cab and got them off to a safe place to wait for my parents (in NH) to get them. I spoke to him as well and he assured me my car was safe and they'd be in touch the next day. The next day came, and they weren't sure if they wouldn't be able to look at the car because they had a full day of previously scheduled service calls. I understood and made arrangements for picking up the car later in the week. Much to my surprise, Waterman's called saying the car was ready and didn't have catastrophic damage. We got the car that day! It's been driving great since. Thanks for taking good care of my car and helping a far away mom feel like her kids were ok!
