This was my first visit and was surprised by how efficient and fast it was. I scheduled a 20,000 mile service on my 2021 Tacoma and they had a 2:00pm available which was extremely convenient. I had to wait and the waiting area was very clean & comfortable. The entire stay was less than 2 hours! I highly recommend Surprise Toyota for any service requirements your Toyota may need

I was having issues trying to figure out why my cruise control wasn't working. I came in and Carlos met me immediately. I told him I didn't want to take up his time if they were too busy and he said oh no we're here to help you don't worry. He spent quite a bit of time with me driving my car and looking at the possible issues. He went above and beyond what I expected and he was so kind and knowledgeable. Just based on Carlos I highly recommend Toyota service.

Unfortunately, it took almost three hours for this dealership to perform very basic vehicle maintenance and routine inspections. When I first went to this dealership in 2018 for the same services and maintenance, it only took 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The time has doubled over 5 years.

I had a great experience at the Toyota of Surprise! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They gave me the information on my diagnosis in writing via a mobile app which was really helpful so that I didn’t have to remember all of the details! Then I could choose which services I wanted to have them do. They ordered me a Lyft to and from work, put new batteries in my key fobs, and got my car washed.

I was extremely impressed how they took care of me by offering me a “Lift” ride to drop me off @ home & pick me up. This location has also made me feel they have my best interest in mind. I was so impressed that during the repair service that they had my vehicle, I received a video chat of the gentleman that personally worked on my vehicle & that made me feel that they take pride in the work they do & put a face to who took charge in my repairs & he explain what he did to my car. Car was in for 6 months service. Basically an inspection of engine and related systems. I waited 2 1/2 hours for the service to be performed. Unfortunately the manager neglected to inform me when the car was ready resulting in an additional half hour wait.
when I inquired about the status the manager said he thought that I was picking it up and not waiting in the lobby.
Otherwise the service was performed as needed.

The only thing I would consider changing are the work ethic of the kid/guy who is supposed to bring your vehicle around when finished. He walked halfway out to my car then pointed at it and asked me to get it myself in the rain instead of driving it up to me. It’s just a lack of customer service there. Otherwise this dealership is great.

It’s nice but needs to improve in getting you out the door faster. 3 hours for a tire rotation at a 15,000 mile service is totally unacceptable. To make it faster I told them not to wash my car and it was still 3 hours.
Need a fast lane and a oil change lane to help get you out sooner.

Recently had tires rotated and warranty work done on out 2021 Avalon. Sensor for automatic headlights had to be replaced but the part was not in stock. Mitch ordered the part the same day and had it installed later in the day. Excellent service!

Its my pleasure to use this dealer/ maintenance crew! But it doesn't take six hours to do a break job on the front end. The person checking the rotors on the front end needs further training on how much wear is within the scope of turning the rotors. Don't be like other dealers and tell someone they need something they don't.

20,000 mile check up. 2 long lines at drop off. Employee came up (not my service manager) asked my name and what was being done. So I gave him the keys and went inside. Was supposed to take 2 hours. At 2 hrs 40 min I went to check with my service manager. He said he had called me. I told him I had waited and no one came inside and called my name. Turned out he had called my home phone. When wrong manager took my keys, he had a patron with the same last name. When he realized his mistake he simply gave my paper work to right guy but didn’t tell him I was waiting and also hadn’t gotten my cell phone number. So I waited an extra 45 minutes. My service manager wasn’t overly apologetic or friendly. Not a good experience.

I purchased a Rav4 from this dealership and all the regular maintenance is performed by them. They have a great service department where making an appointment is super easy and streamlines into the service department.
They even provide a Lyft back to where I need to be so I don’t have to wait all day.
I always ask for Eric to be my contact person because he has always taken great care of me.He is thoughtful and professional and does his job very well. Ken is good too, but I found Junior a bit rude and uncaring. He let me down a lot with my ride from work to the dealership. Ask for Eric or Ken! They WILL take great care of you!

The automated virtual assistant needs to be replaced by a human being that can direct calls appropriately. I found it difficult to use as what I needed wasn’t on the menu of items it could address. Then I had to wait for 20 minutes to speak to a human. Very disappointing. I think you need to layoff the tech assistant and focus on customer service. I believe you’ll have more happy customers. Once at the dealership everything went smooth and found the staff most accommodating I’ll come back as long as I can speak to my service rep on the phone that helped me with my initial visit.

I went in for my regular schedule maintenance for 10,000 miles. They discovered the radiator neck had a crack in it and I had been leaking antifreeze. My vehicle had received damage before and was repaired by another Toyota Service company in Texas. The Toyota Service Center in Surprise Arizona did the repair on my vehicle the next day. I was shuttled both days, home then picked up the next day once my vehicle was ready. All the Service personnel were professional and polite. I am very appreciative of the service and respect I received from the staff and the shuttle driver, love his sense of humor.
I would recommend Toyota of Surprise Arizona to anyone.

This was my third Toyota dealership I’ve been to for basic service, within the six years of my RAV4 ownership and was the best out of the three. Even though we were told possibly a wait time of 2 1/2 hours. I questioned why I even made an appointment and I became aware of employee shortage. 1 1/2 hours later we were on our way home. Car washed, too. People seemed friendlier at this dealership and I didn’t feel pressured for any additional services, although I was recommended to watch a few parts for future repair/replacement. Mr. Cruz was polite, and portrayed a positive, professional attitude throughout my visit.

I came in because my check engine light had been on a couple of weeks. I explained that it was difficult to make an appointment because my hours are very unpredictable being a nurse. They warmed me at the beginning that it could be a long wait. After the assessment was completed it was going to be more than I budgeted for but they were willing to fix my car even with no app. I decided to just let them do all needed while I was there. They all made sure I had a space to do some work I had with me and made sure that I was comfortable. They gave me chips and water and ice. They also had a catered lunch. They brought me a plate. Junior and the lady at the reception desk were very kind. Junior made sure I was kept apprised of the progress. I was in the Surprise Toyota facility from 0800 until after 2pm. I have purchased both of the last 2 cars from them. I have only gone to another shop 3x in 8 years for repairs ( I don't live in Surprise) I regretted going elsewhere each time. Toyota of Surprise is the ONLY car place for me. Thank You.

I even had an appointment which I made a week before (they couldn’t get me in for a week). When asked why it takes so long for service he said it was due to COVID and distancing. Service mgr was friendly but not very informative with what was done and if other services were required.

Greeted quickly by service assistant, then a moment later by my service writer. He was pleasant and took my information and advised I could wait in the lobby area. Advised it would be about 1.30 to 2 hrs, he was right. Asked about if they offered a transmission flash upgrade? As my truck likes to hunt for gears, I realize it's a toyota thing to get the truck in the top gear as soon as possible for gas mileage considerations, but I asked anyways. He said he would ask the tech. Truck was serviced, no mention on the transmission issue. Get home, review the paperwork and no mention that this service was or was not performed. Another suggestion would be to offer a fast lane service option similar to what ford has to offer their customers to get in and out for minor service such as oil changes / tire rotation.
