Joseph and his entire crew at United Auto Collision are magnificent in what they do. Roughly two months ago, I was hit on the Right front of my vehicle and during the initial analysis of the collision, things weren’t looking too bad because my car WAS NOT totaled by the insurance company. However, due to the global supply shortages of steel (and various other things) it took WAY longer than anticipated for the parts to come in for my car. Not only did United get me hooked up with a rental the day of my collision (I was back on the road within hours of the collision to continue seeing my patients in home care…THANK YOU LISA!) they COVERED the entire additional cost of the rental they brokered me getting in the first place. (THANK YOU GABBIE AND JOSEPH!) You see, if my collision had occurred in 2019, my car would have been done within the first month and the 30 days or rental coverage from my insurance company would have been adequate. However, in 2021, getting materials for ANYTHING is complicated! United kept me INFORMED (THANK YOU JOE!), CALM (THANK YOU GABBIE AND LISA!) and kept me MOVING until my car was ready. Now, let’s talk about the craftsman ship that Joe (the manager of the production floor) and Joseph (the owner of the shop) used to get my baby back to me. I can’t tell that anything ever happened! The repair work is, in no uncertain terms, seamless. WHAT’S MORE: they returned my baby to me clean as a whistle! I hope that you don’t ever need United Auto Collision, but if you do…do whatever you have to do to get them to handle the work. You’ll be glad you did…believe me. ~ Tony Cheslock.

Great Service with me and my car. the tow truck service was great they came right to me and were super nice, I wasn’t even expect them. Then once at the shop I got coffee and bagels while they helped me with insurance. I was often updated and they all treated my car right they even made it drivable for a few days because I had plans. Once I brought my car back it took only a week to fix everything. They did my bumper looks exactly like when I brought it. Did my brakes and rotors excellent job rides like new and they detailed it free of charge. Looks and smells like when I brought it. I can’t tell that anything ever happened. United Auto Collision Review I award Joe and His Staff This Five Star Review! ***** (For Stellar Customer Service!) Back in November on a late night I was involved in a hit and run accident. I immediately contacted my father who assured me that he would look into the matter and work things out. The following morning, I was referred by my father to United Auto Collision Inc. located here in Philadelphia at 3913 Germantown Avenue, as they came highly recommended for all things collision. I reached out to the owner Joe who helped to relieve my anxieties but assuring me not to worry he sent a tow truck out to my home to pick up my now damaged vehicle to be taken to his shop for assessment and repair. They were very welcoming, accommodating, and empathetic to my current situation. This made me feel even more at ease, to be even more welcoming Joe made arrangements for the Enterprise rentals to come and pick me up so that I could make arrangements now to get a rental car until my vehicle was repaired. Now how’s that for great customer service? And to go the extra mile Joe offered to call me to update me of the progress of my vehicle and also when they would work promptly to have my vehicle back to me as they understood how important this would be. A few weeks went by so I decided to give a courtesy call to check the status, they informed me that my insurance company wasn’t being fair and that they valued me as a customer so much that they would make sure that only the best offer would be accepted in terms of my well being and my car. I was so appreciative because they didn’t have to that but they most assuredly did. I would recommend Joe and his team at United Auto Collision to anyone who is in need of auto collision repairs the go far and beyond their call of duty for their customers! I worked with the team here at United after my car was rear ended and sideswiped. They stayed open late so I can drop the car off and in only a few weeks did a great job with the body work. United Auto Collision, Joseph and Lisa made a horrible experience wonderful and they have a customer for life. Without trying to make this review too long lets just say I parked my car on Germantown Avenue a few blocks from the shop and when I got off work I realized someone hit my car and left it inoperable. I started to panic because it was 5:30 PM and I still needed to pick my daughter up from school and I really didn't know what to do. One of the tow truck operators for United was waiting for me to get off and took my car to United since it was only a few blocks away and the person who hit my car was also getting their work done there too which would make it easier to get my car fixed quickly. Lisa who works the desk offered to drive me to pick up my daughter while Joseph registered my car with the shop, my car insurance and requested a rental. Mind you they were taking care of all of these things for me and the shop and the rental car company were closing in less than 20 minutes. By the time I got back to the shop all I had to do was sign a few documents and Enterprise Car Rental was there to take me to their location to get a rental. It was the easiest and most seamless process. Shout out to Khalil at Enterprise who put me in a car immediately and worked with me when my insurance wouldn't pay for my rental. Again, Joseph stayed on my insurance company to come out immediately to check my damage and approve my repairs so he could get me in my car as soon as possible. Also when I found out that I didn't have rental insurance coverage, Joseph paid for over a week and half of my out of pocket rental costs because he knew this was a major financial inconvenience for me. Finally, when I got my car back they did an amazing job. My car looked like new and they completely detailed my car so it looked and smelled like it was brand new too. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience given the situation and I want to personally thank Joseph, Lisa and Khalil at Enterprise for going the extra mile for me throughout the whole process.

My post is late but I was in a car accident in October 2018. My van was towed to United Auto Collision and Joe took such good care of me. The tow truck guy was nice and concerned about me and my children. Joe and his team went above and beyond the call of collision to get me and my family back on the road. He battled with my insurance for a $1700 part that the insurance refused to pay for. While going back and forth with the insurance company he paid for the part that was needed out of his pocket. I was missing a side panel and Joe was so generous to replace it at no cost. His team detailed my van and they did an awesome job. Honestly, United has a customer for life. I really didn’t think my car would look the same after my accident but after getting my car today, you can’t tell I had an accident. They seriously should use my before and after pictures on their website the damage was so bad. To top it all off, the service was outstanding. Having an accident can be very stressful and Joe made everything very easy and smooth. He gave me a ride back home on the day of the accident. When I had to travel internationally before the repair could be completed, he offered to store my car for free. All these spoke to the type of business he operates and how much he cares for his customer. I got into an accident driving home from work recently. It was around 8pm. I gave Joe the owner a call because it was after hours and I knew he shop would be closed. He came to me right away. I was hysterical and in a panic. He calmed me down and explained to me he would take care of everything. He did exactly that. He got my car towed to his shop. He ensured I got home safely. He helped me set up an appointment to get a rental car. And he stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process giving updates on the progress of my vehicle. My car was repaired within two weeks which was very short for the amount of damage that was incurred. Everyone from the owner, down to the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Where should I start, from the very beginning of my experience with United Auto Collision things were great! I had a fender bender from another motorist that damaged my drivers side fender bumper and drivers side headlight. When attempting to go through the body shop my insurance recommended, the guy there told me in order to repair my car had also have to fix the opposite side passenger fender as well because the new number wouldnt fit otherwise. He said it would cost me $2000 out of pocket since it wasnt part of my claim. So I went to Google looking for another shop when I came across United Auto Collision. Lisa there answered and instantly made me feel comfortable as you know going to a new auto shop can be skeptical. And once I brought my car in the people there proved just as genuine as over the phone. They made the entire process very easy for me, no hidden or surprise fees, did everything they said they'd do in the timeframe Joseph there gave, and even helped me with my rental so I didnt have to be inconvenienced. And in regards to the passenger fender that had to be redone, Joseph only charged me $400 to fix and paint it instead of $2000. They were absolutely awesome, I will most definitely be going back!

Awesome place!! Hit a deer and first place wanted to total my car although it was a amazing car. I told them the car seems fine and runs perfect let just dented up. So I was recommended here and they said no way this is a total. This place saved my car for me! They fixed it like new. Afterwards there was still one issue that they fixed right away and afterwards realized wasn't even from the deer but they didn't charge me. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Don't total your car if you suspect it's okay!

I must say I was impressed by how I was handled by UAC and the owner Joseph. I had an unfortunate situation where I had to use my own car insurance for the repair of my vehicle. Can you believe my own car insurance gave me a hard time with what they would pay for because they assumed a couple of damages were done at the hands of UAC but after I sent them my own pictures from the accident they (Progressive) were able to apologize to both Joseph and me for the false accusations. Joseph was very timely, responsive and helpful. I would recommend him to any and everybody because of his professionalism and intelligence of auto repair.
