I am a new car owner, really oblivious to car needs I heard squeaking and assumed i needed breaks jaquan, Whitney and Richard were all unbelievably helpful. They really went out of their way to help me and to get me the best deal for my money I would recommend this team to anyone and I'll definitely be back! they made an otherwise overwhelming situation for me so manageable and easy. customer service like this should be rewarded ! U guys are awesome ... I am now team jiffy lube!!

As a lifelong "car guy" who has changed his own oil and filter for fifty plus years, this was my best Jiffy Lube experience. The Flourtown location is extremely well run. i realize i was there in the morning on a weekday when it was not super crowded, but the service was superb. The intake person was efficient and polite. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Not to sound patronizing but here was even a woman working there getting her hands dirty doing a great job. They were careful to point out potential issues but not pushy. I hope the staff continues to be enthusiastic and conscientious . Well done! i highly recommend this location.

Had an oil change done, and was quick in and out. Also was really transparent about any services they recommend I take like they told me my belt could be due for a change in about 10k miles and told me what to look out for when it's about time, which was greatly appreciated. Ty and Whitney did a wonderful job and I will be returning to get more services on my Toyota Prius. The oil change was fast efficient they walked me through everything. They even helped me out finding coupons for the service on their website. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quick oil change as well as fluid changes. I have to use JiffyLube and similar facilities regularly for my company vehicle. I used this location as it was most convenient today and it was the best experience I have had so far. Often these types of service providers can leave some thing to be desired, however this facility was efficient, professional, and friendly. The employees I interacted with were courteous and knowledgeable. In a time where staff is hard to find I hope this facility appreciates the people they have!

I have never been to a Jiffy Lube. Its like going to a drive in movie. You wait outside one of the Bay (garage) doors, stay in the car while they do an overall check on your lights to see if parking, emergency, lights are working. Then they ask what you need and the take it from there. The techs also will let you know what else is needed along with the price, no pressure to do anything at that time. Very good service overall.

Service was solid. Why I give three stars - I needed new brakes and rotors. I agreed. But only found out after they removed everything, that they are waiting for AutoZone to deliver the parts. Not a bad spot for a quick oil change. Priced just slightly higher than your usual Meineke or Tires Plus, but still cheaper than Valvoline, they offer drive through oil changes and I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. (Nobody queued ahead of me) Friendly, courteous, and professional staff. They did some basic checks while I was waiting on the oil change. Checked my lights and signals, check my other fluid levels(coolant, washer, etc), adjusted my tire pressure, and did a basic safety check on tire tread depth, as well as made some recommendations based on my mileage. For 5 bucks they will top off any fluids needed. At no point were they ever pushy about getting me to agree to anything more than I originally asked for. Sadly they do not take appointments, first come first serve only; otherwise I'd give 5 stars. I'd recommend going right when they open or about an hour before close as they seem like the best times to avoid any waiting.

Took my car by here for an oil change. I love the fact that this Jiffy Lube checks not only for the oil change, but they also do a basic check on your car - tires, fluids, etc. I love when I pull up that they are very attentive to walking up to my car and inquiring as to how they can assist. The manager and staff are polite and friendly. I hope they keep up the good work and continue to be this way. This is what makes people keep returning to a business.

I'm usually able to get my oil change quickly and be on my way with a short amount of time here. They send me coupons for oil changes and other services, which always helps. They don't come up with a list of repairs to suggest, which I appreciate. They do go over a little check list with suggestions if needed. My car always looks good after because they give it a quick vacuuming. Good place to go if you need a quick oil change while running errands and don't want the hassle of appointments and arranging dropping off your car.

I feel like with most places that you go to for an oil change (esp with being a female), they try to up-sell up-sell up-sell. Well, they did not here and the GM Dale was very kind! I will be returning to this Jiffy Lube location in the future, and recommend this location to others as well.

When my father was alive, he took his car here all the time ( he was very skeptical of lots of people working on his Lincoln. So if you were chosen, you had to be beyond great) and since it was good enough for my dad, it's good enough for me.

Went on Friday for an oil change, it was my first time at Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled up Dale helped me. It was apparently his day off, but once I told him it was my first time there, he took care of me! They changed my oil, let me know what the cheaper option was (my car takes synthetic oil so it can be expensive), they also checked the other parts of my car (I didn't realize they would do that, but I really appreciated it as my car has been a mess lately), turns out I needed new air filters as mine have not been replaced for a few years, they were disgusting, and I would have never known they were a part that needs replacing (I don't know anything about cars, whatever). They gave me a deal on the whole purchase, oil change & air filters. The whole thing only took 30 minutes (actually might have taken a bit less). Really great experience, Dale was super kind and personable, the mechanics that worked on my car did a great job (I do not have the paperwork in front of me so I am not sure their names), and at no point did I feel taken advantage of or like I was receiving bad advice. Really great experience, I had never been to Jiffy Lube before, and I will definitely be returning after this experience! Thanks guys!!

Flourtown Jiffylube is a girls best kept secret. I've been coming for years and every visit has gone well. From oil changes to cleaning my fuel, and light bulbs they always give honest suggestions and the prices are good. The technicians and the location is heaven sent.

I stop by this Jiffy Lube periodically for little car emergencies and the occasional oil change. They are always professional, kind, and seem fair. This week I stopped by with my car that had been sitting for over two weeks while I had been on vacation. Upon first drive a new thumping sound had appeared. The mechanic at JL took it right away and spent a good 45 minutes driving and inspecting it to see if he could find any cause. While he did not find a cause, the sound seemed to diminish/disappear from his close inspection (taking off the tires, etc). They did not charge me for the labor involved in closely looking at my car and gave me an estimate for brakes that he said needed to be attended to in the near future.

Dale the manager of Jiffy lube goes over and above to try to help you I had an issue with my car that they tried to fix which then made me have to take it to the dealer and submit an extended warranty claim and the insurance company did every record of service at Jiffy Lube Dale spent a good couple hours trying to pull the data together for me over the last year which lead to successful claim in my car being fully fixed… Can’t say enough about these guys especially Mike the car whisperer!
