This place is great! They are very friendly, explain things well, and always are transparent about prices and services. The customer service is out of this world. Kyle remembers me and always asks how I'm doing when I come in. They always are truthful about what my car needs and never try to make me buy something that isn't necessary. Prices are fair and they always do good work. I've had multiple things done at this shop over the past few years and everything is always high quality. I had a leak in my tire and was able to get in very quickly. Everyone that I spoke to either on the phone or in person were friendly and nice. I have done business in the past with other Jensen stores and have always been pleased with them. They seem to hire great people to work at their stores and it shows. I took my truck in today because I knew my brakes needed replaced and thought I had a wheel bearing issue too. Their rep Kyle did a great job explaining the parts that needed to be replaced and how said parts got to the point of needing to be replaced. He and the other staff that work the front were available for answering my questions. And they got everything done more than an hour before they store closed. I’ve been coming to the Jensen Tire on 49th & L for the last few years and they have always provided me outstanding service and comprehensive reviews at affordable prices. Sometimes the bill can be pretty hefty ($1500+), but that’s the reality of taking your vehicle to get serviced by auto professionals who have been in the business 10+ years and who make repairs with premium-quality parts. Want to get your vehicle repaired with cheap labor and parts? Good luck making that vehicle last 2+ years without an issue. Also, I'm not an auto professional and don't have the time to regularly review and diagnose any issues my vehicle may have; I'd much rather have Jensen Tire tell me when there might be another repair needed to get my vehicle in tip top condition, instead of just doing the original service I wanted done. Some bulleted pros that this Jensen Tire has going for them: • Each auto professional at this location has been in the industry a long time and have refined their skills well. • They regularly keep me updated with the service progress or get my approval for additional repairs. • They provide detailed receipts of the parts used and labor provided. • They offer deals every month.

My low tire pressure light came on this morning and I'm going out of town tomorrow. I called one place and they didn't have my size/kind on hand and weren't sure if they would be able to get it. I called Jensen and I spoke with Ashley and told her my dilemma and she said bring in my car and if needed they could get my size/kind of tire within the hour although they didn't have any there on site. I dropped it off over my lunch and they called me back an hour later to advise it was a nail in my tire, my tire was repaired and I could come pick it up when I was ready. Super appreciative of their quick, friendly and honest service!

My husband had bought the tires at Jensen, so I returned there when it was time to get them rotated. They were nice when I called and made appointment. I was sent a reminder text before appointment. Staff were polite in the waiting room. I didn’t have to wait long. No one was pushy or tried to sell me other services while I was there. Rotation was free because we purchased tires there.

Kyle, the manager was seriously awesome to work with. He wasn’t a salesman and really worked with us throughout the process. I brought an Armada into the shop in the dead of winter when our heater went out. He didn’t charge me for the diagnosis tests and once he found a possible issue he started with the least expensive option. His communication was prompt and professional, I got a call each time there was an update. They flushed my coolant and let an additive sit over the weekend to try and relieve a block. Once that didn’t resolve the issue Kyle called to layout the next option, to replace a simple part. They didn’t do any work with out asking first and they kept me updated on price, which they were good about helping me out on. I’d visit the shop again for sure, however, I hope I don’t need to anytime soon. Good shop!

I've been having quite a few issues with my car, it a 2009, so just wear and tear. They have taken pretty good care of me. They have no problem admitting when they have made a mistake, which the honesty is something that will keep me coming back. They really do care not just about your vehicle but also you as a person, this is a great place to get any work you need done.

Had my Jeep’s steering wheel and tires checked out after having the transfer case fixed somewhere else. Steering where had some vibration over 30 mph and a low rumbling in the front end on the car. Turned out drive shaft has a dent/bend on it probably caused in the process of the transfer case repair. They themselves went ahead and called the guy for me to explain everything. Now I can take it back to the guy who fixed the transfer case to fix the shaft. I knew my car wasn’t the same like it was before the transfer case repair, Jensen assured me of that.

I need a tire replaced (urgently!) and on a whim decided to swing by Jensen tire to see if they would be able to help me out. I was pleasantly surprised by both the price and how quickly the work was done. In was in and out in about 45 minutes, and for not having an appointment set up I don’t think that is bad at all. The waiting area was clean and also had the chairs spaced out for proper social distancing. I would definitely come back in the future if needed.

Quick, friendly service. I have bad luck with tires. With Omaha roads being, Omaha roads - this place is super busy, so make sure you call ahead for an appointment if possible. I needed an alignment right away, I spoke to Carlos (who I believe is the store manager) he got me in as soon as I got there and assured me if I walked across the street and had lunch it would be done by the time I got back. Guy calls and is more interested in selling me tires and after a 15 minute verbal vomit session he finally addressed the reason k brought the car in and the price. Called 4 other very reputable mechanic shops in Omaha for the same work as they detailed - 1/2 the cost!!! Not this time Jensen.

Well my experience was not too great in the beginning. I was quoted a very reasonable price at first. Then I took my car in on a flat tire. Dropped it off and minutes later received a call from them stating that they can’t get my wheel off my car due to a wheel lock key or lack of. So I had to wait overnight, and try to find a key . I missed work that day but I found three possible keys to solve my problem. Neither of them worked. I told them just try whatever. And wouldn’t you know it, they completed the job and all is well! Here some Advise: multiple wheel lock keys should probably be purchased by the company just in case someone like me who bought my car used, don’t have one. I love the tires and the way my car feels so all is forgiven. Thanks.

They were training a new guy at the desk today and he had probably overpromised on how quickly they could do the swap on a flat tire they patched for me. The manager stepped in and took care of it for me when he realized I didn’t plan to spend an hour waiting after my call with his new employee. I will go back to this location for future maintenance.

Excellent service, very professional, and quick service turnaround time! Armando and Carlos we're great, explained the time it would take and the approximate finish time. On Thursday afternoon, I met Armando at Jenson. I dropped off a bent rim with tire and a new rim, Service had the tire fixed in under an hour! I need to mention, every service bay was filled with cars being worked on. The very next morning, I went back to pick up my tire, and noticed that I had a nail in my truck tire! Carlos, at Jensen, and the Service Department, had me back on the road in a little over an hour! Great job, I'll definitely be going back!

AMAZING SERVICE! We were in Omaha when my tire started leaking air, and let me say it was an EXTREMELY hot day and I have two small children and live an hour away so I couldnt chance making it home. We pulled in to jensen tire and auto and they began to help us, even though they were clearly very busy. The manager was so nice and friendly. They told us it could be possibly up to an hour which was totally understandable with how busy they were. Turned out they had it fixed and ready within half an hour! Best service i've ever had! Several years ago I had a rather unpleasant experience at the 168th & Harrison location and I haven't been back since. Today, I needed to repair a flat tire and Jensen near my work offered the most convenient option. I never mentioned my prior experience when i dropped off my vehicle. 2 hours later they called and told me my car was ready. I arrived, credit card in hand, but I was told there was no charge. I was flabbergasted. I told Armando that he had changed my opinion of Jensen and that he could count on future business from me as well as my family. When the flat occurred yesterday, i realized that the valve-stem on the donut was faulty so this needed to be repaired as well. This was done, also at no charge. Thanks to Jensen at 49th & L!

I have to give high marks to Jensens on L st. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. My tire was flat and I didnt know it had locked lug nuts. I called them amd they did everything to get me to them to get my tire replaired. I got my car to them around 4:30 and they took ot right back and fixed the tire stem. I had called another auto/tire shop close to where I got the flat and they wouldnt even take the time to even look at the tire bc they said they didnt have enough techs there. I was moving cross country when my car started overheating. I stopped into an autozone to get some supplies and a mechanic waiting in line there worked at Jensen Tire. He looked at my car in the parking lot and told me to go to their shop. i went there and they got me in within an hour. They could have easily taken me for a sucker and made me get a new radiator but they didn't. They replaced what was wrong and I was on my way in under 2 hours total. Honest people with fair prices. My car drove safely the rest of the way across the country without any issues.

Went here to buy a new tire, they had the one I needed at the store which was nice. I had them put the tire on my rim that was off my car, it was done in about 20min, when I got home to mount the rim and tire on my car I noticed they had put the tire on the wrong way so I had to take to a differnt jensen tire on 96th L st so they could do the reverse mount the store on 96th was done in 5min and the correct way I would reccomend the store on 96th fast, friendly and have the skilled mechanics and tire technicians to get the job done right
