While traveling thru Oklahoma with our travel trailer our truck check engine light came on. CB were able to get us in in less than 2 days and out in less than 1 day. They were kind and professional and provided excellent diagnosis and recommended repairs. They provided a shuttle service to and from our location at a campground. We were glad they were there for us as our truck needed some attention. Thanks for a job well done.

I usually take my vehicles to the Ford dealership for basic maintenance. However they are always booked out for a couple of weeks. I contacted CBA and they got me on the next day, at my convenience. They did an oil change and tire rotation in a very quick time frame. I was literally in and out in about 30 minutes, maybe less. I’m taking my truck in and having it serviced due to how friendly and helpful CBA accommodated me.

Awesome customer service! They notify you at each stage of the repair so you always know what’s going on. I received texts letting me know they had examined the car, ordered the part, taken it for a test drive, and when it was ready to be picked up. Each text was followed up by a call just to make sure you were in the loop or could ask any questions. Awesome customer service! Will definitely use them again.

It was my first time to visit a Christian Brothers Automotive service center. And it will probably not be my last visit. It was a really good experience. The service manager was very helpful and informative. The waiting area was comfortable and peaceful. I really appreciated the Christian music playing in the background. Everyone that worked there that I saw was properly dressed and not sloppy and their clothes were not dirty looking, so I didn't have to worry about them soiling my car's upholstery. The got my car into the service bay for the oil change very quickly. I really liked the texting function that let me know when my car was pulled in for service and when it was done being serviced. Finally, the service was reasonably priced. All-in-all it was a great experience.

I had a great experience with Misty and Logan. I needed a oil change and a new serpentine belt. They was very professional and felt comfortable there. The techs there are great. They found some other things that needed to be done and they took the time to explain everything that my car needed. Will definitely be going back. Logan was a light for me. I just arrived home after being on a trip scattering my husband's ashes who recently passed. I was so sad only to get into my car and see it didn't start. I couldn't afford a tow truck I lifted up my hands towards the heavens and spoke the name of Jesus. Then after calling the SW 103rd and western store , Logan answered offering me help a ride to their shop. Then a ride back to my vehicle. Dave picked me up and told me the story of how blessed he was to work for such a wonderful man I believe his name is Mike. We as Christians don't realize how much we witness to total strangers just by being kind. I loved the uplifting atmosphere in this store. If I ever need any automotive care I'll call up Logan again. Had cracked exhaust manifold on 2011 Chevy Equinox. Two Dealerships couldn’t get it in for 2-3 weeks, same with local shop I’ve used. Dan at Christian Brothers scheduled me in a few days later. Even provided courtesy ride home. First time I’ve used them and would definitely use again. Very professional but very friendly and repair was completed. Great place with HONEST people! Our 2018 VW Atlas had been to the dealership for routine maintenance and during their inspection they believed the alignment was out and recommended a four wheel alignment at a cost of $300.00 plus dollars. I contacted the folks at Christian Brothers Automotive and set an appointment for the alignment to be performed, at less than 1/3 of the dealership cost. Once CBA had the car on the rack they determined NO alignment was needed and everything was perfectly in spec. Dan called to tell me the news and offered to come pick us up rather than me getting a ride back even though we weren't going to be spending any money with them. This is my new go to place for any and all auto repairs that fall outside of my vehicle warranty. I really, really appreciate their honesty, integrity and promptness.

CB on South Western does excellent work. I have been doing business with them for 4 years now. Their waiting area is clean and they offer free shuttle service back and forth to your home. Their staff is friendly, well mannered and professional. They honor their parts warranties they've quoted even when their suppliers won't. CB costs a little bit more, but I can vouch that they stand by their work and will do follow up on recurring problems at no extra cost. Thanks for the good work CB :).

This was my first time to visit Christian Brothers Automotive. I had heard good things about them from others. I was very impressed with the way the guys up front handled my repair needs. Neither of my brake lights were working. Within minutes they came and told me what the problem was (burnt out sensor) and the final cost to repair. Since I didn't have a ride they gave me the choice to wait the 1-2 hours it would take to get the part and install it or they would take me to wherever I needed to go. I decided to wait. The first part they received was faulty so they had to have a second one delivered. I opted to take them up on the ride offer. They offered to come pick me up when the repairs were completed. Bottom line I was very impressed with their attention to me and other customers I observed while waiting. I thought the costs were very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I can.

I was impressed with the detailed diagrams of the wheel alignment I was having done and how I was notified each step of my service via txt. Liked the fact they accept Groupon and was hassle free. The courtesy shuttle to and from work saved me time & money by not having to miss any work. Shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Christian Bros. Christian Brothers Automotive has new owners: Mike and Melinda Cochran. I took my 98' Ford Explorer to them because of the check engine light. My dad is a retired mechanic and knew what the problem was before taking it to Christian Brothers. He didn't tell them he knew what was causing the problem. It was our first time using their services and we wanted to see if their diagnosis was the same as my dads. It was!! It's very refreshing to find automotive service that's honest. They did a great job on the repair. They did an inspection on the vehicle and said it needed back brakes. We had them go ahead and replace the back brakes. They also replaced the cruise control button at our request. They checked the PVC valve and it need replaced as well. I'm excited to say I'll gladly take my vehicle to them in the future. They will be my go to auto repair shop. They have a shuttle service that will take you home or to work if you don't want to or can't wait on your vehicle while being fixed. I think that's a great idea. If you do want to wait they have a comfortable and cool (AC) waiting room. It's nice and clean. They offer coffee, water and soda to drink. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. No bad attitudes. Thank you Christian Brothers.

I took my car to Christian Brothers so they can diagnose what’s wrong with it. They came back to me and said that it was the starter. I asked them if they are sure if there’s something else wrong with the car they need to tell me now before we start working. They assured me nothing else is wrong with the car. It’s definitely the starter. I gave them the go ahead to replace the starter after which the car had the same issue. It’s still not starting. After further research they found the issue is the number 3 piston. They gave me a price to fix it and I declined. I asked them to remove the new starter and put the old one back because the new starter did not resolve the issue and I’m not paying for it. They still charged me $400 for labor and some test they had to. All an all nothing was fixed on the car and they charged me $400 for the diagnosis. I don't think that’s a fair amount of money to charge for a diagnosis which was wrong in the first place. UPDATE 06/13/2020 - Changed rating from 1 star to 5 - I contacted Mike as per his request. He took ownership and resolved the issue ASAP. Mike was professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Mike!

They are a very customer friendly bunch. I have utmost confidence in them. So far, I have taken my vehicle in for repairs at least 3 times for 3 different problems and they have been clinical diagnosing the problem and finishing it on time and at cost. There are no surprises or sticker shocks with these guys. They have been very candid and honest. I have now made them my go to mechanics. The free rides are also invaluable to me as a customer. The last thing I want is to be stuck waiting at a shop while my day goes by.

Christian Brothers Automotive takes their name seriously. They are honest about your car’s issues and tell you if the issues you have are things you can take care of yourself at home. My rear brakes were making a noise in warm weather but not in cold, and after checking on them for me they said they still had at least two years left and explained to me what could be making the noise from their experience that wasn’t doing any damage. They sent me pictures of everything they looked at and they were willing to explain them.

Originally the repairs were going to be over $3000 but after fhe mechanic got into it he said the other repairs wouldn't be necessary. So it turned out to be a lot less. I am from out of town and my air conditioning quit in my car. Christian Brothers was amazing and so accommodating. They got my car in very quickly and started trying to pin point the problem, they kept my husband and I informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. They did a great job. I needed my breaks replaced and they took great care of my car. I also had an issue with my rear blinker. I asked them not to replace the bulb and not to charge me for it as it wasn't a bulb replacement I was needing, it was something else that was causing it to stop working. They removed the cost and didn't replace my blinker but went ahead and looked at it and found what was wrong. They fixed it and didn't carge me.

I have owned vehicles for over 40 years; have been to numerous automotive shops and dealerships. Christian Brothers is the best I've have been to. The cost to repair my 2013 Focus was reasonable (cheaper then the dealership.) Work was completed when they said it would be. As soon as you walk in, the staff is happy, friendly and helpful. If you have elderly family or friends or a young adult who does not know how to work through the vehicle repair process, send them to Christian Brothers. No fast talking, hard salesmen to sell you more than you need.You get exactly what needs to be done and no more. You can't go wrong with Christian Brothers. Great place, friendly. Offer a variety of bonuses. Including a local bus to take you home or whatever if a long wait. Also have bathroom that’s very clean, & coffee. Also a perfect touch is there’s a bible in the lobby. Pretty nice to see that. I do have a complaint. Got brakes and rotors replaced cost $400 & took 4 hours because their guy broke down. Our rotors are rusted already and we just got them in February. & pretty sure it wasn’t with $400. But hey, nothings cheap these days

Needed tires and found out that Christian Brothers can take care of that as well as normal maintenance. They found tires that were cheaper that I was quoted at a "tire store" I set up an appointment. Went to get in my car after work and it would not start so I called Christian Brothers as I knew they have worked on my 2007 Lincoln MKZ before and I was pleased with their work. I had a tow to their shop on Thursday 04-29-21 after they had already closed so they couldn't look at it till the next day. I was probably impatient as I have no other transportation to work but, I do have family lol They were finally able to get me fixed up Monday and the repair was a odd one with my transponder going bad in my ignition. Odd type of repair but, evidentially a common one after doing some reading research myself. Christian Brothers got me fixed up and back in my car Monday afternoon! I highly recommend taking Lincoln's (or any other type for that matter) there as they are a certified repair company and it's hard to find a really good one of those. The Lincoln dealerships I have been to tend to cause more damage to the car in my experience.

I've been taking our minivan and compact car here for years. Tom and his crew do great work. I have gotten second opinions before and they match up with what Tom's crew says. Recently the minivan was having trouble starting, I was pretty sure the battery was going out but stopped by the shop and asked if they could check the alternator (aware that most shops charge to test that). Tom came out to the vehicle, tested it, showed me where it said the battery was going out, and showed me that the alternator is good. He said have a nice day, we'll see you later. No charge. No up sell. Tom said I've been a long time customer and not to worry about it.

Where to begin, I am a single mother of three daughters so being able to keep up with vehicle repairs has been next to impossible. Also, being a full time student I have a bigger lack of funds for those kinds of things. Christian Brothers was putting on an event for Free oil changes for single parents. Naturally, I took advantage of this offer seeing how I've never had an oil change and also knowing I have a pretty bad oil leak. Once my SUV was up on the lift, they saw how much damage was really there. When they were done going over my vehicle they realized most of the issues were safety related and informed me they could further help with those issues as well. I let them know I had an alternate vehicle but it too was in bad shape. They asked me to bring it up to compare the two and see which one would be safest and cheapest to fix. They found my other vehicle wasn't any better, so we moved forward with the SUV. They had my SUV for a few days(fit me into their busy schedule btw) and fixed the safety repairs at NO COST to me. I cried tears if happiness and thankfulness when they handed me my keys and informed me it was at no cost to me. Now, of course once they do all that work I have to have Cylinder 4 misfire. I called Mike and let him know what was going on to just get some advice. Instead of being upset that I called back or making me feel terrible for asking for MORE HELP.... They've politely listened to me and offered to do more checks on it. I truly can say this Company and their amazing employees have made this all alot easier for me. I feel bad about receiving so much kindness and generosity, but without it.... My girls and I most likely would be on the side of the road somewhere not realizing I had soooo many safety related issues. I can sleep better knowing the transportation I'm trusting my children in IS alot safer due to Christian Brothers Automotive, their amazing and hard working employees and the big guys no one ever sees. This place is awesome! I went in there with my Yorkie to inquire about fixing a bent piece of metal that was rubbing on a belt in my engine. These guys took a look at it and fixed it in a sneeze ! I recently brought in a car I was thinking of buying for a pre-purchase inspection. They let me know up front what all they would be doing, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I greatly dislike the whole process of looking for a used car and trying to find the ones that are in good condition and will be reliable vehicles. Mike, the new owner, and Dan were both very helpful (along with 2 mechanics) in explaining the results of the inspection. They gave me advice on what needed to be done more urgently and what could wait. They took time to explain some of the things I was not familiar with. It was a make of car that I had never owned before, and even though I had done my research, I was still a little unsure. I ended up buying the car a week ago. So far so good! I took my 2006 Buick Lucerne in to have the battery checked. By all appearances the battery looked good and checked out after a charging. After a thorough analysis they made some repairs. Two days after returning the vehicle the battery was weak again. Again, the battery looked like new and checked out fine after the charging. This time they took the car in and pulled the battery out of the compartment only to find there was some swelling around the bottom and it did need to be replaced. They were very appreciative that I brought the car back to them for the opportunity to be looked at a second time and replaced the battery for free. They have also promised to refund my money for the initial repair. Because they were so proactive to try and make retribution and was very detailed when explaining how they went about troubleshooting the vehicle the first time, I would recommend Christian Brother’s to anyone needing car repairs.

I was recommended to this shop through a co-worker, I took my 09 Nissan Altima for a diagnostic test on the transmission. The staff provided a ride to work and also came to pick me up from work. They kept open communication about the status of my vehicle and ultimately gave me honest feedback. I took my car in for an assortment of issues that all seemed to present themselves at once. The next day, I was informed that what I had concerns about were the least of my problems. They swapped oil, and corrected the initial failure, but informed me that they didn't want to consider doing the 300+ dollars worth of work to address the rest of the known issues if I didn't want to invest in replacing the engine. That level of honest business is very rare, and I appreciate that considered my best interests over charging for a dishonest profit. I will steer my friends towards these guys in the future.

tl:dr --> Great customer care, quality work, one of a kind service center. I don't usually write reviews for companies, so this is special. This auto shop is worth the money. I brought my car in after shearing off a wheel stud. Dropped the car off in the morning and they DROVE me to work in their complementary vehicle. I have never had that done. Work was done on time and lasted the life of the vehicle. One time after getting my wife's car's oil changed, the shop forgot to place the sticker that reminded me the next time it needed to be done. I brought it back in, and they didn't just put the sticker on. They wanted to make sure that the car was safe and that they didn't miss anything so they went ahead and changed the oil again, ON THE HOUSE! They are incredible workers and always own up to their mistakes, if they ever make any. I would definitely do business again, and already have. If you value your vehicle, you will take it to someone you can trust.

This is how much Mr. Michael Cochran (owner of CBAC) cares about his community. During a heavy snow storm, my Nissan SUV got stuck in the middle of a road. I tried to shovel the snow, push my vehicle, go back and forward, but nothing worked. Mr. Cochran stopped to my rescue. Pushed my SUV and got me back on the road. Additionally, he noticed that my tires were low. He followed me to his shop, pushed my suv up hill, and once my vehicle made it to dock, he ensured my vehicle was in good conditions to be on the road. I have worked for transportation and maintenance contracts for the Air Force for 17 years; as a quality auditor for a few of those. I have a high regard for this business both professionally and personally. In a brief conversation I had brought up that my son had recently passed in a automobile accident. My car had to be kept because of the nature of the work and I had let them know the importance of needing my vehicle for my current job as an investigator. The next day a knock at my door and a beautiful arrangement of flowers were sent to me and my family with condolences. And my car was done that afternoon. I waited to thank the owner but he was test driving a vehicle for a mechanic. I took my car in today for a battery; Mike the owner was there I was able to shake his hand and thank him. They took my car right in and said Bobby will work on it; that was my sons name. The owner said well he will work on it for sure then. Short time later my car was done and Bobby had even replaced my wiper blades on this rainy day. I had to go shake his hand and thank him. Every one at this shop had been incredible; giving me rides home while I wait on my car, estimates that were given were accurate and backed up with a warranty. I can't say enough about these guys. I had my A/C condenser replaced and was told that the part had to be replaced twice due to a part defect that sprayed transmission fluid all over my engine. I am thankful they caught this problem before I got my car back but the real issue arose when I got home. After my car sat in my garage for about 30 minutes, a puddle of fluid formed underneath so I thought the 2nd condenser was also faulty and I returned my car the next morning. Come to find out, the mechanic did not flush the leaked transmission fluid out when he replaced the 1st faulty condenser and that is why I found various parts of my engine DRIPPING WET when I popped the hood! I picked my car up the second day and they were honest enough to tell me that the mechanic had not cleaned out the leaked fluid after replacing the faulty part. In order to fully clean all the leaked fluid from the frame, the grill should have been removed and it is obvious that this was not done. The A/C works perfectly but I'm still checking daily to make sure this was actually the issue since there is still fluid settled in the frame. Considering that I had to bring my car back a second day, the management should have thoroughly inspected the clean up job. Instead, I left feeling like a second rate job was done because they were busy and didn't want to take the time to comprehensively clean the mess they previously left behind. Even with the warranty, I'm not sure I would trust the service if I had to bring my car back.
