I am a female and I was referred to the Car Doctor by a friend. I had antifreeze leaking. I called to set up an appt and couldn't believe I was already in their computer system. I was referred to the Car Doctor 10 years ago by the same friend for repairs on another vehicle. No I didn't remember hell a lot has happened since then and we won't talk about the last couple of years. 😳 At this point, I knew I was in good hands. 10 years ago and the Car Doctor is still healing cars all over OKC, that's commendable. Well turns out, I needed a water pump. It was fixed the same day and now I don't have to top off the radiator fluid every few stops. I highly recommend the car Doctor if you care about your vehicle. It will be diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. I even received a special gift thanking me for trusting the Car Doctor with my car repair needs.

VERY knowledgeable guys, with the highest level of knowledge, service and warranty I have found outside of a dealership. I went to a shop nearer to my house initially, and which was cheaper, and they could not solve the issue I was having. Charged me twice, too, including parts I didn’t need. Car Doctor was able to address the issue correctly, which the other shop and even AutoZone (AutoZone read an incorrect code) were not able to do.

The phone call was one of the most kind I've had out of all the other shops I called. Can't wait until I get my car serviced by them. I received a quote from another repair shop that I have used for 10+ yrs that included a recommendation to replace my engine. Brian and his team took a look at the issue and were able fix it for less than $500. Also, when I asked about replacing some parts “while they were at it” Brian explained to me that it really wasn’t needed. My car broke down unexpectedly at the corner of 5th and Douglas on my way to work. I was going to have it towed, until I saw Car Doctor my boyfriend walked over to see if they could assist. Mike was just coming in, he walked over identified the problem, inspected the vehicle for further problems and had the car back up and running by noon. Definitely a life saver, a blessing that it broke down where it did, saved me money fast and efficient service. I definitely recommend Car Doctor car services.

Best Auto shop, with the most honest people! I Take all my vehicles here now. Pricey, but way more then worth it! Hope Im just not bothering Brian everytime I hear a little noise!😅 That's how it feels when you find a great place an know they can fix your worries! Had Electrical wiring replaced in my 13 tahoe last year and just took my new 16 silverado for general check, an he replaced some injectors an spark plugs! Now I feel at ease with My new vehicle purchase. They sure take stress away here.

The car doctor was real professional I could not get my keys out of my ignition and they found a solution and save me 350 bucks which I paid $50 for the maintenance that they did and so far I have no problem with my kids most mechanics probably would have ripped me off and charged me anyway but they was honest and I will be bringing my car back to them the guys

I can't say enough good about this place! Mike has been working on my family's cars for over 30 years, and it's literally *always been top notch. It is so hard to find people and work you can trust--but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Solid work. Reasonable prices, and expert advice (on what's priority, what can wait, what order to do the work so you can budget, how to maintain your car so it's cheaper in the long run, etc.) Bryan, who's worked there for a very long time, is stellar, too. A family member bought used car from him and it was well maintained--and went forever (till she sold it for a bigger vehicle.) They are all very trustworthy, and will even say if there's a specialist who could beat their price because it's *all they do or something. That's how you know they have integrity. And when it came to covid, their policies were updated immediately to provide the safest possible way to do business. As an RN, I was impressed at the way they handled things. If you need quality work from an honest shop--this is your car repair.

The only new vehicle I have ever owned in my life is my 97 Dodge Ram and I credit Car Doctor as a huge factor in why I'm still driving it in 2021 and will be for a lot more years to come as they have been my go to for vehicle maintenance and repairs for close to 15 years now. I dreaded the day that I had to find an engine mechanic after moving to Oklahoma City nearly 5 years ago. This week my engine overheated, so that day finally came. Upon reading Car Doctor's sterling Google reviews, I decided to take it here. I was still nervous because I know Google reviews can be bought or biasly solicited to happy customers only. Guess what?! Car Doctor lived up to its awesome reputation! Not only did Brian walk me through the issue on my 2003 Toyota Camry (160k miles), I felt like the price was fair. It was $150 for: - Cooling system test - Reinstallation of upper hose - Drain & refill of cooling system - Pressure tested (1 hr) for leaks - Identification of check engine light cause (no-charge) - Multi-point inspection (no-charge) - One hour of testing and tank top-off - And a much-needed oil & filter change Sure, I'm elated that it was inexpensive to fix, but I believe that he is an honest mechanic on pricing. Here's why: Brian and Mike provided me with a complimentary inspection of work that my car needed alongside an itemized quote. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used against me to follow-through on these less emergent recommendations. I will say that he quoted me about $200 less on a rear strut assembly replacement than the national chain tire shop I use. Overall, I'm glad I finally found my mechanic in Oklahoma City. There are too many horror stories out there. Thanks, Car Doctor Team!!!

Their Google reviews look highly curated so I didn't trust them going in, but I left happy. I called around noon on a Monday, asked if I could get the AC in my car fixed and talked to Brian. They asked "its just not blowing cold?" I said yes. They asked if I could drop it off and they could get it done by the end of the day. I dropped it off by 12:30 and asked if they could also replace a handle. It had broken awhile back and I bought the part and hadn't gotten to fixing it myself in over a month. They said maybe since they don't normally do that. I got a call back at about 3:30 saying it was done. Went and picked it up. Said AC was just low on freon, didn't see any leaks but said to bring it back if it quits again. That was $80 which was cheaper than I was expecting, but I never asked for a quote up front. They did replace the handle and made sure everything around it was in working order and charged me a fair labor fee. I took it on a road trip to Dallas this weekend to be sure, but yes, the AC blows colder than I ever remember it. I really appreciated that they are still practicing COVID precautions and are doing a better job than most local businesses. The entire transaction was contactless and I never needed to step with 6ft of anyone even while paying.

Extremely professional, no upselling, super clean shop. I will continue to use Car Doctor for all of my automotive issues. I have always experienced anxiety when having to take my vehicle in for repairs due to not being able to trust what I was being told and half way through the process another issue comes up costing me twice as what I was originally quoted. With Car Doctor I was quickly notified what the issue was and they never pressured me about it and in the end they resolved the issue and the cost was almost $20 less.

My truck needed to be re wired or at least find the short in the wiring. I searched online. The only thing I found was Car Doctor under "wiring." I've brought my Expedition in here twice so far. The first was a AC repair that the Ford dealership failed to fix multiple times and these got got it right the first time. I deducted one star because they did leave a wire connection hanging out of the interior that I had to put back when I replaced the turn signal later. The signal wasn't their fault, it just got old and broke. This last repair was a starter that quit when I was on my way out of town and stranded me at a 7-11. I called and they had a wrecker get my truck while I went on to work, and they just added the toe bill to my bill. It was fast and convenient. They had the starter fixed that day and it's back on the road. Overall, I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Wow! My son has been bringing his SmartCar to this mechanic for years. Me? I always went to the dealer for my Chevrolet Malibu. Based on my son’s recommendation I brought my car here for a simple oil change. 1st impression? The place is spotless! Clean taken to a new level. They have non-nonsense COVID-19 procedures in place. I’m in a vulnerable group and I LIKED it! The workmanship? Perfect. Even the oil gauge was reset to 100%. They inspected the entire vehicle. Better than that? They didn’t try to ‘sell’ me a thing. Highly recommend went here cause I was having problems with my steering wheel and my odometer wasn’t working. They fixed my front control arm bushings and did a wheel alignment didn’t know I needed those done and going back to get my cluster fixed asap. Try finding a knowledgeable Subaru shop in OKC. It cost me some green, but Mike and his team fixed it up so it runs like new. the only issue I had an oil smell that lasted longer than it should have after the major repair. I brought it back and they found the problem and there was no charge. If I had found the Car Doctor earlier, it would have saved me close to $1k I spent with another mechanic and parts.

Stranded on the side of the road in OKC... Not where one wants to be. After receiving a referral to the Car doctor from a local, I couldn't have been more pleased. Mike provided reassuring and competent service that is hard to find in any business today. My clutch had gone out and needed replacement. Mike's demeanor immediately set me at ease and I felt so comfortable with his estimate I had 3 or 4 other services taken care of at my own request. I had known about them previously and had not mentioned them to him. When he brought them up there was no pushy sale. He just informed me about them and said they could be taken care of if I would like. I even needed an adjustment on my clutch weeks later and I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. I lived 2 hours from OKC and made sure to take my truck to Mike for service. He has several certifications and as far as I am concerned the only place I will take my truck or families vehicle to in OKC. Even though I am moving out of state he made sure to inform me how to find a certified shop in the area.

I've gone here multiple times now and I can confidently say that this is one of the better car mechanics that you can go to in the OKC area, if not all of Oklahoma. I've been in two times now to fix a gas fume valve and to have a look at a misfiring piston. The prices that they gave me were fair in comparison to that a standard pricing manuals. The people working here are not trying to pull the wool over your eyes like any other mechanic Workshop.

I was driving through Oklahoma with a travel trailer when my power steering failed. I decided to use this company because of their good reviews and being a Napa Auto Care Center. I was in a pinch and needed my vehicle serviced. After speaking with them on the phone, I had my pickup towed to their facility. They were very helpful with my situation and were able to get me into their shop the day of my incident. They also completed the work the same day. So I appreciate their commitment to getting me back on the road in a timely fashion. Not a fault of theirs, but the new power steering pump began to have issues only a few miles from town. It began to make a terrible whining noise and had minor issues with steering. They fluids checked out ok and were at the appropriate levels. I contacted them and discussed the situation. The provided warranty will cover a replacement at another Napa Auto Care Center in my city. So I am pleased with that information. After the fact I was able to research the pump and pricing through Napa. I can buy the same pump through Napa for $150. However, I was charged $345. The hose installed was double the price but the fluids and pulley were priced appropriately. As I stated, I understand my dilemma and appreciate them servicing my vehicle in a timely fashion. My only concern is paying 2 1/2 times the price for a new pump and other parts. I would defienlty give them a higher rating if they did better on pricing.

This place will not try to sell you repairs you don't need. If you don't give them the certification award then you will never give it to any automotive shop.

Mike and his team have more certifications hanging on the wall than I can count, are extremely knowledgeable about Subarus and other less common imports, and ALWAYS put customer service above "making the sale."
