Great work by great guys. Replaced my brakes /rotors/exhaust system. Drove to Pa. No problems. They guarantee their work.What more can you ask for. I question complaints or bad reviews. As a Retired mechanic I can take my car anywhere but prefer Pace. Sometimes problems spring up during diagnostics especially older and hi mileage vehicles. Pace will fix it right in exchange for peace of mind. Job well done.

There are good reasons why I have been a long-standing Pace customer for over 30 years. They are honest and will always tell you what needs to be done, and what can wait. I want to start this review by saying it has only been 2 days since my repairs have been done. I had front and rear brake job including one caliper which needed to be replaced. The job was done in a timely manner and done to my satisfaction. They even went above their duty and brought my car back to me. Like everything else at this time, auto repairs are expensive but I feel I received a competitive price for a job well done. I would recommend Pace to my friends. In fact, I already have.

Had a problem with my car stalling and being difficult to restart. A friend suggested a gas station by his housethey did a tune-up and the problem was still there. My brother finally reminded me how he and my dad always went to Pace. Had my car towed there. They found the cause of the stalling; also did my state inspection and new battery. Found two other problems (brakes and tie rod) that would need my attention "down the road". Well, in for a penny in for a pound. Instead of claiming that the work had to be done immediately, I decided to have the work completed while my car was there. I found their honesty refreshing; and I am forever thankful that they found the cause of my car stalling and not playing a guessing game. Looks like I found a reputable place to have my car serviced.

Service is top notch but they are way too busy. Had to come in first thing in the morning before they open to get any work done otherwise you'll be waiting for hours. It's walk in only. They don't take appointments. My gripe with this place is that they changed my TPM sensors but the tire pressure light was still on, maybe it wasn't reset properly. I went back shortly after noticing this and they told me to come back another day, again has to be first thing in the morning. Wish they could have taken care of that right there and then since they did the work that day. If your not pressed for time, then this is the place to go as their service is excellent. But if your time is precious to you then go elsewhere. UPDATE: the owner did contact me shortly after posting the review. He said I could come back anytime to have it checked out / reset. I appreciate the follow up and the personal attention by the owner. Upping the star by one.

These guys are resilient! They won't stop until the work is done right. I came in for brakes and rotors. Had some initial bad squealing issues with the new sets but the third time was the charm for me. The price was reasonable compared to other shops(trust me, did my research). Also, they warranty them for 2 years! Lawrence and Jose are very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They took their time with me and went over different options based on my car’s needs. On top of that! Chris (my mechanic) understood how frustrated I was with an annoying inside cabin rattling noise, that I was able to pinpoint after many years of dealing with it... Chris took 15 min! to diagnose, confirm the problem, and temporarily fix the issue until my next visit since it wasn’t mechanical or electrical (simply some pieces below my steering rubbing together) at no cost to me! You know where I’ll be coming back in two weeks for my next maintenance. Highly recommend!

Stopped by to have a tire stem repaired. They were to busy which I understand because their were tons of cars outside. When I see this I see a place that people love to come to. While I was there I did get some estimates on other jobs I needed done. Jose in the front was very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me fair quotes and what I love is when he said they only use quality parts that should keep me from coming back because of a cheap part. They also warranty the work for 2 years. I will be coming back to get the work done. This is an add on to my first review. I finally got in to have my inspection done and have read brakes serviced. Well turned out I needed front brakes done as well. Was a bit pricey from what I'm used to but if you see these rotors they installed. They look like they can stop a tank. I'm impress and loved how the mechanic protected the metal brake pad springs with black lube. The pads were 125 and the rotor about that same price. Yes parts were pricey but I feel they will last a long time. The front desk as I said is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They called me to let me know when there was an updated and when the work was done. Don't hesitate coming here when you need work done. You get what you pay for and sometimes you have to pay for good work.

I brought my car in for an inspection and A/C service. Bad mounts (no surprise) and a bad axle boot were found. I ok'd the repairs thinking they would be 'arranged' properly to make best use of time. Well after waiting for parts and having the repairs done, they forgot to do the inspection, and disconnected the battery apparently to do A/C service. so it 'failed' due to no history.... thanks .. so I had to get a temp sticker and drive the car roughly 100 miles and then was told because of various sick techs they couldn't do the alignment after the axle service till Sat, which also was the last day of the inspection extension. Thankfully Sat it was all finally done but someone needs to teach the mechanics how to plan jobs that have multiple needs etc so they can be done in the proper order to get the car out 'quickly' and correctly...

I am updating a previous poor review because I decided to give this business another chance since I live in the neighborhood. I had an alternator belt, and alternator replaced and everything is running smoothly. I did insist that they test drive the car before giving it to me since I previously had trouble on another visit with things not connected properly. Though the repairs were very expensive everything seems to be working very well and the work was done promptly with excellent communication. I would return here again.

I like to support local businesses and this place did not disappoint. Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. They ordered me two new tires for my vehicle which they mounted and balanced. Informed me on future potential issues with rim. Everything went great, fortunately I did not have to wait long for my vehicle to be serviced. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because they did not check the air in all of my tires. The two new front tires they installed we're perfectly at 37 psi, the two back tires are at 29 psi. It's just inconvenient having to go get air in my tires when it could've been done there. Besides that, it was an awesome experience and will continue to return and support local businesses. This place is worth checking out.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler into Tire Pros. because they came highly recommended from a colleague of mine. I had multiple check engine lights on. When I brought my Jeep in I was greeted with a courteous and professional staff. Laurence was the initial staff member that handled and listened to my concerns in regards to repairing my Jeep. I was also able to meet the mechanic that would be working on my vehicle which was awesome. My only request to the team at Tire Pros. was to make my Jeep right. They handled that request in a timely and professional manner. Laurence called me to give me the details of what needed to be done and didn’t go ahead and repair my Jeep without consulting me prior to doing anything that I wouldn’t be able to afford or didn’t want done. He informed me what to expect and how soon my Jeep would be available for me to pick up. The price was very reasonable and didn’t come with unexpected charges. Anyone that is looking to have their vehicle repaired would be well served by having Tire Pros. handle their vehicles issues. I highly recommend this company. Went to get my car on Thursday Oct 13 after putting it in for a no start, and paid for a new battery and; inspection. Car still would not start and when they went to open the hood to check it they could not open it. Today is Monday Oct 17 and I am still waiting for word on my car. UPDATE: When car would not start again despite having a full tank of gas, I brought it back again, and they determined it needed an ignition coil.

I have been a customer of Pace Tires for several years. The mechanics who work here are exceptionally patient, professional, and understanding. They are always eager to explain a mechanical or electrical problem with my car when I have questions about the terminology or mechanism of action. Therefore, the mechanics work with you. One of the most important aspect of Pace Tires is that they don’t try to rip you off by saying you need extra parts replaced urgently when you really don’t.

They are always so helpful at Pace. They are the only place I go to get work done on my car. I needed to have my tires changed and Nick was so helpful with recommending tires that would perfectly fit my needs (they are wonderful tires). They ordered the tires for me and they were delivered the same day. They were so thorough and noticed that my oil needed changing since my light was on and they had asked me if I wanted it changed while I had the car there. They always are so honest there and won't do extra work on your car if you don't need it done. They do get work done in a timely manor, sometimes they are busy and there is a wait but its well worth the wait. They are always so friendly at Pace and know your name when they talk to you. I do recommend them to everyone I know for car service, their prices are reasonable and their customer service and honesty is worth every penny.

Staff was very professional and helpful as I stopped in for a oil change before heading into work. I spent about 45 mins to an here and was still able to make it to work at a decent time. I literally live next door to the BJs, which has a tire center. I called, and waited almost 7 minutes for someone to pick up. My wife said, "Why don't we try Pace, they're close too." They answered on the first ring and sounded great on the phone. I told them what I needed (old tire recycling) and they said come anytime and that there was a $4 fee. I went a couple days later, was in and out in 5 minutes, and the staff was super friendly. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I asked if they could do the job now, they said they could accommodate so I drove over to shop. The car was done in an hour while I waited, old tires off, new tires balanced and put on car. Very helpful and good prices, also will have free lifetime rotations with 4 new tires.

Had a Company Jeep that needed a 10,000 mile check up. Since it’s a fleet assigned to me I’m responsible for maintenance. Emile is a great guy. He’s always in a great mood and eagerly assists you and knows what he’s doing. He gives great advice. The checkup was excellent. Rotated tires, Synthetic Oil Change, changed the cabin filter, and while there I got my inspection done a month early. The price was much cheaper then what I would have paid at Jeep. Great prices. Great employees. Great work. This is the place you wanna go for tires or any car trouble.

Very nice guys. Accomadating and helpful. I thought the price was very fair for the 4 tires I put on my rx350. Took me in within 15 minutes. Warranty was by the car manufacturer. If that bothers you, that might be an issue. Continental gave me a year which was fine.

Woke up to find the two driver side tires flat and it seemed as though someone intentionally punctured them. Gee. Thanks. My friend referred me to Pace and when we got there at about 2pm Jose immediately checked my tires gave me an amazing price and the car was ready at 5pm. This all was today March 29th, 2021. Always a great experience. Most times I just walk in without an appointment because somersomemay have just poopped up and they always say give us a few minutes & we'll see you. They never turn me away. Just last week I brought my car in because 4 lights came on at once when I started it, I was driving home from work on the Island & got there 10 min before closing, they took my keys & more info & said they would look at it in the morning. A couple of min after I left they called & said this should be covered under my warranty at Honda & if they touched it they would have to charge me. Honda was closed as well so I had it towed in the morning but they didn't have to tell me that, they could have just fixed the car like I asked. Nope, these guys are good honest people. I went back yesterday with my car because Honda left a hubcap in my backseat & I had a question. I always forget their names but the gentleman who saw me first & was in the middle of something else immediately came outside put my cap back on & answered my questions (I was questioning something Honda did). I think they are great guys who care about what they do and have good personalities to match. Oh and as a woman going into a service station you never feel intimated or like they are just giving you a line & taking your money because they are not like that, very respectful. I have referred many people to them & am confident when I do.

Tom and his wife, and the rest of the staff go out of their way to help you. If a part is not readily available, Tom will do everything he can to get it for you. When he says he will get back to you, he always does on a timely basis. I was recommended to them and I have always found them to be honest. Many times when I thought something was wrong with my car, after inspecting it, they would tell me there was nothing wrong so I would not be spending money needlessly. Visited Pace Tire Pros because I was having a ‘shimmy’ (excessive steering wheel shake) at 50-60 mph in my BMW e39 540i. Got my tires Road forced balanced with Hunter Elite machine at their shop. Afterwards the shimmy and vibration was gone. All staff at Pace Tire Pros friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place for tires, rims, suspension etc. Ask for LP. I over heard customers being told of repairs that were not necessarily needed. That is unheard of in repair shops .This happened more than once. I went in for front end work. After inspiration, suggested tires be rotated. Now being told the one set was old. Desk person (KEN) found me A set of 4 brand new.Made in the USA tires. Arranged for rebate, and special financing. Top-notch, honest, and reliable repair facility. Was visiting from out of town when my car broke down a few blocks from this service center, which had serviced my cars when I lived in Queens. My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree – Check Engine light, Check Hybrid System, Check AWD System, Check VSC System. Tom and his expert staff quickly diagnosed the problem – multiple faulty ignition coils – and repaired it for a reasonable price. They also made sure the car was fixed by driving it for several days to/from their homes so I would have peace of mind when I returned to pick it up. The car is running fine.

They do not inflate bills, if you don't need something you don't get it, not like most places. Transition that is taking place is the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
