I had an excellent experience with Metro Auto Body. Reed, Kevin, and the rest of the team there are great to work with and the experience is hassle free. They were quick and exceeded my expectations with the work they did for me. They did an extremely thorough job and made my car new again. The photo of the damage is only a fraction of what they took care of, but I still included it as an example. I will continue to visit them in the future and recommend them to any of my friends.

Our RAV4 was returned looking factory new! Metro Auto Body went above and beyond expectations based on multiple past experiences with our dealership. I received timely updates via text, or calls from Reed -- he'll switch to Spanish if you prefer. My husband could not accompany me, but I was attended to promptly and courteously in the office. The car was ready within the estimated time frame. I recommended them to a neighbor as soon as I parked in our garage, and will definitely go back as needed (cars get pretty scraped up in our area unfortunately).

The car was beat up pretty bad , had damage around the car old and new along with other problems, they hit every problem and they even gave me a detail car wash , no have pictures of before and after , but do got after , u won’t go wrong with them ,this is the second time I had to do body repairs first time I went to the dealership, they did way better and at a better price , turn around time wasn’t even long ! I can't believe this place exists in a world full of shady body shops. Not only did they deliver what they promised, but they went above and beyond to keep the customer 100% satisfied including a free detail of my 2016 Nissan rogue SL. So I’ll start off by saying that when I walked into this “auto body shop” I was amazed by how clean and modern this place was, I’ve never in my life been to a shop this put together and clean. Being referred by a family member I knew that it would be good but they exceeded my expectations. You can really tell this is a family run business because as soon as you walk in you are treated like you are a part of them. Rocky, Joe and Reed were so helpful. All I had to do was tell them what happened, dropped off my keys and they took care of the rest. I’ll attach pictures so you can see the work they did. Not only did they fix the car but they cleaned it and detailed it. So so happy! Thank you so very much!

My truck had about $16k of damage in an accident and needed a reliable body shop. Metro Auto Body was the place we took it took and we have nothing but incredible things to say about them. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we immediately had a connection and were very caring about our situation. The work that was done on my Midnight Edition Chevy Silverado was flawless. It looked just as good as when I bought it. Our pup was with us when we had the accident and we brought him with us to the shop once and the staff was also very dog friendly and caring since they could tell our dog was nervous around the truck due to the accident. If you need any body work done, I highly recommend Metro Auto Body because their work is impeccable and turn around time is amazing. I thought I was going to be out of a car for a month or so but it took them a little less than 2 weeks to get my truck back to me.

Got into an accident about 2 weeks ago now my 2016 explorer whole front and left side were destroyed. But luckily I was close to metro auto body shop, they were on the scene quick and were very helpful with everything my first major accident. We got to the shop and they showed me the process and they made me feel so confident and comfortable like I wasnt just another paycheck or something. Left my car with them and under 2 weeks I got my car back newer than when I drove it off the car lot lol. They're attention to detail in the repairs and body work are unbelievable they even detailed my whole car inside. Reed and the metro auto body crew are true professionals and made the paperwork and hassle so effortless. Working with Metro Auto Body was certainly the most pleasant part in the process of an unpleasant accident. The other driver had an insurance plan with a company I'd never heard of but Reed at Metro knew exactly what the process was going to entail and told me exactly what to expect when dealing with the insurance company. I left my car with Metro Auto Body and from the other reviews listed online I expected good work but I have to say the work they did was WELL beyond my expectations. My car honestly came back in way better shape and practically looks brand new now (despite being 6 years old). They did an excellent job fixing the damage and fixed even more than that. The paint was matched perfectly - my car has a paint that's black with metallic blue specks in it and their paint came out exactly like the rest of my car. Finally, the detailing job done was amazing. The inside was absolutely dealership clean and the exterior was detailed to perfection. I would 100% recommend working with Metro Auto Body as they knew how to navigate an insurance company I never heard of and they fixed my car well beyond the damage caused by the other driver. And they were done quickly! I hope I never get into an accident again but if I do, I'll be giving Metro my car to fix!

I have been coming here since 2013, and my mother has been coming since before then. This is the only auto body shop I would entrust with my car. From helping tow your car from wherever it was, to obtaining a rental, to the point where you are given back your car it was smooth sailing. An accident becomes the easiest process if you have Metro Auto Body on your side. I just got into an accident recently, and here is my car (2013 model), as if nothing happened, more so as if its brand new, all thanks to the wonderful people at Metro Auto Body.

Metro has given me top tier service since i first brought them my acura close to a decade ago. Every time i brought them an issue they took the time to walk me through and even when I got towed, you could tell the drivers care about your hard-earned money. They did an incredible job! I had a minor accident on my 2015 Genesis by making a wide turn into my driveway pole. My fender and bumper was damaged. The stress of finding a body shop and financial costs was on my mind. I found good reviews on google and decided to give Metro Auto Body a call. I spoke to a guy name Joe and he explained what they can do. I decided to bring my car to them and waited while they dealt with my car insurance. After waiting for about a month, a guy named Reed called me and told me they are working on the car. When I finally got my car back, I was floored. The interior smelled like new and they did a lot more than just fix my bumper and fender. My headlights looked incredible They touched up all the little scratches. Glad I made the decision to come here rather than Maaco or something like that.

This place is a 10/10 I bought my Honda Civic In for a bumper replacement, and the prices there was very reasonable. They go above and beyond for their customers. I will do business again with these guys soon. A fuse blew out in my car while work was being done on my car, and they was nice enough to replace the fuse for me without charge. GEICO sent me to Twin Collison, they want only fix and paint the part is dented, but I went to Metro Auto Body they fix and paint the whole back bumper and they even paint my trunk. About a month ago, a reckless driver side swiped my entire driver side of my 2017 Honda Civic. I initially assumed the damaged was beyond repair, or at least it wouldn’t be repaired back to its original glory without noticing any covered paint damage. Metro Auto Body came highly recommended by many friends and family who have gotten auto body work done on their cars, so I dropped my car off about 2 weeks ago and was finally able to pick it up yesterday 11/30. And to say I was stunned on the amazing results would be an understatement! After a full detail and repaint all around , I couldn’t even recognize my own vehicle. The prestigious condition Metro left my car in is amazing, she’s looking way better now than what she ever did when I first took my car out of the dealership !! They were even able to polish up the scratches on the rims from the initial side scrape ! The results were definitely worth the wait and the only reason why I’m giving them 5 Stars is because google doesn’t allow more stars to be added to the reviews ! Will highly recommend friends, family , anyone to definitely visit Metro Auto Body for any detail body work !

The most professional place I've ever dealt with. I got hit in the back, ruined my lights, the trunk wouldn’t open at all. They dealt with the insurance company , which was a bonus. Told me it would be about two weeks to get it done, and it was exactly that. I picked the car up, the job they did was amazing and they also detailed the car better than an actual detailing place. Honestly, god forbid but should anything ever happen again with the car, I know where to take it to and thats a good feeling.

The car looks brand new and they did such a great job cleaning the inside for me which was a bonus( I’m not one of those people with a neat car so it was a disaster in there) they vacuumed cleaned and detailed it. My car was demolished when it was parked . One of the worse mornings I ever had,luckily a family member recommended Metro. I must say the job the did was amazing! I was highly considering trading in the Subaru for something else however after I saw my car when the job was done, I could not see myself doing so. Horrible accident left my car on the verge of being salvaged. I wanted to see if I can get it fixed before giving up hope. Brought it to metro auto body and the guys talked me through the whole process and made it simple for me. Few days later my car looked brand new. It's not only the work and the service but it's also the little things. I remember I was missing the plastic attachment to the gas cap, the accident was front end damage but they still replaced that piece. Feels good knowing they looked at everything from bumper to bumper and replaced everything not just the area where the accident damaged.

On November 5th I had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a NYC cab running a red light at the intersection of 39th Street and 5th Avenue. Passenger side air bags were deployed and there was substantial damage to my vehicle. Luckily my passenger and I had minimal injuries and we were able to walk away. Metro Auto Body was contacted to have my CRV towed to its facility in Queens. Needless to say I was concerned because Queens is quite a distance from my home in NJ and I wasn’t sure how to proceed. The flat bed driver, Rocco, was so reassuring and considerate offering options on how to get repairs done. I could either have it towed to NJ or have Metro do the repairs and they would arrange to deliver my car so that I didn’t have to drive to Queens (which to me could have been the same as driving to Mars!). After reading great reviews and checking Better Business Bureau ratings about Metro, I decided to bite the bullet and go with them. Everyone I dealt with at Metro was extremely courteous and professional. They knew exactly what to do and reassured me every step of the way. They communicated with my insurance company when necessary to expedite matters. When my CRV was returned, it looked brand new again! I can’t say enough about Metro Auto Body and being from NJ I can be pretty cynical. Thank you to everyone for helping make this horrible experience turn out as well as it did. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!
