I recently brought in a vehicle because of a slow leak in the tire. There was a screw in it that was too close to the sidewall to simply be repaired/patched. It needed new tires anyway so I came back 5 days later to get the tires on! Fair price, detailed list of some things that needed to be fixed that was easy to read and it merely recommended that the items on list got fixed never pushy or aggressive. It's a comfortable atmosphere. The waiting area has snacks&refreshments😃 I'd say another big bonus is it's located within walking distance to a Menards, Holiday gas station, Dairy Queen and several other shopping places. It's clean, pleasant employees and all in all it was an exceptionally good experience! 👍😎😁

First of all, I had heard about this place through my church so I have known about them before I went in. Regardless, the staff was very friendly and up front. I needed to get some tires replaced and they gave me more than one option, which was nice so I could fit it to my budget. They told me what time my car would be done and they got it done in the time they told me. I am also aware of the ministry they have with providing cars to those in need and I think it is such a great thing they do. So overall, it is a great place to bring your vehicle in for any type of maintenance and you can expect great service and hospitality from them. Will be returning here again. :)

Being a woman, I'm always cautious with car repair places. These guys were amazing! Listened to everything I had to say, answered all of my questions and explained everything. My repair was pretty pricey, but they were open about other options to help lower the cost. Thankfully the part I needed was in Fargo, so they only had my car for about 1 1/2 days! They do offer loaner or rental cars as well.

Sometimes it's difficult to leave a classic car in large volume shops. Fix it Forward has proven to be the absolute correct choice for diagnosis and repair. Reasonably priced, with excellent attention to detail and an overall mission statement that makes the company stand out in the fray. Top notch service and great people as well, can't recommend enough.

My church sent me over to not only the missionary side but also the auto care side. They do amazing work! They are honest and won’t give you the run around on fixing things that don’t need fixing. Their prices are fair, and they do a great job!

I went into Fix It Forward Auto Care because I broke the bead on my tire, John looked at my tire and realized that the bead was too worn to seat. He explained that for safety reasons, because I have an AWD (all-wheel drive) vehicle, it's best to replace all four tires at the same time. I explained my money situation and that there was no way I could replace all the tires at that time. He went outside and checked the tread depth of my remaining tires and determined that it would be okay to replace the one tire. The tire that I needed/wanted to keep with the tread pattern as the other three tires wasn't in their system. I looked online and was able to special order it. John held on to my wheel, and when the tire arrived, he replaced the old tire, called me up to let me know that it was ready whenever I was, and he had me in and out, tire mounted, within 5 - 10 minutes of arriving at the shop, they even replaced the donut spare, to the underside of the vehicle. 😀 I have been to shops that do the bare minimum for the most money they can get. This is NOT one of them. They seem to care for their customers' needs and enjoy doing their jobs. I would definitely refer them to others. Thanks, John and the whole Fix It Forward crew.

Service: spark plugs and new intake gasket These guys work fast and well. Overall great job and best experience I've had. They offer uber rides too. Travis was my service advisor and Mr. kraft was the tech. Both you guys went beyond my expectations, and the ministry part of this business is very commendable. I having nothing but respect for those doing what they can to help others. I never write reviews but i felt compelled to do so for these guys. Thanks again

They were very quick to get us in. After inspecting our vehicle they gave us a thorough description of the work that needed to be done along with the expenses. We were very pleased with the service and friendly staff! Would recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs.

My boyfriend and I have been going to 13th Ave auto for years. My car recently got into an accident and they took the time to check everything over to make sure it was in working condition. They also took the time to help me find the best tires for my price range. Even though they had to special order my tires and I had to reschedule my original appointment due to them not being delivered on time. 13th Ave auto called me and gave me plenty of notice and worked to find a time that worked best for my schedule I also had only brought my car in for an oil change and inspection they took their time and fixed other issues that I didn’t know about. Justin was very professional and helped me answer all of the questions that I had, especially the ones I had about my car accident. Highly recommend!

Yet another great experience with Fix-it-forward! First time at this location but the exceptional service started by getting my car in the same day I called, got me Ubers to and from work, and found and fixed the issue quickly and for a very fair price. These guys do it right!!!! ( and Zeus was a very friendly bonus to get to meet!)
