Someone hit my Audi and I was recommended Lamettry’s because they are Audi certified. They got my car in and out very quick and Luke was very responsive and took the time to keep me updated each step of the way. Veronica was also extremely nice and very helpful with the bill and explaining what everything was. They made my car look brand new and even cleaned the interior. I couldn’t be happier with the work. Would recommend.

Had to get a mirror cover painted and had some other questions about paint chips and rust spots. Start to finish, great service, good sense of humor too I may add. Price was a little bit of a shock though.... Thought the bill would have been more. A lot more. Next time I might bring a sleeping bag as felt right at home. Two thumbs up.

LaMettry’s did an amazing job repairing the body damage on my Toyota RAV4. The Manager Andy Dupey was phenomenal in getting my repair moved up due to a tire issue. The first opening was February 2023. I couldn’t wait that long. He kept me updated throughout the process and it was done exactly when he said it would be; even with a delay caused by the tire repair done outside of LaMettry’s being late. My husband, Scot had his RAV4 repaired earlier this year and he referred me immediately to LaMettry’s. His repair was also very well done. Thank you to all your staff for a great experience. Called LaMettry's (recommended by a friend) for my car due to hail damage, I wanted paintless dent removal. They were busy (aka high demand) so it took a while to get an appt. Once in, it was quick. Got it back in spectacular condition, i'd call it show room ready, washed, waxed, and the interior was detailed! I was not excpecting that at all. Would recommend 100%

Friendly staff and quality work are the highlights here. They worked with my insurance company to facilitate the repairs to my vehicle, and offered potential solutions for expediting the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle it looked better than before the damage, and they even cleaned the interior. The only downside is that there may be a wait before they can get you in, but the wait was worth it in my case.

I chose Lamettrys to paint side mirrors and a deck spoiler for my car. The informed me about the challenges that my paint(spa yellow) would be hard to match and that they would try their best. Eli ensured that i participated in the entire process: approving the color match, spoiler placement, and a final check. The parts were color matched perfectly. I would recommend them for custom works as well as insurance claims.

LaMettry’s did a wonderful job repairing my bumper/body panel after I was rear-ended. The employees were so helpful! There was a delay in the repair time (car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks) but that was partly due to waiting for the other driver’s insurance company to approve the new estimate, and partly because more damage was found after LaMettry’s was able to take a closer look. The front desk employees were helpful as well, especially when I needed to get a rental set up. Overall, I recommend LaMettry’s Maplewood for anyone needing a repair!

The front staff was very friendly. When the mechanic came out he never let me know that my car was done. He just walked past me. The front staff came over a few minutes and asked if the mechanic let me know that my car was done. I replied no. That wasn't cool but over all i was treated well. Thank you for repairing my window.

My experience began with Eli who was responsive via email and stepped me through what to expect when working with the insurance company and the shop. A few hours later, I received an email from Alice reaching out to assist me with setting up an appointment to have my car repaired and promotions the shop currently had. Veronica, at the front desk, was delightful. She was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions and helped me with my rental car, both pick up and drop off. Andy, who was my main point of contact while my car was in the shop, was great. He kept me informed, detailed, explained all I needed to know about the process. When my car was done, he walked me out to my car, went over the repairs that were done, and made sure my questions were answered. Nick and Dan were the technicians who did the repairs and paint on my vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with the results and how quickly my vehicle was done. My car looks brand new! I brought my vehicle in on a Monday and picked it up on Wednesday afternoon. I’d like to also give a shout-out to Jake who did an amazing job with the interior detailing! Every piece of dog hair I had imbedded in the carpet was gone. This was an added service I was not expecting but very much appreciate. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from the team and highly recommend using LaMettry’s in Maplewood for vehicle repair needs.

I got my windshield replaced here — overall they seemed to do a nice job and did so in a fairly timely manner. But I am disappointed in a few things. After getting a tow to drop my car off after-hours, I was told I would get a call the following morning with confirmation about the work and estimated time of completion. I ended up having to call multiple times over several days to receive updates (i.e. they had already processed the damage and had a quote ready, but I had to call them in order to receive it). I called near the end of the day (but before they were supposed to close, according to Google) on the day it was supposed to be complete. The glass department had apparently closed for the day already, and I was told "oh your car is probably done, but we'll call you tomorrow to confirm". I ended up getting a call first thing the next morning. I'm just fortunate that I didn't have a rental car that I would have had to use for an extra day. Lastly, when I picked up the car, there was still trace amounts of broken glass (from my previous windshield) in the seat and dashboard, and glass all over the floor. Overall, I'm disappointed in the communication here — I needed to be the one to reach out in order to get updates and my car was just sitting in their lot ready for a whole night. Moreover, having just been through an accident where I had glass in my arm, I'm really unhappy that they didn't do a better job of cleaning up the glass and that I had to brush off the glass with my snow brush before driving my car back home. You'd think a collision and glass place would have a workshop vacuum for that kind of thing. At the end of the day, the windshield repair was well done. You'll be happy with their repair job, but expect to call them regularly to get updates and bring a vacuum with you when picking your car up.

After waiting 3 hours in 95 degree heat for a Toyota Care Tow company we called Lamettry's, and an employee answered the phone at 8:30 pm at night. She was very courteous and kind and promised to set up a tow and call us back. 10 minutes later the tow driver called from Schmidt's towing and 30 min later he arrived to tow us out of the intersection we were at. Thank you for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company because they were extraordinarily helpful in my time of need. Thanks.

I was totally happy with the work. My repair seems great. They did a great job with handling the other party's insurance and arranging the rental and most other details too. I did have an unusual vehicle that made timing with parts and communication of schedule more difficult. LaMettry's did a pretty good job considering. So I can't quite give a perfect five stars, but it was close. If I could give 4 and a half stars I would, since my repair wasn't really urgent for me. In general, they seemed to have a good process for keeping customers up to date and informed.

The punctuality wasn't what I expected. I didn't expect my car to be in the shop for 2 weeks. I do appreciate the quality of the work where the managers and tech wanted to perfect picture each car. Hit a post, broke my divers side headlights and caved in my front bumper! LaMettrys repaired the broken driver side headlights and front smashed bumper. Repaired and replaced hidden parts, that were bent or broken, behind bumper. A-lined left fender, new front bumper and new left headlights, all back to original positions. Painted front bumper and driver side fender to match existing color on the rest of vehicle. LaMettry’s manager Erick Barrita, did a great job in handling everything, from dealing with the insurance company to keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicles repairs. Received my repaired vehicle in a very timely matter, as promised, with a complete vehicle wash inside and out! LOOKED GREAT, you would never know that the front was all messed up! My RAV4 had been stolen and once recovered had some bumper damage. The work they did on my RAV4 was exceptional; and when I got it back it was cleaner than when I left it. I gave her a rating of 3 stars because I had some issues with the administrative staff. I asked all the right questions so that I would not have any surprises upon pick up. Unfortunately, I was given misinformation which caused some stress and tears at pick up. In addition, when I dropped my RAV4 off for the repair I was told by the gentleman I was working with that he did not realize I was coming in, even though I had an appointment.

Did the online appointment for estimate. Got an answer within the next day. Brought the car in same day for estimate. From when we drop off the car to when we pick it up, the transition was smooth. They didn't want us to worry about anything else and they took care of everything with the other insurance company. They even helped us in getting a rental. The car was done within 2 days. LaMettry’s service is outstanding! I drove there just after my “fender bender” and was greeted by the most polite and considerate staff. The adjuster immediately looked at the damage and gave a preliminary quote while I got a claim number to start the work. At the same time, staff contacted a rental car company and got the vehicle delivered to LaMettry’s within 15 minutes for my use. Once repairs were started Troy called me every other day notifying me of where they were with the repairs. Truly superb customer service.

Over all my experience with LaMettry's was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would have liked more communication on the status of my vehicle as the repairs would take at least a week. This especially would have been helpful since more repairs were required than estimated which increased time needed to finish the vehicle. Also the paint job needed to be checked over prior to my picking up the vehicle. There should not have been as many imperfections in the paint job as I found. I appreciate that all problems will be addressed without more cost.

LaMettry's is AMAZING! They have the most amazing customer service. I had a fender-bender with small scratches to my car. They took care of everything including contacting insurance. My only thing is that they did take a while (2 weeks) to fix my car. However, they were great with constantly communicating with me about it. They honestly did try to get my car back to me as soon as they could. They ever provided me a rental and I did not have to worry about that at all. Diollon did an amazing job with my car. Overall good experience. A bit disappointed that repairs that only involved replacing front fender and both doors due to light dents took 31 days. Paint matches perfectly. Overall looks fine from 10’ back but close examination reveals imperfect panel and trim alignments. Maybe I was just expecting perfection since the car dealer referred me here and the car was only one month old, it’s good but not quite as good as new.

Estimate was 25% lower that 4 other repairs places on the east side of the metro and Hudson. They pre-ordered the part and did the paint match and reassembly for the car return the following day dropped off at noon Thursday and picked up Friday at close. They even were able to do a pointless dent repair as a separate repair for a few extra $ during the visit. Both repairs were flawless and my car looks perfect again! Customer service was honest and timely with updates before and during the repair through precise timing of the pick up. I did take 4 chapsticks from the front desk for my kids and myself they use for advertising. Hopefully they don’t mind especially since I am posting this revue of my positive experience.

Best place to get your car repaired. Second time I’ve had to come here on two different vehicles but they do all the work with the insurance companies, they have rentals there too. I love the friendly greeting and all the snacks in the front and they also offer beverages as well. My vehicle took longer than I expected but that’s because they found more damage. I checked out Heppner’s too but LaMettry’s has far better service and waiting room. They are so efficient! Troy E. called to give me all the updates and progress. In the meantime the ins company (The General) let me use a 2019 Chevy Suburban so I wasn’t in any hurry.. when I got my car back I noticed how clean it was, they even cleaned the floors. The body work looked brand new. They offered me a walkthrough where he explained everything and how the repair carries a limited lifetime warranty. I’m so glad I went back to LaMettry’s for my auto damage.

The finished product is great. Car looks like new (it is only 8 months old). I can't say the same for the service. Disappointed with total failure to keep me advised of status of repairs, my contact was never available to speak to after initial appraisal, didn't return phone calls etc. When I picked up repaired car no manager was available to go over it with me and receptionist told me to look at car and if I was happy to just go ahead and leave. She's the one who also told me to not wash car for 45 days to let paint cure(after I asked or I wouldn't have known not to wash). Bottom line is technicians are great but this business needs to hire more client people and train them in customer service.

LaMettry's has great customer service and they do quality work. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the paint job wasn't blended with the previous paint color. You can see where the new paint ends and the old paint begins. They also missed fixing a part under the hood which I just noticed was cracked.

The craftsmanship work on car was good. Only bad experience was that It was difficult getting a hold of the supervisor who was working on my car because the other reps arent allowed to give any updates on the car. I had to call in multiple times to track down the sup. After initial repairs were done and picked up, I inspected the work and brought to attention of the minor paint damage. The sup took a look but had to bring it back another day to have another sup re-inspect before agreeing to fix it. They did not take account for the damage but offered to fix it. Which is good for their future customers.

Wonderful service and attention to detail! I own a Volkswagen Rabbit and have previously worked with Luther Westside Collision when dealing with my car repairs. I was not impressed after having my car in the shop (Luther) for two weeks from last year's hail storm after I was given an estimate of 3 days. The service department did not return my phone calls, help answer questions, nor give me updates on my repairs. LaMettery's has certainly been a 180! Had a minor fender bender and as standard procedure was told by my insurance carrier to bring it in for an estimate. Thought of LaMettry's right away as it's close to me and have had work done there before. The inner plastic lining on the trunk is about to come off in my hand immediately after picking up the vehicle. While the paint looks good this is not what I expected.

My 2018 BMW was hit from behind while stopped at a red light. When I scheduled the appointment to get my car fixed the offenders insurance (Allstate) informed me their intention was to melt the bumper and re sculpt the shape as well as repair the outlying damage. Overall I was happy with LaMettry's. The job was very good - Even paint job that matched the rest of the car and was nicely buffed out (There are many auto body shops that cut corners and rush through the buffing process, leaving the finish with an orange peel look, and embedded dust. LaMattry's is not one of those places - They did a nice job). They took longer than the committed to time. Unfortunately I've had this happen with other auto body shops so perhaps it's becoming more common. We had a couple disagreements. However, the manager contacted me and they resolved the disagreement to my satisfaction. There are plenty of places that couldn't care less once they have your money. LaMettry's made sure that I walked away pleased. So, overall I would have to say that I was pleased and would go back there again.

Repair damage from rear end collision to a 2015 Corvette Z06. Required disassembly of rear half of car down to the aluminum frame, welding in replacement frame rail extensions and impact bar, structural adhesive bonding in a new rear floor pan and rear opening cover, new rear bumper cover and numerous smaller components such as antennas, vents, spoiler, high taillight, emblems, camera, hatch latch assembly, etc It took about ten weeks from the date the car was dropped off until repairs were completed. At least half of that time was due to the special nature of the vehicle that resulted in lengthy time required to obtain parts and special repair materials. LaMettry's was very open to answering my every question, keeping me updated and allowing me to inspect the vehicle anytime I asked. This shop was extremely thorough, skilled and with attention to detail. The red metallic tintcoat paint applied to the rear of the vehicle was matched so well that I could not notice the slightest difference from areas not repaired. They earned my complete confidence. Should I require such services in the future, I will immediately return to them.

this was cool, I asked to have some extra work done when the car was in for some insurance *someone else fault*. I had a verbal quote *my bad* there were a bunch of door dings and scuffs and a large scuff on the trunk lid. The main request was the SCUFF I see everything I walk into the garage and it annoyed me. they did the most incredible job of getting the dings out and touching up most of the scuffs, but they left one sizable scuff and the trunk lid which they did while I waited. I would have preferred to have it painted when they painted the rest of the car but someone dropped the ball. The person that handled it made the mistake of setting me off in my mind although I do not show when I get frustrated "we don't do any work for free" I had just cut a sizable check. Bottom line if he would not have made that statement it would be a 5 start even though they had to fix the issues i specifically requested in the first place the work was amazing. But apparently just driven off the showroom floor means different things to different people.

I have done business with LaMettry's several times in the past. They are the first place I think of and the first place I go when in need of auto body work. This time I had several small spots of surface rust that needed attention before winter so I went to LaMettry's for assistance/advice. Dillon C told me that since I caught the areas early, I could apply touch up paint and clear coat (get both from your dealer) to those spots. I had no idea what that process involved (and was nervous about not doing it correctly) so he told me to go get the paint and he would show me how to do it. When I returned to LaMettry's, he showed me how to clean the surface, how to apply the paint, how long to wait for it to dry and then how to apply the clear coat, which seals in the paint. I asked him what I owed him. He smiled and said "no charge." I was blown away because I expected to pay for this great service. A few days later I unfortunately caught a couple more surface rust spots. Again, I was a bit nervous in what the heck I was doing and went to LaMettry's. This time Mike Hoff assisted me. He realized I was a previous customer and he applied the paint and clear coat and said "no charge." I am always shocked and blown away by the AMAZING customer service you get at LaMettry's and these two times were no different. This is why I come back to them. Our cut rate insurance would not pay to put it back together again .... But Mike and his manager did!! The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that the push button Ignition and keyless entry does not work now. So we will have to pay the dealer to reprogram the system.

Brought my 2006 Yukon Denali to them on April 14th. Dropped it off and went on vacation. Truck had 3 panels that needed work which included extensive dent repair, paint and custom pinstriping as well as a running board that was cracked and broken. To begin I was at another shop that told me there was no way they would even try to match the after market pinstriping on the truck. Thats why I came here. They looked at it and said it was going to be a challenge but thought they could do it. Then the running board issue. It had a piece cracked out of it and a few small ones missing. A new one was $900 through GM. They looked at it and offered the option of gluing it and filling in around it. I had low expectations but it was a hell of a lot cheaper than $900 so I said go for it and see what you can do. When I returned from my trip one week later the truck was done. I was totally amazed by the work they did. My vehicle looked brand new like it was off the showroom floor. Pinstriping looks identical to what it was and the running board turned out great! Paint a perfect match. My wife couldn't even see where they had fixed it. I need to give a shout out to the GM Joe who was awesome to deal with. He was upfront and direct about what he felt his guys could do and he was right on. I will recommend this company to anyone as they do very quality work and are absolutely great to work with. Additionally, when I picked up my Truck it had been thoroughly detailed and on there own they repainted my receiver which was rusted and nasty looking. Great company, good communication and good to there word. Use them they are awesome!
