For the moment I called to schedule a time to bring my car in for diagnostics to the day I picked it up, Mike Olson to be at ease immediately and state in contact with me through the entire process. It was a great experience. I wasn't happy with the cost of the repair (maybe I should own a Land Rover) however I will continue to bring my car back for all of my repairs. The guys are INCREDIBLE! Friendly honest and straightforward What more could you ask for 😊

The entire team at O'Reilly is phenomenal. Although my experience with the actual mechanics is minimal, the few I have met definitely embody the culture of this place - friendly, fast, and most importantly CORRECT service. I have owned many euros in the past and this is the only place I trust my car with. Additionally, Nathan & Anthony are amazing at what they do. Quick quotes, walking through the needs of your vehicle, and never "pushy" on a service that isn't due or an absolute necessity. I love how in addition to performing the prescribed routine maintenance, they give my car a thorough “once over” and recommend current and/or upcoming maintenance. I really feel like I have my own personal mechanic helping me keep my car in good condition. And their communication is really good - text messages, e-mails, and phone calls all keep me informed about my appointment and the progress of the work on my car. I have felt lucky for years now that I found out about O’Reilly’s. Having a mechanic/garage that you trust fully and can always count on is like one of those modern miracles, like the babysitter who is dependable and who your kids love or the boss/manager who “gets” you and makes your job so much more satisfying.

Hands down the best prompt and most professional shop I’ve ever dealt with. Texting me while I’m at work letting me know the status of my car, what’s better ?! The absolute BEST auto shop in Milwaukee. Nathan and Anthony at the front desk are just amazing. Nathan is super up front, knowledgeable, and honest when explaining what is going on - why a part needs to be replaced, how it is currently damaged/worn, and what the options are for addressing the issue. Dan is the specialist who works on my Audi, and I could not be more comfortable with leaving my ride in the hands of such an experienced professional. O’Reilly Motor Cars provides excellent service! They have provided service for my vehicles for many years. I recently had a major engine-out repair for my Audi S4 and they did a fantastic job! After it was completed, my car looked like it was showroom new! I was kept informed throughout the process. They took care of my car as if it was their own. I think because all of the staff are car enthusiasts, they truly care about your vehicle. The technicians and front office workers are all extremely courteous and informative. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I trust their judgment and work. Prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend this facility. Just had another service appointment and had excellent service again! O’Reilly Motor Cars is a quality shop!

I found O'Reilly to service my Volvo several years ago and stuck with them through two cars, lots of oil changes, and waaay too many flat tires (I have very bad luck). The team has always been incredibly kind and helpful and answered every question I had. I would absolutely recommend and would still be trusting them with my car if I had not moved out of state. The only thing is while leaving the business, I hit my brake pedal and it went to the floor. Both the floor guys jumped into action right away. They found the brake system to need more bleeding and a mechanic put it on the rack right away and re bled the brake system. I left and still driving the car but it really needs more bleeding as I have a mushy pedal still. I plan to swing by and see if they have a mechanic free to check this issue out. Otherwise I am satisfied that they caught an oil leak issue, informed me and fixed it. Improving the cars operation and performance. I think that was money well spent. I am happy for the most part. I also feel as if I made new friends today. Everyone was very professional and openly communicable and friendly. Their customer service is amazingly refreshing as most businesses today have a low threshold of customer service or none at all. I look forward to doing business w this company again

I went to O'Reilly's Motor Cars to get an engine diagnostic after blowing up the engine in my bmw. They kept me very well up to date and kept my car stored inside. The final quote for an engine swap was a bit high but we were able to work it down to a reasonable price. Ended up going with another shop but overall very nice people and good experience!

Great place! Went to get my Mini Cooper looked at since the check engine light had come on. They were extremely helpful, professional, and really detailed about all the issues. Easy access to quotes. Great communication. Had a couple hiccups during repairs but they handled all in an excellent manner. Might not be the cheapest shop around but you get what you pay for. I needed custom rims installed that were purchased online. Many auto/tire places won’t do this unless you buy through them. O’Reilly Motor was great. They stored the wheels until I could get them installed, got me an appointment in a very timely manner, chauffeured me home and picked me up so I didn’t have to wait. They have an extremely clean facility and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I've used O'Reilly four times to do repair work. I won't take my car anywhere else for service. These guys have phenomenal customer service, work quickly and just get the job done right. They're incredibly nice people that do a great job explaining what's wrong and how they fixed it. They have a new automated service feature that texts/emails you all the service opportunities for your car and let's you select what you would like for them to do...making it quick and easy to process everything. It was also quick, easy and free to get a loaner car from them while ours was in the shop. I've had bad experiences at other repair shops in the area and simply regret not going to O'Reilly sooner. Friendly and professional staff, easy check-in process (even with COVID-19) and loaner cars available. (I would previously use the comfortable waiting area.) Also give me suggestion about job need to be done next time. Great place , nice facility especially the bathroom. 2006 RR HSE An out of towner drove my personal car across country to stay in MKE for a few months and needed an oil service once here - O'Reilly scheduled me for an oil service within a few days, the nearest dealer could not schedule me for over a month. The shop was a visual delight, very clean, spacious, relevant automobile memorobilia, and the service area incorporated into the shop floor with several very friendly people working there when I arrived to drop off. I asked for a few extras not part of my scheduled appt and they were extremely accommodating. Things such as tire rotation and some abnormal noises, and knowledgeably and happily answered the quick questions. Service was done on time, I received a text with a link to the service details, and other notes and recommendations I could accept or decline without pressure. Pre-Paid online prior to arriving as well, so pick up only took a minute. My truck was returned clean, serviced, and with a quick rinse down. If I lived here I would be a regular customer with my current car.

I used the dealership for the first few maintenance checks as they were complimentary, but since then I've used O'Reilly and they are awesome for tires and routine maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and informative, which I think is very important.Their turn around time was reasonable and they threw in a free car wash. I don't know how their pricing compares to other mechanic shops. I always think if you have the chance to shop around then do it. But I hope they quote me the best price in the future, because again, their customer service was very good.

I had to stop and give these guys a 5 star rating after going a few times. These guys are the absolute best!!! They also will repair my old 2001 Toyota Camry, so they arent exclusive to "nice" cars like their site implies. I think the best part of their service is that they will take you home in your car and pick you up in your car. I've never had a car repair place do this and it's awesome. With service like that youd think they'd be expensive, but that hasnt been my case. I wanted my repairs to be cheaper, (who doesnt?) And so I asked for the same service at "budget" chains like Monroe and almost everything was at least $100 more expensive than what these people wanted. Only time I've been up charged was for tires which they werent forcing on me and allowed me to get cheaper ones when asked. Oh, and this was the only place out of 6 other locations I've tried (new to milwaukee) that actually figured out this burning smell I had in my car. Apparently some mechanic down the line managed to install my gaskets on UPSIDE DOWN. That should have been an easy thing to notice youd think. But everywhere I went told me they couldnt find anything. This place found it and fixed it first try. They're also VERY communicative of things you do and mindful of your time. I've had places not call me and keep my car for a weekend, these guys will never do that. I've never had a repair that they didnt actually do day of, which honestly the fact that other places dont do that is ridiculous in hindsight. If they need to keep it, you don't need to hound them for updates. You can trust that they'll call you. These guys are awesome and deserve any and all props. Yeah car repairs can be expensive and no one wants them, but hey, at least these are guys you can trust. Long story short, if you're in the area, go here. I wont go anywhere else at this point.

I showed up unannounced due to an extremely unexpected problem, 97 VW Golf. They gave me incredibly honest opinions and serviced my car the next day. Their friendly workers dropped me off and picked me up from work several of times, and they provided me with a free loaner car while my car was there overnight. They're not trying to scam you out of more money, they'll lay it out for you and tell you exactly what is urgent and what can wait. Timely, professional, and friendly. These guys are where it's at.
