It never ceases to amaze me on how polite the staff is! The whole shop has a phenomenal demeanor, I love it! They always do a great job in a reasonable time. Pricing is right on par. The guys are great, very courteous, honest & professional. The shop prices are a bit high but the guys don't set the prices. You definitely can find the same work for a cheaper price elsewhere. But the guys do great work so I’m torn. The deciding factor is the guys do stand behind their work. If they fix something in the same thing goes wrong, they'll make it right. So I guess that’s why I keep going back

I’ve gone to this place serval times now since moving to the area. I love it!! It’s better than any of the expensive car places that try to charge you for random things and scam you. I used to take my car to Andrew Toyota and it is always the worst. This shop is 100 times better. These guys are professional, and always very friendly. As a younger woman it’s nice to walk into a car shop and not feel intimidated or looked over. They talk through any things they’ve done to the car and they tell me about things I should keep an eye on. I recommend this shop to anyone and nothing feels too pricey. I’ve went for a battery change, oil change, admissions test, and even had them take a nail out of my tire. Very convenient, affordable, fast, professional, and friendly.

Checked battery and it was starting to fail. I purchased used vehicle over a year ago. It is a 2017 and appeared to be original battery So it was overdue. I’ve always changed batteries myself but there price was about the same as last battery I purchased so I had them go ahead. Love this place. Honest and straight forward.

I brought my daughter's vehicle in for a brake inspection to Good Hope Service after I was quoted over $1500 to replace the rear brakes from Midas. I dropped the car off at GHS at 7:15 a.m., got a call from John at 7:43 a.m. saying it needed rear pads and rotors only for $350. Service was completed by 10:15 a.m. and the car was back home, before noon, fully repaired. Exceptional customer service, integrity and quality from Good Hope Service. I will be bringing my vehicles back when service is needed. Highly recommend. They saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you!

They gave me a very fair estimate, which I had researched what an average cost for this repair should be on the internet prior to scheduling. They were courteous and thorough in everything they did. I appreciated their assessment after they had fixed my brakes as they pointed out an item that they noticed but said it did not need fixing at this time. This was just a heads up. And they came in with the cost that was slightly below their estimate.

My car had been making this strange noise when accelerating after a recent trip out west in the mountains and had been stressing me out ever since. Of late I've had a couple of issues with my Avalon and received a few estimates. Since they were relatively minor I did not make it a priority. Good Hope Service was recommended by a friend, they are in the area, and some of the issues were getting a bit worse ... so I gave them a try. They were busy so an appointment was made. I dropped it off and within a couple of hours they called with their diagnosis and price. Less that 2 hours later I was picking up my car and it is running perfectly. Jon was fantastic, his employees extremely friendly and professional and the price was lower than most estimates I had received. I will DEFINITELY return to Good Hope Service!

My Google account is pulling up under my daughters name but I’m Ms Kelly and I can guarantee you this is the ONLY repair shop I will take my car and recommend to anyone who’s looking for an honest reliable shop! I took my car there for a tuneup only because I’ve never had a tuneup and thought my car could use a little maintenance. After taking a look at my car I received a call from John who advised that I did not need a tuneup and my spark plugs looks fairly new. If this had been any other shop they would’ve charged me probably $200+, knowingly a tuneup was not necessary. They also fixed my horn and I only paid a whopping $38 and I was on my way. I really appreciate your honest work, trust there’s no other repair shop in the city of Milwaukee like Good Hope Service HANDS DOWN! Hit something sharp on the street and I knew that something bad was going to happen...tire pressure light came on to confirm. I just drove directly to the shop without an appointment. I was greeted with genuine “how can we help” attitudes, they had time to take my car in right away! Fixed me up with my spare tire which they did very quickly. Upade 3/31/2022 I went for a emission test down the road from good hope service called (Farkas Automotive-Brown Deer) they stop doing emission testes at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:25 and they where rude! Looked at me like I was crazy or something and told me they wasn't going to do the emission test since it was almost 4:30 which I was fine with it. But I do not recommend farkas atuomotive-browndeer! Just there attitude that I didn't like. But i drove down the road and seen good hope service does emissions test also! They stop doing tests at 6pm! Awesome! Went in, waited in the waiting room and boom waited 5 mins and everything was done. Really cool, fast friendly people. Recommend good hope service all the way! They even remember me since 2018 haha thumbs up guys!👍. Went early in the morning at 7am when just open and spoke to the worker and was very cool. Needed my car tow there to fix and was less then 30 mins for them to come tow my car from home. I needed help bleeding my clutch so I asked them to do so since I had no pressure on my clutch. They later on even called to make sure what was the problem so they can fix the problem as what I needed. 2 hours later and the clutch was fix. I wasn’t aware of the noise coming from my wifes car until I actually drove it and was shocked. Fearing it might be a frozen caliper, I thought I was going to have to shell out a lot to have it repaired. John informs me the warranty was good and all that would be required was labor costs. I attempted to get my car fixed at an auto shop across the street from this business. Long story short, that auto shop charged me $450 to fix my car without actually fixing it and told me it was going to be another $850 to fix what actually needed to be fixed. If you want to read about that "wonderful" experience, check out my review for "Midas" on Good Hope Rd. Needless to say i was absolutely irate. As i was walking out of Midas, I noticed this place. I thought it was just a gas station, but noticed service doors so I called them in a panic. A man by the name of John answered and I am sure he could tell i was stressed out and losing my mind. John was genuine and calmed me down and got me thinking straight again. He told me to drop the car off and they would take a look at it and see if they could figure out what was wrong. The next morning I dropped the car off. Within a couple hours John called me and told me exactly what the problem was (and the $850 quote from Midas? Yeah, they were going to fix another part that didn't need fixing). Not only did these folks diagnose the problem correctly, they had it fixed in a few hours and for way less. Because of John and the rest of the crew at Good Hope Service, I will be a customer for life. They are way out of my way (I live in muskego), but I don't really care... Dealing with this group has been like no other experience when dealing with auto mechanics. Thank you!
