This is the only place I trust with my tires! I’ve had 4 cars in the last 7 years and I’ve taken all of them to this particular VIP. They have the friendliest, and most informative staff, a window where you can watch them work, and a comfortable waiting area. I tried taking my newer car to the dealer for tire replacement and ended up spending an entire Saturday with my tire going flat over and over. The dealer “fixed” it twice… I woke up Sunday morning with it flat again. I called VIP, they fixed it within an hour, and I haven’t gone back to letting anyone else touch my tires! Cory, Mike, and all the technicians are great. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience this morning at VIP! The staff was very accommodating and fit time for me to come in the day after I called to make an appointment! During the time of my appointment, the staff were constantly updating me on where they were at with my car, how much longer it was going to take, etc. The waiting area was very comfortable and spacious. I will definitely be coming back here for future work that my car needs!

This review is a tad overdue, but I just wanted to shout out the Manchester VIP Tires team! I was able to book an appointment online to have my annual inspection, which was very convenient because I work a hectic schedule. I was greeted right away by a nice gentleman named Cory, who walked my car with me and took time to listen to me. He was patient and personable, and didn't try to talk me into unnecessary stuff that my car didn't need. I was in and out in under and hour and it only cost me $25! Thank you SO much VIP, I will definitely be a returning customer!

I appreciate the staff they've been helpful and patient with me. They also told me right away when I went to get an inspection what they saw automatically that wouldn't pass and that saved me time and money to fix before getting it done. They did do an oil change on my last vehicle and forgot to put the proper amount of quarts of oil so that's why I'm not doing a five star. Other than that I appreciate them

Had my tires and alignment done here. I drove the car for a couple of days and I felt like my alignment was off. I talked to Corey and he told me to bring it back in and they would look at it. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes. The guys over here were all super nice and I will definitely continue to bring my car here when I need anything done.

I called to schedule a tire balance and slow leak repair along with rotation. When I pulled into the yard it was discovered that an oil coolant line had broken and they took it in to repair it and this was on Monday. Tuesday they told me they had the part in hand. This was after they told me that the part was dealer item and ordered it it Quirks. Well I head nothing from them until I called Thursday asking when they would finish the repairs. I was told they were taking their time not to break anything. little did I know they had already broke the bolts taking the skid pan off. When I did get it back they told me nothing about the skid pan nor did they reinstall it or even mention it to me leaving it for me to dicover. When they finally call and said it was ready for pickup I went to get it and the bill was ready with the tire rotation balance and leak repair was also on there. When I got home I saw something hanging and checked it out to discover the skid pan missing andthe tires had not been touched nor he leak fixed but I was charged for it. I ask them about it and they handed me the skid pan for me to take care of and they would talk to management about the work not Done but charged for. I still have yet to hear from them with any proposal. I know the part was not a dealer item as I checked with federated and thy told me they could get it the next day and gave me cost. VIP charged me double the cost for the part. I know the tires weren't touched as I had marked the tire that needed repairs. I would not trust them to ever make repairs on my vehicles again. I guess it's going to be small claims to settle this. Up date... Thank you Mike for stepping up to the plate and taking care of business. It's both appreciative and I'm glad it got taken care of as I'm sure you are so for all you folks that are reading this Mike. The district manager stepped up and had me bring my truck back in and took care of every issue that I had. Thanks again mike I really appreciate your help

I've been going here for a couple years now, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've gone there for tires, oil changes, and repairs. They've always handled any situation with care and meticulous detail. They always keep me updated as they're servicing my vehicle, and if there are any additional problems or concerns that arise, they let me know and provide me with a breakdown of costs so I can decide if I want the extra repairs done. If you're looking for quick In-N-Out service for oil changes, this is not a Jiffy Lube. I don't expect anything to be quick when I make my appointments. You can expect to wait at least an hour. But that's because of their attention to detail! Not to mention the fact that they are popular, and very often fully booked. So scheduling an appointment is highly recommended. Pricing is fairly reasonable, and specifically relating to tires, if you buy tires from them and need to switch from winter to summer tires, so long as the tires that you are switching to were purchased from them, it does not cost you anything to switch. They also have a rewards program and will often find savings or discounts that can be applied to your service. Aesthetically, they have recently had a facelift! The office has a bright and refreshing new look, and their waiting room is nicely stocked with coffee, water or, flavored sparkling water. They do offer free Wi-Fi for their guests, and their waiting room has comfortable chairs and a TV to help pass the time. This business shares the building with another business, and they also share an entrance. There are no stairs, so I would say this place is wheelchair accessible. There's a fairly decent amount of parking, but it can get full when they're busy during the day. Overall, I highly recommend this business and I know I'll continue to take my car here for years to come.

I went in for an alignment on a Tuesday morning. I was told it'd take about 90 mins. I made myself comfortable in the very nice waiting area and within 40 mins VIP staff let me know my vehicle was done and I could be on my way. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and prompt attention they gave. Most places I called were scheduling out a minimum of 7 business days but VIP in Manchester NH was able to fit me in NEXT DAY!! I will absolutely be a return customer!!!

I brought my car in because I had bolt in my left rear tire. I had already spoken to Dan and I knew the cost of a new tire would be around $250. I brought the car in, expecting to get a new tire, but Dave saw the problem, and thought that he might be able to repair the tire vs replacing the tire. He was able to do this, and the charge was only $26. He saved me $224!! I was happy that they were able to do this. They could have easily sold me the tire, I would have never known the difference. But they didn't. I was very happy and impressed. Thank you Dave!

I'm a return customer about to drive in for another servicing. I was really impressed by their respect they have for their customers and their professionalism. The service attendant took the time to answer all of my questions and explain their promotional programs, which I plan to purchase. When I go in for oil changes at the dealer's, it ends up costing me hundreds for 'scheduled maintenance', on a 7 year old car that is running perfectly. Thanks but no thanks. When i just need an oil change, or have a problem, I'd prefer to take the car in to these folks who will perform just the service I need.

I came into the shop with a screw in one of my tires. As it turned out I needed 4 new tires. Mike brought me out into the garage, showed me the wear on the tires, and explained why I needed new tires. He gave me many options for tires and told me it would take about an hour. When I explained to him that I had a meeting in an hour, he made sure that the work was complete in time for me to attend my meeting. Mike was very professional, listened to my concerns, and did not try to upsell me. VIP has always been fair and has always listened to my thoughts and concerns, which is all you can hope for from a vendor in my opinion.

I stopped into the VIP store today(Feb 10,2022)because my tire pressure light was on. I had put air in all my tires last week, but the light was still on. The gentleman that helped me last week told me the light should automatically go off, but it didn’t. Went into the Manchester store on Hooksett Rd & spoke with Dan. He immediately came out & checked out my problem. He was so friendly & did everything he could to fix the problem, & he did fix it. No more driving around with my tire pressure light on!!!!! We were passing through Manchester on vacation and got a red engine light. Mike quickly checked it out and found it was an oxygen sensor. He took the time to explain to us how it works. Needed to get a car inspected, got a same day appointment, and since the car is fairly new, it was a quick inspection. As we're wrapping up, they told me it was FREE. I couldn't believe it, how could that be? They mentioned something about a special, but frankly i didn't hear much after they said they performed my state inspection, and I was able to go without paying them. Didn't think this happened anymore, but it did. Thank you, a very nice gesture, and any future work will be brought to you and your team!

We called VIP in Manchester, NH on a last minute whim on a Sunday to get a car inspected that we were considering buying via private party sale. Mike P. was quick to set us up with a same day appointment right away. Upon arrival Mike P. was extremely polite and helpful. They took the car right in and began the multi point and mechanical inspection. Mike P. and the technician were very upfront and honest. They pointed out all the maintenance needed on the vehicle and gave us reasonable negotiating points about the car; possibly even saving us thousands of dollars! I scheduled with this location for four new tires a few months ago. The staff noticed that my tie rods were on their last leg. Corey, who assisted me at the front desk, explained the situation and urgency in a way that was extremely informative without being pushy. He made it clear that the work needed to be done sooner rather than later, but left me feeling like I had the final say in whether it was done that day or not. When he outlined the cost of the work, I expressed to him that it was more expensive than expected and I was not sure I could handle the payment. Corey expressed his concern for my safety on the road, and I could genuinely feel his sincerity. He then took the time to do everything in his power to lower the final cost, for what felt like the sole reason of ensuring I was driving a trustworthy vehicle. I was ultimately able to afford the payment, which left me feeling secure when I left. I now feel safe in my vehicle and I have Corey and the VIP staff to thank. I would highly recommend scheduling with this facility, and I am confident in saying they will take the best of care of all of their customers.

I don’t trust many places from my dads experience but they were very polite, welcoming and professional. Called in to ask for a synthetic oil-change and 4-wheel alignment on my Little Mule (2005 Ford Escape 4WD). Was going to leave overnight to have serviced the following day, but they were able to get me in & out on the same day. They found a problem with a loose wheel bearing that they took care of. I forgot to ask to have tires rotated and they did this after they called to let me know the car was ready. By the time I got there to pick up my Little Mule, everything was done. Car’s MPG improved and she handles & rides great. Staff at front desk was awesome and the techs in the shop did good work. Nearly forgot to mention that they are reasonably priced for their services. Definitely recommend this shop, which is conveniently located within an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts Store, where you can pick up many things for your ride, including the green tree air-freshener for your rear view mirror!

Tires mounted, balanced and an alignment done by Randy. He did a very good job, my tires had water an leaves inside and he made sure to clean them out properly before installing. Shout out to John at VIP tires and service, and of course to Kerri. I take my car here because they always provide options, are transparent, and do not up-sell you on fixes or maintenance. Recently took my 2013 Civic SI in for an AC issue. I had some ideas of what was going on, and within an afternoon it was diagnosed and repaired! Blowing ice cold for the first time in 2 years. Note to everyone listening, don't take your car to pep-boys for a flush and expect them to put in the right amount of coolant. Apparently I had a solid 2lbs in a 1.2lb system, causing the pressure relay to eventually die, killing the system. Once that was replaced, and the system flushed and filled appropriately, works like a charm. I had put off fixing my system due to the presumed price it would cost. Now, with a newborn in the home, I knew I had to get it fixed to drive him around. I was expecting maybe 1k-1.2k in repairs. After the flush/refill, the relay part itself, and the diagnosis, total cost was about $250. These guys know what they are doing, are reliable, and do not overcharge. Lend them your business and you will not be disappointed.

First of all, I was able to call and get an appointment the very next day for a simple issue I needed to have resolved. I had recently had snow tires put on my car....from a different Automotive Garage, however VIP, Manchester, NH. Out of courtesy of my prior business, said they would check the foot pounds of torque on the lug nuts on my wheels, as after 50 miles of driving on the new wheels and tires, the lug nuts need to be re-torqued to make sure that the wheels are not loose or fall off ! Thank you Mike and the guys at VIP, Manchester for this simple but necessary fix , which gives me peace of mind. I have brought my other cars here for work and they have always been honest and true to their estimates.

My car failed inspection due to a front right lower ball joint. Ironically a few days later my battery also died. I had it towed to VIP. Mike was prompt and got back to me when the car arrived. When he called with the estimate obviously $845 is not an easy price to swallow this time of year. But I have a baby and need a safe car. He was able to take a little off and brought it to $810. The car was ready the same day. I have been disliking Valvolene more and more so I will be returning.

The customer service here is top notch. When I got my last inspection I had a couple cracks in my exhaust. They gave me the option of replacing the entire thing (believe it was around 400-500) but suggested I visit a mechanic that has the ability to weld. They referred me to a great place little further into Manchester to get it done. Most places would have just told you that you needed to replace the parts to make money. Chris happily answered any questions I had and got me in promptly for an inspection and oil change.

She emailed the manager right away to get the best price for the sensors, and how they will be programed during installation. She spent plenty of time explaining the new federal regulations to me. I took my father’s 2007 Toyota Prius in for a routine oil change as well as to get some new spark plugs. The first thing I appreciated was that the staff was incredibly timely. When you make an appointment for your oil change at 730 on a saturday morning, you set an expectation that it will probably be closer to 8 am before they take the car in. VIP rolled it in at 735, and those extra 5 minutes were only due to my talking with the mechanic. They also recommended that we use a synthetic oil with the Prius going forward because of the age of the car. Although more expensive, I was happy that they cared enough to recommend something that would increase the life of my fathers vehicle. All in all it was a great experience. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone several days earylier and they finished all the work in less time than they originally estimated. These guys are pros!

I hope this helps many of you that think that going to your dealership is doing the right thing. I also believed that bringing my car to the dealer was the right thing to do. Let me start by saying that Emily was amazing she knows her ..... Now let me explain a bit. I went to Mercedes of Manchester to get a State Inspection for my car and was told my car needed a left front torsion arm ball joint ($678), a left front inner CV boot ($803) and wiper blades (91.99). Just the the cost of the wiper blades made me question this rip off. I let them fail my inspection an refused the repair. I then took my car to VIP and was told that after checking my car over and over they could not find anything wrong with my car and was issued an inspection sticker. By the way I did have to replace my wiper blades ($62) from Mercedes because I could not find an exact fit at Walmart. Anyway total was $40 for failed inspection at MB $62 for wipers and $35 for a passing inspection at VIP. Thank You Emily and the VIP team. You now have two new costumers me and my wife.

I was saved from an embarrassing DIYS oil change by Jason, the manager at the local VIP. Briefly, my old oil filter would not release and I was stuck…..having already dumped the old oil out. Jason graciously took my car in after I part filled the crankcase so I could drive to the store and did the normal VIP oil change…….and, to top it off, I asked for a quote to do the timing belt and pulleys on my 2003 Forester, expecting the price to be as high as other resources I had checked with. It turns out that VIP will be doing my timing belt job next month, being significantly less expensive than a dealer. VIP is my one stop service center……….the techs there have always been exceptionally good with our Hondas and Subarus…….,,,and Jason is a great example of the VIP company. He should be given a raise for his help today.
