I went to Midas for the first time in need of an immediate replacement of my radiator coolant reservoir. John and Billy wer very professional and very accommodating. They were able to get me in the same day that I called, (within 2hrs) They allowed me to bring the part I needed replaced and they installed it for me.(not all repair shops will do this) Chris completed the job In a timely and efficient manner. The professionalism of the staff is top notch. I was very impressed with each and everyone of them. I have a lot of questions and they were all very happy to provide the information I was looking for. Although I chose Midas on a whim based on them being able to get me in same day, I would highly recommend them and I will be returning there for all my auto repairs in the future. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

Excellent service! Dan was very nice. They did a state inspection on Friday, found an exhaust leak, and had parts ordered with an estimate before I left. The next day, i dropped the car off, did some erinds and returned. They successfully replaced the leaking pipe, did my snow-tire swap, and put on a nice new inspection sticker, all by midday. Very good! My only issue, is the waiting room chairs are awfully worn and need to be refurbished/replaced. Other than that, I fully recommend this garage. Thanks guys!

I went here to have my tires replaced and the service here was unbelievably great. The guys here went above and beyond any expectations I could of ever had. They went out of their way to make sure I left in a safe vehicle. The prices were great the service was excellent and the team there was just unbelievably awesome. The world could really use more places run how the team there operates. I know sometimes going to an auto shop can be like a trip to the dentist but at this location that is not the case. It was a really a great experience and I look forward to going there in the future for all my car care needs. This really is the best auto shop I have ever been to and would strongly recommend going there to anybody, going elsewhere would be a disservice to yourself and your vehicle. I would say this isn’t a 5 start place it’s a 100 star shop in a class of their own.

Very happy with this location! Bill is a very nice and honest dude. Check engine light was on, I made an appointment and the work was done that same day. Other places I have been to, I’ve had to leave my car for a few days or so. My car now feels brand new when I drive it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking have work done! I know it’s not that big of a deal but they even filled my tires, I had one that was low and I didn’t even mention it. Great customer service!!! You have gained a return customer!!!

John was able to get us in with no issues he gave an estimated time of 45 minutes and the job wad done in a half an hour, John was kind, friendly and appreciated the business. Called in once on the weekend and talked to someone unhelpful, and just in a rush to get rid of me. However, during one of my visits I came actually a different guy who was nicer and really helpful. Checked and re filled all my tires. I think Midas can get really expensive with some maintenances. One should make calls around and get discounts quotes.

Midas was a pleasant experience from the time I walked into door and was greeted by friendly people and they were very thorough explaining what my car needed after the inspection. I am a widow and have to be careful to not being taken advantage of financially. When I left I felt that my car was safe to drive at a very reasonable price. I was even offered help with something that had nothing to do with the inspection which was incredibly considerate & much appreciated. They really bailed me out when my wife's brake system failed. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly and even though it took some time to get the work done, my problem was resolved quickly. I was very happy with the customer service and positive attitudes! I walked in 2 hours before closing time to see if they had time to do my inspection which was overdue, they immediately said yes and completed the job quickly for a great price only 32.95’! With the new tech they have you are able to go do what u need and they can text you when they are find and will send you a report re all systems. He led on your vehicle with an info so of good ok of bad. I recommend this garage for honesty customer service snd reasonable price!

They are honest and trustworthy. I requested service for my rear brakes, upon inspection they realized my brakes had plenty of life left and told me immediately. Saved me from wasting my money, they showed me my air filter was filthy and I had them install a new one instead.

I couldn’t afford everything that needed to be done on my truck since I’ve been unemployed for months now, (thanks covid!), but they took the time to break everything down, talk about my options, showed me what financing I could do if I choose and what discounts I qualified for. I felt like they really cared about my situation and took the time to help. The maintenance and repairs they did do on my truck were done very well and quickly. I totally recommend this place!

Midas on So. Willow, Manchester did a state inspection on my vehicle. I had an early a.m. appt., got right in, mechanic did a report breakdown after inspecting whole vehicle, made recommendations for reasonable service updates- which is what you want. Passed inspection, all good!

The inspection went well. Was notified how the inspection went and got very detailed notifications throughout the email. Never came across such detail and was happy to know all the thing’s that were checked and with pictures. Very satisfied customer.

Great place! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I brought my 2017 Jeep GC to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I purchased my truck a few months ago I had no idea it only took synthetic. We all know that can get pricey! Well thank goodness Midas has a great deal going on right now for synthetic oil change and if you apply for the cc you get even more perks! Great experience all the way around!

I always have a great experience when I have work done at this Midas location. Chris has changed everything from oil to the steering rack on my vehicle. In my opinion, he has done an exceptional job keeping my vehicle safe and on the road with over 230,000 miles. The staff is friendly and I recommend them whenever one of my friends/associates need anything from an oil change to repairs done on their vehicles.

I could not speak more highly about this Midas team. We have used Dan and his team for all of our car needs from general state inspections, brakes, tires, and even emergency repairs when we had one of our vehicles towed there. Every single time Dan and the team were kind and helpful. They make sure they explain their suggestions and all the options, without being condescending or pushy. Although we have since moved further away and there is another location down the road from us, we continue to use this location as the service cannot be beat.

Professional and pleasant office staff. I listened to several service calls while I was waiting for my oil change, I was impressed with the honestly and clear communication. They texted me a link to view photos and info regarding my service. They handled everything from the service to office chatter with a positive over tone and best yet, they didn’t treat me differently based on my gender, which frequently happens when getting my car serviced. Price was great as well. I will be getting my car serviced at Midas in the future. I had pulled into Valvoline across the street for an oil change, after the price of $101+ for a basic oil change was quoted and the service manager explaining to me why my oil change would be $101+, I decided I would drive across the street and check with Midas. So glad I did, while I was lucky to get in immediately, I would recommend an appointment as they do more than just oil changes.

Jeremia and his staff did a great job as always. Made sure to explain everything that needed to be done and never attempted to "up sell" as other similar shops always seem to do. It's great to have a shop to go to that you can trust will always treat you fairly and honestly. Highly recommend!

I dropped off my car in the morning to check out a problem with my drivers side front wheel and inspection. They identified the things that would have made the car fail and they were able to get the parts and install them. Everything was completed before i left work so there was no actual waiting on my end for the car. There are a few more things that need to be done and i will be returning to the location to have them done there.

Nice people. Expected a list of things that " should be done " , pleasantly surprised there wasn't. Not happy with them advertising one price, quoting another price on the phone, and doubling it in person. If most cars newer than 2014 use synthetic oil it is false advertising

The guys at Midas were awesome. I came in with a broken windshield wiper thinking it was going to be this huge issue. Not only did the guy behind the desk come and check out my car before having me schedule a time, but he had a mechanic come over to see it was a simple loose bolt! A problem that could have taken up my afternoon these men fixed in five minutes. Highly recommend this place!

Love you guys! Have never had any issues & they didn't even charge me when the only thing that was wrong was I had a rock in my wheelwell. They could have very well charged me for time spent or your typical Diagnostic test that most garages charge big bucks for. So Jeremiah, Dan and everyone else YOUR THE BEST!!! Over all everything went as advertised. No above and beyond service. Got a couple new tires and rotation and they didn’t sync the TPMS so I now have an annoying warning read out everyone I get in the truck and have to look at the light on the dash. If you’re looking for as is work this place is great, looking for an above average service, keep looking

I have been here many times before and have always gotten great service and the employees were very friendly. Today I saw my tire pressure was low, and sure enough there was a nail in it. Luckily I was able to have it repaired with just a patch. I came back just after an hour and the man at the desk said I was all set. I looked at him confused because I hadn't yet paid. I said what? He said again that I was all set. Then I realized that he wasn't going to charge me. He said I'm glad I can make someone's day! What a wonderful kind act. Oil change price is very competitive but they overcharge on everything else. Also they give you card that they need to stamp so you get free oil change every 5th time but a lot of times they forget to stamp it.
