Our vehicle was towed here for repairs after a plow hit it. Henry’s staff was amazing through the whole thing! They received our car 1/17. Communication was great, we always knew where in the process our vehicle was. We were told 3-4 weeks for repairs. Just over 2 weeks and it was done! Car looks like it was never involved in an accident. Would absolutely use Henry’s again! Donna and Nick were great to work with!

Use Henry’s collision Center as a recommended USAA approved repair and collision facility. Communication was excellent at every stage. Everything was upfront, we went over all of the damages in an initial walk-through. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and exceeded my expectations. Had a slight fender bender. Henry's collision was very prompt and helpful. They performed the work it looks better then factory! It took a few months to get in, well worth the wait! Don't settle have Henry's do it right the first time!

Las summer my truck was keyed leaving a deep scratch n the rear quarter panel. I got a couple of estimates and Henry’s came in the lowest though my decision to go with them was more because my insurance company recommended them. Everyone there was very friendly and very punctual. I never had to wait more than a few minutes when I showed up for the estimate, dropping the truck off and when picking it up. Was also pleasantly surprised when I dropped my truck off on Monday morning and it was ready Wednesday morning as it was promised on Friday. Work looks great and haven’t had any issues at all. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

I had to bring my 2014 Chevy Silverado in to have a fender and front bumper replaced and I was skeptical about who to bring it to since I wasn’t familiar with any of the local businesses and the truck is a prized possession of mine. Needless to say, the folks over at Henry’s Collision did an absolutely REMARKABLE job on my truck. It looked extremely nice on the day of pickup and as if the damage literally never happened. It almost made me feel getting the dent was worth it just to have such a pristine truck returned back to me. My vehicle was involved in an accident, the other party accepted full liability. I was able to choose my own body shop. I had many recommendations to use Henry’s! After an extensive search on Google, a little frustrated that every shop had its share of “bad reviews”... I trusted my gut and went with Henry’s! Jason updated me throughout the whole process, left messages when I couldn’t be reached, even went on a test drive with my husband when we picked up the vehicle to be reassured for me. I had an accident with my 2018 BMW M5 that required a fairly complex and expensive repair, including a hood, fender, bumper cover, some suspension and some wiring harness. It took a while due to the availability of parts from BMW that was beyond Henry’s control, but they did a good job and spent extra time on the car to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

My 07 escalade was recently rear ended by a Harley going pretty quick. Took out a good chunk of my rear end. I decided to give Henry's a try because I've seen a couple muscle cars come out of their shop. I was helped by Kevin at the front desk and he was super polite and professional, gave me a quick estimate, and took photos of my damaged vehicle. He contacted a rental car company to get me set up and I literally had the easiest, most painless experience. Truck was originally quoted for 5 day turn around. But with covid messing with things I'd expect a bit of delay. They repainted half the truck. Replaced the exhaust and went above and beyond with the truck. It literally looks brand new. I was notified and kept in the loop step by step the entire time and it was great. I hands down will be going back if I need anything again. My accident was a nightmare and the sole cause of that was my insurance company (Allstate). Thank goodness for Henry's customer service and consistent updates. My car was borderline totaled but they got my insurance company to agree to repair. The only time I heard from Allstate was when I filed the claim. When I called (to update THEM with what was happening) I was given misinformation and told more than once that my car was being totaled when Henry's just got done giving me an update. I can't thank Jason enough for giving me clarity about everything and reassuring me everything was fine. My car looks brand new and I'm extremely happy with the work and service I received.

With Thanksgiving and everyone ordering things online we thought it might delay the repairs. It wasn't delayed it was actually fixed ahead of schedule. Experience was excellent from start to finish. Kevin, the estimator at Henrys, took the car, looked it over and gave me a comprehensive estimate in 10 minutes flat. After working with the insurance company myself for a time I handed those negotiations off to Kevin and he took care of everything. I was rear ended and the accident was completely covered. Revised 8/10/2018. The passenger side front door of my three week old Honda Accord had been struck by a shopping cart. Jason provided the quote was excellent about answering my questions. Because of the age of the car, it was determined that the outer panel of the door should be replaced and the existing panel should not be repaired. The quoted time for the repair was five days. I felt the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The replacement panel was aligned perfectly with the car's existing lines. The only negative was that the shade of the door was slightly lighter than the adjacent panels of the car. The car did take an extra day to complete because a piece of trim did not arrive in time. I didn't consider this a negative because the car is a brand new model and OEM replacement parts are probably scarce. Also, Jason was very good about keeping me informed. For the most part, the staff was very good to deal with. However, when I first spoke to the receptionist, I asked about methods of payment. I was told that a credit card was accepted up to $1000 and a debit card could be used for the balance. With this information in mind, I deposited the insurance check when I received it. When it came time to pay the bill, the finance person told me I should have kept and signed over the insurance check. She was very hesitant about taking the credit and debit cards. Why wasn't this information provided to me initially? Since I wrote the initial review noting the color variation on the repair, Henry's has honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They took the car back and re-sprayed the passenger side. Now, to my eyes, under any lighting condition I have encountered, the color match is right on. They do indeed stand behind their work. Highly recommended.

ALLSTATE CUSTOMERS USE CAUTION: Look over your repair, and make sure it's fully done! Jason will do anything to make sure his handling time is within Allstate's required timeframe. Jason is the primary handler of all Allstate claims, and knowingly released my car to me with repairs not completed. Two days later, I noticed they had neglected to install a fender liner (the part that keeps your engine free of tire-slung road debris). The repair issue itself was not actually serious, but I was irritated to know they had billed out insurance for parts and labor, when they KNEW they hadn't even yet received the part. My complaint here is that Jason KNEW the part hadn't come in (he told me himself), and had a conversation with one of his techs about the part never arriving, but decided to release the car anyways and DID NOT TELL ME about needing further parts. I would have gladly taken delivery of the car, and come back for repairs, if Jason had said, "Your car is pretty much done, and you can come pick it up. There is 1 part that didn't come in, and it takes 30 minutes to install. Come back in a week, and we'll finish it then." But he didn't do that. I know that repair companies are under stress by Allstate (and presumably by other insurance companies) to make sure they handle the repair in the allotted time (usually 30 days), but Jason was more intent on getting the car back to me in 21 days, than waiting 28 days and delivering me a fully-repaired car. The take-away from this review? Their work is good, but keep them accountable.

The workmanship in repairing my car earned 5 stars. But dropping off and picking up my car was time consuming and frustrating. Earning only 2 stars. I phoned Henry's the day before dropping off to remind them I needed a rental car, but no rental car had been secured. Via a telephone call one was delivered within 15 minutes. With 2 customers ahead of me, but only 1 young lady handling the drop offs, when it was finally my turn, the young lady couldn't be located.. As it turns out, she left the property for some reason. Total check in time was close to 1 hour. I got a call on Thursday my car was ready but couldnt get there before they closed. So the next morning, I arrive to be told they needed to do a quick detail and should be 10 minutes before car was ready. Thirty minutes later, a customer service representative tells me an airbag warning light is on and they can't release car, until that is fixed. Two hours later finally got the call car was ready. Upon arriving, no invoice had been given to me (I had to ask for one) for the work that was done ($3,800) worth. I had expected someone to walk me out to my car to make sure I was happy with such extensive work. Nope. The workmanship with the restoration was 5 stars, very impressed. But it was very frustrating dealing with them.

However they missed a part of my vehicle that was damaged and I still had to go back due to that as well as a part they had to order. Was noticeably not straight they offered to fix it but shouldn't have been fixed the first time. Other than that the Bodywork and cleanliness was done very well. Excellent service, my truck cab, rear panel and door are all aluminum. The welds necessary to accomplish repair are imperceptible. Great quality, highly recommended!
