I've been having a lot of problems with a vibration coming from my car's wheels. I have taken my car to at least three other establishments to try to resolve the issue only to have the the wheels still vibrating. I take my car to tony's where they tell me the wheels have been improperly balanced. Tony's have resolved this issue. I have gotten nothing but TOP NOTCH service from Tony's and I will be returning for every little thing I need fixed from now on. The men and women at this establishment obviously care about their performance and seem to be extraordinarily dedicated as experts in their field.

Okay. Okay...I finally get it. Tony's lives up to the excellent reviews and then some. Cory was my service advisor and he was outstanding. From obtaining a couple of quotes ahead of scheduling my appointment, dropping off my truck, to calling once the truck was on the rack. Cory kept me informed of what was going on. New tires, brakes, and oil change were done in short order and I was picking it up before I knew it. Wonderful service, great prices, and the confidence it was done the right way has made me a customer of Tony's going forward. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

I own a 2020 ford f450 dually. I have aftermarket wheels and tires on the truck. The store I purchased the wheels and tires from didn't have the ability to balance out the wheels and tires which was causing alot of shaking and vibration in the truck. I called in and spoke with Cory. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I set an appointment with them. They balanced out the tires and did a alignment. I am a car fanatic and was very happy with this shop and the out come of the service they performed. My truck is back to riding very smoothly. Thanks Cory for your help. Great work at a fair price. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. Tony's has always treated me right and I have never had to go back because of a botched job or parts. They dont have the employee turnover like other places so they must treat their employees well too. I have seen the same mechanics there for I would say 15 plus years. The counter guys, Cory and Adam, dont try to hard sell you they are appropriately informative. I recommend trying them out.

I wanted a very qualified shop to install new brakes and rotors on my Nissan 350Z. I heard about Tony's from their radio ads. I could not have been more pleased. They ordered all the parts and had them there on the day of my appointment. New rotors and brake pads, front and rear, were installed in 2 1/2 hours, which exceeded my expectations. An excellent experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

If you want a great knowledgeable team and good customer service this is the place to go. I took my truck in for an alignment with aftermarket lift and adjustable control arms and asked for a specific setting, they delivered. Later on I found out that I had given them incorrect caster measurements and these guys didn’t hesitate to help me again. I took my truck back and they worked with me to correct the issue.

Since moving to the area, I have been wanting to find a shop that could balance my wheels and tires while on the vehicle. My first visit here was exceptional. I had made my appointment with Pat the previous Thursday and Cory checked me in Monday morning. I regret neglecting to get the other gentleman’s name, but all were very professional. My wait was appropriate for work being done. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely be returning for more service. I can highly recommend this business. I just want to follow up regarding my wheel balancing. It has been several weeks and I have noticed a tremendous improvement in the vehicle. The road noise is less and I experienced a slightly better fuel mileage.

Great service, and professionalism. HONEST, I overheard a conversation where a customer on phone had several questions about his vehicle. Tech was very patient explaining the details of his concern. Caller was literally asking tech to check more, or throw more money at him. Anyone else would have wrote it up and allowed customer to spend unnecessary money. Had brakes done here and had a great experience. I was told by another shop that I needed new brakes and rotors, but they measured the rotors and said it was more appropriate to turn them rather than replace them... which saved me a lot. They gave me an accurate quote and wait-time on the phone, and fit me in the schedule the same day. All the workers were very courteous and helpful. The waiting room had recently been refinished, was large and clean, bathrooms were nice, coffee was fresh, and the lobby smelled like peppermint rather than a garage. They emphasized that they do not use cheap parts, so they are not the least expensive mechanic shop. But they do quality work, and were honest and friendly. I will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend them!

Took RV in for alignment at appointment time and was returned fixed within a few hours. Service manager went over everything that was done and why it was necessary. The price to get the RV back into proper alignment was about what I was told before work was done. I will not hesitate to return to Tony’s if I am in need of their services again.

Tony's is always my go to place for brake and alignment issues. They always provide excellent customer service. I have never been sold anything I did not need and they also recommended repairs that may need to be done in the near future. I trust them with all of my brake needs. I also have a classic car and would not trust it to anyone else. The technicians that work at Tony's have years of experience and get the job done right the first time. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I think they save me money in the long run by only selling me the services I absolutely need. I have been in the automotive maintenance field for almost 30yrs and Tony's is the only place I absolutely trust to work on my cars.

I’ve been looking for a mechanic for a while. Tony’s was great. They showed me exactly was was wrong with my vehicle and fixed things that could be fixed instead of putting on new parts. I Was experiencing a lot of suspension issues & had replaced several parts and had taken my truck to several shops for alignment but no one could get it right. I dropped my truck off and about 20 minutes after I got back to my work they called me on what was the issue and was very descriptive on it. They told me what they recommend and the price to do it which I thought was a very fair price. They had me done by lunch time with no issues. The daily updates on my vehicles progress (my vehicle required extension repairs), professionalism, and friendliness was outstanding. Adam was amazing and very knowledgeable. I came in for an alignment but did not get the service. They inspected my Mustang and noticed I needed to replace my ball joints. I knew they were getting close because I have noticed a little play in my front end and every once in awhile a couple of pops. Adam called me back to take a look at what they found. I was surprised, I have never had a mechanic let me actually come back and show me what was wrong. I have to admit I really respect a shop that will let the customer see what is wrong. Short story on another shop I went too,not saying any names but I was just there for a simple oil change. I do almost all of my own work on my cars so I know everything usually going on. I hear my name called so I go to the counter. Mr. Simmons got some bad news you have a busted oil pan. Really,let me take a look at it...No sir,you can't do that,we do not let any customers in the shop...I said,Ok,I will take my car and check it out. They say it's very bad we don't recommend you driving it but we can fix it for about $1,000.00. No thanks. I get home jack it up looks good as new...so I really respect a shop that lets you look at the problem. I will be putting new control arms on my Mustang and then I will go back to Tony's for an alignment. I will update this more after the work. Thanks for being honest guys.

A friend of mine recommended me this place. He has a couple of Porches and other german cars and he said he is very happy with this company. I'm very picky about who service my vehicles. Following my friend's advice, I called them and asked a few questions. Their answers convinced me they knew what they were talking about. The next day I serviced my car with them. I looked while they worked on it. The information they gave me was very honest and accurate. They charged me for what it needed to get done and didn't try to sell me any bogus repairs. I'm very happy with their expertise and their honesty. My car is perfect now and they taught me a couple of things about it. These are real car guys that love to talk about what they do. I have recommended this shop to all my friends. Best Louisville's kept secret but not for too long.

Brought it in for tires and alignment. Good price on tires but they found over 2500 dollars worth of issues with my front end so they recommended I not get it aligned until I fix the issues. The truck is an older model. Not sure it is worth that kind of money. Will take it somewhere else to see about fixing.

Took great care of me, car would randomly pull after taking to Michel tires and they done a front end alignment. Car felt dangerous. Took it to Tony's to see what was going on and it was the upper ball joint loose. Michel tires left it loose. I knew I should have went Tony's first. They have a reputation for being the best for a reason.

I went on vacation for a week and left my truck with Tony’s for major front suspension work, new tires, weird anti-lock brake issue, and a list of other things to work on if they could get to them. I knew this would cost a lot. After all was said and done they got everything repaired. This truck was so much better after they got done. It was so nice getting home with my truck better than what I left them to work with. I went for a drive today. Job well done. The price turned out great also considering what was done. These guys were great. I needed an alignment after some suspension work, dropped the car off after work for the alignment to be done the next day. I got a call in the morning to discuss what needed to be done and Corey gave me an estimate over the phone. The alignment was done by early afternoon and I received a call going over what was done and was able to pay over the phone. The work was done really well, my car was driving so much better than it had for the week after the suspension work was done. Corey was courteous and I will not hesitate to take my car back to them. Took my F350 Super Duty in for front ball joint replacement and alignment. They did a complete inspection of front end and called with what needed to be done before starting work. Had a 4 wheel alignment on my Mercedes-Tony’s is one of a few in town other than the dealership that does them. Priced extremely reasonable and delivered as promised. The car needed extra work to get the alignment within specs so there was considerable extra work involved. Everything was discussed beforehand and no hidden costs or pressure. I feel that the issue my vehicle had was completely resolved and I was treated professionally throughout my interaction with Tony’s. We had an excellent experience here. Our car needed a LOT of work, so we were referred to this place from a smaller mechanic shop that just didn’t have the needed equipment. Tony’s was extremely helpful in explaining everything they were doing for our car, and helpful in prioritizing what needed done right now, versus what could wait. They also went above and beyond and stayed open a few minutes extra for us when we were trying to pick up our car but ran into backed up traffic on the way. Excellent service, and we’ll definitely be back for future repairs when we need them.

They assess my vehicle's problems and provide honest, knowledgeable advice on the best course of action, along with the cost of repairs. They are straight shooters. Tony's isn't the cheapest in town, but that's because they only use high quality parts which cost a little more. Bottom line is they do top notch work at a fair price with great customer service!! Very pleased with this company. I had already had my mini van to Toyota and one other place for inspection. I was told I needed a rack and pinion replaced from both. Tony’s Brake actually diagnosed my problem as control arms. Adam and pat were very helpful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and were very patient and kind. So happy I chose them bc the issue is now resolved properly and I didn’t end up with an expensive repair I did not need. They are a very honest company and do great work. I was given a quote for repairs and when I picked up my van my total was actually $150 less than they had quoted me. I will always do business with them from here on out.

I took my truck here on recommendation and was NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!! Firstly, I looked Tony’s up on google maps and noticed they had 4.8 stars out of 5, which I have rarely seen before. Secondly, when I called to make an appt. for a tire rotation and balance and inquire potentially about an alignment, the man on the phone (Corey) was incredibly kind and found me an appt. for the following day. Thirdly! Upon dropping my truck off for the balance/rotation and waiting to be called to pick it up, I received a call informing me Tony’s found time to align it the same day (although they originally couldn’t find time until the following week) and they were checking to make sure I was okay with that before they proceeded. Fourthly, when I arrived to pick my truck up, Corey let me ask a million questions out of curiosity about the improvements they’d made on my truck. Super impressed, would 10/10 go back.

Great experience where you're more than a service number. They really care about what's going on and get it right for their customers. A fantastic job diagnosing my tandum trailer alignment issues and realigning the axles. They checked the axles to see if bent or just out of alignment. They replaced only the bad tire after proper inspection of the other 3 and found it to be the only one worn. In additional a full and thorough inspection of the entire suspension system and wheel bearings. Found the bearings only needed to be cleaned and repacked. Trailer as new again! Thanks for the wonderful and honest diagnosis, inspection and repairs. I will only go here for repairs. A honest family shop with more than competitive pricing to the chains but with that true customer service hard to really find these days. Pat my Service advisor was excellent in every way informing me all along the way. They could have said needed new axles or existing axles straightened but were honest about only needing an alignment or new bearings or more tires. Job well done by Tony's Brake & Alignment! I find greatness in coffee and snacks available as needed. While you wait ; there is always someone there you can ask questions and get quick responses. What I like also is to be able to ask about cost before they get started. This allows you to know what the cost us going to be ; and if you can afford it and your estimate is good up to 39 days. Having purchased an older model RV with low mileage, I have been replacing parts of it with road safety as #1 priority. Adam at the front desk took the time to explain what service the rear brakes needed, along with the function of bushings that had become worn. Absolutely no complaints. I love cars and work on my own as a hobby. I am also a bit apprehensive taking them to someone else for service or repair. After a couple of calls, I made a morning drop off appointment with Cory. My suspension concerns and issue was addressed and corrected with a proper alignment. The cleanest waiting area ever for an auto shop. The gentlemen at the front desk were very knowledgeable and friendly. I endeded just needing a little bit of break fluid and an new thermostat. Very professional I would highly recommend. I will consider this my go to auto shop.

I recently took my truck(F-150) in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel balancing. As always, Tony's did a great job and went above and beyond. Cory kept me posted on what was going on with my truck and even came out and showed me where when they took the center caps off my truck rims, they were cracked inside and were in danger of flying off my truck at any time. This was not something he had to tell me or show me, but that is just the type of people that they are. They are very customer service oriented and I would recommend them to anyone.

After calling every place in Louisville for a price quote, I made an appointment for two front tires & an alignment. The staff was very friendly & courteous. Although I was late, the service was done in a very timely manner. While waiting, I talked to a very pleasant Great Grandmother who had been taking her car here for years & told me she trusted them also. They told me I needed my rotors turned but I had 40% pads which would cause the vibration when I braked, & I had thought was the alignment. They told me I also needed rocker bearings which I can agree with that too as I have symptoms of some noise, but they did not try to pressure me (@all) or use any scare tactics to get the repair work done. Printed me an estimate when I left. Not only were they $10 - $30 cheaper on an alignment, I also got TWICE the tire for $20 to $50 less than any other quotes for their least expensive tire.......& I DIDN'T EVEN NEED AN ALIGNMENT! I am suspect of all auto repair places & write this review as a one time experience. I got price quotes from the major tire stores. Tire Discounters, Big-O, Michael's, Firestone..ect

The dealership I purchased my used car from kept saying I needed an alignment and stated that my back left tire was bald. I also noticed that my brakes were squealing. I made an appointment at Tony's and they did a great job. I worked with Pat and he was very personable and helpful with all of my questions. I used a coupon for free alignment inspection and assumed I needed new brakes from the squealing. They came out to me in the waiting room and told me everything checked out in good condition and it would only be $20 for the brake inspection (I couldn't use two coupons). They were as honest as Abe and did not try to charge me for unnecessary work. I was planning to take my car for maintenance to the mechanic that did my pre-purchase inspection, but with how honest and friendly they were at Tony's and knowing they do more than just brakes/alignment, they will be my new go-to. I have already told friends about them and hope this review will help others. I trusted the reviews I saw on Google and Tony's lived up to those standards.

25 years ago I hit a curb and pushed my front wheel at a 45 degree angle. All of the shops in town wanted thousands to fix it. Tony’s was recommended and the fixed it for $200. I never had another seconds worth of problem with that car. The aligned my chevelle this week. They are the best.

Called at 8:00 am on 6/25/2020 to get a four wheel alignment and some warranty work done was able to get it in at 9:00 am was able to get a four wheel for 130.00 and most places charge 180.00. Warranty work was done as well. And great customer service . Thank you Cory and Tony's From first talking to Pat monday morning at 9:05 am and having a appointment at 10:00 that same day was outstanding!! And for a few dollars more than what the dealer would charge with oem parts I upgrade to Premium Plus Rotors & Pads, a 3yr 36mth warranty . The time to diagnose and to finish the repair was great as well. Easy with no hassles . Thank you !!! Just a great place ! Everyone is great can't say enough !

I have a set of 22.5" wheels with 16 ply tires on a dually truck. Ever since I put them on it had a wicked shake between 70-80 and a slight shimmy everywhere else, but they looked great. The tires were mounted properly and I'd had them spin balanced, but I couldn't get rid of the shake because they were slightly out of round, and the condition was exaggerated with the stiff tires. I'd almost given up when I heard about Tony's, and their truing service, which nobody in my area offers. So, I gave them a call and made a two and a half hour trip for the service. I found everyone at Tony's to be extremely friendly and professional (I mainly dealt with Cory and Adam), and the difference in my truck is unbelievable. While it does still ride like a one ton truck, they eliminated all the tire/road vibration and it now rides better than it did when it was new, even with the commercial tires. I highly recommend them to anyone and, if you have a persistent shake that you can't track down, the truing service is well worth the trip.

1. Service is top notch, impressive for all the business they shuffle, anything from my little Kia to large RVs and tractor trailers. 2. The garage is kept spectacularly clean and there is usually a muscle car or two in there. It reminds me of the old California muscle car scene. Tony's troubleshooted and found the problem with my suspension that the dealership couldn't identify. Tony's actually saved me money because I thought I needed struts and shocks, but I only needed a sway bar linkage.

Called to get a price on an alignment for our Nissan Armada. While the lady who answered was very nice she quoted me price that was 40.00 more than the dealer. Not a big deal but when I questioned why the price was so much higher she had no answer. It was sort of an "it is what it is" attitude. I would have expected someone to check to see why the price is so much higher or at least act like they would look into it. Dealerships have become more competitive with pricing and I would expect an independent to keep up.

They were able to fix my air conditioning and they were very professional. However, I was told they would diagnose the problem, let me know what the problem is, and I can decide to proceed. It didn’t occur like that. They didn’t tell me the problem until after the fixed it. Initially, I was told it was going to be 30 mins and it ended up being an hour.
