I had a flat tire and called several shops near me. I spoke to Lea at Midas and she was really nice and helpful. They were able to fix my tire (had a nail in it) quickly for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend for any of your tire needs.

Quick and easy tire replacement. No one else had my size of tires, but when I called Midas they promptly helped me and scheduled an appointment to change and install my tires the next day. Front desk representative is friendly and their staff worked quickly! I was in and out in an hour. Would recommend!

Had a flat tire when I woke up this morning so I brought it into Midas. They checked the tire for me, informed me of the damages and was able to recommend a new efficient tire to me. They then put on the new tire and rebalanced all 4 tires all without an actual appointment set in place. Very efficient, professional and helpful. Definitely recommend

Team at the Beretania Midas provided a 5 star experience. I scheduled an appointment for new tires and initially gave the service team incorrect tire sizing. Completely my mistake. The manager (Brant Takahara) went out of his way and made a few calls to find the correct size tires for my car. All I had to do was take an extended lunch with my family and my new tires were installed in no time. The service experience made me a customer for life and I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a auto service center.

Awesome customer service. I spoke to shop manager Brant that I had to replace my tire as soon as possible right before heading to work and within minutes my tire was being worked on by Technician Ron. I was very surprised and very happy. Well done!

We have gone here twice now (once for an engine issue and the other for a tire) and will continue to come back. They have been very transparent both times showing us the damaged parts causing the issues & explaining exactly what is going on with our vehicle. These folks were lovely. I made an appointment for a Saturday to get my A/C looked at- it was blowing only hot air. They kept me informed as they troubleshot them system and only charged me for the things they could fix. They seemed honest and reliable. Would come back again for other minor fixes.

FIVE STARS. Went to Goodyear with an issue for brake pads and they were not helpful! Tried to overcharge me. Got my car towed to Midas instead and they were so extremely helpful in finding what my car needed and gave me a reasonable price. Will only go to Midas!!!

New to Honolulu and needed a safety inspection and oil change on the vehicle that was given to me for work. Honestly, after reading the reviews on line I seriously thought about finding someplace else, but had an appointment and was willing to take a chance. Not saying the negative reviews posted here are not valid, but I had a great experience. Friendly and on-time. Was told it would take about an hour, was called in 65 minutes to tell me the car was ready. Prices were reasonable, location convenient. Service Excellent. Don't go by the old reviews, look for the newer ones.

I went there for starter problem. Turn the key 1 click then it starts. They replaced the starter costs total $480.46 7/20/19. Problems with new starter slow crank winding noise 1 to 3 winds then starts, left early from work the 24 th they had no problems in starting it I saw them move the car forward stop and start it ,they said its was OK no problems, I guess they have the Midas touch . Lol..... I took the car home and still having problems with it, so Friday the 26 took it back over there. I asked the customer service to come and witness the problem I'm having. Turn the key to start 1 winding then starts. I left my car overnight to be serviced the next day. Called during the day about my car, they ordered another starter coming from Waipahu must be coming by RAIL, cause the part never arrived today , I have to CALL Monday. I am a Old customer.

I went to this Midas for a Safety Check. Appointment preferred BTW. I am so very pleased with the courteous and professional service by Wes. He took the time to clean the area where the sticker was and remove the old VOID sticker that should have been removed from the last Safety Check. ( not Midas BTW ). I called at around 2pm to ask if I could drop off my car and they were able to make time for me. I was prepared to have to leave it overnight, but they gave me a call back about two hours later. I had suspected a coolant leak because my car had been overheating, and sure enough it was leaking in various parts. Sadly they didn't have the parts needed to fix it since it is an older model, but they gave me a recommendation of where to take it to next and they filled my water distribution system with enough to get me home free of charge. All in all, it was fast service and very friendly and knowledgeable!
