Brought our Tesla model 3 here after hitting a deer and doing some research on approved Tesla repair shops. They have amazing reviews and now I see why! The facility is gorgeous, and everyone we spoke with kind, knowledgeable and patient. They were super responsive to any/all questions, and worked seamlessly with my insurance to cover the repair costs while keeping us in the loop. They did a gorgeous detailing on the car, and I swear the replaced components are better aligned than when it was fresh off the factory line. Airport road auto body was a dream to work with- I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Initially, I sent pictures of my car for review & they let me know they could help, so they took care of the insurance end, even scheduled my rental car. They were so friendly & professional- kept me up to date via texts & responded timely to my questions and concerns. They worked seamlessly through indefinitely-back-ordered headlamps and the result was like new! My car was picked up shiny & waxed, even detailed the interior! They were very patient with my unpredictable work schedule. I absolutely recommend them!!! (PS they have a beautiful waiting area with fireplace & lots of coffee & goodies!!)

Parts are always a hassle of the global supply chain backlog, but Eric called me on a regular schedule to let me know what they had and what was due. Once they had everything, they made it go by faster with a status contact every week while the car was repaired. Overall a very professional experience. Dan Gallo laid out exactly what they were going to be able to do in regards to a dent and scratch’s all over the rear end of my car. He was able to provide me with a best/worst case scenario, and delivered the best case and results ended up exceeding my expectations. 10/5 stars if I could. Joe is Angel sent from heaven. This place communicates incredibly well, keeping you apprised of all updates. They explained everything to my wife and didn’t make her feel dumb (like some mechanics do). There was even an awesome goody bag waiting for us in the car when the repairs were done. Additionally they fully detailed the car for us (never looked so good). Best place to take your car for auto body work hands down. They even dealt with the insurance adjuster when the repair cost $4000 more than the estimate. This was a worry free experience.

I’ve had wind noise in my 3 series since I purchased it and have just been too lazy to take care of it. I noticed the drivers door was 1/8 to 3/8” higher than the rear drivers door. The awesome team and Airport Road Auto Body did a thorough review to make sure it wasn’t something more serious, then adjusted the door to the correct height. This adjustment corrected the wind noise. Will definitely return if I need any body work done!

TESLA BODY REPAIR!!! More than an Amazing job!! Not only was the body repair absolutely perfect, the gaps are now better than factory… Also, when I arrived to pick up the car, post repair, I found the car parked indoors, plugged in, and right next to the customer waiting area. BTW, The customer waiting area, and the car staging area, both look like the inside of a high end dealership. You gotta see this place! I also want to mention that the car was cleaned and detailed inside and out. I get that the outside is cleaned in order to blend the paint, however the inside being detailed clean, I was not expecting. Truly an awesome experience. Thank you Joe!

Truly above and beyond! Hit a deer, initial appraisal was done at my home by my insurance, they found most of the damage but Airport Auto Body got another appraisal for my car after noticing damage under the car (obviously an at home appraisal couldnt find this, the car is barely off the ground, not judging just an observation), they figured it out with my insurance and got it done asap. So happy driving it home again, looks beautiful, everything looks new, it drives like when i got it. They even fixed the minor scratch on the opposite side which someone gave me last Valentines day, at no additional charge. Every interaction was very professional and friendly. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I feel confident that my car is fixed properly, with attention to detail and care. If you get into an accident, GO HERE! Dont risk it somewhere else, its not worth it. Take your car into the little shops for project cars and check engine lights, but take it here for any substantial repairs...My car looks new, your's can too....

I was rear ended in my subaru sti and had heard from a buddy who works at Bertera Subaru that this is where they bring their cars to get the BEST work done. I was not disappointed at all. I worked with Eric and he was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Their facility is kept so clean, you can't imagine they are dealing with leaking, messy, crashed vehicles. It is emblematic of how much care they take in restoring the cars. They use original equipment manufacturer parts, so the vehicle's value will be maintained. John called me days after I cleaned out my possessions, when a tech found my EZ-Pass transducer still stuck to the windshield. These guys are the best. Don't take your wrecked car anywhere else. This is the company to use. My car is still there, so no "after" pictures available.

Professional All The Way Was involved in a fender bender. Airport Road AB was recommended to me. One of the owners, Tony Cavallaro Jr. who I dealt with (from start to finish) was professional, courteous and took care of everything including getting Enterprise to meet me there to get my loaner. Car was delivered back to me looking brand new, on the day promised and at the price agreed upon. Hopefully won't need their services again but if I do, will go nowhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have had two excellent experiences with Airport Auto Body. The first was a few years ago when I purchased a Certified Preowned Tesla Model S from Tesla. The car had been in an accident and the rear bumper had not been replaced. Tesla directed me to Airport Auto Body who does Tesla work for them, and the car was quickly repaired and looks like new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent job and customer service. Recently our Honda CRV was hit in the rear by a delivery truck, so I went to Airport Auto Body again and they did another excellent job – in fact, I kidded Tony Jr. of Airport Auto Body that I had to check the VIN number since it looks like a new car. Their attention to detail is unmatched and their personal service and follow-up is excellent. I recommend to anyone who needs auto body work done, to go to Airport Auto Body. I am confident that they will do an excellent job and you will be pleased. I hope I never need their service again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to come back to Airport Auto Body. Also, don’t hesitate to look around and see the great job that they do on other cars. It is impressive.

My 10 year old VW CC had rust through on the rear drivers door. VW agreed to replace the door and referred me to Airport Road Autobody. They did an absolutely terrific job. I have to assume that matching 10 year old black paint is a challenge but they did it. They cleaned up the whole car inside and out before returning it to me. It looks like a new car. Very pleased.

4 months after purchasing a brand new 2021 Lexus IS 350 F sport a huge tree branch falls on the vehicle denting the rear passenger door directly on the worst possible spot. I did my research in CT and really wanted a place that would provide the best service especially considering it was a brand new car. Just the phone call alone to this establishment went smoothly. I met with Tony Jr and let’s just say all went smoothly from that point forward. Aside from the excellent service they were able to remove the dent as if it never existed! Tony provided exceptional service and made my whole experience well worth the 45 minute drive there! The cost was something I did not care about considering the situation but then came the quote and as if they weren’t already in my good graces I loved them even more! Reasonably priced to take such great care of my vehicle. Would definitely 100% recommend!!!!

Just picked up the car today after having some minor paint work done. The car looks fantastic and, better yet, washed and all cleaned up inside, didn’t expect that. I was greeted immediately upon stepping into the waiting area and had minimal wait time while an estimate was drawn up. Airport Road Auto Body is the best body shop ever! Tony Sr. and Tony Jr. are wonderful people and the facility is spotless. As far as I know this place is BMW, Mercedes, and Tesla certified and both New Country BMW and New Country Mercedes use them. They worked on my car early this year doing a super job. I brought another car this morning and they spent almost 2 hours to get rid of a large scratch on the trunk. It looks great. Guess what? Tony Sr. didn’t charge me anything! I had some scratches on my hood that I thought would need to be repainted. They said they could repaint for quite a bit of money , but they could also try compounding and buffing it out first, for no charge. We tried the compounding and it came out great. And they washed and cleaned the car, too. Great service, lovely staff and comfortable waiting space with coffee and TV. Will definitely go back and recommend.

In June 2021 I was in an accident that damaged the cars rear side and bumper. One of my sons referred me to Airport Road Auto Body in Hfd. He said they were the best and also knew of other who felt the same way. I called Airport Auto Body and spoke with Alex. The first thing that Alex asked me on the phone was, first of all are you alright? Even the person that hit me didn't even ask me that. After making my appointment, which was quick, I brought my car in. Alex had arranged for the Car rental to meet me there with the car I would be renting. I was totally impressed with the receptionist area that was clean, welcoming and spacious. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. Alex met me and explained the process to me. I left feeling confident that I was with the right body shop. Alex stayed in touch with me, as needed, to let me know what was going on. When the car was finished I noticed that the car had been cleaned inside and out, even sanitized! I was amazed at the body work they did on my car! I couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. I never leave reviews, but wanted to take a moment to leave one for my recent experience with Airport Autobody. After my vehicle was damaged, I needed some bodywork repair. I wasn't sure where to go and I am very particular about my vehicles and who works on them. My service consultant recommended I give Tony Jr. a call at Airport Autobody. It was a 40 minute drive from me, but if that means getting the job done right it is worth it. I met with Tony Jr. and he reassured me it will be done right. The staff and people I met there were all super nice and they offered coffee and made you feel at home. The actual facility and garage is immaculate. Tony Jr. was spectacular to work with. The first words out of his mouth after I said my car had been in an accident was to inquire if everyone was ok. They were, it was a minor bumper and fog light issue, thank goodness! But our entire experience was spectacular. Tony and his shop tried to fix the damage first without a lot of parts, but the car is new, so we opted for the more comprehensive repair which required part replacement and paint work. The paint matches EXACTLY, and my husband is very very particular regarding vehicle painting. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I am absolutely going to Airport Road Auto Body, I can't recommend them enough.

Airport Road Autobody blew me away form the moment I drove onto their property. Service was fine. A little confusion as to when to drop my car off for restoration, but not a big deal. An ok job at detailing/cleaning, however didn't do the trunk that just could have used vacuuming. There was brown stuff on the car above rear passenger and driver back tires. Looks like it came off during recent rain, most of it. Will be looking to see if it leaves areas darkened after going thru a car wash. Workers were friendly and based on the brownish stuff going away completely I would recommend their services to others.

They finished my vehicle promptly to the timeline they provided, they have a convenient relationship with nearby Enterprise for a rental car, and they detailed the entire car for me despite them only repairing one very small area of paint on the front of my car. This was the first time I ever had to send one of my cars to a body shop and this facility blew my expectation out of the water. First off, a great place and one I would certainly recommend. Very professional, great staff, great work. It's a super nice body shop and clearly catering towards the higher end. I went here with our Model 3 after being rear ended and finding it the only Tesla-approved body shop in the area, but luckily, they didn't disappoint - the car looks good as new. That said, I did rate them four stars because of a few notable reasons. One was simply that we were overpromised communication - regular updates, sometimes updates on specific days that never came. It's not like great communication didn't happen, it just left me wondering where my promised update was and why I had to call back the following day to get it, on a few occasions. That leads to the second point about the whole process taking several weeks, perhaps a bit longer than needed... Understandably, Tesla OEM parts took several days to come in, but the big thing that got me was that after all the initial parts were ordered and installed and the car should have been done, supposedly, they "noticed a part that was broken" (aka they broke something). Luckily insurance was paying for it so money wasn't an issue, but best case scenario at their word, they didn't do a good enough initial inspection and order, delaying a solid week. Lastly, the only very minor gripe I have about the work itself was a lack of attention to detail when they replaced the trunk and neglected to repaint the very clearly visible interior bolts which now are mostly white (body color) but notably chipped from a ratchet/wrench.

Whether you drive a Maserati GT or a Volkswagen; they facilitate the process for you in their new state of the art facility, and advocate for a fair damage assessment with the insurance adjuster, who they renegotiate with, should more damage surface. They communicate well, and will engage a car rental outfit to pick you up at their facility, to further buffer the stressful aftermath of a car accident. Most importantly, my car looked brand new when I saw it again, with no trace of damage remaining. It was detailed inside and out and was positively gleaming, down to the headlights and hubcaps. I found a beautiful gift bag inside. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They were a great comfort under stressful conditions and exceeded all expectations. So was having a bit of an emergency going on and a decent amount of things just weren't going well with me on a particular day. The issues of course pertained to a car I was dealing with and all I can mention is that the car's issue was related to its appearance. To deal with the issue, I was initially suggested to head over to this place which is known as the best for what they do. Given their reputation, I didn't really have faith that they would have been able to squeeze in the task at hand so I sent off an email over the weekend half expecting to get nothing in response and called around three or four local places. I was shocked when, among all the places I contacted, it was the most infamous place (for its good work) which emailed me back over that same weekend and asked me to come in the following day which really put me at ease. The responses I got from local shops were pessimistic that they would have been able to do anything for me so I was holding my breath waiting to see what would happen here. Not only were they able to fix my issues right there and then but they did it for free and I was handed some supplies they used in case I wanted to touch up things myself later. I was in contact with Tony Jr. who assisted me with all of this and had a brief encounter with Tony as well who was also great. I don't think I've ever in my life been helped in such a way for what is supposed to be a paid service and to top it off it was done by really great guys which helped me out beyond what I can even mention. So to sum things up, awesome place, standup owners and employees and best experience I've ever had with this type of thing. Also, stupid little things which people might take for granted I notice, like having an entire carton of creamer available in their fridge which was also really appreciated. When I make coffee at these places, I like dumping that stuff in, just how I like coffee. I don't particularly enjoy, at other places, having to use milk or open up 15 packets of cream haha so this was just another added bonus to my day which became great.

My tesla model y was involved in a hit and run. I brought it to airport road auto body shop. They did amazing work on the damage bumper and door. They were extremely professional and dealt with the other person insurance for me. They we fast for a tesla fix and only took 28 days to fix. I would highly recommend them
