I would like to give a round of applause to the crew at Riverbend Body Shop for the excellent repair job they did on my Honda Civic! My car was rear ended and needed much TLC which it received!! The communication with David Anderson was A-! and he kept me posted on a weekly basis. This was my first accident and I was very anxious about the result of the repairs. My car was carelessly hit in a parking lot some time ago. Riverbend was listed as a preferred shop, per my insurance company. From the moment that I started working with Riverbend to have my car repaired, it was a pleasant first repair experience. Kim and Amanda went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. The shop provided a loaner vehicle for me while I was awaiting my repair. The repair, weld and paint was a quick turnaround for the work that was done, and the car looks brand spanking new. They also went above and beyond, and did a detail on the vehicle for me before handing me back the keys. Overall, I highly recommend Riverbend for their service, kindness, detail and knowledge!

My car looked as good as new when I got it back. It came back detailed and washed. They gave text updates as they were working on my car. They took of care of all the insurance related issues. The car was spotless and clean when I picked it up. Photos were taken a few days later, so that’s why it looks dirty.

I dropped my car off at Riverbend last week to repair a little dent/chipped paint in the hood of my car that someone left me after being backed into in a parking lot. They set me up with a loaner that I was able to use all week long. When I picked up my car today, I was super happy to learn that they also fixed up two other little spots on my car that needed a little fresh paint. AND they returned my car to me with a fresh wash — including the interior. Way to make a gals day 🙂 I’ll tell everyone to use Riverbend!

Riverbend handled everything seamlessly with my insurance, towing, and rental car company, making the inconvenience and stress of hitting a deer much more manageable. They communicated every step of the way. I especially appreciated them texting me so I could have a written record to refer back to. Though things took a while because of delays and the large volume of vehicles they are working with, they even paid to extend my rental car so I didn’t have to pay anymore out of pocket. I heard most from Kim and Zach who were both very helpful. I’d definitely recommend their service!

We recently had our catalytic converter stolen off our Prius. Riverbend was so easy to work with and was able to complete the work in a timely manner! Only a few days between drop off and pick up. Also asked them to install a shield to prevent this in the future, and even though they had not done that repair before, they did it quickly and with no hesitation! Highly suggest the team at Riverbend, special shout out to Kim and Zach who helped us out. Answered all of our questions even if we thought they might be silly and treated us well. Hopefully we don't have to return soon but if we do, we will choose Riverbend again.

My father passed away over a year ago, and was able to take ownership of his 2011 Ford Ranger with 41,000 miles, no rust, dents, or cosmetic issues. I maintain my vehicles meticulously. My wife hit a deer in March and I took my truck here. The truck is not just a vehicle it means a lot to me and I needed have someone who I felt I could trust work on the repairs. I got up to date details on progress of the work, reviewed the damages and concerns with Zach, and received a very clean "free" loaner vehicle. My truck was completed a day early and the attention to detail was phenomenal. I will and have suggested them to everyone I know and no matter where I live I will bring my vehicles there for repair every time.

Somebody backed into my car which caused some damage to the rear bumper. I took my car to Riverbend and am very glad I did. Zach came out, took a look at it and said he can try to take care of it right there and then if I had a few minutes. I got my car back 10 minutes later and it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. The best part is I did not have to pay a single dollar. Riverbend did it for free. Highly recommend this place!

I used this shop as it was preferred with my insurance office after an accident. The only thing that needs to be said; if you want your vehicle repair done right, bring it here. The communication between Riverbend (Amanda) and I was nothing short of outstanding. They kept me updated on the entire process with realistic ETAs and job progress. The work that was done was extensive and I honestly cannot tell the difference between my vehicle before the accident and after their work was completed.

My front bumper fell off and I stopped in to get an to get an estimate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me consider all my options and ultimately left the choice up to me. They offered to put on my original bumper or get me a new replacement for a little more money, which would have been worth it the long run since my original bumper was already beat up. They ordered the part for me and called me as soon as it came in and had me schedule a time to come in that worked best for me.They said they would gave it done by the end of the day when I came in and they sure did! I do not know much about auto repair, so I am glad they took the time to explain everything to me and I never felt like they were trying to mislead me or make me buy something I didn't need, like some places do.

After a bonehead mistake my Honda dealership referred me to Riverbend and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They finished a week early, were extremely responsive, and gave updates without me having to inquire on my own. Finances were handled through my car insurance and they did all of that on their end including setting up a car rental via my insurance benefits. Carl was my mechanic and was really descriptive before and after repairs, and their front desk representative (I think her name was Kim) was very patient explaining things to me, which was the cherry on top because this was my first time in my 15 years of driving having to deal with insurance/auto body repairs. I had hit something while traveling on the highway and it ended up doing extensive damage under my car - to the point of even having to replace the motor (along with the exhaust, front bumper assembly, oil pan, and more). The first place I went to (or should I say had it towed to) was not helpful, treated me like I was an inconvenience, and basically said they couldn’t help me. This was before even looking under the car. In doing some research I saw that Riverbend was very highly rated and was a preferred repair shop for the brand of car I drive. I called them and spoke to Carl who handled everything - even got my car from where I originally had it towed! He kept me in the loop the entire time and apologized every time a delay came up (because of more discovered damage). He eased my mind with what had happened. They did a fantastic job getting my car fixed and working with the insurance company. I will always recommend Riverbend for their excellent service and for their treatment of me and repair work. Thank you so much again for everything.

I'm a licensed mechanic who does body and collision work on the side. I haven't brought my car to another mechanic in who knows how long because I hate mechanics. I was rear ended and made an insurance claim, and reluctantly had to bring it to a shop. I asked a million questions because I know how mechanics can take shortcuts, get their hands tied by the insurance company, etc. and I was even probably borderline mean and rude in the process. But Riverbend's team was amazing and patient. I didn't believe them at first when they told me they repaired the trunk well instead of replacing it. It's a masterpiece of a trunk pull. Just beautiful and no evidence of a repair. The loaner car was great to have. They washed and detailed my car, then when I brought it back for them to quickly install a remaining piece, they even washed it again.

I had to take my Civic in to Riverbend Body Shop on two different occasions for two different issues. I had damage to the front of the car from hitting an animal and damage the second time to the rear left of the car from being hit by another vehicle. Each time I primarily dealt with Emily from Riverbend but did have some contact with the other staff. This was my first time I had to take a car in for repair and Emily walked me through all the steps needed and she took care of all the odds and ends so that I had nothing to worry about. The car was taken in for the estimates each time really quickly and the repairs were done faster than I thought they would be. The work done to my made the car look new again and I am more than happy with the work that was done. They even detailed the car after each incident. The communication with Emily and the other staff from Riverbend Body Shop was awesome. I was not left in the dark on anything and they quickly responded to any questions that I had. I was very impressed with the level of communication. I would strongly recommend Riverbend Body Shop to anyone and I myself will definitely continue to take my vehicles to Riverbend if I have any incidents in the future. We chose Riverbend to repair our van after being rear ended - an accident that was not our fault. The staff took great care of us right away. They connected with our insurance company and got things moving quickly. After scheduling a date to have our repairs begin, the staff kept us in the loop and communicated well each step of the way! The loaner minivan was great and even though our insurance didn’t cover it, there was no extra charge! Best part of all... they had our van ready 3 days earlier than expected! I was in an accident with relatively extensive damage to the rear of my 2014 Chevy Equinox. They got a rental car ready for me and had me back on the road in less than one hour. They finished the work on schedule, and dropped off the vehicle to my home for me. The also detailed the interior and did a great job all around. I would recommend this business and would return if needed. I've had the vehicle for one day and will update my review if needed, but I do not foresee that being necessary.

I had my new car brought to riverbend after it was hit. The car was basically totalled and riverbend did such an amazing job. Dave was always available to answer my questions and gave me regular updates, and they did an amazing job keeping the repairs within my budget. There were multiple times that I was given options on how to continue one a specific part and they found ways to help me keep my costs down. Very few shops out there would do this. The agent I worked with (Emily) was very thorough, even saw things I did not. She got me on the schedule right away. They offered me honest quotes, and the best options for repairing damages on my car. Part were to be covered by insurance and the other part was going to be out of pocket, they made it as affordable as possible. They had a complimentary loaner which was essential for me. I experienced my first accident when a drunk guy crashed into my parked car causing extensive damage. 8 page long itemization on repairs. It was a long ordeal but they provided me a loaner car, used all OEM parts and repaired the car back to it's original condition. Carl was great, the staff was really helpful and I'm confident with their work. The shop is also in network with my insurance and is a Subaru "preferred" repair shop, more reassurance that Riverbend was the right choice.

In the latter part of July of 2020, I went to Riverbend to have some body work completed as a result of a rear-end crash. This is my second time using Riverbend for body work, and during my initial visit several years ago, I was extremely satisfied with the body work and with my experience with the Riverbend staff. For my most recent visit to Riverbend, I was taken care of by Dave, who was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did Dave keep me constantly updated with the status of my vehicle’s repairs, but he also made sure that the repair work was done correctly. As an example; my insurance company recommended that aftermarket parts be used for my repairs, and the Riverbend staff installed these parts onto my vehicle. However, the aftermarket parts didn’t seem to fit as well as they should on my vehicle. Rather than hurrying up to return my vehicle to me with these parts not fitting snugly, Dave took pictures of the misaligned parts and sent these pictures to my insurance company to show that these parts weren’t satisfactory. Upon the recommendation of Dave, OEM parts were ordered and these parts fit 100% correctly. As part of my repairs, the rear bumper sensors had to be recalibrated at the car dealership, and when Dave made this appointment, he also worked with the dealership to schedule some routine maintenance that my vehicle was due for. This is just one example of the extra effort that the Riverbend staff put forward to make sure that the repairs were done properly and that I was satisfied with the end product. At the end of the process, my vehicle looked good as new and freshly cleaned on the outside…plus my vehicle was spotless on the interior. Yet another example of the Riverbend staff putting forth extra effort. If you need body work repairs done to your vehicle, Riverbend should be your go-to business. I’m certain that you’ll be overly satisfied with the repairs and with the Riverbend staff.

My husband and I went to Riverbend for body work on our car. Emily looked at pics of the car and gave me an accurate estimate without me even needing to come in! They were the quickest to respond and by far the most helpful out of all the places I called for an estimate. They also were the most flexible when it came to choosing what we wanted to get done since the car was so smashed up. After the first estimate was too high for us since it included making the car look brand new again, they worked with us and gave us a new estimate we could afford that just got the car back to legal driving status. Either way, both estimates were lower than any other place! I would recommend them to anyone, they did such a great job and I could tell that they really wanted to help us, and save us as much money as possible. My new Jeep Grand Cherokee that is only 5 months old had the sunroof shatter unexpectedly due to a complete fluke. I first tried an auto glass replacement shop who initially were going to do it but then said they could not after observing the damage. So I went to the service department of the dealership that I bought from and they referred me to Riverbend for it. Carl called me as soon as he got the referral and told me the scope of what the job would entail. He worked with my insurance company to make sure that there was a rental car available for me. And then he called me the following day to inform me of the extent of the damage and that it would take longer than anticipated. He also sent me photos of the cause of the damage too. He also called me every couple of days to keep me posted on the progress of the job. My Jeep was ready for me on the date/time promised and everything was as good as it was before the damage occurred. Granted, it was an expensive job but they worked with my insurance. The $250 deductible was better than the $2000+ it would have cost out of pocket.

I really, really wanted this to be a 5 star review! Riverbend was so pleasant to work with while my car was fixed after an accident. They fixed everything in 3 weeks and made my car look brand new. Unfortunately, we were never able to use one of their loaner cars because we were always “next on the list”. The biggest issue I had with my experience was that, upon getting my car back, I noticed that my Bluetooth device that connected my phone to my radio along with my phone charger was missing. I called the shop and they said they’d “look into it”, and I never received a call back. Even if it was taken by accident or they couldn’t find it, I would’ve really appreciated it if they at least followed up with me or tried to make things right, as this was about $50 worth of electronics that had gone missing. Other than that they did a great job, but I’d definitely recommend taking all valuables out of the car before handing over your keys. Keeping honest people honest, and all that...

Zach made me feel like my car was the most important job in the shop. Unfortunately I was rear ended several months ago and drove my car to Riverbend as it was the nearest collision shop. All I can say is wow. Riverbend Collision really goes out of their way to take care of you. Their free car loaner program took a huge burden off of me as my auto insurance did not offer free rental cars. This and the fact that they did a full cleaning of my car (even had the new car smell!) are just some of the ways Riverbend Collision takes care of you. Not to mention their repairs were absolutely flawless. I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be taking my car back to Riverbend!

I choose Riverbend because of the great reviews they received on multiple sites and I was not disappointed! They did an EXCELLENT JOB on repairing my major rear end damage. The car had preexisting paint peeling and they still managed to make the new bumper and trunk blend into the rest of the car. They told me it would six days and they completed it in two! They gave me a loaner for free so I could work, and when I accidentally killed the battery and couldn't open the hood, they sent someone out in an hour. I asked about a squeaking on the back right wheel, and when they couldn't find it, they drove it with me until we found the problem. They didn't try to scam me at all! They told me it wasn't to pressing, and they it was an easy fix for anyone will a little knowledge of cars! (Like my father across the state). I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Recently I had a minor incident with my car where I was hit while parked in a parking lot, after talking to the insurance company they told me to pick out whatever collision shop I wanted and I chose Riverbend because of previous work there. I was told that my car would take from Thursday until Tuesday morning to be finished and they also fixed a minor missing clip from a door seal. They called me on Friday afternoon to let me know the car was finished and I was just so happy to hear that it was done earlier than projected. I got to the shop and looked at my car ad it had been washed the repair was beautiful and when I received my keys back I opened the doors to see that the car was beautifully cleaned on the inside as well. I was amazed that they took the time to do this without me asking and I was very grateful, this was so far above and beyond I was just stunned.
