Trustworthy guys! I was 100m overdue for an oil change, which they could have just sold me, but they let me know my oil was still really clean and I only needed a top off. Great experience with the two women on shift yesterday. They were incredibly knowledgeable, upfront with prices, and just nice humans. One was named Jenny and I didn't get the other's name. I felt more comfortable with these two women than the typical greasy, unkept men who do oil changes and stare at you like an alien.

I appreciate that. Some places treat you like cattle. Move the car in, move you out with a wave. No conversation, except about the price of their service. The first time I came to this location, I met Will who works at Big Ray's. Because he's genuine, I come back every time I need an oil change. Very grateful for that. I love this place, and the one on alpine. I called before and they told me they could do a transmission tune up and coolant flush for a certain price. When i got there they said it was $20 more. So i mentioned that i called and the woman said "of you called here? and they said that? That's fine!" And she honored the $20 less price, even though it was posted on the wall as more. Also, they did the whole job in about 30 minutes, and i've had at least 3 oil changes here with no issue. Will absolutely be coming back for maintenance and oil changes

Great! Very fast. Took my 2003 VW Beetle here and oil change was $70ish for full synthetic. They also topped off my coolant, made sure my tires were proper PSI, and let me know of any issues they saw with the car. Everyone there was super nice too! Will be back for an oil change again as well as a transmission flush.

VERY NICE AND HELPFUL! I came in for a oil change to this location for the first time. I usually go to my dealership, but it's difficult to get in without an appointment. Everyone was real friendly and one of the guys noticed a ticking sound that I've noticed for years, but could never figure it out. He pointed to a loose clamp and said it was an easy fix. If they had had one there, he would have just fixed it. I came home and my boyfriend had one, put it on, and now there is no more noise coming from my engine. Wow! is what I say to them. They go out of their way to help without trying to always make an extra buck.

Was visiting home from Iowa. I used to take greyhound before I had a car and subsequently I know nothing about cars or oil changes or anything else. So I was a little panicked when my 2013 GMC Terrain started blinking that it needed an oil change right before I was going to get on the road back home. It was close to where my parents live and was on my way out of town so I went to Big Rays. They got with me fast and--despite me not knowing anything about my car (like, shockingly little)--they were patience with me and explained my options to me very in depth. I don't know a lot (read: anything) about cars but the people at this location know their stuff. They didn't try to nickle and dime me and they were incredibly friendly. I would defer anyone looking for an oil change in the Grand Rapids area to this location.
