They do a great job at explaining work that needs to be done to your vehicle and do a great job of explaining what should be completed now, and what work can wait. Skalickys was great!! Jesse and Mike were helpful and were able to translate the mechanic speak into simple people talk. Just what I needed. They replaced the whole front end in decent time. I was having issues with my 2014 f250 diesel not cranking. Jesse and crew where able to diagnose I had a bad battery causing the no start. We replaced both batteries. They then further tested the entire electrical system to make sure I had no other issues. Very happy with the service and the price of repairs.

I don’t think it was a full engine diagnostic but he (Jesse) squeezed me in just before a bad snow storm to ease my mind. I just wanted to make sure the noise I heard was nothing that would leave me stranded. Well it wasn’t. And I sure appreciated all he did to ease my fears. Turns out the storm was going to be so bad I needed to take my Jeep rather than save money on gas. But I still have the peace of knowing it’s not my engine AND I know where I’m going for any work I need in the future. Any man that’s gonna go out of their way to help a lady make an informed decision in a sudden time crunch so she’s safe on the road has my business. That’s rare in todays world, let alone the business world!

Friday morning I called about 4 different places. As my aftermarket air tow bags were leaking. I didnt know if skalickys were going to be able to get me in. I spoke with Jesse on the phone and he said to bring it in and they would look at it. I brought it in and they had it diagnosed and fixed that afternoon! This is one of the few places I trust to bring my car. The last time I brought my car to the dealership for an oil change, they told me I needed ~$3000 in repairs. I’m from out of town, but Jesse always has time to squeeze in a quick check-up. Today he was able to check everything over, and gave me his suggestions for repairs. And it was a heck of a lot cheaper than the dealership! 100% satisfied with the service and staff.

I know literally nothing about cars, let’s start off with that. I brought my car into another shop for an oil change and they told me my brakes needed to be changed ASAP as well as other work. I called Jesse and he got my car in super fast - very flexible. When I brought it in he told me my brakes were fine but I did need my axle fixed but was super informative and explained it in a way that I understood since, again, I know nothing about cars. He completed it for less the amount the other shop quoted me, and was super easy going about scheduling. He defiently knew what he was talking about and was very honest about everything. Will recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Let me preface this by stating this is the first review I have ever written, mainly because I usually don't care enough about a product or service. That being said, Jesse is as good as they come. I have been using Jesse for years and recently bought a newer(used) vehicle and told him that I probably wont be seeing him as often, well that back fired. Jesse worked diligently with the warranty company & dealer to make sure I was taken care of. I would give more stars if I could and will continue to use Jesse for years to come.

Jesse and everyone was amazing! I was traveling through Fargo and my diesel pick up truck needed a fuel filter change. Understanding how difficult it is to travel across country at 25% power, they were able to get me in within minutes of arriving after I called ahead and asked if it was going to be possible. An hour later I was back on the road with a new fuel filter! They even followed up the following day make sure everything was working well. Also, the sensor was broken on the fuel filter, and Jesse was kind enough to bring the old filter and sensor out and show me exactly what had happened.
