I thought in the past they top off liquids as in window cleaner and antifreeze? This time a charge of $10 to top off after a $90 oilchange. I declined paying the extra. Not sure if I will return. I have been a returning customer for several years at this same location with all my vehicles. This visit was a bit disappointing. The workers were 👍 but wanting to charge me extra for top off not so great. Thank u

The staff was very nice to deal with. No complaints!!! They're too busy! It took me 3 visits to get in without over an hour wait. The cost has gone way up too. I'm seeking a different place for my next oil change

I took my van in for a routine oil change, expecting it to be usual: sit in the waiting room bored because I let my phone battery wear down to nearly nothing and one more game of Sudoku could finish it off. But instead, it turned into an absolutely delightful visit. I got to talking to another customer, Tracey. A short while later Ryan came into the office/waiting area to get Tracey's info, then mine. We all got to talking; I haven't laughed that much in a while. When my vehicle was done, I felt like he wasn't going to try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and he didn't. The recommendations he gave were things I already knew about. I scheduled work to be done in January to replace my back brakes, and I'm actually looking forward to it.

After 10 minutes in the lobby I overheard a man saying he was usually at the Clive location (short beard, circle tattoo on wrist) who was trying to order a part for another car. Meanwhile another tech came in to inform me that my drain plug was rounded so they were trying to get it off. The man from Clive went out and I over heard him say "if it won't come off then it won't come off" a couple minutes later he came in to rudely inform me they couldn't do the oil change and walked out. No explanation or recommendations on what to do. 1 of the 2 techs came in and asked if he had informed me what I owe.... I said no. He poked his head out and the man from Clive said nothing, send him on his way..... I laughed it off. The tech (very nice and informative) told me to go to another location, because they would have the tools to get the drain plug off. Kudos to the techs!!!! but the other guy needs to check his customer service skills. I left without an oil change but a smile because the younger techs kindness and professionalism.

Great experience! Joe was very fast with serving me and getting my car in. Eugene went through everything my car needed done from their very thorough inspection. I really liked that they brought the problems to me and showed them to me so I really understood what needed to be done. I felt like not only I was taken good care of but my car was too. I needed my headlight replaced ASAP I knew it was out but waited until the last minute like always. Before calling Jiffy Lube I thought “oh no they probably won’t be able to get me in before I need to be at work” but Randal said “come on in and we can take care it!” Randal and his team got my car in while having another customer and took care of us both! These guys were great! They were professional and courteous, and though they did offer other services besides the oil change I was there for, they were not pushy about it. I'll be going there for all my future oil changes, and when my car requires other maintenance, I'll be calling them for that as well.

Quick and easy. They'll push some fixes your car doesn't really need, but so does literally every other car shop. Fastest oil change in the area.

Service is good, prices are high. Definitely get coupons, and make sure you watch for any charges before you agree. Tried to charge me $35+ for one windshield wiper while I was getting an oil change. As long as you're paying attention and don't get any extras, it's decent and fast.

I pulled up to get my oil changed at 520 pm because I don’t get off of work until 5. Randel not only welcomed me to the shop but was EXTREMELY professional and understanding. I am now leaving at 630 when they closed at 6. As a women you can feel out of your league at an car shop but not here. He took the time to explain all things and was not rude even though they closed soon thank y’all again.

The price was better than anywhere around considering all the extras that are included (fluid checks and topped of, vacuum out your car, coffee and water in the waiting area) I will be a loyal customer to this Jiffy Lube!

I've been here about 5 times and the service has been excellent each time. I just got home from getting my tires rotated, when I pulled up I told the guy what I needed, along with a cup of coffee...... he walked me in and noticed the coffee was empty. Instead of just saying "sorry", he made me a fresh pot right then. The employees are all very pleasant and professional. I will certainly continue going to them.

Extremely pleased with the service received. Randall H and Joshua K went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Both working well over an hour past their closing time. Being 70 miles from home with car problems is anything but ideal, but these two made the situation a lot less frustrating. They are definitely worthy of a 5 Star rating.

Today is January 15th 2020 and this afternoon around 4pm I went to the jiffy lube in se 14th for an oil change. I usually have my father work on my vehicle because he is fimilar with it and the problems and this weekend with my dad being out of town and the snow storm coming I knew I needed to get a oil change and my fluids checked but was uneasy going to anyone else but my dad. Upon arrival I told the workers about my car and how it has some difficulties and is really touchy and had problems, I told them where to touch and not to touch and told them things they needed to be aware of. The guys were respectful to me and listened and they did exactly what I asked. They didn't judge me or my vehicle and it was really comforting and I felt safe with them working on my vehicle. They were fast, respectful and responsible and I was really grateful, they really helped me out.

Friendly, fast, and no high pressure to buy the extras. They are honest. They wont sell you things you dont need for your car. The oil change price is competitive, but wipers, air filters, ect are pricey. On the other hand, if you don't want to change those important things yourself, it's worth the cost.
