As I was in need of immediate service due to a pothole, causing damage to the side wall of my tire and it was going flat quickly. At Automotive Experts, my car was immediately taken in and evaluated; which it was quickly determined the tire needed to be replaced. The tire was replaced quickly and the service desk and technicians were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Automotive Experts to folks because of the service I experienced.

Very kind, honest people. I had called every transmission shop in town and they were by far the most patient with me. I had been to three shops previous trying to have my flex plate replaced but other places wanted an exuberant amount of money for an already expensive job. They kept me in the loop the whole time and got my car up and running in no time! They even shopped around after finding that I needed a new torque converter and found a great price and got it the next day despite it being on back order. Thank you automotive experts! My car runs like new and y’all didn’t charge an arm, a leg, and the soul of my first born. I could not be happier with my experience.

My Truck was running poorly, it was given multiple error codes. I thought I would be in for a very expensive repair. Turned out to be a fuel injector and a bad spark plug. My truck was done in a timely manner especially given that it was dropped off late in the afternoon, it was ready by the time I got off work the next day. The repair bill was very reasonable and my truck is running like a brand new one. I highly recommend Automotive Experts for any of you vehicle repair needs.

I called ahead of going in and spoke to Jonathan about tires for my truck. He gave me three quotes!!! Very professional not to push one tire over another!! He answered all my questions so I went with him. I dropped off the truck when he told me. He called promptly after they were done! I had the spare on and the regular tire in the bed. They of course put the new tire on the regular one, but to my surprise remounted the spare under the truck!!!! I didn’t even ask and there was NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! They have my business!!! been going here for almost 7 years, since it was originally the only place my father would let me take my car in HS. only person he trusts with the family vehicles 😅 rightfully so because the one* time i took it to another place (jiffy lube) cause i desperately needed an oil change and waited until the very last minute - they (jiffy lube) messed up on the oil change and my engine blew up and i was out of a car for weeks. needless to say, automotive experts came to the rescue after that disaster happened! automotive experts is truly the best of the best! they have the nicest owner and staff ever! nothing but great friendly service. very grateful to have mechanics I trust! especially as a woman!

9/29/2022 They did an engine replacement and it is running fine. Everything is in place and performing as it should. Our A/C was acting intermittently and we took it and after many attempts it did not fail for diagnosis, so we got it back. After several weeks before it did the same thing so after more checking they found faulty wiring and repaired it. We appreciate their patients and persistence.

I’ve been using them for my car’s oil changes since I bought my car at Jennings Automotive. Took my car in for an oil change and it was also having an issue with the idling not being consistent and randomly shutting off when I gave it a little bit of gas power on the pedal. They ran a diagnostic and fixed the issue after changing my oil. My car is running A LOT better now thanks to them figuring out what the issue was. They have been very professional, on time, affordable and friendly ever since I’ve been using their services. It’s hard to find a good mechanic shop that does all of these in one. So happy my sales rep at Jennings Automotive told me about them. I will continue doing business with them for as long as I’m in Columbia. Thanks guys.

I've been doing business with them for about 6yrs. They can do the work. Unlike Martin motor works. They are honest. Unlike Martin motor works. They worked on my catalytic converter, Water pump etc and the bolts weren't tighten. The bolts vibrated loose. Smh. I put temporary bolts in. They are loosening. I'm still trying to get this done. But I can't let my truck sit for a week on their lot. I've gone to management several times and it hasn't been done yet. I'd be very angry if it was any of my female relatives who's car wasn't properly repaired after spending over $1000. I'd still go to them over Martin motor works because I value integrity. Please ppl don't go to Martin motor works. They do things to your car you didn't ask for if they need more time to fix your car because they pride themselves on getting you out on time. Then lie and claim you asked them to do it. I know everything on all my cars. I do the work if I can. Auto experts is a good shop. They failed me THIS time. I wouldn't go to Martin motor works if they were the LAST shop on earth!

They were as I would imagine a mechanic shop to be in my position ( 1000 miles from home and stranded ) to be. Caring and certain about what they do. I was on a road trip and my engine started smoking, and luckily these guys were the closest shop. William came out right away, found that I had a leaky oil filter, replaced it, and topped off my oil. Then Brian rang me up inside, only charged me a small fee, and they got me back on the road in about 10 minutes total! I was amazed and so thankful that I randomly pulled in there. Thanks, guys!

I came out of the store today and noticed I had a large bolt sticking out of my tire. I wasn't familiar with the area so I just pulled in to the closest repair shop, which was these guys. They worked me right in and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Can't say enough about the courteous service and professionalism here, which unfortunately seems to be lacking in a lot of other auto shops. A great find, highly recommend.

Definitely 5 star service at a fraction of a cost!! I have dealt with my fair share of bad auto shops but this is definitely not one of them! I needed an alignment bad and my front end components needed to be checked out. I called and they were happy to fit me in and get it done for me. I brought both my 05 Sierra and 97 Tahoe to get engines fixed. The Tahoe had a blown head gasket and the Sierra need a used engine. They ended installing used engines for both. The work took a bit but they communicated what was going along the way. The price in the end was way lower than expected. I was referred to them by my AAA tow driver. So far I’ve been happy with their service.

He was calming, informative and professional. By the end of the day I spoke with Nichole the who went out of her way to help me and was very kind as well. In my situation the part that failed was under warranty so they waived my diagnose charge and towed it again to the original place that needed to repair it. Took my car in yesterday without an appointment for an alignment and was given great advice for the repairs needed. Was told it would be finished around 4pm and got a call earlier than expected, big bonus. After picking up my car which got the alignment and 2 new tires, I got a short distance down the road when I realized 1 tire was very low (which I suspected I had a bent rim ahead of the repair). Took it back and they checked the tire and resolved the problem with no hesitation, even though it wasn't an issue with their repair. So much appreciated, thank you. Very friendly, and their price was very reasonable also!

My very first time utilizing Automotive Experts, I was highly disappointed. They neglected to make sure a seal was secure after doing a tune-up on my vehicle. After leaving there on a Saturday, my vehicle began to cut off, shake & idle very highly. I had to cancel my plans for the weekend, lost out on money for a pre-paid trip that was already planned. I returned that Monday to get the issue resolved, I waited 30-45 minutes before they even took my car back to the garage. I explained to them I needed to get to work, I was told the driver doesn't come in until 9:30. I didn't like the way things were handled & I was late to my job, they didn't really seem to care. Did not a have a good experience here at all. **** Update, after speaking with Wayne; the owner of Automotive Experts; he went above & beyond to compensate me for the situation that occurred with my vehicle. I will definitely go back to have future service done to my vehicle. Thank you, Wayne!!! You really showed genuine concern regarding my experience.******

I paid $600 for AC and power steering service and a new power steering pump which is a very reasonable price. The only issue was I also needed a tire patch or replacement. This work wasn't done. As a result, I ended up spending another roughly $400 on tire service the following day. In summary, good prices, but you need to double check their work.

Been taking my car here ever since I bought it used about three years ago. I am a woman and have always been concerned of being taken advantage of because of my lack of automotive knowledge. Great Place! I took my car here after the huge floods in 2015, not for water damage but because my radiator had for lack of a better word "blown-up". I had it towed there and they had it fixed within 2 days! When I went to pick it up, the staff were very friendly and helped me out on learning a little bit about my car!

I'm SO glad I ended up at Automotive Experts! My vehicle had a blown water outlet housing, so I was losing antifreeze on my engine and it was evaporating. Needless to say, i had no idea I had a leak, and that the leak was also causing an air bubble. After being stranded momentarily, I used maps to find this place, and I couldn't be happier that I stumbled upon them. They were able to tell me within 10 minutes what was wrong with my car, and they gave me the receipt for charges up front. My car was fixed within 4 hours, and 2 hours of that was waiting on the part from the dealership. Not only that, Clyde, the mechanic let me watch him fix the car, and explained to me what he was doing along the way.

I am so thankful for Jonathan and the guys at Automotive Experts. They never cease to amaze me. Being super dependent on transportation can be stressful, but there's no worry with these guys. I blew out a tire outside my son's school, called up Jonathan and he was able to fit me and even get me a ride to work. While there, a major oil leak was found that could have damaged my engine. Another problem was found when driving my car. (It's amazing how God just so happened- hah!- to have my tire get blown out, so these could have been found!) Parts were ordered, rides were given, repairs were done and my everyday hectic schedule wasn't disrupted. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me guys!

My car’s problem was identified and repaired efficiently and professionally. My only complaint is that there were greasy smears left on the driver’s seat, door, and the steering wheel. They need to work on that!
