My wife got in rear-ended in a high speed accident on the high way. The repair took over two months due to supply chain issues and insurance but they did give me a discount on my deductible which I appreciated. Pictures speak for themselves. Roughly 14k in damage caused by the other driver. Good as new so far, you'd never know how bad it was by looking at it. Very happy with the end result

While they *mostly* did a good job on my car, the windshield washer doesn’t work. I’d assumed they would test every system they did work on, but apparently not.

Was recommended by my detailer and was very straight forward with the repair. Worked well with my insurance and car was completed on time. Only issue I had was how far the location is from my house and a delay in receiving a part from Tesla itself. Other than that they did a great job keeping me in the loop. They did their best to help me get an upgrade but unfortunately it wasn't possible without upper Tesla help.

I brought my car in for some body work on the passenger side and they backed into something on their lot causing a lot of damage on the driver side! The owner was apologetic and fixed it - but I did not have my car for 8 business days - and I was originally told it would be 3 business days to fix the passenger side. When I finally picked up my car, we found (once we got home and had time to look things over) white droplets (wax compound of some sort?) all over the passenger side interior of my car. It looks like they opened a window and didn't close it all the way and when they were washing/waxing it splashed in on the inside. I went here at the recommendation of a Subaru dealer - never again.

I brought my car in to replace a damaged bumper and sensor. They told me it would be ready a few days later and it was. When I picked it up, they had not only done a great job with the body work, they washed the outside and cleaned the inside of the car. The work they did was excellent, they completed it on-time and they went above and beyond by doing such a detailed job cleaning it inside and out. I highly recommend Richard's Body Shop!

I have been taking my cars here for 2 decades and will never ever let anyone else touch it. Eddy and Julio has always taken good care of my vehicles. Any little discrepancy, I let them know and they take care of it right away. My car is still sitting at the shop as I'm writing this, it's been sitting there for the last 9 months completed and ready to pick up. I've been traveling a bit and Eddy the owner asks me "When are you picking up your car?" I say "I'll come grab it when I sell or trade." He say "OK no worries". What a great guy, what a great place, what a great staff. I will gladly spend my money here, they deserve it.

I won’t go anywhere else for my Subaru, Nahn is extremely professional and made the entire process stress free and easy! My car looks as good as new every time. I’ve gone here several times for body work when my car got in a hit and run and when I needed my bumper replaced, each time it’s always been a great experience! The time estimates they gave me for the fix were accurate and my car was in and out of there in no time, even when my whole passenger side needed replaced they did it within a week. Even had my passenger side mirror break and bought the part online and had them install it but when it came time to pay they told me it was on the house!! You can’t get better service than that.

I've been a customer of Richard's Body Shop for years. They communicate well with their customers, coordinate on your behalf to insurances, and have great prices. I had a deep scratch and a small dent on my door that was unrelated to the insurance claim I had. I had previously received a quote from another shop and Richard's beat that price by more than half! The only suggestion I would make to someone using this shop is to check the work they did and ensure ALL your parts are put back together correctly. They missed an insert in between the hood and windshield. When I pointed that out, they apologized and ordered the part right in front of me and stated they will install it for free when the part arrives. It's a small inconvenience, but it didn't sour my experience since they took responsibility for it. They also detailed the car, which was AWESOME! Also, no idea who Richard is lol. Never met anyone there named Richard.

I had a phenomenal experience at Richards Body Shop. My BMW was in a minor accident and needed a new bumper. Richards was able to pick it up the following morning from my office and even offered me a ride. They worked closely with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with it. They gave me an estimate of when it would be ready and it was indeed ready on time. They even were willing to drop the car off at my home or office. I have recommended many friends to Richards and will continue to use them for any and all of my body shop needs. Id highly recommend them.

This place is amazing! Somebody hit my bumper and I needed a collision repair. Gaby was SO helpful every step of the way. It was so convenient to text her for updates, and she was always quick to respond with information. When my car was ready, I wasn't able to get a ride to pick it up, and they drove it out to my home and dropped it off! The work was beautiful and the inside of my car was SO CLEAN-which was a really nice surprise. Life during this pandemic is really challenging, and it was so helpful to have someone I could count on working on my car. Thanks guys!!!!

I was referred to Richard's body shop for an estimate on a car I had purchased in the beginning of the month of September 2017. I had decided to take in the vehicle to be inspected because of a rattling noise that had begun in what I believed was the axles of the car, 2 weeks after signing a lease agreement. The mechanic was very generous and willing to help me and my situation in evaluating the car. They were all very busy midday and insisted in taking care of me the minute I walked into the shop. As soon as the head mechanic saw the vehicle, he knew and made sure to tell me that I had indeed purchased a lemon. They proceeded to raise the vehicle and surely enough, there was extensive flood damage covering the entire bottom of the car with the exception of newer pieces that were added to make the car run. The mechanic was helpful in showing me how very different the pieces were and which ones were, basically, falling apart. I was later instructed to take pictures of the rust damage which was not visible on the exterior of the car, but were extremely clear when the car was raised. The mechanic knew the car was no good and his expertise turned out correct. Upon further review of the car, the damage extended above the headrests and had eventually brought the case to the State Attorney's Office of Consumer Fraud. My case was fool-proof and the dealer eventually settled and voided the contract. All of this could not have been possible without the help of Richard's Body Shop and their kindness to help look at my car, review the car, and even write the estimate ALL WITHIN THE DAY. A definite 5 FIVE STAR REVIEW and would/will recommend to anyone who is in need of car body repair. THANK YOU!!

Brought my car after a fender bender and my bumper needed to be replaced. Everyone at the shop was so helpful. They made sure to get me a rental of equal quality as my existing car, which was a huge stress relief. My car was fixed within a week and when I got it back, the inside looked like new! About a month after purchasing my first brand new car, I went to a local concert and came out to find my vehicle broken into and vandalized. Imagine the devastation. Not even 1000 miles on the car and needing to file an insurance claim to have it repaired. I did my research by looking at reviews and selected Richards as the shop to go to. The had my car back to me as soon as parts would allow and the work was top notch. Looked good as new. Even a year after the work was done there’s virtually no evidence of the paint work that was performed. Great team with great communication to the customer. Hopefully I never need them again, but if I find myself in that situation, I wouldn’t think twice about calling them up.

My insurance company said my car was totaled, so you can imagine the devastation I felt. Called Richard's body shop and Gladys answered, got my car towed over, and told me not to worry. They convinced my insurance that it wasn't a total loss and my insurance agreed to pay. It took a couple weeks, but Gladys made sure she kept me up to date with all the repairs to my vehicle. I'm driving now and my car is like brand new! Great place to go to, I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

This place goes above and beyond. Unfortunately I have had bad luck with my car. This place offers free pick up and delivery. They handle all the insurance stuff while not making me bother with all that. They also were sensitive to COVID 19 issues when they sanitized my car after the repairs! I was more then happy with this repair facility and would highly recommend them to anyone with accident or mechanical repairs!

I had THE BEST body shop experience at Richard's! A huge semi truck tire slammed into my Infiniti. It damaged my front bumper and ripped the splashguard right off the bottom of the car. David came to my rescue and made the whole experience extremely easy and painless! He dealt with my insurance company and immediately got my car into the shop. I recently chose Richard's Body Shop to fix/totally replace the front bumper of my 2015 Chevy Malibu after hitting a foreign object on the tollway at a high rate of speed. This is the fourth time in about the last ten years that I used Richard's and every time I've used them for auto body repair I am completely satisfied. From the time I dropped the car off, worked with the front desk staff on contacting my insurance company to Richard's setting up a ride to the rental car place. Richard's had my car for about a week and kept me informed of the work every step of the way, when I got the car back, the bumper and the paint job were as good as new. My dad is an older man that needed body work on his 2014 Chevy Equinox. I went with him because I have heard that body shops can be deceiving. I went in and had the pleasure of meeting with David. He worked well with our insurance. The insurance company wanted to use aftermarket parts, but David worked with the insurance company to assure that Richards installed factory Chevy parts. Thank you for your help and honesty, I will never get body work done anywhere else. My whole family now uses Richards for all body work. Multiple locations make it very convenient. After getting rear-ended about a year ago, I had my car fixed @ Richard's on the recommendation from Mini of Chicago as they do not have a body shop. My car was fixed quickly without issues and a free detail included. Fast forward to a year later, I heard a rattling in my car and took it into Mini for an inspection. They wanted >$600 in repairs for a minor issues making the rattle & to fix the reverse light. I took the car back to Richard's with all of my paperwork and they fixed it without question on the spot, no charge. My Acura Dealer referred me to Richard's for some minor body work to be done on my vehicle. (Scratch/Dent removal on the back quarterpanel). My rep, David, scheduled around my time frame to have my car both picked up from my office, and re-delivered to my office when completed. The car looks brand new! The dent/scratch is totally gone, looks like it was never there. Richard's also took the time to buff out some older marks on my bumper that were not related to the work I contracted. The car was returned with a full detail wash both inside and out, and the tires treated as well. Did I mention that they came in about 40% lower than 2 other estimates I received?? I would highly recommend this body shop. And no, I am not an employee nor being paid for this review.

A unique facility set back in the days of yesterday. The inside of the body shop is absolutely beautiful it appears to be an old automobile car dealership with a classy showroom. Possibly a Chrysler dealer. The second level has its own car elevator and special repair stations. The waiting room is tremendous with a beautiful large screen television coffee, tea and soft drinks to refresh you if one chooses to wait. The lady's s at the main service counter are very professional knowledgeable and go out of their way to satisfy the needs of the guest. The mechanics are exceptional and work very carefully to ensure the repair and or body work is done correctly. Eddy the owner is very hands on and keeps close supervision on aspects of the business and is available to the customer to assist in any fashion. If Eddy is at a different location the staff will contact him and he will within twenty four hours connect with you. A rare automobile repair business that acctually puts the customer first. Attend!!

David Kamish is an outstanding employee who has the ability to put anyone at ease during a very stressful situation like that of getting into a car accident. My car was badly damaged in an accident, and while it was still with the tow company, David and Richard's helped me navigate the different insurance companies involved and how to deal with the whole situation. He gave me great advise based on his extensive experience, knowing that my car might well end up being totaled (it was). He went far beyond the call of duty. I think I'm generally above average on the capable-human-being scale, but car stuff, and especially something like this accident, leaves me feeling pressured and a bit lost. The way David at Richard's helped me out on Tuesday was exactly what I needed. They have a good relationship with my Toyota dealership and clearly know their stuff, but beyond that, they are better than decent human beings!

David at Richards body shop is the man. I got rear ended recently and needed body work. I called in and David came out to meet at my office the next day to check out the car. Then he dealt with the insurance company for me and got me a rental. Less than an hour later the tow truck showed up to take my car to the shop. David even called me back later on and arranged for an Uber to take me to get my rental car. Less than two weeks later, the car was ready at the shop. Detailed inside and out and looking better than when I got it. Everyone I have told about this couldn’t believe the experience I had. This is a full 180 from how this process usually goes. Will never go to another place for body work. Thanks David and Richards for everything!

I used Richard's Body Shop at the advice of my Acura Dealer. I hoped that referral would give me some assurance of reliable service. My expectations were more than met with the excellent service and workmanship the Richard's Body Shop provided. When I met their representative, David at the dealership, he evaluated the damage and my requests and worked with the budget I been given by my insurance company. He texted me a few times in the 2 weeks, as I requested and arranged for my car to be taken to Richards from the Acura dealership where I picked up my loaner car. Their location on West Grand Ave repaired my car to perfection. They delivered my vehicle on time and on budget (and all my change in the ashtray!!). I'll certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to you all!

David Kamish was recommended to me by Toyota after I got in a nasty wreck and needed towing and tons of repairs done on a RAV4. All I can say is, no one wants to get into a car accident, but if it does happen, you want David. It was my first wreck ever and he went above and beyond with picking me up from the crash site, helping me file a claim, setting me up with a rental car super quick even when local rental agencies were being uncooperative....the list goes on. I had even forgotten some stuff in the wrecked car (garage opener, etc.) and he sent someone over the very next day to personally drop it off at my house....AFTER a different employee had told me a home delivery was impossible that day. He has really been so attentive and come through in every way. I can't thank him enough for turning a terrible experience into a stellar demonstration not just of human kindness but amazing service! THANK YOU!!!

I was rear ended about 2 months ago and I was calling non stop to my insurance company they never responded or never helped me with my incident on top of it all the accident was not my fault! I told David about my accident and I kid you not less than 24 hours he had both insurance companies on the phone covering my accident and paying for a rental as well! Our 2005 SUV with only 60,000 miles was involved in a major accident on 1/16/2017. A semi-truck attempted to back into a parking lot without seeing us behind the truck. We jumped out of our suv and watched a semi-truck back into our suv, causing significant front end damage. Front headlights, hood, bumper, left and right front end panels, engine damage, driver side mirror, i’m sure I can ramble on... was significantly impacted. Thank God no one was hurt. Richard’s Body Shop took full ownership of ensuring the suv would look like nothing ever occurred. I’ll take it a step further, our suv looked beyond PRISTINE when the repair work was complete. In addition to Richard’s providing me with status updates on repairs via email, the manager Julio would send me periodic texts including pictures of progress. Most people aren’t wired like my better half and me. We own cars for many many years, try to keep low mileage on them (only 60K on a 12 yr old car). I personally wash and wax all our cars weather permitting. I thought I put a significant emphasis on babying an automobile. It’s incredible to know there are technicians, project managers, and individuals that answer the phones at Richard’s that maintain beyond high levels of service. Ok, truth be told I'm not one to take the time and write a review... however. My experience at Richards was nothing short of amazing and I feel like I owe it to them. I will not bore you with the details on how the ambulance chaser tow truck driver from some other body shop took my car from the scene of the accident and basically held it hostage. Then on how much of a battle it was to get it out of the lot they stuck it in... what nightmare! To make a long story short Dave gets involved after my dealership recommends Richards. That's when the experience and customer service kicks in. All I can say is that, from start to finish, Dave and his team are extremely helpful, very attentive and they sure know know to fix a car! WOW!! What a fantastic experience, truly. I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon with damage to the passenger side, and needed both doors, bottom panels and interior column replaced. From the first call, they were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with that I was actually shocked how simple the process was. All I did was call to ask if they'd do the work so I could provide their information to my insurance company. Duane said yes of course, gave me their info, made an appointment for me to drop it off the next day, and arranged to drive me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. The drop off was so smooth, and even though I could tell they were very busy, they had such a wonderful sense of urgency checking my car in and dropping me off while making me feel like I was the priority. I kept thinking there was more I needed to do, but they worked directly with my insurance company, so quite literally all I had to do was just drop off and pick up my car. While my car was in the shop, Gaby kept me updated of the progress weekly, and the car was completed exactly on the date they initially estimated. Pick up was a breeze, and again I just loved how professional, efficient and friendly they were. Fabrice brought me the car and it looks perfect, like brand new. And bonus: they COMPLETELY detailed the inside of the car, better than any detailing I've found and paid for. I had done my research beforehand and was impressed with their high reviews, but now I totally get it. It's five star service, for sure. I honestly can't imagine a better experience.

just got my car today from this bodyshop and they did a wonderful job fixing my car...Kim the person who took care of me form the first day she assisted me with everything from calling my insurance and setting up the car to be taken to their shop to explaining to me there rate differnce and everything this bodyshop claimed they are A rated and they where they keep me informed at all times they send email on the status of the rapairs they deliverd on the promised day the car would be finished and when i got it it is as the accident never happened

These guys were very nice and professional. I dropped the car off Wednesday to get bumper fixed, pick up Friday like promised. They even vaccuum and washed my car. Car looks brand new now. If I had to nitpick, I would say they left my trunk a little dirty and missed vacuuming it up. Other than that, I will definitely go back and recommend my friends back!

Richard’s Body Shop on Grand provides high quality work at a great cost. I have a leased Lincoln and I did a lot of research to find a body shop that would make it look as good as new, and Richard’s delivered. I had my bumper repaired twice (I have bad luck, clearly!) at Richard’s and both times it came out perfect. They wash and clean your car before returning it to you; I had multiple surface scratches and they removed all the surface scratches while they had my car without me even asking! The customer service is also fantastic, all of the staff is kind and personable and always knew who I was when I called. Highly recommend Richard’s on Grand!

I was in a accident and my 2010 Ford Fusion was really messed up to the point I didn't recognized it. After taking it to Richards, my car looked like it was fresh off the assembly line. Fabrice was very helpful in getting the best quality parts he could out of what the insurance company was offering. He even was able to get me factory oem parts over the after markets the insurance wanted to go with.They also had the rental car company come get me to pick out my rental. All I had to do was provide the claim information and they took care of the rest. The customer service was amazing and they communicated every step during the process. Forgot to mention, I got my baby back in less than a week! Talk to Fabrees, you wont regret it.

So we're from out of town (Nebraska), and a 16-year old T-bones us!! We were in shock but alive (thanks to our Subaru).
