This was my first time visiting this facility. It was a little confusing to find, but once inside it was beautiful. The service agents were very friendly. They're very efficient, but a little slow. The waiting room is very nice. Large comfortable chairs with ample room. Tables if you need, a bar with large TV. Courtesy coffee, tea or water. They also give you a courtesy inspection on the car before doing any service. Overall a good service place.
I have 2 Benzes . I only want them serviced by the dealer . The staff members are kind and seem to want to help but each time my car is there , it’s held for 3 days to 3 WEEKS after being told same day or next day .
Also , I didn’t appreciate being asked “ well this isn’t your only car is it ?”
Well no it’s not . That shouldn’t matter . In my case I have a convertible I only drive in summer months , so holding it 3 weeks simply is not the best customer experience.
Once I brought my car in with a flat tire after making an appointment the day before
When I brought in my car , I was told they had 50 cars from the day before so they wouldn’t be able to get to me

This happens every single time .
My service person apologized and made it up to me with a detail coupon which was very nice .
I will add that each service they’ve done … worked .
And I simply love their retail store . Each time I drop off a vehicle I buy a new tote bag or something .
Also , their facility is puppy friendly .
Truly a great and efficient team. They took care of my vehicle within hours which usually takes days in other MB locations. Salvador was extremely professional, replied to me in a timely manner, and made this process seamless & easy.
Currently experiencing some issues that I am hoping can be resolved soon. I have communicated with the service manager, Andrew and he has been very helpful in accommodating me… will provide more details when my issues are resolved and maybe I will consider giving more stars. Will update this review within the next few weeks…
The service center for Mercedes-Benz of Chicago is nothing less then magnificent. Very helpful customer reps. Luxuriously appointed lounge area for the wait. Easy in, easy out. If you are driving by with your Mercedes, they offer complimentary carwashes. Just one more reason to buy from Mercedes-Benz of Chicago. An update. I ran over a nail coming home from work Friday evening. My tire sensor let me know that I had a flat tire. No problem with run flat tires. I called Chicago Mercedes-Benz Service Center that evening. I was able to get in for a quick tire change the next day. Very convenient and helpful. I like to add something on to my review. I had a check engine light on and made an appointment and I was uncomfortable driving my vehicle with the check engine light on. I drove in with no appointment. Spoke to the service rep and they took my car right away to get a quick scan to make sure that I would not damage my vehicle with the light on. Very courteous and exemplary customer service.
I worked with Kelly Smith to get my Mercedes serviced and repaired. He was attentive and made accommodations to make sure my experience with them was seamless. Looking forward to working with him on all my future services.
Just sharing my experience with this facility…
-If you make an appointment to have your vehicle serviced, that doesn’t mean your Vehicle will be looked at right away… you’ll be put in line. I brought my Vehicle in 8:40am on a Friday… and it wasn’t looked at until Monday in the afternoon. It wasn’t that much of a big deal, but it caught me off guard.
-During the multipoint inspection, While making recommendations of services I might have needed… the Tech also recommended services I KNOW I didn’t need (New Wipers, I just replaced my wipers 2 months ago)… but that’s to be expected at any repair facility, that’s how they make money, so that’s no big deal.
-Loaner cars are scarce. I did end up getting one once one was available.
-Don’t expect the loaner to be equal to what you drive. I Drive an S-Class… they gave me a GLC 300. Not a big deal but something worth noting. Make sure they clean the interior before they hand over the key to you. My loaner was filthy. (by my standards, but my standards shouldn’t exceed Mercedes’ standards)
-Their website states that you can pay your bill online. My service advisor told me that I couldn’t. No big deal, but something worth noting.
-Everyone I talked to at this facility was nice. No complaints there.
-Tony, my service advisor, was nice and he kept me updated about the progress of my vehicle throughout the process.
-My car was supposedly “hand washed” before it was turned over to me… it was still dirty… it was free, so it wasn’t a big deal… but I definitely wouldn’t pay them to wash my car.
Overall, I had a good experience with them… I’d take my vehicle there again.
My husband was talking with Angel Flores. What a hard working salesman whom really tries to get you a great price. We were able to discuss not paying over MSRP. Very impressed! Would use again especially recommending Angel Flores.
I recently had issues with my SUV while driving from Wisconsin to Chicago.
The service dept was so accommodating by getting me in the following morning.
Jacob was extremely nice and kept me informed as they diagnosed the problems.

Great experience. Worked with Jacob. They didn’t have a service loaner ready for me but I have a different car so an Uber voucher made the whole experience convenient.

Amazing response I just asked just 15 mns before and I said I need my A9 service done in 90 mns that I have to leave. Guy named Eric put me in the express service and doing what he can do and there I go got my car ready and drives perfect.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I was informed up front that there would be a delay in service and my car was ready at the time promised.
Lynn Olson was my advisor and I believe Caesar was my tech. I hit a pot hole on the way into Chicago. Bent two wheels and lost a tire. They mad my wheels replaced and 4 new tires on in less than 48 hours and had me back on the road. Unbeatable service and communication with a video walk around of my vehicle on the lift. Great experience and Lynn comes with the highest recommendation.
This was my First time taking my Mercedes vehicle to this location and I was fortunate enough to have been greeted and well taken care of by Jawal Sayal, Not only was he transparent about what steps needed to be taken to determine what was the problem with my car but he also kept in contact to make sure I knew of any updates. Overall my experience was superb and I have to admit that with a service such as the one Jawal has to offer, I will always make sure to bring my car to this location. I had never liked the struggle of trying to get my car fixed by a mechanic, But Jawal surely made it painless, quick, and very convenient.

Eric, my service guy was phenomenal. Over the years I've had several bad experiences with Mercedes. But he was the only one to be as detailed as he was. Especially showing me the video of work needed on my vehicle.
Nice staffs and they were able to address the issues with my GLA.
I got an A service done last week. I am so happy with my experience! It was so fast and Jacob did a really good job of keeping me updated while I waited. He checked my car completely to make sure I was on the road safe and I’ll be coming back in a couple of months to replace my back tires!! I made the appointment that same day with a loaner. Everyone is so nice here!

Juan Vargas is an exceptional associate! This is the first time I've had to have major work done on my Mercedes so the verdict is pending on the quality of the mechanic work... very spacious waiting area and covid safety protocols are practiced... I was also assigned a beautiful loaner vehicle.
I was pleased to find a very efficient operation. The waiting area is comfortable and well appointed with friendly staff. I liked the ability to get information via text and web links, even approving or deferring recommended repairs. I usually use my local mechanic for most services with the car out of warranty, but I will absolutely consider this dealership repair center in the future.

Melvin Peoples has always been the employee that I have dealt with every time I’ve been serviced. He provides great service to all of his customers, as helps to understand and thoroughly cover everything pertaining to the vehicles. Before bringing my car to this location, I’d heavily considered selling my Benz to get a different car, as I felt they were too expensive in upkeep. Whenever I’d get serviced for one thing, it seemed as if I would leave with a bill of other things that would always be tacked on. Since I’ve met Melvin, although he has convinced me to keep my car, as he always offers me planning of when to get my car serviced to avoid the extra costs. Melvin has helped me greatly with his abundance of knowledge with the cars, and has sincerely made me feel welcome every time I have been serviced. I would highly recommend Mr. Peoples for the BEST experience at the Elston service center. Thanks Melvin!
My car needed emergency repairs just days before it was scheduled to be transported. Despite the tight schedule Kyle made sure that everything was done and kept me updated. Was able to pick up my car as promised, great service and staff.
I've been going here for about 3 or 4 years now, they charge more than your average auto repair shop but I don't trust people well so I prefer to stick with Mercedes for Mercedes needs. I've had all of my A services and B services done here, an alignment, battery replacement, new tires replaced and had to have my sunroof replaced here. Jesus and Marvin provided me the best customer service and Marcos in the sales department is great as well. I would recommend my family and friends to go here. You can go to their website for coupons but you have to follow through to make sure your coupon gets applied before you pay because it isn't always applied. They provide you with a loaner vehicle if requested which can even out the costs because if you took your car to a cheaper place but had to pay for a rental, you would probably pay about the same. They are quick and service is an easy process, I have had an issue scheduling my loaner vehicle though. I was told that after you make your car appointment that you have to call another department to schedule your loaner. Twice I had the person scheduling my car appointment tell me that they would reserve the loaner for me and then when I got there, they didnt have a loaner for me. The first time, the manager accommodated me and the second time, I had
to reschedule my appointment. I just wish this process was different, at my most recent visit Marcos set up both my car appointment, loaner and sent me an email confirming both so maybe they fixed their process. I was happy and hope they keep it that way, it made it easy.

You took your time to explain, you had the most patience with me and understanding to resolve all the issues I had with my sprinter.
The whole experience from drop off, to communication throughout the few day of service and pick up, service was A+

Like a lot of people, I was hesitant to go to a dealer for service. But I could not be happier that I did. I had a list of repairs from another shop that did not seem right to me. I scheduled an appointment with Mercedes-Benz of Chicago Service Center, and in about an hour, I was informed that I did not need three out of the four repairs suggested by the other shop. An hour later, I had my repaired vehicle back and saved $600. I will always bring my vehicle here for service. I highly recommend you do, too.
I've had the honor to deal with many different Mercedes dealerships in multiple states over 20 plus years of owning & maintaining my vehicles. Most are great, but MB-Chicago was exceptional in every aspect. A recent emergent surgery left me & my vehicle " stranded" 1400 miles from "home" for a extended time frame. I contacted MB-Chicago to set up a Class B service appointment (which was made for 2 days later). I drove directly to the Service Center which was immaculately maintained & with great signage for directions. Service Advisor (Max) was great when I arrived, he set up the service, courtesy vehicle and I was in and out in 15-20 min. I received constant electronic updates as the service progressed, making it easy to continue daily routines. I was notified when my vehicle was being washed and headed back to pick it up. Returning the courtesy car & finishing the paperwork and I was back out the door in 10 minutes... Total time out of my day was less than 3 hours. All staff were very pleasant with attention to detail. I felt very comfortable with MB-Chicago and WISH I had the same service out of my home town dealership In Florida. Thank you again, you helped me greatly during a difficult time and I am grateful.

Melvin Peoples and the staff are the best. Always professional and extremely attentive to my needs as a customer. I've owned a number of luxury automobiles in the past but owning a Mercedes Benz and servicing with your store is the Best decision ever. I would recommend their service to any and all.
My wife and I had to take our car in for maintenance. I prepared myself for a long wait while drinking the stale coffee I brought with. When we arrived, and to my surprise, they took the car immediately to begin the maintenance. The store had a ton of customers, yet the salesmen took his time with us to explain everything. No matter how busy Mercedes Benz is they always make you feel welcomed and part of the family. After many, many years of different dealerships, I have finally found a dealership I do not dread going to. Mercedes Benz, by far, has the best communication, service and advisors who truly care and are trying to make a difference one customer at a time.
Jawad is hands down the best mechanic I have worked with.
He communicates very well and he treats my vehicle's needs in a forthcoming, direct way.
When it comes to any serious work on my sprinter, I will always come here. They have a lot of crucial resources that other shops just don't have access to, understandably. (Diagnostic support teams, a wide variety of parts on hand)

My Service Advisor has always been Melvin Peoples, Melvin knows how to take care of his clients. I’ve owned several Mercedes and he has serviced them all. Melvin is Professional and polite knows this business, knows every aspect of the cars. Always gives me the best advice concerning my service repairs maintenance and how often I should have my car checked out. I’ve brought cars because of Melvin’s advice. Mercedes Benz of Chicago is fornatuate to have such an experienced advisor as Melvin Peoples. If you need your car serviced he’s the man that you would want to take care of your car.

Not only is this Service Center clean but safe as everyone follows PPE guidelines,. The Service Dept is exceptional the minute you pull-inside. The team greets you with a sincere smile, gets your information and directs you to the waiting area for what is a very comfortable and safe setting. Most noteworthy, is the Dept Manager Geoff Hult introducing himself to the customers and extending his business card.
The quality of the work, completion timelines achieved and fair pricing, will bring me back!

When we purchased our GLE from Mercedes Benz of Chicago we heard great things about there service center, we now service our vehicle there as well , even tho we live in northwest suburbs. We have never been disappointed. They always have loaners available. Communication and professionalism are second to none . The facility is impeccable and clean . Will not take our Benz any where else .

They have great service and are quickly able to figure out whT is needed. I like that no matter what it is, the aorkwr will always let us know and the go from there. Everything they have fixed on me and my husband's benz was done correctly and at a decent price for what they are going to do to your car. I recommend if you have a mercedes or audi I believe that's the other side that they fix those cars because of the type of car and being foreign it will be the best place to go because that's what they specialize in and will know whT to actually fix unlike some places they take a guess a d just have to keep spending more Nd more cause these type of cars so it is done right the firT time. The workers are wonderful and will figure the diagnosis to your car. So yes I do recommend them to anyone with those types of cars cuss those is all they focused in on. The customer service is number one in it’s class. Jesus was my customer service advisor and he was very helpful with my questions and concerns. His attention to detail was great. I found a repair shop I can trust after so much trial and error.

Drove in with a flat tire and they found another tire with a problem. I was ushered up to the mechanic repair floor and was shown the issues. The place was sparkling clean and I felt the transparency was outstanding. Thank you Mercedes for taking excellent care of your clients!
I regretted that I left a five star review for them a month ago. As I thought the problem was finally fixed after we made the third trip to the shop. We took our car in for noises problem in the window, however, after back and forth to their shop for six times. We found the car still have the noise and even worse.
As we were tired of spending another six hours on road trip to their facility, we would not be back to the facility until their people called us to come in for a manufacture recall service.
However, after four hours' traffic, the recall confirmation was found to be fake when we got there and we were told the status of our vehicle was still pending. What made us more frustrated was the service rep Chuck Benson in charge of ours totally ignored us and kept speaking over the phone all the time.
We left our vehicle to them to give another try to the unfixed window noise problem. This time they did left us a message at the end of day on that Saturday and assured us again the problem was clear and fixed.
However, when we took our car back, no surprise we found the window now suffers from air tight problem. I regretted to death by still trusting them and not to test drive for long. You can imagine the feeling of living in central Illinois, drive an 1 year old mercedes with wind coming in from your window and with the funny noises even driving 30 mph on a flat road. And whenever a car wash is applied, the water is trapped in the window and stains remain inside. What makes it worse is that they even left two cuts on the bottom part of the door leather.
I struggled to reach out to them many times the past few weeks, and the service rep now put us on hold for ever and never called back. It seems once you leave a positive feedback, they will never get your back again even they did not actually solve the problem or even made it worse.
Mark, I am sorry to provide a long and harsh follow up to describe a bit what we experienced in your facility. But you need to have your staff give us a call back to address the issues seriously.
They reached out and made some improvement. We are willing to revise the previous reviews. The window noise of my sedan right now was fixed after 8 back and forth trip. My SUV was found suspension issue when I applied the brake. I will stop by and diagnose the issue one more time when I am going to do B service next month.
Perfection at its best👍. Previously purchased a ML 500 from a different dealer. I wasn't satisfied even though I started the buying process at the other dealer. The atmosphere is pleasant and customer need not wait extensively for a service representative to greet you. The customer service area is clean and one feels comfortable. Marcus Jones was the rep that sold me current vehicle. Great job with care and patience. Erick McGregor in the service department assisted me, in that, there was damage to a section underneath the rear floor passenger seat. The part needs to be ordered, so I'll have to return to have part installed.
Absolutely wonderful experience, I am coming back for over 5 years and I have always had nothing but exceptional service. I usually get our cars serviced with Terry Stanley. I know our cars are in best hands. I really love new location, with its morning snacks, comfy surroundings, and super easy to get to location. As you know these are unprecedented times; we are in the midst of a pandemic! All of the staff had on masks. Sitting there with masks on their faces, the professionalism and courteous treatment of me the customer came shining through those mask. There was a first responder there getting her car serviced and Chuck obviously had to get her going but took care of me as if I were equally as important! Awesome Experience!
Visited Mercedes-Benz of Chicago on Elston Ave today. Great facility and the team that helped me were amazing. It made servicing my car hassle free. I’ll definitely be back when my next maintenance is due.

My recent service experiences with Mercedes Benz of Chicago have been very positive. I have been dealing with Bob Knurowski in the Service Department and he's been great. He is very knowledgeable about MB and provides good advice about keeping both of my MB vehicles in top condition. He is respectful of my time and he makes sure that the work is done in a timely manner. While this should be the norm with all dealers, my experiences with other service groups have not been as favorable. Which is why I am willing to go to these guys 35 miles away from home.

I have to follow up with our last posts. We spent another month or so with the facility, but was even more disappointed. The technician tried to use a plastic foam to hinder the noise of the windows temporarily, so we can not tell whether it is fixed when we got the car back. However, after a few weeks, the noise popped up and got even worse. Not a surprise, they left the trims loosely open which are tightly closed before they did the work. Please do the honest job for your client, do not try to fool them~

The manager failed to give us a call back yesterday to update the status of our vehicle which was sitting in your facility for another week or so. We are really concerned now, please let us know what is going on and when the work can be done?
Service A was done quickly and efficiently yesterday, and my rep was fine. Something has changed, though, and when I came I was asked what I was there for rather than the rep knowing already, which they should. I was not assigned a service rep like before, just first available.
I stayed to wait for my car, and needed to work. There is only one quiet table in the back reserved for people test driving or something. The other 2 tables are in the midst of all the noise, TVs, people face timing on their cell phones, etc. and no cords to plug in laptop. It would be nice if they sectioned off a quieter area for people who need to work and provided plugs.
Otherwise, great experience, as always.
Excellent staff. Vehicle had a check engine light with an electrical issue. Took it to a north shore dealer and had the car for a week and still could not diagnose saying it was a major problem. MB Chicago had it for 3 days, gave me a loaner and repaired the vehicle for under $400. They also replaced my seat cushion that was ripped.
I bought a new car the other day and after having it for few days i realized a few things that i was not happy with so i notified the sales person, He very quickly responded telling me to bring the car in so we could go through it together. The next day we walked through whole car and addressed every concern of min and by the time i was 6 blocks away i was getting a call from service asking when i wanted to bring my car in. That next morning i dropped my car off to Geoff the service manager and by 4pm i was picking my car up with every single issue resolved. Geoff was not satisfied unless i was so that made me feel like i made the right choice in car and dealership! Thanks again Geoff your the best!!!!!!
Everytime I get my vehicle serviced I have a great experience and always feel the difference in the drive and would highly recommend.
I’ve had my cars serviced at fletcher jones since 2007. Before then, I really dreaded getting my car serviced at other dealerships because of the lack of caring and respect towards the costumers. Whether it was the long wait time or just some type of negative experience. The service manager (Geoff Hult) at Fletcher Jones is incredible and has always gone above and beyond expectations. It really goes to show how important the customer interaction/experience is. Since then, I have purchased or leased all my vehicles from Fletcher Jones as well as serviced them and plan on continuing for the future as well.

Great friendly staff as soon as i pulled in. I was promply taken to my service consultant who explained in fine detail everything i was going to have serviced on my 2019 S-class. Such a nice facility with great amenities. Vehicle was also cleaned!
It was the 2 year checkup for our E300 Mercedes. Everything about our experience with the service center was exceptional. Plus we got a great "bill of health".
I came to them to check my brake pad cause my brake indicator light was on.
Tony is my service advisor and he’s really helpful.
At first the mechanic inform him that I only need to change my front rotors and pads.
And there’s some suggestions to service some other things in the near future.
Since it only cost me a bit over $1000 and below my budget I took the advice and do the transmission fluid service as well and that bring me to where I want and I can spend less than $2500.
After the service was done I got another phone call saying that the brake light came back on and I have to change the rear rotors and pads as well which bring me over $3000 before tax and shop fee, it’s way over my budget. Seriously a Mercedes dealer make that kind of mistake on checking my brake on the first time??? Which I originally came for?
TONY my service advisor did great help and I do know he went the extra miles to get it right.
But the decision his manager gave me still don’t make me happy.
He gave me discount but even after discount I still have to spent close to $3000 dollars after tax and shop fees.
I was thinking to trade in my other car to another Mercedes on the the dealership since TONY treat me really good. Now I change my mind and after I pickup my car back from this dealer I will go straight to another Mercedes dealer in town to double check their work.
I don’t trust them at all.
I have to spent another $800-900 extra over my budget, for their way forcing customers to spent money.
Cause if they tell me from beginning I don’t have to do my transmission fluid service cause it still can wait and it doesn’t require immediate attention. I do understand people make mistake but I don’t think it’s appropriate for MERCEDES DEALER ESPECIALLY WHEN CHECKING ON THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM I CAME FOR AND ITS ABOUT SAFETY, BRAKES WHERE OUR LIFE DEPEND ON IT..!!!
And their manager not even bother to call me.
We spent huge amounts of money for their car and This kind of treatment is not what I expect from Mercedes Benz dealer as one of top notch name brand.

Manager did approach me when I picked up my car. And promising free detailing for my car. I just wonder why didn’t you do it that day before I pickup my car, why need to be next time? Coz that will convince me more how professional and serious they take care of their customer’s cars.
However The Mechanic not supposedly missed the visual inspection on crucial parts such as BRAKES and TIRES.
Those things really important for safety.
I’m not sure if I will trust them again with my car, we’ll see.

I had scheduled to drop the car at 10:15 am wich I did. Terry told me this will take a couple of hours and he will call me to pick up my car. I was given only $15 uber coupon code to get back to my home so I can wait for my car to get the requested service and I paid the difference even though I still have a warranty for my car. they should give me a car to get my work done but they only offered the coupon. None called me until 5:50 then I called the office. They told me the car will stay all night and I can pick it up the next morning. I had to pay uber to go to my personal needs that I spent $170 on uber to finish my personal/professional work. I got a text message the next morning that my car was ready but was not given any uber voucher to pick up my car (again, I have a warranty for my car) so I called again and they give me only $15 again so I had to pay the uber difference from my pocket since I was in Addison.
I also was told that I need to change my tires on a car that I only have driven 5k miles since I purchased my certified car.
Very disappointed from the Mercedes Chicago. The reason we choose to buy Mercedes is not only the car driving experience but the satisfaction we are expecting from the company.

But I can't recall ever working with someone I did not find excellent.

I have an E350 that just now cleared 35,000 miles. I've been to this service center numerous times for various things that I wanted or needed done. Let me tell you; Erick and Ben are the MOST attentive service professionals I have met, however I learned today that Ben was transferred to "Sprinter" vehicles, so I will no longer be dealing with Ben. In step with the Mercedes-Benz brand, these gentlemen do not slack in providing the best service possible and will go the extra distance. The entire staff at MB of Chicago is amazing and the facility is incredible. I know it takes tremendous effort to provide this level of service and experience and they've managed to do it consistently. Makes me pleased to have chosen a Mercedes-Benz

If you can model your sales department after your service department, I might consider buying another Sprinter from the dealership.
I had couple issues in the past with customer service but I think they getting better now. I get call back after my service appointment regarding my service if I have any other questions. I believe they should keep it up that will make the customers happy and satisfied.
I had some issues with my car after my B service was performed and was fairly unhappy with the response. Marco, one of the managers, was able to have my car looked and fixed up. The car drives like it did when it brand new again. Will be back next year!
This is a great place to get your MB serviced. The staff here is incredible and the service advisors are very professional. They make sure that your car is treated with the respect and care it deserves. They have a great waiting room with comfy chairs and a coffee machine. So you can sit back and get latte'd up while your car is getting fixed plus they have wifi so you can keep working or playing. If you own a MB and you need an oil change or service then I would recommend you stop by because they will take care of you here!
My car was towed and the City of Chicago did significant damage ($8000+) to the rack and wheels. I struggled to drive it to MB From the pound on Saturday late afternoon. Fraz Khalid helped me. He called me Monday with an update. He needed to order parts and could not guarantee timing on the “fix”. Lo and behold on Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) he called around 2 PM and said it was ready! I was shocked and happy. Great job, great speed and Fraz was as helpful and pleasant as can be.
I was having a issue with my tire. Took it here and Ben took care of me. They were great it was not only done sooner than expected but also more affordable. They are very honest. I will take my car here anytime something happens.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago is excellent. They take the time for the inspection to go over everything from top to bottom. The Health Report is explained in detail. I am always happy with the results and the professionalism of the employees.

First time at Mercedes benz of Chicago for a recall on my 2012 Sprinter. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Could not be Happier with the Service I received.
The best auto service center I've ever been to. Period. Even when dropping by without an appointment, they been able to attend to whatever minor need. They have a free car wash. There's a space for kids to lounge and play or watch kid-friendly TV. There's a decent coffee shop. The wi-fi is free and there a decent work table with built in USB ports. I'm usually happy to wait a couple of hours if necessary.
I came in for a oil change thinking I was gonna be waiting around. No it was quick and the advisors are very friendly and always willing to help with any questions.
MB of Chicago called and scheduled the Service B maintenance and had a complimentary loaner ready for me. Max was great as well as everyone I spoke with. I received timely electronic updates and their waiting area is relaxing and comfortable.
I was disappointed at one of their Premier Express Service Consultants during my maintenance visit.
I talked to my sales consultant, and next day he followed up with me. Therefore, I changed my rating from one star to 4 star just because MB of Chicago has an awesome sales consultant.
I've had several Mercedes come through this location and got the best service each and every time. The staff is impeccable especially my advisor TERRY who is stellar in his own right. They get me in and out, make sure I'm never inconvenienced and keep me on the road safe and sound! I will never drive another brand!

I can't say enough about the service I get at the MB Service Center. When someone lost the key to my Kompressor, Alicia Lynskey went out of her way to make sure that the process of ordering my new key and having the car reprogrammed was absolutely seamless. I had already called corporate, but Alicia made her own calls, found out exactly what needed to be done connected me with Oscar at the Service Center, who ordered my key and knew exactly what needed to be done to get the car and key to "talk." What could have been hours of frustration was smooth as silk.
More recently Max Nodelman handled another repair and that went just as well. Women often feel at a disadvantage related to automotive repairs, but he sat down with me and explained each proposed service item and the cost/benefit of having the work done. So I felt completely assured that I was getting the best value for my car. He was in constant communication with me about when my car would be ready and what the charges would be.
My only complaint is that Tashi Scott no longer handles the Chicago MB Service Center because she's a rock star! How often do the people who fix your car actually make it relaxing, smooth and almost fun??
As always, the service team exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of getting an appointment, checking in, communication of status during the service, professionalism, and quality of work.

I have always serviced my Mercedes autos at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago and would never think of going elsewhere. Tim Reichert has been my "go to" service consultant and along with Terry Stailey has always made bringing my car in for repairs less painful.
Tim is very responsive in accommodating my time schedules and explains the repairs and costs thoroughly. The work is done quickly and never a need for return visits. The facility is in beautiful shape and your car is cleaned and waiting for you when you come to retrieve it. They also have a convenient car service or loaners while your car is being serviced.
The moment you enter you’re greeted with kindness and concern. The staff and attendants are amazing. Everyone is ready to assist and the communication throughout the process is unmatched. The only place to have your Benz maintained and repaired!
Just purchased a brand new Mercedes from this dealership in 2018. It has been in service close to 3 months with multiple problems. I am not sure if this is a reflection on the service center or the brand itself, however having a brand new car in service for close to 3 months and no ETA on when I will get my vehicle back is unacceptable.

Max has always been very helpful and tries to help. My new car had the front right light damage by ??????. We were not sure what damaged my light so water was coming in and producing condensation. I had to paid for the new light because MB will not replace it. The value of the part was ok but the rest I had to pay made it so expensive.
2 years ago I just need it a code for the radio for my old Benz because I had my battery change and honestly this is the best place to go for any problem. They didn't hesitate to help me, there is no job big or small they can't do. they treat everybody equally. I just got a newer Benz and I will go here when I have a problem.
Great service. They were very kind and understanding. After calling the insurance company I left 10 minutes with a loaner. Would definitely return to this facility.
I also asked them to replace the license plate holder because the paint had flaked off and they did - along with taking my city sticker off the windshield for me.

My visit was great. The tec road with me in the car to pin point the problem. Eric, the service advisor was very understanding He knew problems I was having with my car.. He wa great. The Tec explained to me how sports cars drive different then the E350 I had before.

Over the years, I have owned 5 different M-B's. The only place I take my autos for service is the Service Department at Mercedes Benz Chicago. You can buy an auto anywhere, but it's the service department that makes or breaks the relationship between the customer and the dealership.
Their service department, under the management of Geoff Hult and Terry Stailey, consistently goes out of their way to ensure the highest level of customer service, from the time you drive in, until the car is ready to leave. The staff is attentive and courteous, displaying an honest concern for whatever your problem or issue might be. If your car needs to be left overnight, they always have loaners available.
In these times of indifferent and less-than-caring customer service, it is truly a pleasure knowing that my auto is getting the best service from the best service department in Chicago.

The new service center is a step up from the previous service center. I appreciate the self-service drive through car wash. Although I think it's tacky that the SC charges for basic sandwiches while other SC's offer complementary foods

When I first came to Elston Audi and Mercedes I expected the upmost in service and perfessionalism. and to tell you now in truth, I experienced above and beyond. when I first entered the dealerships, I was greeted with a man of steel professinalism. the security guard at post at the moment named Henry gave me a welcoming gesture as I drove up. every question I asked, he stead fast and awnsered them with diligence and experienced speed, corrected me of all misconceptions and showed me the way. If you didn't already know, which I'm sure you do, Erick McGregor is a Master at his craft. He knows all the details of any car inside and out. A position should be created just for him to teach the class on Auto Repair and Customer Service. I use to take my car to Luxury Motors, a high-end auto dealership in Downer Groves for repairs. I kept having the same problems after bring my car home. To make a long story short, I decided to bring my C300 to Loeber Motors Mercedes-benz Service Center where I met Erick. Erick found the problem and fixed the problem that Luxury Motors created. I love Erick, I will never leave him and I will refer all my friends and relatives to him! He is the greatest and the best in the business!!!!
