The service is consistently outstanding. They continually innovate ways to improve the customer experience when they could easily ride on the Audi brand coattails. Thank you FJ Service Center!

Their quote is way more expensive than what other dealerships offer (obviously, it's Audi). If i did not have the Audi care, I would not have taken my car here for maintainance or oil change. The way time here can be long, but they offer uber voucher with the value of $15 each ride. It''s a nice complimentary, but with inflation and increased gas price, you end up having to cover for whatever is left for the ride which isn't bad I guess. The staff at the service center desks are nice and polite. The lounge has some coffee and sometimes a 69 cent cup noodle as a complimentary for the expensive service you're paying.

I visited the service center a few times since I leased a vehicle here. The service has always been spectacular, staff are mostly friendly and informative. They have a basic lounge for guests to stay while waiting on their vehicles.

There are less expensive places to get your Audi serviced, but simply driving into this "Taj Magarge" makes you feel good.

Andrew from the service desk was great. Would definitely work with him again. Very professional, good communication, went above and beyond. He was also willing to work with me a bit on price which is super welcome considering dealer services are always expensive compared to alternatives.
Also always nice that they offer loner options and that you don't have to wait months for one to be available.
Wish they would have cleaned up the car a bit better. After paying for service it would be nice if I didn't have to take it to another car wash just to get it washed up after the work. If they vacuumed or did the inside at all I certainly couldn't tell.

Great job servicing vehicle on the backend (techs are awesome). But the service advisors and their communication is hit or miss. Car would be ready by 6, showed up at 6:30 and waited over an hour due to short staffed. Please be better with communication when we are spending a lot of money for service. Thank you!

I’m not a car person whatsoever, so when my car became totally disabled due to a steering wheel mechanical failure, and I had to get it towed on a Sunday when all nearby shops are closed, someone recommended that I get it towed to the nearest Audi center even if it was an after-hours Sunday evening dropoff. I was SO NERVOUS about the whole process, but the very next morning I got a friendly call from Tim Mettille who walked me through the process and what to expect. Tim was able to find out that the steering wheel issue was on active recall and that it was covered under extended warranty even though the car is an older model. The diagnostics test and visual inspection found other fixable issues, but I’m on a strict budget right now and I declined all of the other offered services. I was totally expecting to be hassled about that and pressured to select additional repairs, but Tim and the Audi team didn’t even mention it and I was so pleasantly surprised. I was able to get a loaner of my same model (A5) and it saved me from Ubering everywhere which had started to really add up quickly. I even got an Uber credit to get to the service center. Tim kept me updated along the way and was kind enough to assist when I went back to get some things out of my car. My grand total was zero dollars and I’m thrilled. This was my first experience with Fletcher Audi and I hope to be back! Thank you, Tim & team!

I received a video clip of a walk through by the mechanic actually showing their findings on the vehicle which was then followed by the authorization invoice which calculated all the approximate costs. Beyond that the service associate was the most communicative and attentive to making my experience hassle free.

I think you may be able to borrow an Audi for a day which would have been better, but I suppose you have to ask for it. Overall very positive experience.

Everything is handled with clockwork efficiency. The staff communicates thoroughly and regularly with updates via text, phone, and email. Delays or inconveniences are met with practical solutions. Communicated with me about my car throughout the day up until it being ready for pick up. Everyone there is a pleasure. What a great experience! They dropped off a loaner (clean Q3 Sport) and picked up my car. Once the shop received my car the technician texted me to ask about other concerns with my car. I really appreciated the chance to talk directly to the technician. Once they were done with the work I received a video update from the technician of the service performed and a read-out of my tires and brakes (shout out to Rudy for the great camera work). Then returning the car was just as easy. They returned my car right to my garage washed and vacuumed! Truly above and beyond customer experience for what otherwise is a time-consuming and irritating process. Keep it up FJ Team!👍🏽

I have always been impressed by this dealership. When I had a 9 year old Audi, they treated me like I had the newest and most expensive model! I had two tires blowout on my Audi Q5 2018 two days ago. Audicare sent a tow-truck to my location quickly, towed my car to their service center and quickly fit me into their schedule for a repair. The two tires were covered by Audicare contract also. My service manager Tony is amazing. I had an infant with me at the time. He made sure that the car was fixed quickly and assisted me in finding a spot in their beautiful lounge area to feed him while we waited for the repair to be finished. I chose to buy my 2018 car at this dealership because of the awesome service department.

Jorge was top-notch in getting my spare blade key ordered. The key actually arrived faster than I thought, however no one notified me it was there (had I not called to follow-up, I’d have been waiting for it indefinitely). When I proceeded to the dealer, there were issues with signage as to where to go for parts vs service. It all looked to be Mercedes Benz, as it’s very unclear where to drive and park for Audi parts. Had I not stumbled on an open bay garage door (unlabeled), I would have not been able to find it. The employees were relatively unhelpful in locating it, and acted like I was more of an inconvenience to them—no apologies given for the confusing logistics.
Also, when I asked about my new key they were all too eager to tell me it must be programmed. That makes no sense since I was just getting a replacement manual blade for inside the remote. It doesn’t affect the buttons. Seems like they might be running a scam of trying to make those not aware of Audi’s keys pay extra for a reprogramming they don’t actually need. Watch out!

Great service and beautiful facility. My Q5 required service recently and I experienced the new Fletcher Jones Service Center for the first time.
Every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility is state of the art. I really appreciated their electronic communication system via text. I received a detailed vehicle inspection report and was able to opt in or out of optional repairs with a simple click.
Getting a loaner for the day was quick and simple, and the car was very luxurious.
The work was completed efficiently and dropping off the loaner and collecting my car was a seamless process.
Obviously, I would prefer not to require car repairs, but this service center actually makes you want to return.

So we made an appointment to get it checked out at fletcher Jones Audi service center. We got it back the next day.. The system was checked and tested. And they found no issues. Took my vehicle to Fletcher Jones Audi for service. Staff was very professional, check-in and check-out was on schedule, fast and efficient. A reminder call the day before outlined what I needed to bring and the COVID safety precautions at the Service Center. Staff were all wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available at the desks and at various locations throughout the Service Center. The loaner vehicle was ready within 10-15 minutes of arriving. An inspection report was emailed to me as soon as they finished the inspection so that I could determine the services I wanted performed. Both recommended and optional services were identified. I felt no pressure in my final selection of services for the vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and will bring my vehicle here again when it needs service.

In the past few years I have owned 3 different Audi vehicles, some as old as 2004, some newer. For the most part I've serviced them with Audi Fletcher Jones. I probably visited them a total of 10 times and every single time their professionalism was exemplar. The experience in dealing with this service center makes you feel important, whether you own an old relatively worthless vehicle or a newer one. In either case, you are treated with the same level of attention. Recently, I took my 2015 Audi S5 for regular service and they detected a leak in one of the shocks. They performed the fix, however the vehicle developed a squeak under certain driving conditions. I had to take the car back multiple times as they struggled to find the root case. Every time I took the car back, they were accommodating and most importantly empathetic to my concern as I was getting increasingly impatient. Sometimes car problems are not easy to solve and while I didn't particularly enjoy having to bring the vehicle back 3 times for the same problem, my trust level and respect for the team members that handled my case increased over time. Finally they found the root cause of the problem and fixed it for good. I appreciate the perseverance and respect throughout the process. While an official service center isn't always the most economical choice for servicing your vehicle, in the particular case of Audi Fletcher Jones I think it is worth it and I will continue to bring my vehicles here as I appreciate the professionalism and trust them. Special thanks to Servando and Alex from the service department who are excellent at their jobs.

I bought my Audi on 6/23/20 and had to take it back to the dealership 2x for issues (we were having problems with the bluetooth connection with the MMI). Instead of going back a 3rd time, I decided to take it to Fletcher Jones (my car is Certified Pre-Owned, so it didn't really matter where I took it and this is a much closer Service Center). As soon as I arrived, it felt like a different experience. The staff immediately greeted me and were very informative. Throughout the day (after I left the dealership) I received communication and updates via both emails and phone calls. I worked with Josh Gotangco and he has been amazing.
Fletcher Jones has done a wonderful job. I feel that they actually took the time to search for the issue I brought my car in for. There was no "we looked but couldn't find it". I felt heard when I dropped it off and I will now go to them for anything related to my Audi.

Eric at the service department kept me posted with updates during my repair, and the service department didn’t cut any corners in fixing the issue with my sun roof. It would have been easier to nearly fix it but instead they replaced the entire sunroof frame (under warranty no less) to make sure I never have an issue again. Also provided a spectacular loaner vehicle.

These guys will make you feel like a royality. 😀 recently had some issues with my AUDI A6 2014 and due to COVID 19 dealership closures, I gave this dealership a call. Amazing service! I regret now taking my car anywhere else prior to this. They Picked up my vehicle, provided a loaner, fixed my vehicle in no time even though I had major parts that have gone wrong..kept me in the loop at all times...and once it was fixed they came to drop off my car and picked up their loaner. Service was not only amazing, but very professional and hassle free! Not once did they make me upset or gave me wrong info which in the past has always been an issue at different dealerships I have gone to. One thing I forgot to mention is that I really appreciated their COVID-19 prevention. All guys that dropped off picked up vehicles had gloves on..loaner was also covered w/ plastic wrap to avoid exposure. I could go on and on. Anybody that needs work done on their car i would suggest visiting this location.

Ive been here a couple times for tire pressure, and for service to my A3 Audi, as well as my Q5. The service is amazing, everyone is very helpful and nice. You are greeted at your car and taken care of right away. Their lounge area is comfortable and quiet, there are snacks available, my kids love them. Ive also used their shuttle service. The driver was very nice and funny, great conversation. Overall, I enjoy going here for service to my cars.

Update: After I reached out to two different members of management, they did the right thing and took care of the windshield.
Took my car for a simple oil change and they dropped something on the windshield leaving a giant scratch. According to their own people, it cannot be buffed out, yet I was just informed that management is refusing to replace the windshield. Unbelievable. Even their own customer service rep said "I was surprised at how big the scratch is, they really got it good" when I took it back to show him. Don't take your car here unless you want to leave with more problems than you had when you arrived.

Jorge was very good to us as well as everybody else we met. FJ Audi team made a thorough inspection of the vehicle and provided sound advice, no pushing, nobody insisted on unnecessary repairs. The issue with which we came was fixed and additional serious concern was addressed. Every error message or mild concern was resolved without additional charge. They replaced the air bag that was under recall, even without asking - at another place we have been waiting 2 month and treated like a nuisance with this issue. Excellent impression, a feeling that people do care, we will come back.

My biggest issue, which is the same with most dealerships, is the incredibly expensive services and parts that can be done at 1/3 the cost at a trusted mechanic. -- For instance I was quoted $90 for new wipers. I bought OEM for $30 on Amazon. Quoted $340 to rotate and balance the tires. Ashland Tire will do that for $60.

My service at the FJ Service Center was outstanding. My service rep is Fabian Jaimes. I also touched base with the manager, Andrew, initially and throughout as I purchased the Audi Q3 through carvana and noticed the Navigation system wasn't working properly and I had several questions as this is my first Audi.
Both Fabian and Andrew were outstanding and prompt in their communications. I never called, text or emailed without a same day response. What could have been an utter car buying disaster only was salvaged because of Andrew, Fabian and the Audi Techs. I am beyond thankful for the optimal experience I had throughout and the final positive conclusion was because of them. Both were engaged, listened to my issues and assured me they would ultimately solve the Navigation issue. Best of all they did fixed my navigation!!! Fabian also took the time to communicate with the resolutions team at carvana that lead to carvana pitching in for the repair costs (as the car was not fully inspected by carvana prior to the sale-hot mess but that's another story).
I ended up purchasing Audi Care as I loved the fantastic service I received from FJ Service Center. I will not be taking my Audi elsewhere as long as Andrew & Fabian are there! Can not recommend this Audi Service Center highly enough. I do believe my positive experience was in large part to the rep, Fabian, I dealt with. Make sure you read through the reviews and choose a service rep that will care & listen to you. Andrew & Fabian were great professionals and amazingly kind & considerate people.

While driving into town last week to visit family, my sensor light came on and I got hit with a rock that put a hole in my windshield. I didn't want to drive back to Chattanooga on Monday without getting the light checked out and the windshield fixed. I called Fletcher Jones Audi bc it's closest to my son's condo and am really glad I did. Even though it was near closing time when I called, James made an appointment for me the very next day and told me Fletcher Jones would even Uber me to my son's home when I dropped off the car. David in the service dept made sure he understood all of my concerns when I dropped off the car and as promised, an Uber took me where I needed to go. When I picked up the car two days later, it was clean and everything was fixed as promised. And they even sent an Uber to get me for the car pick up. I had a windshield defect on brand new q5, the GM was kind enough to have Fletcher Jones take care of it, free of charge since Audi was not willing.
The loaner car was not clean inside, there were multiple sticky residue stains on the center console, seats, and some small wrappers in the cupholders. These are fairly small gripes but for a luxury car brand it shouldn't be acceptable. I keep comparing Fletcher Jones to McGrath since that's what I switched from and McGrath is far superior in terms of customer service and overall experience
