Overall I had a good experience at this location. This was my third visit, but first with my new vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially to my daughter who was with me. My only beef is how much my oil change cost. $200 seemed pretty steep for a Volkswagen, even with it needing synthetic oil. My previous vehicle was also a Volkswagen and it never cost that much at this location. I ended up calling the Volkswagen dealership after I left Meineke and it turns out it was more than they would’ve charged me. About $80 more. I liked the customer service, but for an $80 saving, I’ll probably make the drive to Fort Collins next time.

Meineke did an amazing job with our old jeep. It hadn't been driven in a couple years. We took it in for a liquid inspection and replacement, and they were able to do that and more by the end of the day after we brought it in. Had to have my windshield washer nozzles replaced after they were replaced in Jan. They broke because the old manager did not use OEM parts. Took it back and this time they did. They were real fair and did not charge labor on the repair. Had it fixed within the hour. Great manager and staff there. Very satisfied. Great job.

Came in for an oil change and asked if I could get quoted on a tune up. Anywhere else the sales reps would be doing backflips in their minds due to a potential good sale by just claiming the car needs work. Not here though, I was greeted by a lovely woman who kept apologizing for the wait even though I'd only been there a few mins. After a very fast and efficient oil change I was shown what the recommendations would be for my car and what do I find? Low windshield wiper fluid and spark plugs based on the manufacturer manual. This is how you do business and how you keep customers coming back. A little honesty will go along way and now that I know I can come here when there is something wrong and not worry about being lied to so that they can make more money upfront. I'm sold on this place and won't be going anywhere else during my stay here.

My 2018 Nissan Titan was too quiet for my liking so I came here. From the moment I walked into the door, everyone was super nice and super professional, especially Laura at the front desk. Got my estimate and got the parts ordered in a timely manner. The exhaust piping in the truck was a little too short for the muffler so they kept the truck overnight and I was assured by the tech, he would have it done the very next day. Sure enough, I came in this morning and the truck was done, it sounds great as well! I will definitely be back here for any service needs, and I will recommend Meineke to anyone looking for a reasonably priced repair place that does a good job. Well done!

Alfonzo and his team saved my vacation! I had an O2 sensor code pop on a cross country trip and the Subaru dealer in Denver not only couldn't remove the sensor, but managed to break it and cut the wires without telling me. I brought the car up to Cheyenne and Alfonzo and his folks had the whole thing fixed within a day. EXTREMELY grateful for such professional service.

I was traveling through town when my started making a weird grinding noise. It was late at night, and so I showed up here first thing in the morning. They took my car in, diagnosed it, and called all around the city trying to find the parts I needed for my car. They weren't available anywhere around, and I didn't want to stay the long weekend there so I continued my travels. But they were incredibly nice, and printed a page with the diagnosis for me to give to another mechanic when I can. They were really busy with appointments and walk-ins and I really appreciate that they took the time to fit me in and help me out. If I were ever traveling through again and had another problem I would for sure go back 🙂

Came in to have some work done on my headlights. They put a new wire harness on and it works great and the work was done well. However, after the work was done I went to another shop that I have used in the past and they said the work should have been done for a cheaper price and said it would have cost at least $50 less. In the past I have had issues with Meineke offering services that weren't needed and saying they were as well as charging much more than surrounding shops. Again the work was done well just not at a for price.

Tom and his crew got us in and out in like 30 minutes. They changed the oil and inspected our vehicle and we were on our way, Tom was very helpful and friendly.

I've had both my cars in here, one for a fuel line break from road debris and another for a belt tensioner. While both jobs were insanely expensive (German cars) they did a great job of getting them back on the road quickly.

I want to thank the team that day for providing great service when I had already been on the road for 9.5 hours on my trip and at the last strech of the trip my vehicle needed service and they were great to get want I needed replaced and back on road to finish that last 2.5 hours of my drive. My family and I were driving through to go to Casper when my car decided it didn't want to accelerate anymore. We took it in and Alex and one of their mechanics did a full on inspection to see what the problem could be. We came in about an hour before closing but they didn't act bothered at all. This is a 5 stars Meineke car care center in Cheyenne! I was just stop by to check if the breaks of my car were OK on Sept. 13, 2018, they were all booked up that day since it was a busy weekend, but when they find out I was driving a long way from Nebraska, they just squeezed me into their busy schedule to check my car and also fixed my all breaks! They did great job on my car, I am very happy with their work! and by the way, they even fixed my leaking windshield washer tank for FREE !! Honest people ! Thank you - Paul - the gentlemen who work in the front desk and Thank you - Chance - the fine young gentlemen who did all the work on my car! I am highly recommend their workmanship and remarkable service!

I took my car in for a simple oil change with a coupon. My car’s check engine light is constantly on and off. I didn’t ask for it to be checked or even mention it, but they checked anyway. I left knowing *why* my check engine light keeps coming on (poor gas cap seal) as well as knowing that my rear breaks will need replacing in the next six months. The break part was something I was already aware of, so I know it wasn’t just to drum up more business. I was treated with courtesy and respect even though the center was very busy at the time I came in. I’m very appreciative of the inspection on top of the oil change. Thank you!

These guys are OUTSTANDING!! I never write reviews but the service here was so incredible that i just had to. The manager is awesome. he doesn't try to extort money out of you. very honest and knowledgeable. the crew that worked on my truck did such a great inspection and oil change they saw a spark under the truck when it started. it was cause by a nut missing on the car battery wire attached to the starter. they searched the entire shop for a metric nut to put on it and in the end had to drive down the road to a car part store and bought me a nut for it. This Team is EXTREMELY professional and so military friendly. 10/10 i will definitely continue to come here for my oil change's.

I went to Meineke to get an explanation for why my ABS warning light was on and why I kept having problems with a blinker going out whenever it rained or snowed. Within minutes, the mechanic at Meineke identified the source for both problems. The light was fixed that day and the brake the next business day. I had attempted to get these problems addressed elsewhere over several months but the other places could not figure out the problems. In the end, I only had to pay for 30 minutes of labor plus the price of parts. They made it so convenient and did the job right!

This auto services place was good. they solved my car issue in a very short time. however, there is a new issue poped up after problem solved, I tried to talk with the mechanic and let him to help me to fix the new one. but he said that issue was there before I came. So it is not his problem. If I want to fix that, I have to go back to the line and let him to inspect again. Finally I fixed that issue by myself. So thats the reason I can't give this place a five star.

I will never talk bad about any place after one bad visit. If someone wrote a review about me everytime i messed something up, i would most likely be a 1 star human. With that being said....here is my 3 day alignment expiernce with this Meineke. Day 1 I went had a appointment for a 11:30 appoint for a alignmne ton my truck. At about 10:00 i got a phone call from Meineke saying "we are sorry, but we over booked you. Can you come in at 1:30 P.M?" For me no big deal so i said yes and went in at 1:30 p.m. Around 5 i got a phone call saying it was done and ready for pick up. I retrieved my truck and took it for a test drive. I could tell that the steering wheel was a bit off. If i held i straight i went left. If i held it a little to the right, i went straight. I knew i wanted to take it back.... Day 2 I called with my concerns about my steerling wheel alignment and they told me to come back in the same day at 1:30. They said it would be free to redo since i didnt like the way it was done the first time. Great news since some places may charge twice or not even see you. When i got there, they said "sorry the guy who did your alignment just quit and the other guy doesnt work today. Can you come back tomorrow same time?" Again, im not a perfect person so i understood and wasnt upset. A simple phone call though would have kept me from coming in just to find out its not happening... Day 3 I took my truck in a 1:30 and told the man at the front my concerns. He took my key and i left. At 4:19 i got a call saying it was done. I came picked it up and went racing for the highway to ensure everyhting was correct. After about a 15 mile drive.....everything was perfect! Steering wheel was straight, tires didnt shake and no pulling to one side. I was a happy customer. All in all i understand that not everyhting in life goes to plan. Yeah it was wrong the first time, but they had me come back and fixed it for free. Would i come back again....YES.

They got us in quickly and were very helpful in getting us back on the road, more confident in our vehicle, and with sound advice for any troubleshooting we may need to do. Pros: Very nice and personable staff. They explained the services I was ordering. I ordered the used car inspection, oil change and rotated tires. Turn around was as expected, even though I had to call in to see if it was done, did not receive a phone call like I was told. Cons: Even though I requested a different brand of oil, I did not expect them to charge me $16.95 for per quart of oil (7 quarts by the way). I can go to any parts store or Walmart and buy the same oil for $8.24 per quart. I also found oil from their boots on my carpet. I suggest putting paper down before getting into another customers vehicle. Hopefully O'Reilly's has a product that will take oil and grease off my carpets.

My appointment was at 3:30. As soon as I arrived I was told it would be an hour. It was an hour and 1/2 before my car was ready. This threw my other errand behind and made me late. I sat on a chair for all that time. If I have an appointment I expect service within 15 minutes of that time. Not finished but begin. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I had a problem with my washer fluid sprayers. One of the mechanics, Mike, took a look at it right away, assessed and diagnosed it on the spot, and got us out the door in about ten minutes. I would have happily paid for the service, but he insisted on it being gratis. We're very appreciative, and will definitely be back for other service needs.

I like going to Meinike. They are polite and respectful. They always fit us in for an oil change even when we don't have an appointment. In the past, they have done repairs that saved us money over just replacing parts. I don't mind hanging out in their waiting area while my car is worked on.

Next time I will try harder to be more specific. I showed them a 30% coupon on my phone. They honored it this time. They prefer to have it in paper for next time. I might come back. Idk. Arrived in Cheyenne with a tire going flat. Heard on a local radio station an ad for "a knight in shining armor" and headed right over. Turned out to be not Sir Ulrich but rather Count Adhemar!! They wanted me to wait 6 to 8 hours!! I left. So, I stopped again and filled my tire with air. A nice fellow told me about the local Meineke. Of course I got turned around and had to get air again. Upon arrival at Meineke I was warmly greeted. They were busy but squeezed me in! Steve? and Paul? were so impressed that I didn't ride on the rim - they didn't charge for the repair. I now live in Cheyenne and Meineke on Dell Range is my go-to garage. The crew there is great - congenial, fair, honest, caring and very good at their job. Meineke was right on the money with the quote they gave me, they did not try to upsell, and they did a transmission fluid change, coolant change, and tire rotation in under two hours. The only problem I had, was that they don't perform fuel system cleanings, which was only a minor issue, at best.

My truck broke down on I-25 just south of Cheyenne the night before. Once I was dropped off at the shop the night before, I grabbed a room at the motel across the way and waited till morning. I got in right as they opened, got my truck checked in, they fixed the throttle and got me back on the road before noon. It was amazing service.

I was driving from Casper, WY to Fort Collins, CO and had stopped in Cheyenne to gas up when I noticed a leak coming from my truck that usually isn't there. Since my daughter was with me and I still had another hour and a half (at least) to drive, I was a little concerned! This particular location brought my truck into their garage and put it on the lift to investigate the leak....FOR FREE!!! I felt really silly once they informed me that my "leak" was only water condensation from the air conditioner!! But, as they said to make me feel better: "Better safe than sorry!!!" Thank you Meineke of Cheyenne!!! Your staff are some of the nicest people I've EVER encountered!!!

Just had my oil changed and car serviced on my 2003 Ford Focus. I made an online appointment and asked the mechanic here to give my car a going over since I'm planning a car trip from Cheyenne to Toronto Canada in June. They discovered an out of balance tire and remedied the problem at a very minimal cost, and now my vehicle rides like new once again. The customer service here at this shop was also outstanding. I very highly recommend this shop for getting your vehicle serviced :)

We were on our way to Idaho Falls when in western Nebraska on a late Friday afternoon the brakes on our Volvo SUV started acting like we had a warped rotor or two on the front end. We were fortunate that the next morning (Saturday) we found Meineke of Cheyenne WY open (the only car repair place in Cheyenne open all day Saturday). They got us in and diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. While I waited for the repair to be done, I observed a very professional and team oriented repair shop. The mechanics are well trained and many are certified. I highly recommend Meineke of Cheyenne.

My experience here was fantastic. Came in with AC issues and these guys worked with me and talked me through every step of the way in a completely understanding and friendly way. We started with a free pressure check and progressed to diagnoses, which fixed the issue, and a system recharge to top it off. Was very skeptical about this location after reading their one star reviews, but after meeting and talking to Paul and the rest of the staff, I quickly realized the reviews were scams. A business that does as badly as those people say would simply not still be around and have as much business as they do. When I got there, they were completely full up the whole day. Very reasonable prices and honest people. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe the terrible reviews.

I wemt to Meineke yesterday with my two boys after hours and was god blessed to run into David before he was about to leave. I had a blinker that went out. I had the light bulb but I didn’t know how to put it in. Long story short, David stayed and fixed my light before he left work! I am the wife...of the person posting this I went in at first for oil change than following day for a diagnostic test for engine light I found that Laura the manager was extremely professional and helpful as well as the staff and desk clerk all where very friendly and helpful Unfortunately the second time going into the shop I encountered a gentleman who was not so friendly or professional he spoke to the manager and crew very disrespectful in front of customers which I found out he was the owner of the establishment I will return to establishment for further care of my vehicle because of the staff but I hope I don’t encounter the owner again

I noticed my credit card recept was more that the repair bill receipt. When I asked why, was told if I paid with a credit card, a "convenience fee" is added to pay their credit card fee. Who carries $500+ cash to pay for things? Should have been told this up front. Most stores do not just unexpectedly add on a credit card fee. This very much irritated and inconvenienced me, to then have to go to the bank and come back with cash to avoid the 3.2% up charge. The electrical work they did fixed the problem, but they didn't explain exactly what they did (I didn't press it), and no details were on the bill except trouble shoot, find, and fix the problem. Josh was very personable and friendly, and kept me well updated on the status and cost of the repairs. Thank you!
