Put together a unconventional tire set up, 275/70r16x10in rim … most places in town complain it’s not this or that! But kustom was fantastic to work with and the guys were just as jazzed about how the custom set up came out! Best tire guys I have ever used!

Very, very pleased with their service. Installed new tires and did an alignment for a mid-lift 4x4 with new camber bolts and UCAs. Perfect alignment, level steering wheel. Shuttle service was helpful too. Very friendly staff who remembered my name regardless of who was speaking with me. I've never seen such impressive service from an auto mechanic shop.

My wife took her jeep for maintenance and a temp gauge replacement. They were very good with work with us to find parts in this chin supply nightmare. While we had the jeep there we wanted to install new shocks too. We found parts online ourselves and they were nice enough to install them for us. We both made some oversight on the shock size we purchased and ended up we needed a lift. They were very reasonable and worked with us on the labor costs. Also, their shop is clean, organize and they comunicate well with customers. Best shop we've been in a long time. I'll bring my truck next.

I start with the fact that I am a very cynical person(and even pessimistic!), but I was very lucky to have run into this place! Okay, having nicer toilet paper for customers and employees DID seal the idea to me that the owner was a good guy, but before that I already had a great feeling that I was getting my car fixed here. First, I won’t even mention the owner’s name cause I don’t want to sway the reader, but it wasn’t til after a few hours here I even knew who it was, cause he is unassuming, down to earth , “one of the guys”, and certainly a very good mechanic. I was referred here by another shop to keep my costs down, and still further by two more locals in town when my serpentine belt broke. They fixed part of the problem, worked on other ways both with parts and price to get me on my way because another problem with my car would have cost more and have taken days to get here. Also, owner was working off hours to help me, while he let his employees and others work on their own cars… just shows more what kind of person you’ll deal with here! Thank you Kustom Illusions! And Randy…(oops, gave it away) you’re at least “one-in-a-thousand”. One in a million possibly, but let’s be real, one in a thousand is excellent, especially these days when so many in your profession (and most other professions), are in it for the money, dishonest, have poor customer service, if ANY, and just don’t seem to care! You and your crew are the opposite!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 And by the way, I have never been here before, not from anywhere near here and was ripe for being taken advantage of. But they not only didn’t even come close to doing that, they went out of their way to accommodate me and treat me more than fair! Thanks again and again. Sorry I didn’t include even more that I could say, but I don’t want others to take advantage of your shop even more than you already let so many!!

I was traveling with my daughter from Washington to Indiana and broke down in the middle of the night in Cheyenne. I got towed to Firestone (don’t go there!) first because they told my husband they could get me in. Once I arrived they said they couldn’t. Randy at Kustom Illusions was so kind and responsive. They got me in first thing on a Monday morning, following a week during which they had multiple workers out with Covid so they were behind already. He had an employee run me back to my hotel to get my daughter and our gear, by the time I got back he had fixed the CV joint, axle, and seal for less than 1/2 the original quote. They were all super friendly and kind. I was and am so grateful for the quick fix which got us back on the road. The car ran 16 hours straight back home with no issues. Would 10/10 recommend these guys!!

I Highly recommend Kustom Illusions LLC. My wife’s van had broke down in Cheyenne, WY. While she was traveling back home from Washington. The cv joint/axle had broke on her 2008 Honda Odyssey. Being 17 hours away in Indiana I felt helpless. We had the car towed here because the tow truck driver and my wife’s Uber driver recommended them. They by far exceeded my expectations!! They took the van right in to see exactly what was going on with it and had some of the parts on hand to fix her van. While they were working on it to see exactly what all was bad they sent another employee with my wife to get her stuff and my daughter from the hotel room because they said they would get it fixed today. By the time my wife and daughter got back to their shop the van was already done and fixed! The price was even cheaper than what they originally quoted us because they didn’t need some parts because they were still in good shape. I highly recommend anyone in Cheyenne or around there to use this shop! They are very honest and just great great people!! I just can’t say enough about this place and the people that work there!! They also gave my wife peace of mind and was very well taken care of! Thank y’all!!

Travelling across country towing a 5th wheel rv and our tow vehicle developed smoke from the engine compartment. This place was recommended by the RV Park folks and we were very pleased with the service. The realized we were stranded and under a time crunch. Fortunately, it was a minor problem of some insulation dropping off onto the exhaust manifold and causing the smoke. Found and fixed in 4hours for a very reasonable price. Recommend these guys.

My 2001 F350 water pump failed while driving across the country. Happened to break at a truck stop in Cheyenne. Kustom Illusions was able to fix it fast a get me back on the road. They jumped right on it, determined the fuel pump was bad and got it replaced within four hours of me walking in their door! Only complaint I have is I was unaware of the cost to have my vehicle checked so it was shock to pay $78 to get my vehicle back when I asked for help because of my financial problems. Integrity and honesty come to mind when I think about my experience. I took my pickup from a dealership that could not figure out the problem and just threw parts at it. The guys at kustom illusions diagnosed the issue and actually charged me what they said they would. My truck runs fantastic. Please go to them first so you don't have to pay someone else and then go to kustom illusions to actually get the problem fixed.

Kustom Illusions really helped us in a really bad situation. We are from Ohio and had traveled to Utah to visit our son and his family. On our way back to Ohio my vehicle just stopped running. We overheated on our way east and were rollin on risky brakes. We pulled up without an appointment, he took us in, gave us a beyond fair price and got on it between appointments. I Broke down on I 25 north of Cheyenne, WY . All the other automotive repair shops said they were too busy to even look at my vehicle, much less repair it it a timely manner Jason was not only willing to diagnose my truck's problem, but was able to have it repaired the same day! He said if he was broke down away from home, he would want someone to help him and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Randy and his crew were outstanding! My daughter's car broke down in Cheyenne and left it. Her friend took her back to Laramie. The next morning I contacted Randy from Texas. Randy treated me like family. He towed her car and diagnosed her problem. He ordered the part, which I knew the cost of, which listed for about a thousand dollars. Randy gave me an honest quote. Randy and his crew discovered a fault in the system that did not require the ordered part to be installed. He called me with the good news and he fixed her door handle so she doesn't have to break out of her own car any longer. Ive trusted these guys with my car multiple times in the past with no complaints. I traded my old car off on a Nissan and decided to take her to the dealership since shes bery compact under the hood. BIG mistake. My check engine light came on and the code read issues with the turbo engine. Long story short Halladay tried to rip me off so i took it to this place for a 2nd opinion. They were friendly and honest with me. When I called for a quote on what halladay told me was wrong they were cheaper but insisted on doing their own diagnostic. Come to find out, nothing was wrong with my car aside from a false code. I appreciate their honesty and Jason was as friendly as could be. Unfortunately, i dont know much about cars but he was happy to explain everything to me without talking to me like i was stupid. I couldnt be more grateful for them.

Happy with the work done on the car. My only complaint is that it took 3 1/2 hours which was awful since I had to wait there with my two kids who were done for by the time we got out of there. My appointment was at 8 and my car wasnt even looked at till 9:30. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have petitioned them to drive us all home and take the car back to the shop to be worked on. To be fair, I knew they were understaffed for the week and still chose to get my car fixed bu them. I am still disappointed in the lack of communication on how long it would take to get to my car and have it fixed considering they knew I would be waiting there.

This guys went above and beyond to help us we were just traveling through and only had a couple days every other shop said no they couldn’t help not these guys they jumped on it ! I spent $800 on timing belt and $600 on gaskets and supposedly that would fix my check engine light. It came back on after 11 miles of driving. Kustom Illusions wants to charge another $60 to diagnose the issue. I would get it back if issue is related to their repair. I feel that diagnostic fee should be part of the $1400 repair fee since I wanted them to try to fix the Check Engine Light on originally.
