Getting my car serviced has been really stressful for me in the past, as someone who knows very little about cars. My experience with Big Al's was unmatched and I will be continuing to utilize their services from now on. I worked closely with Jeff and, instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, he was very kind and took the time to help me understand everything. There was also great communication from all of the employees and my car was taken care of so quickly! I received a quote from a dealership and was able to have the same services completed for a much more affordable price at Big Al's. I would highly recommend this business.

My car broke down on New Years Eve while visiting my family from out of town and Big Al's was able to squeeze me in that Monday despite their busy schedule. What I originally thought was an issue with a wheel bearing turned out to be a misfire. Big Al's technicians were able to diagnose the issue and fix it by Tuesday afternoon. I'm greatly appreciative of the kindness and care Big Al's put into my car on short notice right after a major holiday.

Have you ever walked into a service shop and quickly realized that the mechanics all know what they're doing and care about their work? That they're all treated well and like each other? Whenever a customer walks in they're greeted by name and you can tell their customers like the shop? That's Big Al's. We had a major breakdown down in our motor home while traveling near Cheyenne. Big Al's was able to fit us in. When they couldn't find one of the parts needed for the repair, they developed a work around to get us on our way. They were honest with us, kept us up to date along the way, and charged a fair price. I feel that most other shops wouldn't have come up with the work-around repair that got us on the way in only a day or so. As we were traveling around Cheyenne, exploring the city and waiting for the repair, lots of folks asked us where our RV was being repaired. When we said "Big Al's" almost every person exclaimed that they really like Big Al's and use them for their service. I highly recommend Big Al's.

If we could give the team at Big Al’s more than 5 stars, we would!! They went out of their way to accommodate us when they were already having a very busy day. We were traveling cross-country to our new home during a heat wave when our AC decided to no longer work. They had us up and running the same day and let us hang out in their waiting room with our dogs while we waited! Kindness does still exist here at Big Al’s 💜

I've tried a few different shops around Cheyenne in the last couple of months for some work on a vehicle I'm fixing up and out of all of them Big Al's has been the best. They communicate well and don't have a problem using the parts you supply for the work. Most of all, they get the job done right. I was traveling across the country and had a problem on the side of the road outside of Cheyenne, WY. I was able to get a tow back to Big Al's auto and Andy and the team at Big Al's were able to fix my thermostat unit and relieve my overheated truck. They were able to get me back on the road in less than five hours even with a parking lot full of cars that needed to be worked that day. The team even drove me to a nearby diner while they worked on my truck. It was without a doubt the best experience I have ever dealt with for auto repair. Andy and his team were considerate of my situation, more than fair with an estimate and diagnosis, and they followed up with me after I completed my cross country trip. A++++ on all accounts, I am forever grateful to Big Al's and the experience I had with them.

I wanted a simple thing done, and I wanted to know a bit more about it also. I contacted another shop in town and never received an estimate call back, after going into their shop and speaking with the employees. When I found Big Al's, from the first phone call, I was treated with respect and courtesy. The estimate was done right in front of me, as a walkinw, and the employee explained everything thoroughly. The appointment was same week, and was done very quickly. The service I got was phenomenal. The modification I had done could not have been more perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. All of my vehicles will go to Big Al's, and I will highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I have a 2010 jeep w 170k - recently moved to Cheyenne and decided on Big Al's when I needed some fix it work done. Have been in for a new exhaust system and a new heater core along with a couple oil changes and some incidental repairs. They do good work and they won't screw you. Can't really say it any clearer than that. I will recommend them at the very top of the list.

My car broke down on my way to Cheyenne from Casper Friday before 4th of July weekend, no other shops were open or answering phone but when I called this shop I was treated so kindly, they said even though they were busy they would squeeze me in. They got my car fixed the same day so I didn't have to spend all weekend in hotel out of town. Repair was too notch, extremely fast, and owner Andy and staff were professional, welcoming and extremely above and beyond. Shops like these are hard to find these days, definitely would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys. Much love from Casper and Happy 4th of July.

June 29th, 2017 we were driving North on I-25 when we blew a heater hose. Got towed to Big Al's around 5 pm. Andy parked us next to the building and hooked us up to electricity for the night. His wife gave us the WiFi password. Around 8:30 am he started working on our motor home. He had us on the road before 10 am. Both he and his wife were fantastic people. Very fair price for the quick turn around. This company is very busy and very nice!!!

I drive an Older Ford Truck, F350 1997 crew cab gas 333,000+ miles... I had to be towed in from I 80, I am touring the USA with my dog... Andy, and his crew, were honest, hard working and basically got me back on the road. My distributor gear sheer pin broke. They fix problem, and further problems that were caused when truck over heated. Because timing advanced wrongly. If you want an honest opinion, and fix of your vehicle, I would send you here. If you are in greater Cheyenne area, go to Big Al's for any car, vehicle issue, big or small. Honest hard working, and they communicate what is going on, and where they are at in process. This work done over the 4th of July week 2018... If I lived here in Cheyenne, Big Al's would handle all my automotive needs. Let them handle yours. Steve Brooks

Our alternator went out twenty miles north of Cheyenne at night in some crazy wind & rain. We used AAA, which called Big Al's to confirm they could get us in. Then they called Big Al's Towing (owned by the same people) to get us back to town. Even in the crazy wind, darkness and rain the tow-guy Zach was cheerful and helpful. We stayed overnight at a motel, then was towed again by Big Al's in the morning, Jon towed the car from the motel and was helpful as well-- he called the shop to make sure they could actually get us in today, to ensure that we would not be stranded in Cheyenne for too long. Andy at the shop communicated well, and did good work getting our car in good order and we were off before dark. Thanks Big Al's!

Took it to find out what was going on. They did a diagnosis and I decided I wasn’t moving forward to fix it. They charged me a lot less then what other places would of charged me to look at it. These guys are amazing and don’t put you on the back burner. They are professional, caring and I recommend this place over anyone in town.

I've been taking my car here for a while now and I am ways pleased with the service and atmosphere. I am usually stuck waiting in the lobby during maintenance but it is comfortable with nice amenities for the size. It's more expensive then the cheap oil places around town but I will gladly pay the premium to have my only car inspected and taken care of by people I trust.

I was referred to Big Al’s by a friend in Cheyenne, I live in Fort Collins and was up looking at buying a vehicle and took it in for a pre purchase inspection. This was all kind of last minute, but they were still able to work with me and were very thorough and gave me a full run down of everything, including pictures of all fluids to show their condition compared to clean/new fluid, all belts, brake pads and any cosmetic damage. If I lived in Cheyenne I would certainly be going back.

I was impressed with their timely and congenial service. I traded my 2013 Ford Mustang GT with an after market exhaust kit that growled with each depression of the gas pedal and down shift, letting me know the 5.0L V8 engine hid underneath the hood loudly rumbling to eat the miles, for a slight increase of 10-15 horses in a stock 2017...really quiet and almost too docile. The new exhaust work looks OEM and clean and sounds aggressively amazing for a fraction of the cost. Now, I feel like I actually upgraded my pony. Thank you so much for helping me out. I will definitely go back to Big Al's.

Good price and speedy service. They installed my Flowmaster exhaust and alignment after I destroyed my drivers side front tire by running over a huge chunk of metal on the highway going 70+ mph. The rim was destroyed and they fixed her right up and didn't pad the labor time. I'll go back the next time I need service.
