I would like to thank the folks at firestone. We travelled from Tennessee for thanksgiving. Friday night a disturbing rattle started. I brought the car in first thing Saturday with no appointment. They fit me in. They diagnosed a very serious situation where the front drive train bolts we backing out an appropriately tightened and repaired. They were kind and helpful. We can now drive home safely. Thank you. Brian

I came to this Firestone center last night for an oil change unfortunately my rented SUV cannot be driven back to Princeton because the car was never oil changed since 31,000 plus miles. Devin was accurate and precise on his diagnosis. He went above and beyond by even asking the Enterprise Charleston Area Manager to provide a new car for me. The rented car unfortunately will be towed to a dealership tomorrow. Thanks to an angel like Devin for saving my life. Love Firestone at Charleston.

The customer service was phenomenal. Didn't have long to wait either, considering how busy they were. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the pricing of everything. If they weren't so overpriced I would have had them do my repairs, however, went somewhere else for a quarter of the cost.

I can’t explain how much I appreciate the kindness and timeliness of the staff at this Firestone. From the moment I walked up to the door, to the minute I drove out of the garage, I was treated with nothing but kindness. Nathan, the supervisor, was truly heaven sent and event talked to my ole grouchy dad on the phone so he could assure him his little girl who’s not little anymore was okay. Thank you Clarence and the staff for getting me my new tires and for just being top notch. You all are answered prayer and truly wonderful.

On a trip from NE Ohio to Jacksonville, FL we picked up a staple in one of our tires. Our system alerted us and we barely made it to Firestone Charleston, WV. The staff and mechanics were amazing. They were friendly and professional. They came to our rescue with a new tire! I can’t say enough about this particular location

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The repair I needed was a bit expensive (for my personal budget) to begin with, but they took the time to find more affordable options. I was then able to have the much needed repair completed and avoid imminent breakdown. This location will definitely be my go-to for future repairs and scheduled maintenance!

The front desk was very kind. Very professional got straight to the point. The price was a bit high in my opinion but you're getting what you pay for. Qualified mechanics at a qualified place. So I paid it for peace of mind I guess you can call it. It took them a little longer than I thought it should have but they could be fairly busy not from this area. Car runs great suspension's fixed. Would recommend this place.

They fixed my tire and had the odd size I needed for my car. They are reasonable and we're able to rotate my tires and give some helpful advice for new tires. Much appreciated.

Very thankful for Firestone of Charleston. My car has a slow coolant/heater core issue and while they weren't equipped to fix it at their shop, they gave me advice & were so helpful and friendly. They didn't charge me anything since they couldn't repair the leak, which I was so thankful for. Was stranded in Charleston due to car issue traveling through, and they made being stuck better.

What happened to root business someone with spray bottle and a plug. Not a tire store anymore! It is a car repair shop..Had just replaced all 4 tires less than 2 months ago WITH FIRESTONE warrantee road hazard. Now I can not get the tire fixed anywhere else without voiding that warranty. Had a small leak on passages side rear tire as I'm in Charleston visiting 90 year old Mother. Told I have to leave the car all day, have no other transportation.

Did a great job on an alternator for us while we were traveling. Got us in on Saturday on short notice so we could get headed home. Much appreciated. We felt good about going there being they are a national chain and they are others closer to our home.

I work at Firestone in north Carolina and they claimed that a manager had to be there for me to receive an employee discount. This is false and has since created issues.

Went in today with a couple defective Firehawk tires. Tires were on my Impala bought at Moses. Guys were quick and looked at the tires. They were cuped on the inside. I don't have final yet on what they will do but boy what great service.

The guys at this location went above what was to be expected. We came in very close to their closing time in need of new tires. An accident had occurred on the interstate where we had picked up glass in every tire. With only one spare, one tire already flat and the others getting low on pressure we wouldn't of made it home without their willingness to stay late and replace our tires. Kudos to James and the others...

I love this place! They are honest and reliable. They take the time to explain what's going on and what it will take to fix it. I brought my truck in today expecting to pay $750 for a new A/C compressor. Turns out I don't need a compressor and repairs are under $400!

While traveling for the holidays we picked up a bolt in our tire somewhere in Ohio. Our truck tire began losing air while passing through Charleston. The young men at Firestone were awesome to have fit our truck in on their busy schedules. They were kind, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them. They were very kind to my little dog and let him wait in the lobby too!

Stopped her on a busy Saturday after experiencing car trouble during our road trip. They were able to run a diagnostic test quickly and help solve our problem. Unfortunately they did not have the part we needed so we had to find another location, but they were quick to help us and did not charge us for the diagnostic test.

I took my 76year old mother's car in for a complete inspection. She purchased the car new in 2005. Ben did a complete inspection of the vehicle and gave us a detailed report including the cost for the needed repairs. Ben and the entire staff at the Charleston store was very helpful and patient. I have used this place for inspections and oil changes on several occasions. To be sure, they have always been quite busy, but the staff has always been very polite an helpful. Their prices are very fair, and much less than some of the other places I have had my oil changed. Additionally, they don't try to pull one over on you and sell you stuff you don't need. On my most recent inspection I thought that I might need new tires and new brakes. I even told them as much. When I went to pick up the car, they told me that my brakes were fine, went over the measurements with me, and told me that I may need them in the next 5 to 10 thousand miles. Same issue with my tires, saying they passed inspection but that it would be a good idea to think about replacing them before too long. I can't recommend these guys enough.

We were visiting relatives in Charleston and our brakes started giving us trouble. I showed up at the Firestone at 5:35 on a Friday night. They were sympathetic, and assessed the car immediately. They then had all the repairs completed by 1 the following day, and there was a lot to be done. The pricing was fair, and it was excellent customer service! I would recommend our family and friends in the Charleston area to use them!

Firestone tires treated me honestly and with top notch customer service.While visiting Charleston from Virginia, my Chevy Tahoe needed rear brake repairs to work done by my hometown Firestone. I wasn,t charged a dime even though parts were neededdue to damage caused by my brakes locking up. My SUV was finished for us in time to make our trip home the next day. These guys were all fantastic when I was stranded 200 miles from home. When they had to tell me that my engine was dead, they treated me like I had lost my entire family, didn't charge me for half of the work they did, and even watched my suitcase for me, as I took the somber walk to Enterprise. I came in and stood at the counter for 15 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me, one man came behind the counter and grabbed something, not even looking at me, then went back to the garage. They must be understaffed. But I won't be coming back. I'm pretty disappointed.
