I was able to get the Roof Racks I have always wanted! They had the best price and was able to get the job done within an hour. I was able to make an appointment that best fit my work schedule and the customer service was phenomenal. I'll definitely be going back for anything else I may need. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services done to their vehicle. They get the job done the right way!

Let me start out with saying, if you're looking for a body shop STOP, and look no further. I live in Parkersburg, WV so this body shop was about an hour and a half away from me one-way but I'm so glad I jumped the gun and went ahead and chose them. I called over 20+ body shops near me looking to get my car in to be repaired as fast as possible and all the body shops were telling me that the soonest they could get me in was February- March. So, when I called Danny and he told me I could bring in the car the same day I was shocked. Not to mention that he stayed at the shop until 7pm (2 hours past closing) so I could drop off my car to him. The 5-star reviews are so on point, this man went above and beyond. I got side-swiped, and this was my first time having an accident and he dumbed down the insurance process for me and dealt with my claims adjuster when we needed to get my rental extended due to the ongoing parts shortage. I couldn't have asked for a better man and business to have dealt with; I would've driven 3 hours to him if I've had to. And when we realized that a rim was back ordered and would take weeks to get in, he offered $250 off to make it right, which the rim just had a little cosmetic damage, nothing to fuss about. If I wouldn't have chosen him, I would still be waiting around in my hometown for an appointment. If you're thinking about whether or not to choose this body shop, don't make this mistake and pass him up. By far the hardest working man I've met who genuinely cares about his customers. This place is excellent. My son grazed a guard rail and his passenger side needed repaired. I am from out of state and had no idea where to go. This place was upfront and was able to fix my sons car as soon as the parts arrived. Later that week, I hit a deer with my car and had a lot of damage. The place my insurance took my car told me it would be 8 weeks or more. I called Dedicated Auto Body and they told me I would have my car in a month if I brought it there. One month later, I got my car back and my sons car. They did such excellent work. Our cars look brand new and we are both back on the road.

They do amazing work. I recently god side swiped and needed both doors on my Mercedes fixed and when i got my car back you couldn’t even tell that it had ever been wrecked. The staff is extremely nice especially the old man that owns the shop Danny. 10/10 should bring your car to this shop

Hands down the most wonderful service I have ever received at a body shop. Danny was so accommodating an updated me during every step of the process! He helped me put into words what I was thinking about for my car and even made style suggestions that made the vehicle look amazing! My vehicle had what looked like a home repair on the bumper. I called Dedicated and they took a look at it and said they could fix it. It wasn’t a big repair. Just the front splitter on my Camaro. The owner was very professional and took my car in that following week. 4 days later I picked up my car and was not happy with the outcome. There was overspray of both colors used on parts that did not need repair. It was obvious the part was not removed to be repainted and other body shops assured me that it should have been. There were scratches and what appeared to be a bubble under the paint. The black that is used from the factory has metal flake in it but the paint used by Dedicated was just plain black. Is it that obvious when looking at it? No it isn’t. But like many I’m very particular about my vehicles. I work hard for them and expect them to be treated as I would treat them when having them serviced. I called the owner and he agreed to meet with me. He knew I was upset and paid back a portion of what I paid his shop for the job. I was just really disappointed after reading all of the excellent reviews. With that being said, the owner did attempt to make it right.

I've had many bad experiences with mechanic and body shops, but I had a great experience with these guys. I took my (aluminum, "magnetic" metallic gray) F150 to them for a rock gouge in my driver door and now I can't tell where the rock hit. I was nervous about paint matching, but they matched it perfectly, flake and all. When I first went to pick it up I noticed some imperfections in the way the clear coat dried, but Danny recommended letting them respray it, no charge and I didn't even have to ask. He knows the key to growing his business is quality work, and they deliver. They make sure you're satisfied with the work. If I need work done in the future, they'll be my first call. Super friendly, prices are reasonable, and the work is great. Give them a shot!

Traveling home from Georgia to Akron, Ohio on May 17,2021 we had an accident in Charleston, West Virginia. Our AAA membership directed us to Dedicated Auto Body and Paint Repair Shop where we had our car towed. We were 220 miles from home and needed to rent a car to get home. We had no idea where to go to get a rental and obviously, very upset about the accident. Danny Wheeler, owner of Dedicated Auto Body offered to help us; driving us to two different rental car agencies to finally secure us a one way rental car that could be conveniently returned in Akron, Ohio. Our car repairs took much longer than expected due to the backlog of Honda part, etc. To expedite our repairs, Danny went online himself to find other sources for our needed car parts. When we finally picked up our car, we were so impresssed at how good it looked. It drove so well; new struts replaced on both sides and alignment was perfect. Often you can see that repairs have been done to a car because the new painted areas don’t quite match the original paint. This was not the case at all with our Honda; the new paint matched perfectly with the original. And finally, I can honestly say that the repair price was so much lower than it would have been at my Honda dealer where I purchased the car. I only had liability insurance on my 2011 car and paid for all repairs out of my own pocket; therefore I needed the best price and I did get that at Dedicated Auto and Body. Thank you Danny Wheeler and all of your skilled workers for such a quality repair and such a fair price.

I chose this shop after my accident because of the positive google reviews and can honestly say they are accurate. Not only was my car fixed well, but Danny’s commitment to customer service is some of the best I’ve seen. He was VERY responsive, majorly helpful in dealing with insurance, and kept us in the loop with progress on the car throughout the entire process. I hope to never be in the situation to need body work again, but if I am, Danny’s shop is the first place I’d go.

Danny and his crew did a fantastic job getting my vehicle repaired in an amazing amount of time. Our minivan was backed into by someone so they had to replace the back lift gate which wasn't an easy find to begin with and add COVID into the mix it's even more difficult. We were shocked (in a good way) that he was able to not only locate the parts but get them delivered, installed and painted in such a short time frame. It looks absolutely perfect & exactly matches the original paint - everything is working great and looks good as new. Danny went above and beyond to get us a rental while we waited on the parts that the insurance company had originally denied, My wife now has her pride and joy back and we could not be happier. Had a great experience working with Danny and his team! I hit a deer (or rather, the deer hit me) and was very stressed not knowing what to do. Danny Wheeler is a craftsman whose body work on my husband's car was so good that I drive it now and make David use my pickup truck. Bonus: he is a nice guy, and honest. If you need body work done to your car, this is the place to go. The body work they did was amazing. I have a 2007 Camry that is in excellent condition. I was worried that the body work might be noticeable upon close inspection or the paint would not match completely. The insurance company told me that, due to part shortages because of Covid, it could be a good 2-4 months getting my vehicle repaired. It took one month. Our car was hit by a guy who decided to run a red light and hit the front passenger side. Headlight fender and more all broken and messed up. We went to Danny Wheeler at Dedicated Auto and Body. I’m a travel nurse and new to the area. I got in a small fender bender (first one ever!) and had a friend tell me I needed to get an estimate from a body shop and not just through pictures for my insurance. I’m SO glad I did! Danny (the owner) noticed a buckle in my wheel well that I didn’t even see before. He was very professional and polite and even took me to pick up my rental car. He told me my car would be ready by the middle of the following week and I got a text on Wednesday that it was ready. My car looks great and Danny is a very nice and easy person to talk to. I don’t think it’s possible to find a better auto shop than dedicated. They’re honest, reliable, knowledgable, and have outstanding customer service/ communication. When Danny found out that I was having to pay partly for a rental and that the vehicle needing repair was the only one we had that could fit a carseat for my son he went out of his way to make sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. In my experience with other shops the attitude is ‘yeah, well you got in an accident and repairs take time’, but that’s not the attitude at Dedicated. Danny and his guys really care about making the process of getting your car back on the road easy, quick and with as little frustration as possible. Danny even helped me with filing my claim and getting the rental car set up. I highly recommend Dedicated if you’re in need of repairs; after going to them we would never go anywhere else.

Six weeks ago, I had a minor fender bender with my car. Not knowing any Auto Body Repair Shops in this area (haven't had an accident in 32 years, since I lived in NYC), I sat down & started with my research. Call me old, that I have OCD lol, whatever, but over the years, I've learned that this needs to be done. So after awhile, I came across Dedicated Auto Body & Repair. So I called & spoke with Danny, the owner. After talking to Danny on the phone, I felt I made the right decision. I decided to drop off the car @ the end of the week. Mind you, I had already gotten a check from my insurance company (they did an online photo estimate). So I meet Danny & he's very nice to my wife & I. The following Tuesday, Danny calls & says the estimate was wrong, which I kind of figured, because I had never heard of this online photo estimate. He reached out to my insurance company, & the adjuster called me a few day's later & she said that she authorized the work. So today my wife & I go to pick up the car, & omg, you could not even tell the car was ever in an accident. Danny & his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Dedicated Auto Body & Paint.
