I'm the first owner of a 2019 Subaru Outback and over the years, I had two 'parked and unoccupied' collisions. I took the car to Koenes for repair both times. Both times, Koenes dealt directly with the insurance companies and advocated for me to get the proper replacement parts. They didn't cut corners, their work was incredibly detailed and my car looks brand new. They even took the time to wash/buff the entire exterior and tidy the interior. Great communication and customer service. I hope to not need collision repair services again but Koenes will be my first and only call if I do.

Great experience! I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for some paint repair on our Tesla after a garage door was closed on the front bumper. They looked at the scuffing during my appointment with me and thought they could buff it out. 10 minutes later they showed me the bumper and it looked perfect! This place is fantastic. I had a recent accident, they got my vehicle in quickly and continued to communicate throughout the repair. Keep in mind my vehicle is 10yrs old from Florida, so no body rot or other issues with the body panels. Their paint harmony to adjacent panels was spot on, no contaminants in the paint on panels they sprayed, all body lines and gaps were aligned very well. For a truck like mine they showed that they are quality driven with their work. Worth mentioning that when I picked up my truck it was fully detailed in and out, a nice surprise. Great group of people to work with.

We had a slight run in with a deer. Our insurance company recommended Koenes since I work really hard to avoid crunching up my cars and don't know much about the repair shops in the area. Had a truck and trailer have a blowout on the trailers wheels and sideswiped and ripped out my rear corner of my bumper on my 03 Acura RSX-S A-spec. With this being my weekend/show car it was extremely important to me that I bring it to a place that could not only replace the bumper with a OEM bumper but paint match it extremely well as there would be tons of eyes on this car and with that I had heard about koenes from some car friends and the work they did DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Absolutely top tier paint work and made it look OEM! Included some pictures just to prove it!

Great experience at Koenes Auto Body after I reduced the deer population with my truck. One thing I value with anything auto related is convenience and Koenes made the entire process extremely easy and convenient. They did great work to fix my truck (as I'm sure many other shops are capable of) but more importantly they kept me updated on progress and made pickup/dropoff easy. Definitely recommend! We had a driveway incident with our Volvo and we didn't want to make an insurance claim. We were looking for a trustworthy shop to do all they could within our budget. Mike walked me through several different quotes to help find a solution that worked for us. The work was both fast and excellent! I shopped around several places and Koenes had by far the best customer service. Glad we went with them because their guys are obviously skilled too, the car looks great. Best body shop I've ever dealt with. The process from beginning to end was as painless as getting your car repaired can be. Koenes had arranged with enterprise to pick me up from their shop and had a car ready for me to take when I got there. My car was completed on time and I was able to simply leave my rental car in Koenes' parking lot and drop my keys in their drop box. The repair looks excellent and the metallic red paint is matched perfectly. Koenes is one of the only places I would trust to repair my car.

I went to Koenes off a recommendation from a friend a couple weeks back. I stopped in for a quote and spoke with Jeff who was prompt and got me my quote quickly. They have just recently fixed my truck for me and did a terrific job on it. Can't even tell it was ever hit. What honestly made me write this review though is that when I got my vehicle back from them, it had been washed and cleaned inside and out. I so appreciate the little things like that and that is what makes these guys a cut above the rest. Clearly they are one of the largest body shops in the area and deservedly so. This is the third collision repair done by Koenes for me (no I am not accident prone, people have a knack for running into me). My BMW was struck by someone else and due to the year of the vehicle it was close to being totaled. The car means more than anything to me and I could care less about get a check from the insurance company. Tom at Koenes went to bat for me with the insurance company and got it repaired. The work done by the technicians is flawless. They will not cut corners and keep you informed the whole steps of the way. My business partner recommended Koenes to me with my first collision work. I don't normally leave reviews, but Koenes definitely deserves 5 stars. We moved to Grand Rapids recently, and less than a week after we moved, we were rear-ended by an idiot who was texting and driving. Because we hadn't changed our car insurance or registration over to Michigan yet, we thought it would be a huge headache and were going to pay out of pocket. We took our car to a couple different places to get an estimate, and took it to Koenes Auto Body last. We didn't have an appointment and didn't call in advance, but Mike Koenes Jr. did the estimate for us and e-mailed us the expected charges by the time we returned to our apartment just 10 minutes later. (The other body shops didn't get back to us until days later and at a higher estimated cost.) Mike encouraged us to reach out to our insurance and we were happy to discover that our damages would all be covered, and Koenes Auto Body worked directly with our out-of-state insurance adjuster without any hassle. They also arranged for Enterprise to drop off a rental car for us (a luxury SUV at a discounted rate that would also be fully covered by our insurance) and handled the return as well. When I picked up the car, it looked like new, was washed and detailed, and they included extra touch-up paint from what they had mixed to do the repair job. They even filled my tires up with air after noticing my tire pressure was low. I honestly don't have enough good things to say about them and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again. Koenes Auto Body repaired two vehicles for us during the busiest time of the winter. They scheduled the repairs so that we were not without a vehicle. One of the cars is driven by our granddaughter who is a nursing student, she drives an older model Audi. They not only did a beautiful repair job but did some additional work at no charge. Great auto body shop! I was recommended to come here by my regular trusted mechanic who services my other car. My mechanic recommended them because apparently they do some of the best VW auto body work in the area! My 2018 Beetle had to come here when it was involved in a hit and run while street-parked. Most of the entire left side was damaged. Everyone I spoke with was very communicative and kept us updated on progress. They worked with any concerns I had and made sure I was happy with the work done. My car looks like nothing had ever happened to it now! I would say the whole process took about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks due to extensive damage and that Beetles can be harder to work on. Seems like a normal timeframe to me. And they apparently do detail work here! Would love to take my other car here and get it cleaned up professionally.

I’ve had two body repairs done here. In both cases, the work was good and finished on time. On the last repair, they put a slight crease in a window molding. I wouldn’t have noticed. However, Koenes pointed it out to me and said they would order the necessary part and replace it. I like dealing with a company that doesn’t try to hide its mistakes, hoping that the customer won’t notice. If I need another repair, I know where I’ll go.

I have used Koenes many times for everything from major body work to minor touch-ups. They are extremely easy to work with and very prompt. Work is always completed when promised. I especially like their flexibility when trying to keep the pricing low for non-insurance work. For example, I needed both my exterior mirrors replaced and they found reconditioned ones for me at 1/2 the price the dealer was going to charge. I just had them perform an exterior detail on my five year old VW GLI and it looks like a new car! Even my beat-up wheels look great.

Our family has had nothing too terribly major but several little mini bumps and scrapes there's only one place we ever take our cars all makes and models and that Is Koenes Auto Body. Everybody from the moment you walk in the door to drop off your car until you walk in and pick up your car is courteous polite and very trustworthy. I never question that the work will be done right or that I will be greeted with a surprise cost. Their pricing is on par with other local auto body shops. While there are many shops closer to our home we choose to go to Koenes because we trust their staff and their work.

Koenes Auto Body did a fantastic job with the repair to my wife’s 2018 Nissan Armada. The vehicle has a somewhat tough to match pear tri-coat paint and Koenes matched the paint perfectly! I walked in on Tuesday at about noon to see about getting the paint on my wing fixed on my 2016 WRX STI . It was appraised and removed within 45 minutes. I was told it would take 2 days to repaint and received a call at 3:00 pm Thursday to come have it reinstalled. It took about a half hour to install the wing and wash my car. The paint match is perfect and the wing looks brand new. I couldn't ask for better communication, quality of work, and friendly staff. If I ever need paint or body work again I am going straight here.

In talking to my son about where to take it, he said he really liked Koenes Auto Body. They had done really good work for him. When I spoke to Jeff Warners there about the repairs and how I wanted to maintain the show room condition on my new truck, (I did not want to see over spray or body shop dirt on my wheels, rims and other parts of the truck and frame), he understood and assured me that it would be as clean when I picked it up as when I dropped it off. They worked with my insurance company when they found additional damage during the repairs and returned my truck to me in "Mint" condition! I could't be more pleased. Dropped my Jeep Commander off on a Wednesday morning. Mario said that he would have it done in 6 days. He called the following Wednesday morning stating it was done. I drove over and my Jeep looked brand new again after getting slaughtered by a deer. Not only did they fix the damage done, but they cleaned the exterior top to bottom, shined my wheels and tires AND did a full detail of the inside. My Audi looks brand new again after a fender bender. John estimated the damage in the pouring rain and saw me for about 30 seconds. When I brought the car in a day early he greeted me with, "Hi Deb. Do you need a ride home? (which I did if I brought my car in on the assigned day). I was happy and surprised that he remembered my name. When I explained I was a day early he said, "No problem." He already had my file on the front desk. He saw me drive in. I don't know if he recognized me or the car. Now that is customer service! The car was done the next day. It was unexpected and I didn't have a ride to pick it up. They drove it to my house. It was perfect. I would recommend this company to everyone because of their quality work and customer service. One doesn't get that great attitude very often these days.
