Everyone at Heritage Ford were totally professional. I was traveling through the area from another state and needed a repair done. I called the Service Manager and got a fair quote. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was welcomed and processed promptly. The repair was completed within the predicted time frame, despite an extra task (that had not been anticipated) had to be performed. Despite the extra labor, Heritage honored the original quote and made no effort to take advantage of a one-time customer passing through the area. Everyone I dealt with felt trustworthy and were totally professional in every way.

Plus Gary and Anna went above and beyond to help us with Ford Pass Cash, and getting batteries changed on our fobs. Always friendly and accommodating, even when super busy!

I was able to wait, they completed my transmission recall, oil change, and alignment. Next they will be fixing another item on the other side next week. Really kind staff, Shawn went over and beyond to call ford on my warranties. (After i mentioned it) Which in CA is what they always did first before quoting or charging. In CT ford was never a big help at all. If you're honest and upfront about customers needing something and when/how long they can hold off, instead of saying they need it immediately when they can actually wait, they will trust you and keep coming back. If you don't find ways to save them money, they will find someone who does. My advice, check my warranty first before charging me. And I forgot to ask for military discount. That's a plus I'll use on my next visit. Dealers make most money through maintenence, knowing this you should build trust in your customers for them to continue to come to you. All in all it was a good experience. As long as they continue I will keep going back. If they don't ill find a small business to support.

Shawn, the service advisor, was very professional and efficient at check in. The car was left during the day and all work was completed by close of business. There was a question of warranty coverage but it was worked out satisfactorily. I highly recommend the Heritage Ford service department.

I had a recall and I had to leave my car the entire business day. The service was fine, the staff is great. I just had requested a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Like most people, I work and not being able to have a vehicle I miss 7 hours of work. I had to juggle getting my car there then getting a ride to pick it up ….
I spoke to the manager and was told Ford doesn’t give loaners. It was a recall and I should have had a loaner while my car was being fixed.

We had an appointment for the next Wednesday for an oil change. The Thursday before the car wouldn’t start. We had it towed to heritage and they were able to get look at it right away and get everything done on Monday. We have been a customer for over 22 years and we love the relationship we have with the service department.

I had an issue with smelling gas or exhaust at certain times. A little nerve-wracking. The scheduler and service manager went the extra mile to to get me in despite a busy service schedule to make sure it was safe. I was really impressed how they tried to accommodate me. Anna, the service rep was slso awesome. I was in and out quickly after a diagnosis that was much less serious than I imagined. I felt like people really cared.

My car went in for some damage from a Turkey on the passenger door and mirror. It took approx 39 days for repair due to the insurance adjustment not being correct and the amount of time it takes for parts to be ordered and delivered it unfortunately went over my allotted rental time. Toyota provided me with a car for the last week of repairs. I was very appreciative!! Unfortunately the communication through the whole process was minimal I felt like any updates were from me calling. During that process updates once a week are not enough for me.

This was my first service appointment for my new Bronco. I simply needed to have the tires rotated. As I was checking in, I mentioned the side windows rattled a lot when partially open. It turns out there was a service bulletin for this issue and the windows were adjusted under warranty. Everything was done perfectly and on time.

Overall, the Service Manager Shawn was honest and forthright with what was needed and the need to order parts and approximate time frame. The repair was delayed due to FORD part delivery and rescheduled the following week. What is frustrating we waited two and half weeks for our initial service appointment (earliest possible opening) and diagnostics, then an additional 10-days for actual repair. They seem to be a very busy shop, but the reason we chose a Ford dealership for (premium) service was the availability of parts and repair in one day. Shawn was very understanding and worked with his manager to get the vehicle back in for repair once the part arrived. He also discounted the repair and gave us a coupon for a free oil change for the inconvenience. Just seemed like an unreasonable delay to await service (actually, to just be plugged into a computer) then await parts from Ford and eventually to make your way back into the service shop for actual repair. First time at this dealership and would return, just be aware of possible delays with your repair until they improve their service model.

Key replacement. Good thing: the 2 new keys with bobble work, but the original no longer works. I never asked them to deactivate (and they just deactivated it without permission) the original and was going to give that one to someone as a backup. While I am happy to have 2 that work, I am also VERY upset about the deactivation of the original.

I put DEF in the deisel tank,and had to have the entire fuelsystem replaced. Not an easy fix. They did the repairs in record time. They did the job in less time than all the estimates said it would take. I'm a full-time RV ER. I have been to ford dealers all over the county and Heritage is hands down the best dealer i have ever had to deal with. Great job and excellent service!!! They get the job done but they have pretty terrible customer service. Stood in the service area while three staff went around me no “someone will be with you” or “are you being helped”. I never received an update on my vehicle after serval calls. I had to catch the person at the right time talk to anyone. “It’s going in now” turned into 3+ hours and I just barely got my vehicle before closing. Probably would still be waiting for it if I didn't call.

Came in at 7:30 for oil change and tire rotation while I waited. As usual Sean took good care of me and recommended replacing both engine and cabin air filters which they did. I also had wind noise from the driver’s door and asked to have it checked. After some adjustments, it’s much quieter. Good job by all involved, and I was on my way quickly.

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus through a private sale. Realized that I had a transmission issue(clutch, transmission module) Heritage walked me through the process with Ford Motor company. I had to pay out of pocket for the clutch but the module was covered. This was a great purchase as an old man owned the car and it had very gently used miles on it(20,000) to be exact. Very clean car that looked like it came off the lot. It was worth fixing and Heritage fixed it in a day. I essentially have a brand new car with no payment. Thank you Heritage Ford! I will be returning for service. This is going to make a great first car for our son. So, maybe when I need that new car, I will be looking at Heritage for that next purchase. Thank you!

I had a rust spot repaired, it came out great. Unfortunately, I took the risk that The Rust spot could come back in a day or a week, a month or a year or more. It did come back, just a couple small bubbles, but it was a really good job I think the rust damage was too intense so that’s why it’s already coming back. Regardless I would do it again if I had to, I love the service here at heritage Ford Toyota. They did a great job on my brakes. What a huge difference, they have all kinds of services for anything you need done for almost any car. I would recommend this to everybody.

Firstly it’s amazing to not have to get out of the car in the snowy weather. You just drive on in and check in. It’s warm and everyone is so nice! Everyone was nice and my service guy kept me in the loop about pricing, the amount of time it’d take. Service was pretty quick. The waiting room is cozy and spacious.

I used the Toyota services and because I have chemical sensitivities I asked that no detailing would be done, was assured that wouldn’t happen. I picked up the vehicle and it reeks of cheap air freshener or a nasty cleaning solution. The dash had been cleaned and the instrument panel. Now I will get sick every time I get in the vehicle. I don’t like being this sick when it all could have been avoided. What makes you think that anyone would want that nasty stuff in the vehicle they have to spend time in? Thank you soooo much you just compounded my already difficult situation. I wish whomever used the chemicals in there could feel what I feel with that kind of exposure.

Brought my F-350 in for routine oil change & tire rotation. Also Ford warranty work to replace DEF heater. While there I asked to have fuel filter and air filter replaced, which turned out to be very very expensive, $100 more than last time on the fuel filter two years ago, $35 more for air filter 1.5 years ago, both services done by Ford dealerships. In the past, the dealerships have replaced the air filter at no labor, as they are supposed to take it out when doing the "free" multi-point inspection!
On the customer service side, Jerit is great at what he does, other service reps could learn from him....

While driving home, the front right brake started grinding on our new 2021 F-150. I first contacted two Ford dealerships near me and was told that they were unable to work on the vehicle for 1 week. Since this is my t help me. I then contacted Heritage Ford and explained my situation. Ryan was happy to assist and made the process easy. After having the truck towed 65 miles (1 way), I was offered a loaner vehicle (Bronco sport). The next day, Ryan called and said the brakes were fixed. I was shocked at how fast they took care of issue. He then offered to drop the truck off at my house and drive back in the loaner.
