In addition, the owner, Tony, once helped me on a Sunday, when the shop was not even open. Now, that's commitment to customers and a sense of decency that you won't find at the dealerships. We were traveling through and had our traction control light come on, with 300+ miles left in our trip and a major snowstorm to contend with. Christian Brothers Auto had us in at 8:00 sharp Monday morning, gave us text message updates, and repaired our wheel bearing by 12:00 noon on the same day. Outstanding customer service, quality work, and an honest/reliable job done. We felt safe and secure traveling the remainder of our trip and would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone needing service. 10 out of 10!!!

I brought my vehicle in yesterday for the first time for an oil-change. The guys at the front counter were courteous and professional. I had a new air and oil filter that I’d purchased recently and they installed them for me which I appreciated. I had an appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, as well as quiet. The pictures of anything in question is nice to see. There was no pressure to have any additional repairs made,which is not always the case at other shops. When my vehicle was done, it was parked right outside and it had a bottled water in the drink holder. I was impressed overall with the process and the overall experience. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to go into a little more detail on areas such as the front and rear differential etc if there had been a need to add additional fluids etc. I didn’t find the information on the receipt so I called and they said that they definitely check them and add fluids if needed. For those of us that are a little more mechanically inclined, it is information that is nice to have. Since it was my first time and I was planning on leaving town for business, I called to confirm that they are checked. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!

I was so impressed with Christian Brothers. I had heard great things about their service being friendly, efficient and affordable so I decided to give them a shot. From the very start, they were professionals. My brakes had gone out and I was fortunate to have even made it to them. I learned later they would've picked me up. While I was in the shop, I raised another issue my car had been having. The Gentleman at the desk, John, was familiar with the symptoms (it was GMC thing) and knew exactly what to do. He assured it would not be expensive. My car was done within hours and Christian Brothers communicated with me every step of the way via call or text. I was really impressed with that. My car is running better than it ever has and they just fixed the brakes and replaced some sort of hose (I clearly don't know cars). I've worked on my own cars all my life. I very rarely let anyone work on my cars for any reason as I can handle 90 percent of my own maintenance and repairs. I'm extremely nervous any time I'm forced to let anyone work on one of my vehicles because I've heard all the horror stories. I knew we had found a solid service provider within the first minute of talking to the service manager. Good service costs money folks... Get over it! People whining about what it costs to fix your car need to grow up and recognize that good service is worth paying for. Christian Brothers had our car fixed in less than a day for a reasonable cost. That's worth every penny! We just dropped our son off at his residence for the next 2 years while he attends MSU. His car A/C stopped working a few weeks back and we didn't have time to have it fixed before we left home 800 miles away. Christian Brothers got us in right away, same day when the Ford Dealer was booked out 3 weeks. They were very professional and up front about costs and potential fixes. The car is fixed and we were on our way. CB has earned our business and if my son has any trouble with the car, we will be sending him right back to CB. This is a business that can be trusted. Very fast service, I was on a 1800 mile road trip when my truck broke down and they got me in and out in less than 3 hours. The diagnostic test to pull codes was 124.99 where most mainstream auto parts stores do it for free. That's my only complaint.

First time I’ve used Christian Brothers in Billings and they didn’t disappoint. Used them before in another state and the quality was the same as I’d received before. Maybe not the cheapest but you can trust their service and guarantee. Prefer them especially over dealership service departments. Usually do my own repairs but for specialized services like a/c or alignment they’re who I prefer to use.

Wow! These guys were awesome! As we were coming from Eastern WA and hauling 2 cars on a flatbed headed for TN, we started having transmission issues. They got us right in and had us back on the road by the end of the day! They even shuttled us to a couple different place! Super nice, very polite and accommodating and they have a very comfortable office!! Highly recommend!!!!

We were completely impressed! The service was impeccable and the quality and price were excellent! We received personalized service from start to finish. We were given a ride home in the shuttle after dropping off our car by the owner, then we were picked up and taken back when our car was finished. I received text messages explaining that the car had been checked in and again when it was in the bay getting worked on. I was given 3 personal calls explaining the work, what the exact cost would be and told I would get an estimate with items prioritized when it was finished. The facility is clean and comfortable, with free bibles and snacks and coffee! There were even two bottles of water in the car with thank you cards! When was the last time you came back from getting car repairs done and were actually happy and smiling? This was a top notch operation, and professional and friendly! I highly recommend going to Christian Brothers, and this will be the only place we take our vehicles from now on! Thank you, Will, Jarrod and Tony!!

Needed an alignment done on a Friday afternoon last minute and they were the only ones that had an opening. They even came and picked me up and brought me back to my car for free. Also thought I needed a rotation but it wasn't needed so instead of charging me and doing it anyway they were very honest! Recommended

I was sent a detailed report via email to review, then the service manager Josh, went over it, and placing the needed items in a priority to get done, giving estimates to each item. These guys are great, I thought my car had some major malfunction happening. They put my mind at ease and did a full diagnostic check on my vehicle, balanced a tire which was the major cause of my vibration. Feel a lot better that it’s not going to break any time soon. They could of ripped me off and told me it needed some parts and intense labor, with a $1000.00 bill. They are honest mechanics, and you don’t find that everyday. I broke down around 1am heading back to WA from ND for my 2 week hitch. I called them first thing in the morning, told them my situation, and eventhough they were completely booked, they agreed to take my vehicle and troubleshoot it and have me going by the end of the day. They even offered shuttle services for the time I was supposed to be there. I was only there for about 15 mins and they had me on my way. These guys were extremely helpful and gracious enough to get me going at a moments notice. Highly recommend.

Called these guys for a battery replacement and they definitely have the lowest prices in town. The whole experience was excellent. Really comfy waiting area and they'll hook you up with some coffee. I like that the mechanic double checked the parts I brought in. He saved time and money by doing so. I had the wrong part numbers. Tracking texts were greatly appreciated. It helped with planning my day. I also really was happy you had a shuttle . It was nice not to worry about the logistics of dropping of a vechicle and worrying about how you are going to get it there and pick it up. If I took an Uber, it would have been 24 dollars each way. I liked that the staff was super up front about the price. If the service writer didn’t know what the cost was going to be; he did some research and got back to me with a good quote. Coming to Christian Brothers was the best automotive decision ever. PS- the reason I got my Jeep worked on at Christian Brothers was because a while back my truck had a tail light out. I stopped by Christian Brothers on whim. One of the techs took a look at it and replaced the bulb and fixed a loose wire. When I went in to pay they would not take my money an told me to have a good day.

They fixed the wheel alignment on our van and changed the oil. We loved that Christian Brothers checks to make sure the issue was the alignment and not a worn part that needed to be replaced on our 20 year old vehicle (luckily it just needed the alignment). And they explained what the issue was with our alignment in detail and recommended repairs down the road that aren’t needed right now. Also, we mentioned the coupon on their website and we got $25 off! Definitely worth it to come here for a little extra money!

It is a great peace of mind to know we found honest and reliable people to take care of our car problems. Christian Brothers really took the worry out of car repairs with their friendly and quality service and very reasonable pricing. I put off brake work on my car for months because I was worried about what it would cost. Based on great recommendations I finally chose to have the work done at CB and they were tremendous. The work was all done in 1 day, I received a free shuttle ride to work, the service was excellent and and cost much less than expected. They really take the time to explain what work needs to be done on the car and even send you pictures of your car and the repairs that need to be made. Service like this is hard to find but CB offers it and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been looking for a new mechanic shop for some time now. I thought I would give Christian Brothers a try. Stopped in to change my appointment orginally made online due to a more urgent repair. They were able to get me in the next day but opted for the following day. Got there, checked me in and it was nice they had a courtesy shuttle. Not many small mechanic place have that. I got a call about 10 am letting me know costs of only what I asked to be done. I asked if my truck would be ready that day and they assured me it would. They have an email/text notification of when my truck was done. That was awesome. I did not have to wonder if someone was going to call or not. I called to request a pick and they ask me when was a good time for. In 20 minutes picked up and on my way back to the shop. I was talking to the driver and he said that all of the mechanics have iPads to do there vehicle inspections and to send pictures of anything to the customer about actual issue. That is pretty cool. Anyway, in the end I got my truck back same day. No issues. Also, if you go there make sure you get there coupons from there website. So far they have earned my trust. My wife's car will next venture for Christian Brothers.

Dealership quality for a lower price and excellent customer service. Christian Brothers was able to pin point my Jeeps issues and get it fix in a reasonable time. They have the tools and knowledge to do what the dealership does but not break the bank. Highly recommend their service.

Had tire rotation and oil change scheduled on a Thursday. They missed the tire rotation. They were willing to do it for free because of the foul up, but wouldn't accommodate my schedule. I had the car back at their shop the following Monday at opening time, as I was leaving that morning for a long trip. It's a twenty minute service. I took it to Tire-O-Rama instead and they did it post haste. Of course, I had to pay them, but was willing to do so.

Took my vehicle in for them to check into a check engine light related to my brake sensors and traction control. Their initial work included a inspection of all main systems. They fixed the computer system related to the check engine light, but the light continued to ignite after we drove it away. A week later, we took it into to ask if they could check into it again. They replaced the part again, for the same result, so they completely overhauled the system. Shockingly, it was at no cost to me for this second visit! I appreciate the way they handle their business, the attitude they have at the desk, and the extremely comfortable lobby that is so much the opposite of the typical car shop waiting room. I just found my regular mechanics!

I received a flyer in the mail that stated they had a certified Subaru technician...I was thrilled! Until then I thought my only option was the local dealer...not a pleasant option! I had a recall on my Subaru and was unable to get the local dealer to even respond to the many messages I left for them to get it fixed. Helped us quickly and right at closing with a minor problem we couldn't find under the hood. We were traveling from NC to Glacier and were worried about a noise after some strong winds we'd driven thru. A guy rolled inder the truck and had it fixed and us on our way in 5 minutes. I can't praise this business enough!! I first went to them back in January 2016 to look at my Impala and they were very frank and up front about what was wrong and needed. I choose to sale the Impala and bought a 2010 Buick Lacrosse from a local dealer. The local dealer is reputable and said the car was in tip top shape and dependable; I took it to CBA to get a second opinion. They said that it was in great shape as well, well not more than a week later my ABS lights came on and my check engine light and all I could think is here we go again :( I called CBA up with my issues they got me in quickly and with a reasonable price that I could afford as a single mom. They dealt with my constant calling and wondering if the car would get working again. With much calming on their end to me they have fixed this vehicle to perform as it should!! They are hard working, honest, and absolutely a delight to work with. I am a customer for life! Thank you all
