In regards to the service provided, it was quick and efficient. I knew exactly what I needed, so that assists as well. Destiney, the female cashier/courtesy worker is sweet and speaks to customers nicely. She is a great part of the staff, I’m sure for females that come for service as well. Jiffy Lube in my hometown changes their prices often as well, but I don’t think it should be difficult for base prices to be displayed online as necessary. Prices shown are 9/2022. I would say the prices are higher than average, but reasonable for the work performed for sure. Being from OOS, there are some things that are charges that are complimentary elsewhere, but I’m always agreeable that you pay their price, especially for a service you need. My only complaint is to not mark tasks as completed that are not delivered to customers, no matter how small. Competence is important and should never be questioned in regards to a business. I’m sure as with other businesses, things have changed post-COVID, so maybe update the sheet for the workers or add a disclaimer. External windows being washed and floors being vacuumed being marked as completed will cause customers to question if other tasks were completed, even if work is done properly.

I typically do not write reviews but the extraordinary service I received at the Jiffy Lube on Howard St calls for a little positive praise. On my recent visit I was met by the most pleasant and professional service representatives who greeted me with a smile and the most positive attitude. I was also shocked by the female representations among the service staff as well. This is not something you see everyday at Car Service Centers but they along with their males counterparts proved themselves experts and great colleagues. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Needed an oil change badly, and was able to get in first thing in the morning! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they changed my oil as well as topped up all of the fluids in the car. I was done within 20 minutes all while waiting in my car. They also ended up finding another issue with my car and asked if I wanted to take care of it! Definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent service! Starting from the door, I was greeted with immaculate customer service. The employees were knowledgeable of my car and my needs. I came in for a diagnostic and they took the time to educate me on the codes and the possible issues. They assisted in locating my parts and helped with installation of my front and rear light replacement. Although the store had constant customers, I received immediate service and they continued to serve other customers without skipping a beat. lastly, my battery died as I was changing the bulbs and they assisted with a jump. This location was not in my neighborhood but I will make sure to go there and send others for all my auto needs.

Due to the pandemic, I was given the option to either wait in my vehicle or wait outside. I waited in my vehicle which proved to be beneficial for me because I was able to observe everything going on with my service. I wasn't sure how this would work in the age of COVID, but I'm really pleased with how they handled it. I drove it into the service dock and waited in the car while they changed my oil (they never sat in my car). I was in and out in about 15 minutes, and everyone was professional and wore masks. Was from out of town and on my way into the city my oil light came on. Normally not an urgent issue, but I have a fiat 500, so the oil capacity is really small and I don't like running it low. Called when they opened to make sure they could get it done within the day before I would be driving back home. I had an all-day conference that I had to be at by 8:45 and was a 15min drive from Jiffy Lube. I pulled up at 8:05 and all service was done within 20min. Staff were friendly and understanding, thank you!!

While they do pitch the standard upsells, I've never had an issue discussing with them what servicing is actually needed and what can wait. I've gone in broke with $60 and I've gone in on payday and my guy Chris has always worked with and taken care of me. I don't know about some of these other reviews but I've never had rude customer service, my car has always been vacuumed and the windows cleaned with a disposable mat left on the floor board, and all work Ive asked for always done.

All of the staff were polite and friendly. Never have I ever been to a location as cordial and efficient as this one. When I arrived, the gentleman opened my car door and then ran ahead of me to open the door to the main waiting area.I was referred to a ma'am and treated with the upmost respect. When I left, my car door was opened and the gentleman closed the door once I settled in and told me to have a nice evening and safe ride home.I don't live in Baltimore but, commute to JHU daily for work. However, this will be my go to for my oil changes and basis services from now one.

My visit to the Charles Village Jiffy Lube was a pleasure! That's right, a pleasure! The staff were very kind and professional! As visited several Jiffy Lubes during my 62 years on this Earth! My youngest son, Jalen, 20 yrs old, used to work at a Jiffy Lube in Northern Virginia! I say all of this to say that the Charles Village Jiffy Lube has won me over as a permanent customer! So I went in today on 02/07/2021 and when I got there they was closed but a guy did come to the door his name was Ken he then told me that he was the only one here and that he got a texted from his boss saying that they are not opening up tell later due to the weather I said oh ok well that’s me you so instead of him going back into the office he then asked me to pop the hood he looked at my car and said are you just getting out oil change I said yes so instead of him turning me away he actually opened up did My oil change and in my opinion he did not have to do that considering that he received a text from his boss saying that they were opening up later in My opinion Ken went above and beyond customer service and loyalty to customers so I just wanted to say thank you Ken for all of your hard work that you did for me today

Back in the day I used to drive my car 3000 miles a month so needless to say I was in Jiffy Lube once a month at that time an oil change and a fluid top up cost me $19.95 however nowadays when you go to Jiffy Lube their job is to sell you everything under the sun whether you need it or not at top dollar and it's impossible to leave Jiffy Lube without a basic oil change without spending $45 I think the place is a complete rip-off for the exception of the fact that they get you in and out in a jiffy so if you were in a hurry and you think that $45 is worth that the oil change go there otherwise you can have it done for $12.95 and up had various other locations however you will have to sit there a couple of hours so I guess it all balances out bad experiences that I've had in the past from Jiffy Lube is they stripped the oil pan on two separate vehicles the one on my vehicle and one on my son's vehicle never had a problem when I had it done at the dealer for the same price if not less they were very happy to strip the threads on the bolt I replace it with a larger one which eventually would leak so you had no choice but to bring it back and have the oil pan changed for $500 and that was at that time God knows what it cost nowadays buyer beware
