I highly recommend Charm City Auto Repairs. Yesterday I had an emergency with a tire blowout and they were able to take care of me. A new tire was ordered and was taken care of immediately. Everyone in the shop was so friendly, especially George who was so helpful with information and even gave me a high recommendation to contact a friend of his for my new Nissan. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder or more honest experience. On the way from PA to NC my engine started acting up. Didn’t want to risk another 5hr drive so I started calling around to find a shop that could fit us in. George got my car looked at right away! The news wasn’t good, but Charm City has been up front about the issues and potential costs. Cannot begin to say how grateful we are for the help and patience they’ve given us while we try to figure out what to do!

After a year+ of working remotely from home, the day to return to the office came. My car was not in good working condition after sitting for so long. Check engine light came on, brakes were rusty, registration lapsed. Having moved here right before the covid shut down for work, I didn't know a reputable place I could take my car for servicing. I luckily stumbled upon Charm City Auto Repairs. They were so incredibly helpful. Not only did they get my car back into shape, they did it very quickly and faster than the original estimated time length. George was a great guy to work with and made me feel like I was a long time regular of the shop instead of a first time visitor. He will be the first one I call whenever I have any car repair or maintenance need. If anyone ever asks me for a place they could take their car, I will say without hesitation to take it to George at Charm City Auto.

On my home from work I got a screw in my tire, sounded like a flat tire. I called them and they were able to fit me in immediately. Was able to get my tire plugged in a matter on minutes, no waiting. Gentlemen who were they was very polite. Great price

On my way home I ran over an object on 695 that resulted in a flat tire. I immediately got off the beltway and by luck I quickly found Charm City Auto. I arrived a little after 6pm, which is the time they close. Eventhough they were getting ready to go home for the day, they found the exact tire I needed in stock and changed the tire. Both the owner (George) and the technician (Marlon) were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond by helping me get a new tire and back on the road. I cannot say thank you enough, however I will tell everyone about my amazing experience! I am beyond grateful.

I have been coming to Charm City Auto and have know the owner for over 20 years, in all that time I have only gotten the best, most honest, affordable and reliable service I have ever received anywhere. I have taken versus cars I’ve owned over the years to other shops, and have never received the personal service or attention to detail that I receive at Charm City Auto. At this point there isn’t any where else I would trust to do the most minor maintenance.

I went to Charm City Auto to get my vehicle Maryland State Inspected. My car failed, but George and Charm City Auto let me know what was wrong and promptly fixed it and my car passed inspection. Over a month later, my car is still going strong. George & CCA gave me an amazing price, fixed my car very quickly, and were incredibly professional and kind (including the "receptionist"!) They're a one-stop-shop and also got me my tags and titles. I ran the pricing by my dad afterwards who is a mechanic to see if I got a fair deal. He said it was an amazing deal for the work I had done on my car. So I appreciate that I wasn't taken advantage of. Thank you George and CCA, I will recommend you to everyone!

I dropped on my Hyundai Tucson to have the brakes done and to have them check for an oil leak . After checking out my car the owner George called me personally to explain that I didn’t need breaks and to tell me that he took care of the oil leak by tightening the drain plug. I thanked him and inquired about the bill. To my surprise he said I didn’t owe him anything. My experience with this shop was top notch. The service was prompt and staff was inviting. If your looking for a shop that is honest and has integrity than Charm City Auto is your place!

I’m only reviewing the drive through car wash. I have a mini van and this car wash does not get the back of my van clean at all. It’s so weird because it’s like it only cleans the middle of the back of the van. Both sides of the back are still completely dirty all the way up. Also, spot free drying is never spot free. Even though I always have go over the windows and the back of the van myself, I go there because it’s close, quick and my van does look cleaner everywhere else. .

I found this auto shop a few years ago when I needed to have my car Maryland State inspected. I stopped by and learned in addition to inspections, they do tag and title work as well. They did the inspection quickly and professionally. I was so impressed, when my car required service, I decided to have it serviced here. The technicians are very knowledgeable (my car is a Mercedes C 300 4Matic). The prices are fair considering the quality of service. The shop is clean as well. I highly recommend this full service auto business.

They are very helpful & insightful I took my 05 f-150 in for a tune up which has problems with the plugs breaking off which i did not know they also let me know that there is a class action suit because a $300 dollar tune up could turn into a $1500 dollar tune-up depending on how many plugs have to be extracted I will take all my vehicles to them for service
