We haven't lived here but four months and we needed a auto repair company for my car. We were fortunate to visit this location and was very pleased with customer service and anyone we met today. Everyone was friendly, curious, and efficient. Good communication with customrrs was fantastic! They replaced the back wiper blade and the windshield cleaner system in no time at all! Very easy to work with and professional staff. Services were priced competitively. We had to replace tires and wheels. I ended up purchasing my own wheels as I saved a bunch of money. I purchased tires from Service Street. Good news was they still did the repairs with my wheels versus forcing me to use their parts. Overall I will continue to use their services.

So grateful for this place! I dropped my car off for a fuel smell I was experiencing for a couple days. They performed the most thorough inspection over the course of a few days and did not find any issues. I have mad respect for them because they did not charge me a dime. I've heard nightmare stories of auto repair shops exaggerating issues and coming up with reasons to say something in a car needs to be repaired to get money out of you. My husband took his car to a shop once that took apart his car without his consent, and charged him an insane bill for it. Service Street didn't do any of that. I very much appreciate their honesty and plan on coming back for any issues. Thank you all!

I have been using Service Street for about 5 years. They do a great job and get my oil changed fast. A few years ago i had to have an engine replaced under extended warranty and they handled it well and I didn't have to bring it back to get more things fixed afterwards. I would recommend their service.

Customer for life. I came here to get a brake lightbulb looked at and was recommended by my father who visits to get his oil changed. They treat you like family. Give you a honest, step by step update about your vehicle and I couldn’t ask for more. It’s hard to find “the one” for auto shops however after todays visit, I’m sticking with ServiceStreet. I stopped to have the alternator checked in my wife’s car. It failed to start after she had waited for an hour to pick up our grandkids. Because they were extremely busy late in the afternoon, the service manager did the check right away. He assured me that the battery and alternator were both working. Excellent service !!

Take your vehicle here! The staff was very welcoming and approachable. Unfortunately, there’s always a risk that your mechanic will try to up-sell service (like tell you that you need a new alternator when it’s just a bad spark plug), and it seems even more risky when you are female. That was not the case here. In fact, I THOUGHT it was the alternator but it was a simple faulty battery terminal. They changed it quickly and were not intimidating at all. I took another vehicle to them to fix and, again, it was a good experience. The prices are right around average (just slightly higher than a neighboring auto-shop) and they got us in and out quickly.

It was very overpriced, however the employees were very polite. It also took a 3 and a half hours to replace an alternator and 30 minutes at the beginning to wait for the piece to come in for a total of 4 hrs.

My family has been using the Service Street located on Dallas Highway, West Cobb for the past 5+ years. The gentlemen who work there are extremely pleasant, and seem to be really good people. They have always given us their honest assessment of the various issues we’ve had with our vehicles. If there were multiple issues, as with my son’s 20 year old truck, they would help us prioritize the repairs, and caution us as to how long we could wait to complete the repairs. We have never had a single complaint with their work! We can highly recommend this business to anyone looking for competent and timely work on their vehicles. . . by good people.

Great service. I like the fact I can drop my car off and get shuttle service to work. They were able to do my oil change quickly (3 hours), but it was nice to leave it all day and not have to 'wait.' It was reasonable priced and the customer service representative was warm and welcoming.

They are a good place to get work done on your car. Good mechanics, let me see visually what the problem was with the car. Provide a free Lyft ride. They were able to to finish by 2:00 changing out ac compressor, idler bearing and drive belt. My first time there but would go to them for any work I needed on my car. Satisfied with their work.

Stopped in here as I passed by in a little bit of a panic because I lost a lug nut haha and was told at a parts store that I had emissions codes. They checked over my concerns quickly and my emissions turned out to be just fine and they put my lug nut back on. I usually feel taken advantage of when I take my vehicles to be serviced but that wasn’t the case at all here. Thanks so much! Will definitely be returning.

The team at Service Street was fantastic today! I came in for a 60K maintenance check and they were very quick to go in and tell me what had to be done. When they explained the work that was needed and that it would take a out 2.5 hours they offered me a shuttle so I didnt have to sit there and wait... Talk about value! They were all extremely friendly, explained everything to me in detail, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Definitely becoming a returning customer with these guys :)

I called a day ahead of time to get front and rear brake shoes, pads and hardware installed on my pickup truck. I had already informed them that I had purchased my parts and just needed parts installed and rotors turned. That’s all. I was given a reasonable quote and accepted the price. After arriving the next day and job was completed I was informed that my rear brake shoes were still good and left on and that only the front pads were replaced and rotors turned. My rear shoes and hardware were still in the box in my cab. That’s not what I instructed them that I wanted. If I wanted the rear axle serviced it would be an additional costs. The cost of the front brakes and rotors turned was right at $300 … and I provided the parts. That is more expensive than a authorized dealership would cost including the parts. Too expensive and given the excuse of “ I’m sorry sir, I must have misunderstood you yesterday when we talked “ isn’t justifying at all. Other than being way too expensive, the cleanliness of the facility and presentation of professionalism is on point. I felt totally comfy while waiting and the smell of the fresh brewed coffee was awesome as well.

They were able to quickly diagnose my thermostat issue which was causing the radiator fan to constantly run. They had the parts in stock and were able to fix in 2hrs. Their promptness of service was key. I have a large active family and being down a car for an extended time would have been a huge inconvenience.

I spoke with Dan regarding my hvac system only working on High. He thought it might be the blower, and he could do a free inspection and provide me with a quote. I set up an appt, took the car in, got the quote and discussed the repair time since the part was in stock. The ordered a lyft to take me home and another one to return me to the shop. Plus he gave me a new customer coupon which lowered my bill!! All done within 6 hours. Exceptional service from Dan when I picked up the car.

On June 6th I went to Service Street in Hiram GA for an issue with the air conditioning in my 20Xx Nissan Murano. I explained to Mr. Cole R. the issue with the car. About 2 days ago the air conditioner in the car had been blowing very little air and today there was no air blowing at all. I asked if he knew what the issue was he said he could find out. I left him with the keys to my car. Approximately 30 minutes later he came back informing that it would be charged $160 for the diagnosis which would be deducted from the cost of the repair if I chose to go with them. Another 20 minutes go by and Mr. Cole R returns letting me know that the HVAC blower motor would need to be changed and there were no other issues. The repair he stated with parts and labor would be $800. The price of the repair seemed high to me. I asked how much the part was and I was informed it was $350 which also seemed high to me as well. I asked for a detail quote of the repair he said no that one was not needed for this repair. He had told me what it would cost. I checked the cost of the part mentioned for the repair at NAPA and Autozone the part was less than $100 at both places. At this point I was frustrated and no longer wanted to have my car repaired here. He charged me $194.79 for the diagnosis . I told him in order for me to pay him I would need to have a written diagnosis not the verbal diagnosis he offered. He final agreed to provide the print out indicating what he had diagnosis. I payed and left.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour. After 1 1/2 hours I was told the oil filter had been "mis-boxed" and they would have to order one. This would take an additional 45 minutes. The service tech then told he would comp all the work because of the inconvenience. This was a very acceptable solution and showed excellent customer service.

I was able to get my daughter’s car towed here with some assistance from Nick after it had broken down while she was driving home from work on a Friday night, with transmission problems. I was happy to find that they were open on Saturday and at 7am at that!!! Then to have such a pleasant conversation with Nick was very settling for me! After the passing of my mechanic, Kenny, from Butler Automotive, I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to find another repair shop as honest as him, but I am so grateful that I found them!!! And although we opted to not repair the car, Nick has been nothing but helpful and honest with all information and even advice and accommodation for “junking it”. Went given the quote over the phone, either I misunderstood or the person didn’t explain thoroughly enough because the cost was double what I thought it would be. Perhaps you should offer to email the quote so any misunderstandings are eliminated. I will probably continue to use them but will be more careful in the future.

Nick is always so helpful, informative & professional! I've taken all 3 of my vehicles there. From my Yukon to Mercedes, they are experts! I also like that they have a mechanic that specializes in foreign cars. When I took my car in today to have the battery checked, Nick jumped right on doing the diagnostics on it. Thankfully I did not need to replace my battery. Most places would tell you to replace it just to make money off of you, but Nick & his guys are very trustworthy. He also showed me how to replace the battery in my key fob vs taking it to the dealership. I would highly recommend Nick at Service Street!

First time bringing my 2016 SUV here, requested for synthetic oil change, brake inspection and tire rotation. I opted for the 5 pack platinum sale because i was advised that this package would include 5 oil changes and cover tire rotation. Lyft ride to and from my home while they service the car is very convenient and initial customer service was on point, when i returned to pick up my vehicle and paying a premium especially for the brake fluid flush that Toyota dealer charges under $100. The service light was not reset, and i still had the low tire pressure light in the dash. When i returned to the shop to inquire if the tire rotation was completed and why the maintenance light was still on, i was told that the light sometimes takes a while to reset and the that the rotation was completed. I pushed back and advised the attendant that i had corrected my tire pressure previously and the light resets instantly. He requested that i drive to the emissions station where he corrected the tire pressure and we both corrected the service light. I know for sure the tire rotation was not done because i had a tire with a chip on the side wall that was on right rear that is still on the right rear, even though the attendant insisted that the tires were rotated. I was also promised a 23 or 24 point inspection but no documentation or checklist was provided showing that. If a visual inspection was performed, the technician would have noticed that my power steering fluid needed a top up. All that to say that, If I'm going to spend a premium at your shop, there should be a better level of attention to detail. Overall, i wish the post service detail would match the pre. Grade C, cost & service detail not par at all.

I was recommended this business by an employee at Discount Tires. I never heard of this auto care center before. There was very minimum waiting period. They quickly diagnosed my issue and provided trust worthy information. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous . This auto care center is a kept secret. Who knew!

I have come here twice. Once for my car and next with my son's car. I was provided excellent service both times. I had gone to a Hyundai dealer prior to this but wasn't satisfied with their service because I had to keep texting and calling to reach the technician I was to contact and I was always reaching out to them but them not to me. I came to Service Street Auto based on their reviews. They were top notch from beginning to end. I did not have to chase them down not once. They let me know the eta of when they could possibly get to my car and communicated what it needed, the cost, and when it would be done. I didn't have to make one call to them or hunt them down. That right there is important to me. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said and I have been satisfied with their work on both cars. They're farther away from me than the place I was taking my car to but I will travel for good service!

Service Street aims to provide the best service possible for a mechanic. They largely succeed at this. If you want the cheapest fix possible this is not the place for you. They are relatively fast and their work is good. Free courtesy shuttle is a huge plus.

My rotors where done in Feb 21. My car started shaking while braking, took it in for front end alignment at another place, they said the rotors are no good. Called service street who did my rotors and they told me to come over and they would fix it! They took care of me and I was in and out! Their staff is super friendly, the facility is so clean with a waiting area that includes TV, vending, and free coffee. I was able to walk to Dairy Queen for an added treat since I had my little one with me. Additionally, they called me a complimentary ride home. I will continue to use Service Street for our car repairs. Very highly recommend!

I was very pleased to see their advertisement card come to me in the mail…. I’ve seriously!!! been procrastinating a couple weeks or so, about getting my repairs done to my car. Mainly getting it to the “right place” that will take care of my car as if it was their own car. I’ve been driving since 1968 and when my cars are out of warranty?, I find someone else to keep it going. Service Street stands behind their 5 year /50k mile warranty and everything they offer. I totally appreciate that Lyft ride being that I don't have a second car etc..That sealed the deal for me. I explained everything I needed done, got the managers expertise on the entire matter, agreed to having a FREE diagnostics done which pointed out things I needed, got them done except for tires and later drove away so thankful plus excited that I found a friendly/helpful place. Got my back brakes/rotors, valve cover gasket, replaced, serpentine belt 2006 Sonata, oil change and will go back for wheel alignment before winter. Recently had then fix my drivers side window which had stopped working. Had also been trying to find the right place that know what they’re doing. One more thing done with PERFECTION!!!. Will be going back for air conditioning check up this summer. Hurray for Team Service Street/Dallas Hwy.. Update as if 6/12/22 got the wheels aligned, air conditioning fixed, still had a few kinks with the drivers window working properly “all the time” and they are very patient in helping get that goin like it should with the new replacement part. Now I need detail in and out plus a paint job to cover the small circle of rust on top before it spreads and I will be able to tuck those car concerns away. Those are my facts and I truly tell it like it is. My car is my baby and I treat it as such from day one right from showroom floor.

Ive only been a few times but today, when I needed them, they were there for me. Not only did they take care of my car problem immediately, they didn't charge me. Not being local always makes you weary especially when your in a bind... let me tell you I have dealt with mechanics all over the country these guys are the real deal.. literally gave me a lightning fast free diagnosis.. maaaybe took all of 5 minutes for diagnostics.. they even brought me back and showed me exactly what the problem was.. they were unbelievably informative and transparent. They repaired my exhaust and got me back on the road in literally 30 minutes flat. I was shocked due to the extent of work needed and being I showed up last minute on a Saturday.. never have I seen such professionals work at such speed and great prices . Totally amazing. My fuel pump died, and that turned into needing a serpentine belt and new front brakes. They walked me back to show me what was wrong, pointed everything out and helped me know what had to get done now, and what could wait. They worked on my van for eight hours, got me road worthy, and made sure I got the best deal for parts and labor. Don't trust anyone else with your car.

they are proficient , communicate well, so far fixed my car at a decent price without any problems, they work with your warranty company on mechanical diffs that they cover, they shuttle you and your car if its not drivable coming in and shuttle it back to you when its fixed for free! that is calming when you break down on the way there or you break down and need it fixed right away while you wait if parts are available , plus its great to have mechanics that actually listen to what you need them to hear and willing to work with you! im thinking im gonna stick with them for awhile at least! Part 2 I wanted these guys to be my forever mechanics bc they are so trustworthy and always so good at fixing the problem,and at a decent amount of time,usually the same day! But I can't say they aren't like everyone else around the holidays, they just want to get the cars done that they have and get out of there for the holidays,not taking the care and time to figure out a problem ,esp if it's an older woman who keeps getting stranded places bc her car suddenly loses power and won't even click over after it was fine getting to the destination and it's not taking a charge or a jump, but they came out after ten mins stating there is nothing wrong with the car ,it's just fine and starts up Everytime they try it! Ok that's great but why is it doing that? It's real and I don't like being stranded esp at my job ,in a clients driveway, a long way from home! But they say you can't fix it if you can't find the problem? But that's why you get paid the big bucks, isn't it? Oh well, time to find another shop!

Feared the worse on on my a/c repair and it was simply a case of low freon and a quick fix. I’ve been going here for years and love the quality of work they provide for the cars I’ve had in those time frames. My only criticism: know your stuff prior to coming in. There have been a few times (not many) where they’ve tried to up charge for services unnecessary for my vehicle. This past weekend, I came in due to my driver side headlight no longer working even after replacing the bulb. After doing some research, I informed the guy I suspect my fuse has burned out. He takes the car, comes back and says “we replaced the bulb and it still didn’t work” which I replied “yes, I know I tried that. ” (politely of course) he says “since this is an electrical issue we will need to do an electrical diagnostic test which is $144 and will keep the car for several hours.” Since I had errands to run I ended up leaving. Later that day I bought a fuse for under $15, had a friend install it and now my headlight works perfectly fine. Now I’m not mad about them offering a diagnostic. They wanted to make sure they troubleshooted the problem correctly. Just the idea that I spent under $15 for a part and had it fixed vs paying $144 just to have them take a look and the issue not fixed is a bit steep. Again, they do really good work if you are in need of a major repair, just with any repair shop, do your research prior to coming.

So let me start that I was hesitant returning our car for the 3rd time for the same issue, but the parts had a warranty on them. Well, of course the parts expired from the 1st time I bought them, not the 2nd time (when they were replaced). So I was not happy about that. Especially when the repair they were going to do was the same as a year ago. Now the good part.. They were very thorough and had our car for a little longer than I would have liked, but the shop was very polite in calling us often giving us updates. So far, our car is running as good as it was when we first bought it. I am very surprised!! We have a Audi and they can be tricky (and expensive) to fix and they did a great job. We will be back.

Finding a good auto service group is gold. I found one in Service Street. They consistently give me a heads up on preventative maintenance or answer questions about concerns I have with my vehicle. In the past, they have diagnosed items for me and sent me to the dealer for the service because they believed the issues should be covered under warranty or would be less expensive for me there. Yesterday, they checked my front brakes for me at my request during my oil change. They let me know the pafs had plenty of life left - I have had other places use that as an opportunity to do a premature repair. They gave me things to watch for with other service items and sent me in my way .. after replacing a burned out brake light for no charge. It's why I keep returning to them.

This is an honest car service shop. I recently got an emissions test from another car shop that shall remain nameless my car FAILED TO PASS. The mechanic told me that I needed to purchase gas tank parts that they just so happened to have on hand. A week later I came to this shop and I passed. They are honest and not looking to scam/get over on customers. Come here if you are receiving sketchy conclusions/advice from other car service shops.

All people and techs here are beyond great. My 2002 Monte Carlo SS has had rain water leaking on all floor boards for about 4 years. I took it to Goodyear (DW Campbell ) when they were on George Busbee Parkway and they told me that they could definitely find it. Goodyear told me to leave it with them. They had it for a week and told me that they could not locate a leak and charged me $400.00. I then asked NTW to check out the leaking rain water problem and they told me the same thing and told me to take it to a dealer. This wasn't cheap either. The dealer told me that it was from a cracked windshield. I then replaced the windshield and the next rain all the floors were full of water again. Not cheap again. I at this point have spent around $1200.00 for no real answers. I then brought the car here and these techs in 20 minutes found the problem and repaired it, kept me informed on the repairs and all of them were amazing with how quick they diagnosed the problem. I would and will tell everyone I know about this repair shop. These people are AMAZING. I would give this repair shop a 10 Star rating. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They will honor their work. If it breaks again..they fix it. Free. Their prices are fair when you factor in the 5 year warranty which you can't even get from most dealer's. If you find it with a reputable shop cheaper they will match it if they can. They don't try to talk you into doing work you don't need. Once they said don't spend that money on that... put it on a another vehicle. Another benefit, they will take you home or to work while your vehicle is being serviced and pick you back up again when it's done.

Took my car in to get a second opinion got it back running on only 3 cylinders. I took it in because it was vibrating at idle and they were close. My main mechanic diagnosed it as the engine mounts but wasn’t 100% certain. All they did was pull one spark plug and see they weren’t oem but copper (which generally work fine just don’t last as long) and suggested replacing them and using a fuel cleaner (would do nothing for gdi engines since fuel doesn’t hit the valve back side where the carbon build up is and I already told them I ran a cleaner though the throttle body) Anyway I go to pick up my car and it’s running terrible. After having them look at it it’s clear they broke the plastic where the ignition coil screws in. I had done this before and repaired it but it’s plastic and it didn’t take much for me to do it. It probably would have happened regardless. I decided I’d take care of it and limped it home. Once I took it apart I found the real reason it wasn’t running right was the fact they they also cracked my spark plug in 2 places. I’d have a hard time believing the tech didn’t know about the damages. Anyway after repairing the valve cover and putting new oem “laser iridium” spark plugs in my car it’s running just like it did before and still vibrates. Needless to say I won’t be going back there. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the guy running the front and the teen with the old white bmw were very helpful even though all the technicians had taken off early.

On 1/28/19 my vehicle suddenly decelerated on I20W. I was able to contact Service street and arrange a tow to their facility my vehicle was subsequently diagnosed with a bad transmission that needs replacement. I did not have the $2500 to replace the transmission, but Nick was super understanding and allowed my vehicle to stay their until I get help from my finance company. I work in Cobb county but live in Stone Mountain and was unsure I would get home. Nick came to my rescue and ordered me a Lyft home . I took my Ford Explorer in Sat July 19 because the check engine light had come on during the week. They found that the 4th Cylinder was misfiring and fixed it with a new coil and full overhaul on the spark plugs and wires. The next day I went 20 miles and the light came back on.....I took it back on Monday, July 20th and they found that another piece had been cracked causing a vacuum. They fixed it under warrantee and did not charge for the engine scan, part, or labor. They were really dedicated to make sure the customer was happy and that they fixed the issue even though it took more than one attempt. That is all we can ask for.

I've bought their oil change package for some time now and am very satisified. I hear from a lot of people they don't like the extra sell-ups offered like showing you the color of your brake fluid, or color of coolent, or color of transmission fluid. They are simply educating the consumer to other things in a vehicle that need maintenance on occasion, just say no if you are not interested. But, more importantly, I recently took my 2006 Silverado there after limping it into their shop after my transmission failed. They quickly offered me options such as a rebuild or a replacement from Jasper Engine. I chose the Jasper transmission which had the better warranty 3yr/100k mile. The best on the market. They not only replaced it in a day, they even delivered my truck to my driveway because I was out of town! The team at Service Street are simply the best in town to work with. From Jack to Bobby to Darryl to the Transmission specialist (I forgot his name). They are awesome!

I didnt feel like they were "selling" something to me as much as they were going over and giving me information to make my own decision.
