Highly recommend!!! Great customer service and professional service. We have been utilizing Autohaus Social since November of 2019. I recently brought my 2012 VW Golf R to Autohaus Social for an inspection and some routine maintenance. They completed an oil change and inspected my brakes. Brakes were fine; however they provided several different pad and rotor options for my next major brake service. They keep you updated with the status of your car through a very convenient online portal. Previously they took great care of my 2008 BMW M3. I don't trust many people with my cars, but I do trust Autohaus Social.

Brought my 911 GT3 to Autohaus Social for an inspection and some routine maintenance. I'm happy that I finally came here. Not only are they in town and close for me, they were able to squeeze me in ahead of schedule. Nash, the owner, along with his team Joseph and Tristan were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and new with all the latest. Waiting area was also very nice and even tempting for me to just wait on site despite living in the area! Thanks again! The ENTIRE team at Autohaus Social were a great pleasure to deal with. In an effort to be ready for mountain driving, I had them do an overall inspection and mount/road force balance new tires. I could not be happier with the experience, the service, or the confidence the car inspired. It instilled a great deal of confidence by having professionals do tire work, rather than a run-of-the-mill wheel shop that can have a one track mind. If you need work on a German auto, there isn't a better option in the metro Atlanta area - IMO!!!

Autohaus Social performs all service and maintenance on my 2013 Golf R and 2018 Audi RS3. They are subject matter experts who are as meticulous as I am. They treat my vehicles as if they were the owners; no issues glossed over. Autohaus Social has an incredibly straight forward and convenient web-based text / messaging system which keeps the customer informed of upcoming appointments, progress, concerns, and completion status. With each suggested maintenance / repair item the customer can approve or deny based on their needs / abilities. I trust the Autohaus team with my cars and don’t see myself going to anyone else! My cars have never run better!

Great find. They could get me in for pretty major repairs (Audi water pump issue and cam shaft seal) quicker than anyone else in town. Excellent customer service and communication both in person and through the app. Got an estimate within an hour of dropping off, and major work done, including ordering parts, in 3 days.

Best auto shop in town! I was having some engine issues with my Volkswagen Beetle and they went above and beyond to help fix the issue. The repair was an extremely unique situation which was tough to pinpoint at first but they worked until they figured it out. At one point I thought the car was never going to run properly again but they got it back on the road. No matter what issues I’m having I’d trust them to fix it! Highly recommend for anyone who has a European car, whether its a simple oil change or anything else they can help.

Autohaus Social offers a great customer experience. I've had my older VW GTI serviced there twice (for both maintenance & repairs) and was very pleased with the knowledge, communication, work quality, and friendliness on both visits. These guys seem genuinely interested in the customer and the car. They are thorough in their inspection and diagnosis, but aren't trying to oversell. Their web-based messaging system for updates & work approvals is excellent and convenient, and the advisors also seem happy to talk through the recommendations as well. I recommend booking ahead for routine maintenance as they do get busy, but they were also great about working me into an already full schedule when I had an unexpected repair issue come up.

I love Autohaus Social. I have taken my Tiguan there two times. Each time my problem was something that was covered by my warranty. Because it was the original warranty on the car, I had to take it to the dealership for repair. Autohaus did not charge me either time for the diagnostic. They were so professional and personable and honest. My warranty is up soon, and I will have all repairs done at Autohaus Social.

I bought a 2018 Porsche Macan from Carvana in late 2021. I became a little concerned when the 'Service' light came on a month or so ago. Was thinking there might be a large servicing due or another sort of problem. The folks at Autohaus were super easy to deal with in getting a service appointment set up. Drop off was easy and super friendly. They have a nice app that keeps you appraised of servicing needed, recommendations for additional service and costs All easy to accept or decline. Best of all, the servicing needed was only an oil change and they recommended a brake fluid flush. Frankly, I was impressed. Every dealership I've ever brought a car into has tried to upsell some super expensive service or add on if I brought a vehicle in with a minor need. This was such a nice change. Other than an offhand suggestion that they could make it 'go faster' if i wanted, (which I loved), there was no hard sell. They staff came across as engaged, friendly, professional and credible. New fan here!

I live in Norcross and it was well worth the couple of Uber rides I took to bring my car in for work. Very much a pleasure to work with these folks. Brought my 2003 BMW Z4 E85 roadster in to retrofit (add) the "Sport" button. They did the ECU programming without a hitch. Also diagnosed and repaired an annoying airbag light issue I've lived with for a few years. They are European Car enthusiasts and enjoy helping us enjoy our cars. Highly recommended.

New to the Atlanta area and have been looking for a good shop to bring my GTI to and found Autohaus as a convenient option to the midtown area. They were extremely transparent and quick to provide quotes for the work I wanted done to my car. Their online portal is also great to see a history of correspondence and the status of your vehicle, as well as any service recommendations. I was happy to see that they pointed out minimal seeping of diff fluid from the lsd, but assured me that it's nothing to worry about at this time but to keep an eye on it in the future. It's reassuring to have a shop point out something that you should keep in mind, but also not try upsell you on a service that ultimately isn't necessary at the moment. I'll be back!

And if their quality of work is the measurement of their care the only way to describe it is top notch. Perhaps one of the best part of my 1st and many future visits with Autohaus Social is their communication. I am very pleased with the service level from Autohaus Social! Their attention to detail starts with the excellent level of communication: from appointment making to completion. The online system in great for keeping track of all the details of each visit. On my last visit they tackled a tough alignment on my BMW after some suspension upgrades. It was more challenging than they expected but the end result was spot on! The print out of the settings confirms what I see when driving: my car has never handled better! It’s worth the trip.

Lots of positive things to say about this place. First would be customer service. Great first impression, very much a consultative process and they are not out to try to talk you into fixing things that aren't immediately required. The process while your car is being fixed is also excellent. You receive regular texts and emails throughout each step in the process until your car is ready. When it is ready, and go over all the details of what was repaired and let you know if there's any additional things to keep an eye out for. The facility itself is beautiful. It has a nice high-end appearance without the high-end prices. Furthermore, it's set up to be a social environment so you'll enjoy waiting for your car if you have to wait or using their free Wi-Fi or playing video games. Ask for Joshua! I love everything about the place.

I had been putting off finding a VW mechanic in Atlanta because I had a place I really trusted back in my hometown, but when a couple engine lights came on in my Golf all at once, I had no choice but to find myself a new mechanic. I chose Autohaus based on some quick Internet research and am so glad that I did! Autohaus Social is GREAT! They've worked on 2012 Mini convertible for a few years now. Each time I have to take in everyone is very nice. They answer my questions: what's wrong with it, why did that happen, when will I get it back and of course about how much it will cost. This last time they were booked 2 weeks out and they let me leave my car so they could try to work it in. Three days later I got my car back and the bill was $300 lower than estimated. One of the best things about this place - it's INTOWN! I don't need anyone to follow me to the middle of nowhere and drive me back home.

Took my Porsche Macaan to Autohaus yesterday and am very pleased with their professional service! I was getting a nagging tire sensor reading that I couldn't get to go away. So I scheduled an oil change/inspection with them and told them about my issue. At the end of the day, I came away with my oil change and a list of perfectly normal things that are coming due for replacement (as in brake pads). But they reset the tire sensor, filled my tires (I really did think I had filled them to spec lol), and made sure the sensor reading was gone for no extra charge. Really appreciate the honest assessment and help. I'll be back!!!

This is the place to go for your car! The team is very professional and treats everyone with respect when they walk in the door. I love the update system where you can see what's going on with your vehicle every step of the way and leave notes for the shop as well. Wow! I'm not going back to the dealership again. This place is fantastic! Super neighborly/ friendly vibe the moment you walk in. I needed a sensor replaced in my VW Jetta TDI, and it was the easiest car repair experience ever (granted, I used to own a Saab, so repairs and parts were extra complicated back then..) They have this neat automated system where they text you a video and explanation of the repair needed, they outline the cost, and you can click "approve" or call if you have questions. If you hate talking to people on the phone as much as I do, this system works great for that. Bonus: You can work there, they have coffee, a game room, and don't even get me started on the Skittles. Amazing!! 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Incredibly excited that I've found a home for my C300. This was my first big purchase on a car and had debated on whether or not to take it to the Mercedez dealership. After speaking with Tristan from Autohaus and reading all the other great reviews, I was incredibly confident in taking my car to these guys. Process was top notch start to finish. Once you drop off your car, they send you a recording of the vehicle and provide updates via the online messaging. This setup was great as I'm in meetings all day and didn't have any phone call interruptions. I could easily message them back with questions/feedback and let them know when I'd be there for pick up. Every person I spoke with was friendly and will certainly be taking my car back here for any future needs.

I have been following Autohaus Social for 3 years now on social media and have attended their social events that are an essential element of their marketing plan for their business. Lots of knowledge gained by meeting fellow car enthusiasts at their events, which demonstrate the embodiment of this company's passion for what they do. They are true enthusiasts and walk the talk, which is refreshing in the automotive repair world. I finally had a chance to utilize their services for mounting new tires with center lock wheels on my 911, which require the proper tools and expertise and also completed an alignment. I shipped the tires into their business and received a message they had arrived before I could check. During the booking of the appointment, all of my questions were answered thoroughly, including a full explanation of pricing by Tristan and I also had a chance to speak another time at the business with Joseph, so all hands are on deck to satisfy both new and existing customers with their questions and concerns. I'll also add that the calls pre-appointment and post appointment were answered by a person almost immediately and not by a voice recording. Their communications throughout the entire process of scheduling, confirming details and post service are beyond anything I have experienced locally with auto repair businesses in Atlanta. The actual work on the car was done expertly, as promised within the timeframe discussed. Additionally, after hearing horror stories about damage rims during the installation, I can report that Autohaus Social handled mine, as I would with absolutely no marks or damage, etc.....You can say that is to be expected but unfortunately I have suffered damage to rims more often than not in Atlanta. I don't know where to start, Autohaus Social has been the absolute best shop I've ever been to, hands-down. I started using them back in 2019 when I got a new clutch and stage I APR tune for my Golf R. They priced everything out clearly, gave me dates for parts arrival and installation, and even featured my dirty little monster on their Instagram. They are incredibly good at keeping you in the loop while you wait, with text message updates and a very convenient web interface for viewing and approving estimates as well as recording the work they're doing. Before the pandemic, the shop lounge was awesome to hang out in, though you'd rarely need to as they make the process of drop-off and pickup super convenient, especially if you live in the neighborhood. During the pandemic, I needed an oil change and they were incredibly safe through the process. Everyone was masked up and they did everything contactless over the phone. I got my oil changed conveniently while I worked, and came back to pick up the car at closing with no trouble whatsoever. When you call, Tristain and Joseph, despite how busy they are, are willing to talk things out with you and are incredibly helpful. The technicians here are the peak of professional. When you see what they drive you get a great idea of the enthusiasm and knowledge they have. You can absolutely tell that they know what they're doing without a word, the people here just demonstrate extreme professionalism and workmanship that speaks for itself. They are incredibly busy these days, scheduling out days in advance, but for good reason. You can put your absolute trust in Autohaus social and obviously many people have taken notice. I recently had an incident where an animal climbed into my engine bay and shredded the drive belt when I started the car. Despite their busy schedule, I was able to get the car towed-in, diagnosed, and repaired quickly and relatively painlessly, all things considered. I was back on the road again in a few days. I'm moving away from the area and I know I'm going to have a hard time finding as good of a shop as Autohaus Social, they've put together a fantastic team and a flat-out gorgeous euro shop with the rarest quality and attitude toward what they do. They've built a stellar community around this place, having been to a gathering hosted at the shop pre-pandemic, they are incredibly cool folks to hang out with, too. This is the shop to take your euro to, whether it's VW, Porsche, Audi, BMW, or even the few Land Rovers and Lotuses I've seen around, they will absolutely take great care of your baby.

6/28/22 Review Update: Took my Mini in again, several Indicators had lit up. Car was repaired in record time but when I picked it up the Check Engine light came on again. Found Autohaus Social online and decided to bring my car in for an oil change. They went above and beyond my expectations. One off my favorite Porsche repair shops ever! It's a beautiful shop, which is odd when talking about a auto shop. However, it is. From the service area, to the driveway, it's all well done. The hangout area is a nice touch, although it's currently closed during the pandemic. I’ve been having an issue with my GTI for almost two months. I’ve taken it to many different places and still kept having the same issue. Finally give Autohaus a call and they fit me in next day. I was blown away. The staff takes proper steps to ensure safety amid Covid. I was sent a notification as a text from an automated system with a link to a portal that allow me to have transparency and connection with my vehicle as it’s being serviced. This portal allowed me to see all my vehicles details, the video of the wall around inspection of my vehicle, my symptoms report, LIVE notes from the technician working on my vehicle, a place where I can add more notes allow for a sort of dialogue with my tech, and a full cost analysis of the work order. I left my vehicle at their facility for about 5 hours, but thanks to their automated system and their high level of customer focus, I never felt “disconnected” from my vehicle. Even having the owner himself bring the keys out to me and informing me of the steps taken to sanitize my keys and my vehicle before giving it back. I always felt welcomed, the staff is super friendly and hospitable, I always felt transparency and connection to my vehicle, and their contactless system just helped wrap my experience in this perfect bubble called “peace of mind”. Autohaus, you have earned a lifetime customer and will be my only recommendation for vehicle needs. My 2010 Audi S5 had a mechanical issue that no one seemed to be able to diagnose and fix. I took my vehicle to the Audi dealership and other mechanics and they were unable to resolve the issue with my car. I made my appointment online and I received an immediate email confirmation. My appointment was today (1.3.19) at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:22 am and was promptly greeted by Joseph Renter. Joseph went over the estimate. He mentioned that communication about my 2012 Mercedes would be done via text and email message. I received a text message through every step during the process and I received a detailed email with the estimate. No work would commence until I confirmed in either an email or text message. I asked that my brakes be inspected (I thought I needed brakes). Joseph told me I may need brakes during the next oil change. I received a text when my car was ready.
